巿场现有的另一种设备全清废模切机, 只能将在其它设备上完成 烫印 (或压痕) 工序的半成品放到全清废模切机上做模切加工、 废边 清除、 清成品、 废料清除的工作从而得到成品 (片材盒型) 的工作功 能。 显然此机型也不能做到一次走纸加工得到成品的市场需要。
综上所述市场现有的技术都不能满足在同一台设备上完成一次走 纸经烫印 (一次或两次)、 模切、 废边清除、 清成品、 废料清除从而得 到成品 (片材盒型) 的功能。 市场迫切需要具有全清废功能的多机组 模切烫印设备来提高生产效率。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备及其 工作方法, 一次输送单张纸经多机组的烫印、 模切后再进行清废、 清 成品以及废料清除的工作过程而获得成品 (片材盒型), 将需要多台设 备完成的烫金工艺、 模切及全清废工艺在一台设备上合理的实现, 也 就是将需多次走纸加工而获得成品 (片材盒型) 的工作简单化,.工作 效率大幅提高, 产品质量得到有效保证。
根据本发明, 提供了一种一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其 它包括纸张输送单元、 烫印控制单元、 模切单元、 废边清除单元、 清 成品单元、 废料清除单元、 传送机构; 纸张输送单元的输出端连接烫 印控制单元的输入端; 烫印控制单元、 模切单元、 废边清除单元、 清 成品单元及废料清除单元依次串联, 每两个单元间的输出端与输入端 相连接。 传送机构经烫印控制单元、 模切单元、 废边清除单元、 清成 品单元及废料清除单元, 用于将纸张传送到各单元。
传送机构包括牙排及牙排链条, 所述纸张输送单元是单张纸输送, 完成将纸张输送至牙排可叼到纸张的位置。
烫印控制单元包括模压单元和铝箔控制单元; 模压单元和铝箔控 制单元依次连接于纸张输送单元和模切单元之间。

( 5 ) 已清除部分废边的纸张被牙排输送至清成品单元, 在此单元 各成品完整的收集成垛, 得到排列整齐的成品;
( 6 )牙排叼住最后的废边输送至废料清除单元, 废边由废料清除 单元的输送皮带被输送出去。
此外, 步骤 (5 ) 中的成品为片材盒型。
本发明中的纸张输送单元, 烫印控制单元 (包括模压单元, 铝箔 控制单元), 模切单元, 废边清除单元, 清成品单元, 废料清除单元, 牙排, 牙排链条均为公知技术, 每个单元均独立完成其工序任务。

( 5 ) 已清除部分废边的纸张由牙排 7输送至清成品单元 5, 在此 单元由分盒器将各成品压下, 各成品完整的收集成垛, 得到排列整齐 的成品;
( 6 )牙排 7叼住最后的废边输送至废料清除单元 6, 牙排 7开牙 叼口废边掉到废料清除单元 6的输送皮带上被输送出去。
在步骤 (5 ) 中的成品为片材盒型。.
本发明的纸张输送单元 1, 烫印控制单元 2 (包括模压单元 2-1, 铝箔控制单元 2-2), 模切单元 3, 废边清除单元 4, 清成品单元 5, 废 料清除单元 6, 牙排 7, 牙排链条 8均为公知的技术, 每个单元均独立 完成其工序任务。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 包括纸张输送单元、 烫印控制单元、 模切单元、 废边清除单元、 清成品单元、 废料清除单 元、 传送机构, 其中所述纸张输送单元的输出端连接烫印控制单元的 输入端; 所述烫印控制单元、 所述模切单元、 所述废边清除单元、 所 述清成品单元及所述废料清除单元依次串联, 每两个单元间的输出端 与输入端相连接; 所述传送机构经烫印控制单元、 模切单元、 废边清 除单元、 清成品单元及废料清除单元, 用于将纸张传送到各单元。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其 特征在于所述烫印控制单元包括模压单元和铝箔控制单元; 所述模压 单元和所述铝箔控制单元依次连接于所述纸张输送单元和所述模切单 元之间。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其 特征在于所述模压单元的固定平台和活动平台可装配压痕工具或者烫 印工具。
4、根据权利要求 2或 3所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其特征在于所述模压单元为平压平形式、 圆压圆形式或圆压平形式。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其 特征在于所述烫印控制单元为至少一个。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备,其特 征在于所述烫印控制单元为两个或多个, 所述两个或多个烫印控制单 元的每个模压单元之间有同步传动机构, 所述烫印控制单元与所述模 切单元间也有同步传动机构。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其 特征在于第二个及以后的烫印控制单元及模切单元的输出端设置有牙 排定位装置。 . '
8、 根据权利要求 1所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其 特征在于所述传送机构包括牙排及牙排链条, 所述纸张输送单元是单 张纸输送, 完成将纸张输送至所述传送机构的所述牙排可叼到纸张的 位置。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其 特征在于所述牙排为一个或多个, 所述牙排固接在所述牙排链条上。
10、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其特征在于所述模切单元的固定平台和活动平台装配模切工具。
11、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备, 其特征在于所述模切单元为平压平形式、 圆压圆形式或圆压平形式。
12、 一种一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备的工作方法, 其特征 在于该方法包括以下步骤:
( 1 )纸张输送单元将单张纸输送至烫印控制单元入口处, 经定位 后由传送机构的牙排链条上的牙排开牙将输送到位的纸张叼住;
(2)所述牙排链条上的所述牙排将所述纸张输送至烫印控制单元 的加工位置, 依次完成烫印或压痕的工作;
(3 )烫印或压痕加工后的所述纸张被所述牙排链条上的所述牙排 输送至模切单元, 完成盒型的模切工作;
(4) 经模切的所述纸张被所述牙排输送至废边清除单元, 在此单 元完成清除部分废边的工作;
( 5 ) 己清除部分废边的所述纸张被所述牙排输送至清成品单元, 在此单元各成品被完整的收集成垛, 得到排列整齐的成品;
(6)所述牙排叼住最后的废边输送至废料清除单元所述废边被输 送出去。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的一次走纸完成成品加工的印刷设备的 工作方法, 其特征在于所述步骤 (5 ) 中的成品为片材盒型。
