根据需要,另设置有一固接在本体100之背面的装饰盖101,它具有一固接面盖200的固定框1011及一对应固定密封盖190的固定盖1012。另配设一固接在本体100之正面的扣盖102,它用于盖罩切换机构,使得整个切换机构都设置在固定单元之内。
本实施例之中,设计本体,使得摆臂之每次摆动角度与分水盘每次转动切换之转动角度相等。该本体之设计,如为弧形槽之圆形角设计实现,如为本体之上凸设二限位凸块等。
甩动切换花洒切换方法,它包括:
步骤1,用户手持切换花洒之手持部并甩动,在摆臂600和配重块610作用下,摆臂600相对枢轴转动,并使复位弹性体900储能;
步骤2,摆臂600摆动过程中通过棘爪700之作用使得棘轮500转动,请查阅图6,该图中的转动方向为逆时针;棘轮500通过同步轴420带动分水盘400转动;止位弹片800之另一端顶抵在棘轮500之棘齿,以防止棘轮500顺时针转动;
步骤3,当摆臂摆动到位时,使得分水盘400的分水孔410刚好从原来的一接水槽和一接水孔切换至另一接水槽和另一接水孔,请查阅图5,该图中的另一接水槽为接水槽320,另一接水孔位接水孔350,此时,进水通道110之水通过分水孔410,通过接水槽320(接水孔350进入接水槽320),通过接通道171,通过出水凹槽170,通过出水孔172进水出水腔体120,通过出水部分220,出水,也即是出按摩水;
步骤4,复位弹性体900释能并使摆臂400复位。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明一种甩动切换花洒及切换方法,利用甩动提供切换动力,将甩动力转化为分水盘转动动力,来实现出水功能切换,其结构简单、操作使用方便,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (11)

  1. 甩动切换花洒,它包括一固定单元及一切换机构,所述固定单元设有至少二个出水功能,其特征在于:所述切换机构包括一能相对固定单元摆动的摆臂、一能相对固定单元转动的转动轮及一同步转动连接转动轮的分水盘;通过甩动固定单元带动摆臂摆动,摆臂摆动带动转动轮转动,转动轮转动带动分水盘转动,通过分水盘和固定单元之间相对转动来实现出水功能切换。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的甩动切换花洒,其特征在于:所述固定单元具有一进水通道;所述分水盘开设有分水孔;通过分水盘转动使分水孔接通进水通道和多个出水功能中的某一个出水功能。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的甩动切换花洒,其特征在于:所述摆臂末端固设有配重块。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的甩动切换花洒,其特征在于:所述摆臂摆动轴线、转动轮转动轴线及分水盘转动轴线重合。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的甩动切换花洒,其特征在于:所述转动轮为棘轮,所述摆臂设有一棘爪,所述棘爪适配连接棘轮棘齿。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的甩动切换花洒,其特征在于:所述切换机构还包括一止位弹片及一复位弹性体;所述止位弹片的一端设在固定单元,另一端顶抵在棘轮棘齿;所述复位弹性体连接在摆臂和固定单元之间,用于使摆臂复位。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的甩动切换花洒,其特征在于:所述切换机构其摆臂有枢接端及末端,该枢接端枢接在枢轴,摇臂之末端开有安装孔,内置一配重块,相对的在主体部之正面凹设一对应配重块的弧形槽;在摇臂枢接端的后部设有一安装槽,用以安装棘爪。
  8. 根据权利要求2或3或4所述的甩动切换花洒,其特征在于:
    所述固定单元包括一本体及一密封盖,所述本体内设有一圆形装配槽,所述圆形装配槽之底面设有一一对应连通出水功能的进水孔;
    所述分水盘转动装设在圆形装配槽之内,所述分水盘和圆形装配槽底面密封靠接在一起并能相对转动;
    所述密封盖接圆形装配槽,以使得圆形装配槽之内形成有一连通进水通道的进水腔。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的甩动切换花洒,其特征在于:所述分水盘向上凸设有一同步轴,所述同步轴能转动密封穿过密封盖;所述转动轮连接在同步轴,使得转动轮和分水盘之间构成同步转动连接关系。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的甩动切换花洒,其特征在于:所述转动轮之上凸设有一枢轴,所述摆臂枢接在枢轴。
  11. 甩动切换花洒切换方法,其特征在于:它包括:
    步骤1,甩动切换花洒,带动摆臂摆动,同时复位弹性体储能;
    步骤2,摆臂摆动带动转动轮转动,转动轮转动带动分水盘转动,止位弹片阻止转动轮反转;
    步骤3,当摆臂摆动到位时,该分水盘完成切换出水功能;
    步骤4,复位弹性体释能并使摆臂复位。
