一较佳实施例之中:所述四个封水片以“十”字布置。
一较佳实施例之中:所述固定单元包括一本体、一定位板和一盖板,所述本体背面凹设有固定槽,所述定位板装设在固定槽之内,所述盖板密封固盖固定槽开口,所述切换盘设置在固定槽之内。
一较佳实施例之中:所述卡位板上的“十”字通槽,具有上下滑动档位和左右摆动档位。
本技术方案与背景技术相比,它具有如下优点:
1、通过手柄活动带动切换盘摆动和滑动,通过切换盘摆动和滑动控制封水片活动以通堵分水孔,以实现分水孔切换接通进水通道,因此:a、能够实现单手操作,切换时具有明显档位感,避免使用者误操作,操作方便;b、切换机构能够在四个出水功能之间实现切换,结构简单;
2、卡位板开设有一个“十”字通槽,因此:a、卡位板能够盖接装配槽开口,并定位连接件;b、“十”字通槽能够保证手柄操作准确;c、能够避免二个出水功能同时出水;
3、通过定位销选择插入第一定位槽实现切换状态保持,结构简单,增加切换手感;
4、切换盘摆动时,第一触动端顶抵第一控制部,使得第一封水片倾斜,第一封水部掀起,使得该第一封水片对应的分水孔接通进水通道,通堵结构新颖,结构简单;
5、切换盘滑动时,第二触动端顶抵第二控制部,使得第二封水片倾斜,第二封水部掀起,使得该第二封水片对应的分水孔接通进水通道,通堵结构新颖,结构简单。

具体实施方式
请查阅1至图30,球杆切换花洒,它包括一固定单元100和一切换机构。
请查阅1至图3、图8至图16,所述固定单元100,它包括一本体110、一面盖120、一定位板130、一顶盖140、一塞子150和一卡位板160。
所述本体110具有一握手部111和一固接握手部111的固接头112。所述固接头112之背面凹设有固定槽113,所述本体110之正面凹设有一装配槽114,所述本体110还设有一接通固定槽113和装配槽114的接通槽115,所述装配槽114底面设置成弧形面。所述本体110之内还开设有一进水通道,所述进水通道内端接通固定槽113,所述外端通过塞子150能够接通外界水源。
所述面盖120固接在本体110正面,并构成有四个出水功能,每个出水功能都具有一出水孔121,所述四个出水孔121环形陈列布置在本体110的固定槽113底面。
所述定位板130成弧形段,所述定位板130固定装设在本体110的固定槽113之内,并使得所述定位板130的弧形缺口对准接通槽115,以供传动轴240穿过。
所述顶盖140固定密封盖接在本体110的固定槽113的开口。
所述卡位板160固盖装配槽114开口,所述卡位板160开设有一个“十”字通槽161,具有上下滑动档位和左右摆动档位。
请查阅4至图7、图8至图16,所述切换机构包括一连接件210、一手柄220、一切换盘230、一传动轴240、二第一封水片250和二第二封水片260。
所述连接件210背面设置成弧形面,并适配装接在本体100的装配槽114之内,使得所述连接件210能相对装配槽114、相对本体110、相对固定单元100滑动和摆动。
所述手柄220的内端固接连接件210正面,外端适配穿过卡位板160的“十”字通槽161,伸出于固定单元100之外以供用户控制,手柄220外端部为球面体。
所述传动轴240一端固接连接件210,另一端穿过接通槽115并固接切换盘230,则通过手柄220活动能够带动切换盘230摆动和滑动。
所述第一封水片250成“Z”字形并包括一第一封水部251、一第一控制部252和一固接第一封水部251和第一控制部252的中间部253,所述第一封水部251背面和固定单元100的定位板130之间设置有一第二弹簧254,所述第一封水部251受第二弹簧254弹力作用常闭密封对应的分水孔121。
所述第二封水片260包括一第二封水部261及一固设在第二封水部261背面的第二控制部262,所述第二封水部261背面和固定单元100的定位板130之间设置有一第三弹簧263,所述第二封水部261受第三弹簧263弹力作用常闭密封对应的分水孔121。
所述切换盘230凸设有二第一触动端231和二第二触动端232,所述二第一触动端231和二第二触动端232布置成“十”字。所述切换盘230装设在本体110的固定槽113之内。
所述二第一触动端231介设在二第一封水片250之间,而且,二第一触动端231分别对应于二第一控制部252正面,使得所述切换盘230摆动时第一触动端231能够顶抵第一控制部252,使得第一封水片250活动,使得第一封水部251被掀起,使得第二弹簧254压缩储能,使得该第一封水片250对应的分水孔121打开,接通固定槽113,接通进水通道,接通外界水源;当然,切换盘朝反向转动时,该第二弹簧254顶抵松释,在第二弹簧254弹力下,第一封水片250活动,第一封水部251复原堵该分水孔。
所述二第二触动端232介设于二第二封水片260之间,而且,二第二触动端232分别对应二第二控制部262之间,使得所述切换盘230滑动时第二触动端232能够顶抵第二控制部262,使得第二封水片260活动,使得第二封水部261被掀起,使得第三弹簧263压缩储能,使得该第二封水片260对应的分水孔121打开,接通固定槽113,接通进水通道,接通外界水源;当然,切换盘朝反向滑动时,该第三弹簧263顶抵松释,在第三弹簧263弹力力下,第二封水片260活动,第二封水部261复原堵分水孔。
所述连接件210背面还开设有四个第一定位槽310和一个第二定位槽320,四个第一定位槽310以“十”字排布,第二定位槽320位于四个第一定位槽310之间。所述装配槽114底面设置有一凹槽,所述凹槽之内装设有一第一弹簧330和一受第一弹簧330顶抵的定位销340,所述定位销340适配第一定位槽310和第二定位槽320,通过定位销340和定位槽的配合能够实现切换状态保持,能够增加切换手感,同时能够增加连接件的定位稳定性。
为了审查员进一步了解本发明,下面具体介绍切换花洒切换原理,为了清楚了解,上述的二个第一封水片分别定义为左第一封水片和右第一封水片,则相应定义出左第一控制部、左第一封水部、左第二弹簧,右第一控制部、右第一封水部、右第二弹簧;上述的二个第二封水片分别定义为上第二封水片和下第二封水片,则相应定义为上第一控制部、上第一封水部、上第三弹簧,下第一控制部、下第一封水部、下第三弹簧;上述的二第一触动端分别定义为左第一触动端和右第一触动端;上述的二第二触动端分别定义为上第二触动端和下第二触动端;上述的四个分水孔分别定义为左分水孔、右分水孔、上分水孔和下分水孔。
原始状态时,所述二个第一封水片250和二个第二封水片260全部密封四个分水孔121,处于止水状态,此时:定位销340适配插入第二定位槽320,如图8至图18。
如图19至图21,用户向右摆动手柄220,手柄220朝“十”字槽161横向右侧摆动,连接件210向右摆动,此时,定位销340插入位于右侧的第一定位槽310之内;通过传动轴240带动切换盘230向右转动,右第一触动端231逆时针转动并顶抵右第一封水片250,使得右第一封水部251被掀起,右分水孔121导通,右分水孔121对应的出水功能出水,右第二弹簧254压缩储能。
如图22至图23,用户向左摆动手柄220,手柄220朝“十”字槽161则横向左侧摆动,连接件210向左摆动,此时,右第二弹簧254在弹力作用下使右第一封水部251复原并封闭右分水孔121;定位销340插入位于左侧的第一定位槽310之内;通过传动轴240带动切换盘230向左转动,此时左第一触动端231顺时针转动并顶抵左第一封水片250,使得左第一封水部251被掀起,左分水孔121导通,左分水孔121对应的出水功能出水,左第二弹簧254压缩储能。
用户摆动使手柄220处于原始位置,此时,左第二弹簧254在弹力作用下使左第一封水部251复原以封闭左分水孔121。
如图24至图26,向上滑动手柄220,连接件210向上滑动,此时,定位销340插入位于上侧的第一定位槽310之内;通过传动轴240带动切换盘230向上滑动,上第二触动端232向上滑动并顶抵上第二封水片260,使得上第二封水片260活动,使得上第二封水部261被掀起,使得上分水孔121导通,上分水孔121对应的出水功能出水;上第三弹簧263压缩储能。
如图27至图28;用户向下滑动手柄220,连接件210向下滑动,此时:上第二封水部261在上第三弹簧263弹力作用下封闭上分水孔121;定位销340插入位于下侧的第一定位槽310之内;通过传动轴240带动切换盘230向下滑动,此时:下第二触动端232向下滑动并顶抵下第二封水片260,使得下第二封水片260活动,使得下第二封水部261被掀起,使得下分水孔121导通,下分水孔121对应的出水功能出水;下第三弹簧254压缩储能。
由上述描述可知,本具体实施例之中,能够实现四种出水功能切换,并具有五个状态,五个状态分别为四个出水功能出水和一个止水。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,故不能依此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明专利范围及说明书内容所作的等效变化与修饰,皆应仍属本发明涵盖的范围内。
工业实用性
本发明球杆切换花洒,通过手柄活动带动切换盘摆动和滑动,通过切换盘摆动和滑动控制封水片活动以通堵分水孔,以实现分水孔切换接通进水通道,能够实现单手操作,切换时具有明显档位感。

Claims (10)

  1. 球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:它包括:
    一固定单元,它具有多个出水功能、一装配槽和一进水通道,所述每个出水功能都具有一相应的分水孔;及
    一切换机构,它包括:
    一连接件,它能滑动且能摆动地装接在装配槽;
    一手柄,它固接连接件并伸出于固定单元之外以供用户控制;
    一切换盘,它装设于固定单元之内,它和连接件构成固定连接关系;及
    与分水孔等数的封水片,所述多个封水片和多个分水孔一一对应;
    其中:通过切换盘和固定单元之间的相对摆动和滑动能够控制封水片活动以通堵分水孔,以实现分水孔切换接通进水通道。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述切换机构,它还包括:
    一传动轴,它一端固接连接件,另一端固接切换盘,以使得通过手柄活动能够带动切换盘摆动和滑动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述出水功能个数为四个;所述固定单元还包括一卡位板,所述卡位板固盖装配槽开口,所述卡位板开设有一个“十”字通槽,所述手柄适配“十”字通槽。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:
    所述连接件背面设置成弧形面,并开设有四个以“十”字排布的第一定位槽,所述手柄固接在连接件正面;
    所述装配槽底面设置有一凹槽,所述凹槽之内装设有一第一弹簧和一受第一弹簧顶抵的定位销,所述定位销适配第一定位槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述连接件背面还开设有一第二定位槽,所述第二定位槽位于四个第一定位槽之间,所述第二定位槽适配定位销。
  6. 根据权利要求3或4或5所述的球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:
    所述四个封水片分为二个第一封水片和二个第二封水片;
    所述第一封水片成“Z”字形并包括一第一封水部、一第一控制部和一固接第一封水部和第一控制部的中间部,所述第一封水部背面和固定单元之间设置有一第二弹簧,所述第一封水部受第二弹簧弹力作用常闭密封分水孔;
    所述切换盘具有二第一触动端,所述二第一触动端分别对应于二第一控制部正面,使得所述切换盘摆动时第一触动端能够顶抵第一控制部以掀起第一封水部。
  7. 根据权利要求3或4或5所述的球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:
    所述四个封水片分为二个第一封水片和二个第二封水片;
    所述第二封水片包括一第二封水部及一固设在第二封水部背面的第二控制部,所述第二封水部背面和固定单元之间设置有一第三弹簧,所述第二封水部受第三弹簧弹力作用常闭密封分水孔;
    所述切换盘具有二第二触动端,所述二第二触动端介设于二第二控制部之间,使得所述切换盘滑动时第二触动端能够顶抵第二控制部以掀起第二封水部。
  8. 根据权利要求3或4或5所述的球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述四个封水片以“十”字布置。
  9. 根据权利要求3或4或5所述的球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述固定单元包括一本体、一定位板和一盖板,所述本体背面凹设有固定槽,所述定位板装设在固定槽之内,所述盖板密封固盖固定槽开口,所述切换盘设置在固定槽之内。
  10. 根据权利要求3或4或5所述的球杆切换花洒,其特征在于:所述卡位板上的“十”字通槽,具有上下滑动档位和左右摆动档位。
