Description
吸尘器及其机壳 技术领域
本发明涉及吸尘器制造技术领域, 特别涉及一种通过隔离墙将集尘室和电机室分 离开的吸尘器及其机壳。 背景技术
现有普通过滤式卧式吸尘器产品中, 电机一般存在过滤室、 电机室、 以及必然存 在的两者之间的隔离墙, 通过隔离墙将过滤室和电机室分离开, 在隔离墙上通常设置 有吸气隔栅。
通常, 电机是通过单独的结构固定在底座上的, 如公开号为 CN101380215A的中国 发明专利申请是利用固定架将电机固定在底座上,在电机两侧用弹簧加以固定。在公开 号为 CN101371769A的中国发明专利申请中,针对利用胶圈与固定卡槽将电机固定的结 构中存在胶圈易变形, 胶圈与吸气隔栅之间配合不严密的缺陷提出了一种改进的电机 固定结构,其中揭示了在电机仓前部与吸尘器内吸气格栅对应位置设置吸气连接通道, 利用内通道口与卡槽将电机固定, 并且吸气连接通道与电机仓一体成型, 因而, 此电 机固定结构不易发生形变, 能够牢固地将电机卡在中心轴的位置上。
在上述类似结构的卧式吸尘器产品中, 存在着以下几点缺陷: 位于电机室与过滤 室之间的隔离墙的强度不够, 容易在真空吸力的作用以及电机室热量的影响下发生变 形, 导致漏气, 密封不良。 另外, 电机固定结构复杂, 浪费底座空间, 不利于卧式吸 尘器的小型化发展趋势。 发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种吸尘器及其机壳, 使得电机室和集尘室 之间的隔离墙坚固耐用。
进一步地, 本发明要解决的另一个技术问题在于, 电机固定结构简单, 占用底座 空间小, 且电机的装卸操作方便。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种吸尘器, 包括: 机壳、 电机及由电机驱动抽吸空气的风机, 所述机壳的内部 空间由隔离墙分隔成电机室和集尘室; 在所述隔离墙上设有供气流由所述集尘室流到
所述电机室的吸气栅; 所述电机和所述风机固定于电机室内; 所述隔离墙为所述电机 室的一个侧壁, 所述隔离墙、 所述电机室与所述机壳一体成型; 所述电机室在所述机 壳上的开口方向与所述集尘室在所述机壳上的开口方向相反。
进一步地, 在所述的吸尘器中, 所述电机室由顶壁、 侧壁和隔离墙构成, 在所述 顶壁上设置有出气口, 所述出气口与所述出风口的位置相对应。
所述隔离墙上设有突块,位于所述隔离墙对面的侧壁上设有固定卡槽;所述电机、 风机与电机罩组合成组合件, 所述组合件的一端与所述突块卡合固定, 另一端通过电 机罩固定块与所述固定卡槽卡合。
本发明还提供了一种吸尘器机壳, 包括: 机壳主体; 所述机壳主体内部空间由隔 离墙分隔成电机室和集尘室; 在所述隔离墙上设有供气流由所述集尘室流到所述电机 室的吸气栅; 所述隔离墙为所述电机室的一个侧壁, 所述隔离墙、 所述电机室与所述 机壳一体成型, 所述电机室在所述机壳上的开口方向与所述集尘室在所述机壳上的开 口方向相反。
进一步地, 所述吸尘器机壳还包括用于封闭所述集尘室在所述机壳上的开口的前 盖和用于封闭所述电机室在所述机壳上的底壳盖板。
还包括位于机壳上部后侧的后盖, 在所述后盖上设有与所述电机室对应的出风

通过上述提供的技术方案, 吸尘器及其外壳的电机室和集尘室之间的隔离墙坚固 耐用, 电机固定结构简单, 占用底座空间小, 利于卧式吸尘器的小型化发展趋势。 附图说明

请参见图 1、 图 2、 图 3及图 7, 本发明提供的一种卧式吸尘器, 包括机壳 1及位 于壳体内部的电机 21、 风机 22等。 机壳 1主要包括机壳主体 100、 前盖 2、 后盖 3和 底壳盖板 4, 外形近似一个罐桶状。 后盖 3与机壳主体 100通过螺钉等方式紧固联接 而成, 前盖 2通过卡位与后盖 3呈枢轴式联接, 并与机壳主体 100卡扣联接。 定义图 1左为吸尘器的前方, 图 1右为吸尘器的后方, 图 1上为吸尘器的上方, 图 1下为吸 尘器的下方, 在吸尘器主体的下方靠后部分的两侧安装有轮子 30, 在后盖 3上设有出 风口 11, 该出风口 11处设有出风栅 11 1。 在出风口 1 1的两侧为两个踏板, 其中, 一 个为开关踏板, 一个为收线踏板。 机壳主体 100的前端设有吸尘口 10, 吸尘口 10上 可装配吸尘管的一端, 吸尘管的另一端联结吸头(图未示)。吸尘口 10的上方设有适于

在电机室 6中, 该隔离墙 5的主体部分向电机室 6突出, 与左右侧壁和底壳盖板

图 5为本图 2中的壳体除去底壳盖板俯视示意图, 图 6为本图 2中的壳体除去前 盖、后盖等的内部结构示意图, 图 7为本发明实施例一中吸尘器中的电机安装示意图。 参见图 2及图 5、 图 6、 图 7, 电机室 6由顶壁 15、 侧壁 16和隔离墙 5构成, 倒扣设 置在机壳 1中, 内部用于安装由电机 21和风机 22等组成的组合件, 由电机 21驱动抽 吸空气的风机 22, 底部开口由底壳盖板 4密封, 通过螺钉紧固在机壳 1上, 开启封装 操作方便。 顶壁 15上设有出气口 12, 该出气口 12的位置与位于后盖 3的出风口 1 1 的位置相对应。
再如图 2所示, 结合图 7, 在电机 21靠近风机 22的一端套装电机密封圈 23, 电
机 21上套设消音海绵 25, 消音海绵 25外套设电机罩 24, 电机压座 26位于电机罩 24 和电机之间, 该电机压座 26用于固定电机。在电机 21靠近电机压座 26的一端套装有 电机罩固定块 27, 该电机罩固定块 27与电机室 6侧壁内的固定卡槽 (图中未示出) 固定, 该固定卡槽具体设置在隔离墙 5对面的侧壁上。 在所述电机室 6中, 在隔离墙 5所在的侧壁 16上设有固定卡块 28, 该固定卡块 28用于固定电机, 在吸气栅 8的下 端设有三个突块 29, 用于卡固电机密封圈 23。
当安装电机 21和风机 22的组合件到电机室 6中时,首先,把机壳 1的底部朝上, 将电机 21和风机 22的组合件(包括电机 21、 风机 22、 电机密封圈 23、 消音海绵 25、 电机罩 24、 电机压座 26 ) 安装在机壳 1上的电机室 6内, 将电机罩固定块 27卡设固 定在电机室 6侧壁内的固定卡槽上, 将电机密封圈 23卡固在突块 29, 此时, 便将电 机和风机的组合件牢牢地固定在电机室 6内。 而后, 采用螺钉类的紧固件将底壳盖板 4紧固在机壳 1上, 使得底壳盖板 4封闭所述电机室 6在所述机壳 1的底部开口, 将 电机 21和风机 22的组合件封闭在由电机室 6和底壳盖板 4形成的腔体内。 其安装后 的状态请参见图 8所示。
图 8为本发明实施例一的纵向剖视图。 如图 8所示, 箭头的方向为气流流向。 在 吸尘器工作时, 电机 21转动并驱动风机 22跟随转动, 将带有灰尘的空气从吸头, 经 吸尘口 10抽到安装在集尘室 7里的集尘袋 32内, 抽吸的空气通过集尘袋 32被过滤, 灰尘留到了集尘室 Ί 内的集尘袋 32 内, 而干净的空气经过吸气栅 8、 风机 22、 电机 21, 并在流过电机 21的同时冷却电机 21, 再经顶壁 15上的出气口 12、 后盖 3上的出 风口 11排出吸尘器。

Claims
1. 一种吸尘器, 包括: 机壳 (1)、 电机 (21) 及由电机 (21) 驱动抽吸空气的 风机(22), 所述机壳(1) 的内部空间由隔离墙(5)分隔成电机室(6)和集尘室(7); 在所述隔离墙(5)上设有供气流由所述集尘室(7)流到所述电机室(6)的吸气栅(8); 所述电机 (21) 和所述风机 (22) 固定于电机室 (6) 内;
其特征在于: 所述隔离墙 (5) 为所述电机室 (6) 的一个侧壁, 所述隔离墙 (5)、 所述电机室 (6) 与所述机壳 (1) 一体成型; 所述电机室 (6) 在所述机壳 (1) 上的 开口方向与所述集尘室 (7) 在所述机壳 (1) 上的开口方向相反。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 所述机壳 (1) 包括位于机壳上 部前侧的前盖 (2), 用于封闭所述集尘室 (7) 在所述机壳 (1) 上的开口; 所述机壳
(I) 还包括位于所述机壳 (1) 底部的底壳盖板 (4), 用于封闭所述电机室 (6) 在所 述机壳 (1) 上的开口。
3. 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 所述机壳 (1) 还包括位于 机壳上部后侧的后盖 (3), 在所述后盖 (3) 上设有与所述电机室 (6) 对应的出风口
(II)。
4. 根据权利要求 3 所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 在所述出风口 (11) 处设有出 风格栅 (111)。
5. 根据权利要求 4所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 所述电机室 (6) 由顶壁 (15)、 侧壁 (16) 和隔离墙 (5) 构成, 在所述顶壁 (15) 上设置有出气口 (12), 所述出气 口 (12) 与所述出风口 (11) 的位置相对应。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述隔离墙(5)上设有突块(29), 位于所述隔离墙 (5) 对面的侧壁 (16) 上设有固定卡槽;
所述电机 (21)、 风机 (22) 与电机罩 (24) 组合成组合件, 所述组合件的一端 与所述突块 (29) 卡合固定, 另一端通过电机罩固定块 (27) 与所述固定卡槽卡合。
7. 根据权利要求 6所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 在所述组合件的靠近风机 (22) 的一端设有电机密封圈 (23), 所述电机密封圈 (23) 与所述突块 (29) 卡合固定。
8. 根据权利要求 6所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 所述电机罩 (24) 和电机 (21) 之间通过电机罩压座 (26) 固在一起。
9. 根据权利要求 6或 7或 8所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 在所述电机罩 (24) 与电机 (21) 之间设有消音装置。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 所述消音装置为消音海绵。
11. 根据权利要求 1所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 所述隔离墙 (5) 的主体部分向 电机室 (6) 突出, 与左右侧壁和底壳盖板 (4) 具有间距。
12. 根据权利要求 1所述的吸尘器, 其特征在于: 所述机壳(1) 的前方设有把手
(31), 所述机壳 (1) 的下方设有轮子 (30)。
13. 一种吸尘器机壳, 包括: 机壳主体 (100); 所述机壳主体 (100) 内部空间由 隔离墙 (5) 分隔成电机室 (6) 和集尘室 (7); 在所述隔离墙 (5) 上设有供气流由所 述集尘室 (7) 流到所述电机室 (6) 的吸气栅 (8);
其特征在于: 所述隔离墙 (5) 为所述电机室 (6) 的一个侧壁, 所述隔离墙 (5)、 所述电机室 (6) 与所述机壳 (1) 一体成型, 所述电机室 (6) 在所述机壳 (1) 上的 开口方向与所述集尘室 (7) 在所述机壳 (1) 上的开口方向相反。
14. 根据权利要求 13所述的吸尘器机壳, 其特征在于: 所述吸尘器机壳 (1) 还 包括用于封闭所述集尘室 (7) 在所述机壳 (1) 上的开口的前盖 (2) 和用于封闭所述 电机室 (6) 在所述机壳 (1) 上的底壳盖板 (4)。
15. 根据权利要求 14 所述的吸尘器机壳, 其特征在于: 还包括位于机壳上部后 侧的后盖 (3), 在所述后盖 (3) 上设有与所述电机室 (6) 对应的出风口 (11)。
16. 根据权利要求 15 所述的吸尘器机壳, 其特征在于: 在所述出风口 (11) 处 设有出风格栅 (111)。
17. 根据权利要求 15所述的吸尘器机壳, 其特征在于: 所述电机室 (6) 由顶壁 (15)、 侧壁 (16) 和隔离墙 (5) 构成, 在所述顶壁 (15) 上设置有出气口 (12), 所 述出气口 (12) 与所述出风口 (11) 的位置相对应。
18. 根据权利要求 12所述的吸尘器机壳, 其特征在于: 所述隔离墙 (5) 上设有 用于卡固风机或电机的突块 (29), 位于所述隔离墙 (5) 对面的侧壁 (16) 上设有用 于卡固风机或电机的卡槽。
19. 根据权利要求 13所述的吸尘器机壳, 其特征在于: 所述隔离墙 (5) 的主体 部分向电机室 (6) 突出, 与左右侧壁和底壳盖板 (4) 具有间距。
20. 根据权利要求 13所述的吸尘器机壳, 其特征在于: 所述隔离墙 (5) 为平面、 弧面或不规则的面。
