- the convection drying is to dry the solvent quickly under the conditions of 100 °C
- the vacuum drying is preferably performed under the conditions of 80 °C to facilitate the removal of the residual solvent.
- the drying is done for 10 to 60 hours, respectively, convection drying and vacuum drying.
- the drying time within the 10 hours is low, the solvent removal rate is low, and when the drying time is more than 60 hours, the solvent is almost removed it is preferable to dry within the above range because the increase in the removal efficiency is insufficient.

- the FT-IR spectrum was measured with a polymer, an ionic liquid, and a polymer-ionic liquid gel membrane, and is shown in FIG. 1.
- the FT-IR test shows that there is no special interaction between the polymer matrix and the ionic liquid.
- FIG. 2 a photo of the ionic liquid-polymer gel membrane of Example 3 measured by scanning eletron microscopy (SEM) (JSM-6390, JEOL) is shown in FIG. 2. As can be seen, it can be seen that the ionic liquid of the ionic liquid-polymer gel membrane is physically dispersed in the polymer matrix.

- the experiment here was measured at 10 ° C./min heating rate using DSC 823 (Mettler).
- N 2 was used as a purge gas, and the flow rate of the purge gas was 40 cm 3 (STP) / min.
- the melting point and melting point are reduced because the crystallinity of the polymer matrix decreases as the amount of the ionic liquid increases.
- the melting point and melting point were 134 ° C. and 26.2 J / g, respectively.
- upper bound means the limit of the selectivity and permeability of the separator developed until 2008, and the upper bound or more means that it shows superior performance than the previously developed separator. Therefore, these results were published in ChemComm in 2009 (ChemComm., 2009, 7227-7229, Polymer-ionic liquid gels for enhanced gas transfer).
- the gel membrane of the present invention has been shown to significantly increase the CO 2 permeability without loss of selectivity.
- Example 3 [emim] [BF 4 ]: PVdF-HFP 2: 1 gel membrane can obtain results close to the solubility of pure [emim] [BF 4 ] as an ionic liquid. (Permeability is the product of solubility and diffusivity, and since the diffusivity of CO 2 and N 2 in the ionic liquid is almost similar, solubility can be obtained by permeability in the present invention.)
- PVdF-HFP 1: 1 ratio (( ⁇ ) CO 2 permeability, ( ⁇ ) N 2 Permeability, ( ⁇ ) CO 2 / N 2 selectivity) is shown in FIG. 5.
- gas permeability and selectivity are independent of feed pressure. This is because dissolution of CO 2 in the ionic liquid used in the present invention is physically adsorbed.
- the present invention was prepared by dispersing a room temperature ionic liquid ([emim] [BF 4 ]) in a polymer (PVdF-HFP).
- the selectivity overcomes the limitation of 'upper bound', which is a general trade-off between permeability and selectivity. It can be seen that this is due to the solubility selectivity of the ionic liquid in the polymer gel.
- the gel membrane prepared by mixing the polymer and the ionic liquid in the present invention has durability even at a pressure above normal pressure, and improves permeability and selectivity. In particular, it reduces the crystallinity of the polymer and at the same time facilitates the dispersion of the ionic liquid has a high CO 2 permeability without loss of selectivity, so it can be used in the industrial field to separate the CO 2 from a specific mixed gas.
