Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'incinération capable d'améliorer l'efficacité de la combustion en amenant de l'air comburant sous forme de tourbillon à une première unité de combustion disposant d'une double structure de manière à faciliter l'afflux de l'air comburant, et en déplaçant la poussière et les gaz de combustion produits après la combustion, puis en les brûlant à nouveau dans une deuxième unité de combustion. La présente invention comprend : un dispositif de combustion (B) pour la combustion de déchets introduits, avec un premier four de combustion (1) disposé dans la partie inférieure et un deuxième four de combustion (2) disposé de manière connectée à la partie supérieure du premier four de combustion (1) ; un dispositif de collecte (C) pour recueillir les gaz de combustion produits dans le dispositif de combustion (B) ; et un conduit (D) pour établir une connexion traversante entre le dispositif de combustion (B) et le dispositif de collecte (C) ; le premier four de combustion (1) a une double structure constituée d'un corps tubulaire externe (11) et d'un corps tubulaire interne (14), et comprend une unité de soufflante (3), au bas de laquelle sont disposés un tube d'alimentation en air (362) et un ventilateur d'alimentation en air (26) de manière inclinée. La surface circonférentielle du ventilateur est munie sur sa circonférence d'une pluralité de plaques de chicane (323) et la surface supérieure du ventilateur est munie, de manière rotative, d'une palette (34) en vue de créer une agitation.
