Abstract

본 발명은 생물학적 물질의 원심분리 시에 사용하는 원심분리관으로서, 원심분리관의 직경을 달리하여 좀 더 세밀한 분리가 이루어 질수 있게 하고, 강한 힘이 작용하는 원심분리관의 가늘고 약한, 직경이 좁은 부위에 별도의 지지편을 형성하여 원심분리관의 변형 없이 원심분리가 이루지도록 한다. 별도의 시약 등을 이용하지 않고도 원심분리로 물질의 비중차에 의한 분리가 쉬워지며, 마개를 니들이 관통할 수 있는 고무나 폴리에틸렌 폴리프로필렌 또한 실리콘 등의 재료를 사용하여, 세균의 오염으로부터 차단되는, 페쇄된 공간 속에서 생물학적 제재의 원심분리가 가능하게 한다.
