Abstract
Description
本発明は、上記問題を解決するためになされたものであり、その目的は、小型で携帯性に優れ、歯の擦掃性能の優れた電動歯ブラシを提供することにある。
・本発明の電動歯ブラシは、歯ブラシヘッドと、偏心分銅付きモータからなる振動発生装置と、前記歯ブラシヘッドが着脱可能に取着されるとともに、前記振動発生装置を収納する本体ケースとを備え、前記歯ブラシヘッドは前記本体ケースの先端のブラシ取付軸筒に取着され、そのブラシ取付軸筒内に前記振動発生装置が配置される。
・この電動歯ブラシは、前記本体ケースに外嵌されて、前記ブラシ取付軸筒に取着された前記歯ブラシヘッドを収納するキャップを更に備えることが好ましい。
・前記歯ブラシヘッドが前記本体ケースに取着されたとき、前記ブラシ取付軸筒の全体が前記歯ブラシヘッド内に配置されることが好ましい。
図面中の矢印L1,L2、T1,T2は、それぞれ先端方向L1、基端方向L2、前方T1、後方T2を示す。
(A)モータMの回転軸MCおよび歯ブラシヘッド5のブラシ毛52を含みかつモータMの回転軸MCと平行な断面を側断面とする。
(B)側断面において把持部ケース4の中心軸線C3に対して歯ブラシヘッド5のブラシ毛52の先端部が含まれる側を前側とする。また、側断面において把持部ケース4の中心軸線C3に対して前側とは反対側を後側とする。
(C)把持部ケース4の中心軸線C3に沿う方向においてアウターケース10のうちの歯ブラシヘッド5と把持部ケース4との間に位置する部位をケース中間部16とする。また、側断面においてアウターケース10およびインナーケース20および歯ブラシヘッド5のそれぞれの前側の壁部を前壁部10d,20d,5dとする。また、側断面においてアウターケース10およびインナーケース20および歯ブラシヘッド5のそれぞれの後側の壁部を後壁部10c,20c,5cとする。
(D)側断面において歯ブラシヘッド5の前壁部5dの外面を前面51bとする。また、側断面において歯ブラシヘッド5の後壁部5cの外面を後面51aとする。
(E)歯ブラシヘッド5の端部のうちのブラシ毛52側を先端部とする。また、歯ブラシヘッド5の端部のうちの先端部とは反対側の端部を基端部とする。
図5および図6に示すように、モータMの後側の外面とインナーケース20の後壁部20cとの間には、スペーサ28が設けられている。スペーサ28は、アウターケース10の後壁部10cおよびモータMの両方に直接的に接触している。
把持部ケース4は、ABS樹脂よりなる面取りした有底四角筒状のケースであって、その内部空間に先端開口部から本体ケース2を構成するインナーケース20の電池収容部22が装着される。把持部ケース4の先端開口部の内周面形状は、胴部21の基端側の半分の外周面形状と同一形状であって、胴部21の基端側の半分が把持部ケース4に内装されるようになっている。
(1)本実施形態によれば、本体ケース2の先端に歯ブラシヘッド5(保持部51)を着脱可能に取着する筒状のブラシ取付軸筒11を設け、そのブラシ取付軸筒11内の空間S1に振動を発生する偏心分銅29を取着したモータMを配置した。従って、ブラシ取付軸筒11の長さ分、歯ブラシヘッド5の先端を本体ケース2側に近づけることができる。その結果、電動歯ブラシ1は、その全長を短くでき、ポーチやポケットに入りやすく携帯性に優れたものとなる。
・上記実施形態では、本体ケース2をアウターケース10とインナーケース20の2つの部材で形成した。これを、アウターケース10とインナーケース20を一体にした本体ケース2にして実施してもよい。このようにすることによって、部品点数の削減、シールリングR1の削減を図ることができる。
Claims (6)
- 歯ブラシヘッドと、
偏心分銅付きモータからなる振動発生装置と、
前記歯ブラシヘッドが着脱可能に取着されるとともに、前記振動発生装置を収納する本体ケースとを備え、
前記歯ブラシヘッドは前記本体ケースの先端のブラシ取付軸筒に取着され、そのブラシ取付軸筒内に前記振動発生装置が配置される、電動歯ブラシ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動歯ブラシにおいて、
前記ブラシ取付軸筒は前記本体ケースの後面側に偏倚して配置されている電動歯ブラシ。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の電動歯ブラシにおいて、
前記本体ケースに外嵌されて、前記ブラシ取付軸筒に取着された前記歯ブラシヘッドを収納するキャップを更に備える電動歯ブラシ。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の電動歯ブラシにおいて、
前記本体ケースは、前記ブラシ取付軸筒を有するアウターケースと、一端に前記モータを収容するモータ収容部を有し、他端に前記モータの駆動用電池を収容する電池収容部を有するインナーケースとからなり、
前記インナーケースは、前記モータ収容部が前記アウターケースの前記ブラシ取付軸筒内に圧入されるように、前記アウターケースに収容される
ことを特徴とする電動歯ブラシ。 - 請求項4に記載の電動歯ブラシにおいて、
前記本体ケースの前記アウターケースと前記インナーケースとの間に介在されたシールリングを更に備える
ことを特徴とする電動歯ブラシ。 - 請求項1に記載の電動歯ブラシにおいて、
前記歯ブラシヘッドが前記本体ケースに取着されたとき、前記ブラシ取付軸筒の全体が前記歯ブラシヘッド内に配置されることを特徴とする電動歯ブラシ。
