背景技术
目前,据统计当直列发动机连杆大头孔直径与气缸直径之比大于 0.73时, 釆用平切口的连杆, 则连杆大头横向尺寸就会比气缸直径大, 这样在将活塞 连杆装配到发动机上时必须先要将活塞连杆装在气缸套内再和气缸套一起装 到气缸体内, 从发动机上拆下活塞连杆时则要将气缸套和活塞连杆一起从机 体内拉出,使得活塞连杆的拆装工艺繁琐复杂,整机维修费时费力增加成本。 当然, 这种发动机也可以采用斜切口的连杆, 但斜切口的连杆体连杆盖定位 复杂, 加工不便, 连杆的刚性较差, 制造成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足, 提供一种受力均匀, 强度 高、 开发周期短, 加工容易的发动机的连杆结构。
按照本发明提供的玟术方案, 所述发动机的连杆结构, 包括连杆体与连 杆盖, 在连杆体的后端部一体连接有连杆小头, 连杆小头内设有连杆衬套, 连杆体的前端部一体连接有连杆大头, 连杆大头上固定安装有连杆下瓦, 连 杆盖上固定安装有连杆上瓦, 连杆上瓦与连杆下瓦配合使用, 在连杆盖下端 面的左侧部位置与右侧部位置上开设有上定位销孔, 在连杆大头上端面的左 侧部位置与右侧部位置上开设有下定位销孔, 在上定位销孔与下定位销孔内 插接有定位销, 在连杆盖的左侧部位置与连杆盖的右侧部位置上均开设有两 个上螺栓孔, 在连杆大头的左侧部位置与连杆大头的右侧部位置上均开设有 两个下螺栓孔, 在相同一侧的对应上螺栓孔与下螺栓孔内螺接有连杆螺栓, 所_述上定位销孔开设在对应的上螺栓孔之间, 下定位销孔开设在对应的下螺 栓孔之间。 '

本发明结构简单、 紧凑, 合理; 可以在不改变发动机已有活塞连杆在机 体曲轴箱内运动轨迹的情况下, 只通过改变连杆螺栓大小和个数, 改变连杆 大头横向尺寸而不改变连杆大头厚度, 通过在连杆体上加工螺纹孔, 用连杆 螺栓直接锁紧连杆体和连杆盖, 省去了连杆螺母, 在原有平切口模型的基础 上改进就可实现, 连杆受力均匀, 连杆强度经计算分析比两个螺栓的连杆强 度高, 幵发周期短, 加工容易。

下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图所示, 本发明主要由连杆体 1、 连杆小头 1.1、 连杆衬套 1.2、 连杆 大头 1 .3、 连杆下瓦 1.4、 下定位销孔 1.5、 下螺栓孔 1.6、 连杆盖 2、 连杆上 瓦 2. 1、 上定位销孔 2.2、 上螺栓孔 2.3、 定位销 3与连杆螺栓 4等部件构成。

两个上定位销孔 2.2的轴线所在平面与连杆盖 2的下端面垂直设置。 两个下定位销孔 1.5的轴线所在平面与连杆大头 1.3的上端面垂直设置。 在连杆盖 2的左侧部位置与连杆盖 2的右侧部位置上均开设有两个上螺 栓孔 2.3, 在连杆大头 1.3的左侧部位置与连杆大头 1.3的右侧部位置上均开 设有两个下螺栓孔 1.6, 因连杆螺栓 4直径变小, 使得下螺栓孔 1.6中心到连 杆下瓦 1.4的中心的距离减小, 连杆盖 2上端面、 连杆盖 2下端面之间的距 离保持不变, 连杆螺栓 4的法兰厚度不大于原机螺母法兰厚度, 从而保证连 杆在机体内的运动轨迹不会增大, 连杆盖 2、 连杆大头 1.3的厚度保持不变。
在连杆盖 2的左侧部位置与连杆盖 2的右侧部位置上均开设有两个上螺 栓孔 2.3, 在连杆大头 1.3的左侧部位置与连杆大头 1.3的右侧部位置上均开 设有两个下螺栓孔 1.6,在连杆盖 2与连杆大头 1.3的上避开各自的螺栓孔的 地方开设有对应的定位销孔, 通过在上螺栓孔 2.3 与下螺栓孔 1.6 内安装定 位销 3来定位连杆体 1和连杆盖 2, 因下螺栓孔 1.6的中心到连杆下瓦 1.4中 心的距离减小, 使得连杆横向外形小于缸套内径, 在保证连杆强度的前提下 可以将连杆盖 2的横向外形、 连杆大头 1.3的横向外形做成圆弧状, 加工容 易, 装配时不易损伤到气缸套。
当装配活塞、 连杆体 1、 连杆盖 2时, 先将气缸套装到机体内, 连杆衬 套 1.2压装在连杆体 1的连杆小头 1.1孔内,连杆上瓦 2.1安装在连杆盖 2上, 连杆下瓦 1.4安装在连杆大头 1.3上,连杆小头 1.1通过活塞销与活塞 5连接, 将活塞环组 6套到活塞 5上, 再将活塞连杆体 1用专用工具装到气缸套内, 用连杆螺栓 4将连杆体 1和连杆盖 2锁紧到曲轴 7的曲柄销上。 拆活塞、 连 杆体 1、 连杆盖 2时则松开连杆螺栓 4, 从机体下端拆下连杆盖 2, 再将连杆 体 1和活塞从气缸套内推出。 这样就实现了直列发动机当连杆大头孔直径与 气缸直径之比大于 0.73时, 用平切口连杆也可以从气缸套内装拆的工艺。
