Description
本发明涉及激光打印机碳粉盒用的碳粉盒密封条及使用该碳粉盒密封条的碳粉盒。本发明基于申请日为2009年12月31日、申请号为200920296252.8的中国实用新型专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引入本文。
激光打印机以其打印速度快、打印质量高,越来越受到人们的喜爱。激光打印机大多使用可拆卸的碳粉盒装载打印使用的碳粉,打印时,碳粉盒将容纳于其中的碳粉输送到打印纸张上,形成用户所需的图像。考虑到降低成本以及保护环境等因素,对已经使用完毕的碳粉盒进行回收再利用是非常必要的,而且实践已证明是可行的。在碳粉盒的回收再利用过程中,不仅需要对碳粉盒重新注入碳粉,而且需对碳粉盒的出粉口进行密封,以防止在包装、运输过程中碳粉发生泄露。ZL200520013949.1号中国实用新型专利公开一种碳粉盒密封条,由细长条形密封膜条和双面粘胶带构成,密封膜条与双面粘胶带同长的部分为工作段,其余延长部分为撕拉段。其中,工作段与双面粘胶带等宽,且其一面与双面粘胶带粘贴。对应于工作段的始端和末端处,双面粘胶上设置有防粘条。这样的碳粉盒密封条具有结构简单,不易拉断等特点。但是,由于双面粘胶带的性质所决定,该碳粉盒密封条的双面粘胶与碳粉盒的粘接面积和其与密封膜的粘接面积基本相等,这使碳粉盒密封条与碳粉盒之间的粘接牢度与碳粉盒密封条的揭膜力之间难以平衡,尤其是出粉口较大的碳粉盒。如果为了确保碳粉盒密封条与碳粉盒之间可以粘接牢固,则需要增加双面粘胶的表面积,这将导致密封膜与双面粘胶的粘接面积大,在将密封膜从出粉口处撕除时需要的揭膜力将增大,不但撕膜困难,还易因为用力过大将密封膜撕断,影响碳粉盒的正常使用。如果为了减小碳粉盒密封条的揭膜力,则需减小双面粘胶的表面积,这将使碳粉盒密封条与碳粉盒的粘接面变小,不但粘接不牢固,而且对粉仓的粘接面的平整度要求较高。此外,由于粉仓的出粉口比较大,所以对密封膜的工作段与双面粘胶带粘接时的对位要求、密封膜的撕拉段折回后与工作段的对位要求均很高,一但密封膜的工作段未完全覆盖双面粘胶带,折回的撕拉段如果不能与工作段完全重迭就将与双面粘胶带粘接在一起,造成开启出粉口时不能拉动撕拉段,无法顺利地将密封膜撕开,从而影响碳粉盒的品质。
本发明的主要目的目的之一在于提供一种粘接牢固且易撕拉的碳粉盒密封条。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种使用上述碳粉盒密封条的碳粉盒。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:碳粉盒密封条,包括:双面胶带框,大致呈矩形,中间设置有开口,具有第一粘贴面和位于第一粘贴面相反一侧的第二粘贴面,当碳粉盒密封条安装在碳粉盒上时,第一粘贴面粘接在碳粉盒的粉仓粘贴面上;密封膜,宽度小于双面胶带框,大于双面胶带框的开口,密封膜包括工作段和从工作段的尾部向外延伸的撕拉段,其中工作段粘接在双面胶带框的第二粘贴面上,覆盖双面胶带框的开口;边膜,粘接在第二粘贴面的密封膜工作段未能粘接覆盖的区域,中间设有一边膜开口。
具有上述结构的碳粉盒密封条,通过使密封膜的宽度小于双面胶带框的宽度,并设置边膜覆盖密封膜未能粘贴覆盖的双面胶带框,使双面胶带框与粉仓的粘贴面大于密封膜与双面胶带框间的粘贴面积,可以在确保碳粉盒密封条能牢固地粘贴在粉仓上的同时,确保密封膜可容易地被撕除。通过调整边膜的表面积可以调整双面胶带框与碳粉盒的粘接面积及双面胶带框与密封膜的粘接面积间的平衡,比如,可以先根据粉仓出粉口的大小及粉仓粘贴面的实际情况确定双面胶带框的大小,然后通过调整边膜开口的大小来调整密封膜的工作段与双面胶带框的粘贴面的大小,从而调整碳粉盒密封条的揭膜力,使其被控制在要求的范围内。因为双面胶带框的大小可根据粉仓的封条粘贴面的实际情况确定,因此即使粉仓的封条粘贴面未被用刀刮平整,亦可通过增大双面胶带框的面积确保粘贴牢固。另外,由于有边膜的存在,密封膜的撕拉段折回后即使与工作段未完全重迭亦不会与双面胶带框粘接在一起,从而可确保密封膜被顺利撕开。
较好的方案为第二粘贴面分为两部分,其中一部分为环绕着双面胶带框的开口的密封膜粘贴区,其余部分为环绕着密封膜粘贴区的边膜粘贴区。密封膜粘贴区用于粘贴密封膜的工作段,边膜粘贴区用于粘贴边膜,边膜开口的形状与密封膜粘贴区相适配。通过调整密封膜粘贴区和边膜粘贴区的大小可以调整密封膜与粉仓封条粘贴面间的粘接面积,从而调整揭膜力。
较好的方案为边膜粘接在第二粘贴面上后,其外周边与双面胶带框的外周边重合或略超出双面胶带框的外周边外缘,内周边与密封膜的工作段的外周边对齐或略被所述密封膜的工作段覆盖。可防止边膜周边的双面胶带框的第二粘接面存在裸露,进而避免密封膜的撕拉段折回后与双面胶带框粘接在一起,从而确保密封膜被顺利撕开。
更好的方案为双面胶带框为无纺布基双面胶带框。无纺布基双面胶带具有良好的强度,不易断。
再好的方案为边膜厚度为0.05毫米左右的PET薄膜。该种薄膜的变形应力小,不会因粘贴时间久了而与双面胶带框脱离,也不会因粘贴时间久了而使得与之粘接的双面胶带框与粉仓脱离。
还好的方案为碳粉盒密封条还包括密封垫,粘接在密封膜粘贴区,位于密封膜的工作段的首、尾两端,且位于边膜的内侧。通过在密封膜的工作段的首、尾两端加密封垫可以减小密封膜与双面胶带框在宽度方向上的粘接面积,降低揭膜力,防止密封膜撕拉困难。
为实现本发明的另一目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:碳粉盒,包括废粉仓和粉仓,在粉仓的出粉口处设有上述任意之一的碳粉盒密封条。
具有上述结构的碳粉盒,碳粉盒密封条与粉仓之间粘接牢固,碳粉盒密封条易撕拉。

双面胶带框1大致呈矩形,中间设置有开口11,该开口11与碳粉盒的出粉口的形状大体相同。双面胶带框1具有第一粘贴面12和位于第一粘贴面12相反一侧的第二粘贴面13。当碳粉盒密封条100安装在碳粉盒上时,第一粘贴面12粘接在碳粉盒的粉仓的封条粘贴面2011(参见图5)上。双面胶带框1的第二粘贴面13又分为内外两个部分,其中内部为环绕开口11的密封膜粘贴区131,外部为环绕密封膜粘贴区131的边膜粘贴区132。密封膜粘贴区131和边膜粘贴区132的具体划分可根据所需的撕膜力、需与粉仓间的粘贴牢固程度及粉仓的封条粘贴面2011的实际情况确定。双面胶带框1可以选择现有技术中已知的双面胶带制做,本实施例为强度较好的无纺布基双面胶制作。为了保护双面胶带框的1第一粘贴面12免受污染并保持良好的粘性,第一粘贴面12上可粘贴隔离层4进行保护。当需要将密封条100粘贴在碳粉盒上时,只需将该隔离层4剥离即可。
密封膜2大致呈长条形,包括工作段21和从工作段21的尾部向外延伸的撕拉段22,其中,工作段21粘贴在双面胶带框1的第二粘贴面13的密封膜粘贴区131。密封膜2的宽度小于双面胶带框1的宽度,大于双面胶带框1的开口11的宽度,与密封膜粘贴区131的宽度基本上相当或略宽一点。因此当密封膜2的工作段21粘接在第二粘贴面13的密封膜粘贴区131后,可覆盖住双面胶带框1的开口11,但不能覆盖第二粘贴面13的边膜粘贴区132。当密封条100安装在碳粉盒上时,密封膜2的工作段22可以密封碳粉盒的出粉口。密封膜2的材料可以是公知的聚酯类薄膜,本实施例使用的是PET薄膜。
边膜3具有与双面胶带框1大致相同的形状,中间设有一边膜开口31。边膜开口31的形状与尺寸与第二粘贴面13的密封膜粘贴区131的形状与尺寸相适配,当边膜3粘接在第二粘贴面13的边膜粘贴区132时,边膜3可以环绕在密封膜粘贴区131的四周。更具体地,边膜开口31的宽度大于双面胶带框1的开口11的宽度,大致与密封膜2的宽度相当或略小于密封膜的宽度,长度亦大于双面胶带框1的开口11的长度,但与密封膜2的工作段21的长度相当或比其略短一些。边膜的材料可以与密封膜相同,选择公知聚酯类薄膜,如PET薄膜,本实施例使用厚度为0.05毫米左右的PET薄膜。
本实施例中,边膜3的长度和宽度略大于双面胶带框1的长度和宽度1-6毫米,因此当其粘贴在第二粘贴面13上时,边膜3的外周边32可以略微超出双面胶带框的外周边14一点,以便边膜3可以完全将双面胶带框的外周边14覆盖完全,防止因第二粘贴面13存在裸露而与密封膜2折回的撕拉段22粘合。
本实施例中,密封膜2比密封膜粘贴区131略宽1-6毫米,以便密封膜2工作段21的外周边211覆盖住边膜开口31的周边311,防止因密封膜2工作段21与边膜3接缝处的第二粘贴面13存在裸露而导致密封膜2的撕拉段22折回时粘合在第二粘贴面13上。边膜开口31的周边311也可以称为边膜3的内周边。
为了减小密封膜2与双面胶带框1在宽度方向上的粘接面积,降低揭膜力,在边膜3内侧,位于密封膜2的工作段的首、尾两端的位置处还设有密封垫5。密封垫5直接粘接在双面胶带框1的第二粘贴面13上。密封垫5的形状没有严格的限制,但优选密封垫5的形状与边膜开口31的长度端的形状相适配。如,本实施例中,边膜开口31的长度端近似于无底的等腰梯形,窄端朝向边膜开口31的长度端外侧。密封垫5也具有类似的形状,因此密封垫5粘接在第二粘贴面上后,其与边膜开口31的边缘之间基本上没有缝隙。
使用本实施例的碳粉盒密封条100密封回收碳粉盒时,可先将剥离层4撕下,把整个碳粉盒密封条100通过双面胶带框1的第一粘贴面12贴于回收碳粉盒的粉仓的出粉口四周的粉仓的粘贴面上,然后将密封膜2的撕拉段22的自由端反向折回到另一端,并向碳粉盒密封条100的长度端向外伸出一段距离,再在碳粉盒密封条100上固接上碳粉盒的显影仓等部分,即可完成回收碳粉盒的再密封过程。用户使用回收碳粉盒时,拉取密封膜2的撕拉段22的延伸自由端,密封膜2的工作段21即被拉出,出粉口被打开,碳粉可以从粉仓流出。
实施例2
参见图4,图4是本发明碳粉盒200的外观示意图。碳粉盒200包括粉仓201和废粉仓202两大组件,二者通过端盖204连接在一起。粉仓201设有一出粉口(未示出),粉仓201内容纳有打印使用的碳粉以及搅拌碳粉使用的搅拌架(未视出)等。粉仓的框架上还设有送粉辊(未示出)、显影辊(未示出)等。废粉仓202内容纳废旧碳粉,其框架上还设有感光鼓(未示出)、清洁刮刀(未示出)等。碳粉盒200的上述结构与现有技术基本相同,为简单起见,在此不再详细描述。
参见图5,图5是碳粉盒200略去废粉仓、显影辊等组件后的结构示意图,主要是带有碳粉盒密封条100的粉仓201部分的结构示意图。如图5所示,本发明碳粉盒200与现有技术不同之处在于,粉仓201的出粉口的封条粘贴面2011上粘贴有实施例1的密封条100,籍此对粉仓201的出粉口进行密封。
本发明的技术构思并不仅限于上述实施例,还可以依据本发明的构思得到许多不同的具体方案,如:边膜3的长度和宽度可以与双面胶带框1相同,密封膜2的宽度亦可以与边膜开口31的宽度相同,这样边膜3的外周边32可以与双面胶带框1的外周14边重合,边膜开口31的周边与密封膜2工作段21的外周边可以完全重合,籍此同样可以避免第二粘贴面13存在裸露。此等微小改变及等效变换均应包含在权利要求所述范围之内。
本发明提供的碳粉盒密封条,通过使密封膜的宽度小于双面胶带框的宽度,同时设置边膜来覆盖密封膜未能粘贴的双面胶带框,使双面胶带框与粉仓的粘贴面大于密封膜与双面胶带框间的粘贴面积,从而可确保碳粉盒密封条能牢固地粘贴在粉仓上的同时,确保密封膜可容易地被撕除。由于有边膜的存在,密封膜的撕拉段折回后即使与工作段未完全重迭亦不会与双面胶带框粘接在一起,从而可确保密封膜被顺利撕开。另外,通过调整边膜的表面积可以调整双面胶带框与碳粉盒的粘接面积及双面胶带框与密封膜的粘接面积间的平衡,从而调整揭膜力。
Claims (10)
- 碳粉盒密封条,包括:双面胶带框,大致呈矩形,中间设置有开口,具有第一粘贴面和位于第一粘贴面相反一侧的第二粘贴面,当所述碳粉盒密封条安装在碳粉盒上时,所述第一粘贴面粘接在碳粉盒的粉仓的封条粘贴面上;其特征在于:密封膜,宽度小于所述双面胶带框,大于所述双面胶带框的开口,所述密封膜包括工作段和从所述工作段的尾部向外延伸的撕拉段,其中工作段粘接在所述双面胶带框的第二粘贴面上,覆盖所述双面胶带框的开口;边膜,粘接在所述第二粘贴面的所述密封膜工作段未能粘接覆盖的区域,其中间设有一边膜开口。
- 根据权利要求1所述碳粉盒密封条,其特征在于:所述第二粘贴面又分为两部分,一部分为环绕着所述双面胶带框的开口的密封膜粘贴区,其余部分为环绕着所述密封膜粘贴区的边膜粘贴区;所述边膜开口的形状和大小与所述密封膜粘贴区的形状和大小相适配。
- 根据权利要求2所述的碳粉盒密封条,其特征在于:所述密封膜的工作段粘贴在所述密封膜粘贴区,所述边膜粘贴在所述边膜粘贴区。
- 根据权利要求3所述的碳粉盒密封条,其特征在于:当所述边膜粘接在所述第二粘贴面上后,其外周边与所述双面胶带框的外周边重合或略超出所述双面胶带框的外周边。
- 根据权利要求3所述的碳粉盒密封条,其特征在于:当所述边膜粘接在所述第二粘贴面上后,其内周边与所述密封膜的工作段的外周边对齐或略被所述密封膜的工作段覆盖。
- 根据权利要求3所述的碳粉盒密封条,其特征在于:所述碳粉盒密封条还包括密封垫,粘接在所述密封膜粘贴区,位于所述边膜的内侧、所述密封膜的工作段的首、尾两端。
- 根据权利要求3所述碳粉盒密封条,其特征在于:所述碳粉盒密封条在粘接在碳粉盒上前,所述第一粘贴面被一隔离层覆盖。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的碳粉盒密封条,其特征在于:所述双面胶带框为无纺布基双面胶带框。
- 根据权利要求8所述的碳粉盒密封条,其特征在于:所述边膜厚度为0.05毫米左右的PET薄膜。
- 一种碳粉盒,包括废粉仓和粉仓,其特征在于:在粉仓的出粉口处设有如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的碳粉盒密封条。
