Abstract

Für die Entnahme einzelner Zigaretten (17) aus einer Zigarettenpackung bei der Erstbenutzung wird ein innerhalb der Packung angeordneter Coupon (23) verwendet. Bei der Entnahmebewegung desselben kommt eine Hakenlasche (25) des Coupons (23) zur Anlage an einer durch Filter (26) gebildeten Stützkante (27) der Zigaretten (17). Die Besonderheit besteht darin, dass die Hakenlasche (25) durch ein zusätzliches Organ, hier durch eine Sperrlasche (32) in der Verhakungsstellung fixiert ist.

Description

Packung für Zigaretten sowie Vorrichtung zum Herstellen derselben Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Zigarettenpackung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1. Weiterhin bezieht sich die Erfindung auf eine Vorrichtung gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 10. Thema der Erfindung ist die erleichterte Entnahme von (ersten) Zigaretten aus einer Zigarettenpackung bei erstmaliger Ingebrauchnahme derselben. Es ist bereits vorgeschlagen worden, bei einer Klappschachtel einen in der Klappschachtel angeordneten Zuschnitt bzw. Coupon als Entnahmehilfe für Zigaretten einzusetzen. Der Coupon ist im Schachtelteil der Klappschachtel zwischen dem Packungsinhalt, nämlich einem Zigarettenblock einerseits und einer Schachtel-Vorderwand bzw. einer Kragen-vorderwand andererseits positioniert. Der Zigarettenblock ist so ausgebildet, dass bei geöffnetem Deckel ein Öffnungszuschnitt, nämlich Flap, als Teil der Umhüllung des Zigarettenblocks - Innenzuschnitt - erfasst und abgezogen werden kann, sodass, die in Reihen angeordneten Zigaretten frontseitig und in, einem angrenzenden Bereich einer Stirnwand frei liegen. Der Coupon ist so positioniert, dass bei offenem Deckel ein oberes Endstück erfasst und so der Coupon aus der Packung herausgezogen werden kann. Der Coupon weist durch U- bzw. C-förmige Stanzungen gebildete Hakenlaschen auf, die aus der Ebene des Coupons in eine Schrägstellung gefaltet sind, und zwar nach innen und oben, also zu den Zigaretten. Beim Herausziehen des Coupons werden mit Hilfe der Hakenlasche mehrere, insbesondere drei Zigaretten im Bereich einer durch Filter der Zigaretten bzw. durch Belagpapier derselben gebildeten Kante erfasst und mitgenommen. Ein Problem der vorstehenden Entnahmehilfe mittels Coupon besteht darin, dass die Hakenlasche häufig nicht in der für die Mitnahme der Zigaretten erforderlichen Schrägstellung fixiert werden kann, insbesondere nach längerer Lagerung der Zigarettenpackungen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Entnahmehilfe für Zigaretten mittels Coupon bzw. Zuschnitt dahingehend zu verbessern, dass ein Mitnahmeorgan als Teil des Coupons bzw. Zuschnitts zuverlässig in einer Verhakungsstellung zur Mitnahme von Zigaretten bereitgehalten ist.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Packung dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens im Bereich der Filterkante der Zigaretten die Hakenlasche durch ein Stützorgan in der (schräggerichteten) Verhakungsstellung fixiert ist.
Das Stütz- bzw. Verriegelungsorgan kann Teil des Coupons bzw. Zuschnitts sein, iiisbesondere derart, dass ein zweilagiger Coupon zwei zusammenwirkende Laschen durch entsprechende Stanzung bildet, die aufgrund der Form der Laschen und/oder der Relativstellung und/oder unterschiedlicher Größe nach dem Falten in eine Schräg- bzw. Verhakungsstellung eine wechselseitige Verriegelung bewirken. Alternativ können die Stütz- bzw. Sperrorgane Teil der Packung sein. Vorteilhaft ist eine Ausführung, bei der nach innen gerichtete Vorsprünge an einer Kragen-Vorderwand angebracht sind, und zwar in einer Position, die die Schräg- bzw. Verhakungsstellung der Hakenlasche positionsgenau für die Entnahme der Zigaretten fixiert.
Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung basiert auf einem im Prinzip bekannten Coupongeber zur Übertragung der Coupons auf die Frontseite eines Zigarettenblocks. Die Weiterentwicklung besteht darin, dass der bzw. die Hakenlaschen nach Austritt eines Coupons aus einem Speicher bzw. während des Transports zum Zigarettenblock berührungslos mittels Luft, insbesondere mittels Luftstrahl, in die Verhakungsstellung gefaltet werden. Ausführungsbeispiele der Packung sowie der Vorrichtung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

Die Erfindung ist bevorzugt für Zigarettenpackungen des Typs Klappschachtel/Hinge Lid geeignet. Dieser standardmäßige Packungstyp besteht aus einem unteren Schachtelteil 10 und einem mit diesem verbundenen Deckel 11. Im Schachtelteil 10 ist ein Kragen 12 angeordnet und durch Klebung fixiert. Dieser besteht aus Kragen-Vorderwand 13 und Kragen-Seitenlappen 14. Die Krägen-Vorderwand 13 weist eine zur freien Seite offene Ausnehmung 15 auf. Im Schachtelten 10 befindet sich der Packungsinhalt, nämlich ein Folienblock 16. Eine formierte Gruppe von Zigaretten 17 ist von einem Innenzuschnitt 18 umgeben, der im Bereich einer oberen Stirnseite des Folienblocks 16 eine Stirnfaltung bildet mit trapezförmigen Längslappen 19, 20. Die Zigaretten 17 sind in Zigaretten-Reihen 21 angeordnet. Eine frontseitige Zigaretten-Reihe 21 ist der Kragen-Vorderwand 13 zugekehrt.
Die Entnahme von Zigaretten 17 aus der Zigarettengruppe ist durch Bildung einer Abziehlasche 22 - Flap - im oberen, frontseitigen Bereich des Folienblocks 16 erleichtert. Die Abziehlasche 22 besteht aus dem frontseitigen, außen liegenden Längslappen 20, einem angrenzenden Bereich einer Vorderwand des Innenzuschnitts 18 und Seitenlappen desselben. Diese Einheit wird durch Erfassen des Längslappens 20 aus der Packung herausgezogen - bei geöffnetem Deckel 11. Damit liegen mindestens obere Bereich der frontseitigen Zigaretten-Reihe 21 für die Entnahme von Zigaretten frei.
Die Entnahme von Zigaretten 17 aus dem Verbund der Zigarettengruppe wird durch ein Hilfsmittel erleichtert bzw. bewirkt. In der Packung, nämlich im Schachtelteil 10, befindet sich ein Zuschnitt bzw. ein Coupon 23. Dieser ist vorzugsweise rechteckig bzw. streifenförmig ausgebildet und besteht aus dünnem, formbarem Material, insbesondere stärkerem bzw. beschichtetem Papier, dünnem Karton oder dergleichen. Der Coupon 23 kann zur Aufnahme von Werbung und/oder Informationen verwendet werden. Der Coupon 23 ist frontseitig in der Packung angeordnet, und zwar zwischen dem Folienblock 16 einerseits und einer Schachtel-Vorderwand 24 des Schachtelteils 10 bzw. - im oberen Bereich - der Kragen-Vorderwand 13 andererseits. Der Coupon 23 kann sich über die volle Höhe und/oder Breite der Packung erstrecken. In jedem Falle ist der Coupon 23 so positioniert, dass ein oberer Bereich zum Erfassen des Coupons 23 frei im Bereich der Ausnehmung 15 der Kragen- Vorderwand 13 liegt.
Der Coupon 23 ist mit Organen versehen, die beim Herausziehen des Coupons 23 aus der Packung (Fig. 2, Fig. 8) vorzugsweise mehrere Zigaretten 17 der frontseitigen Zigarettenreihe 21 erfassen und anheben in eine Stellung, in der obere Endbereiche der Zigaretten 17 frei liegen. Der Coupon 23 ist zu diesem Zweck mit mindestens einer quergerichteten Hakenlasche 25 versehen, die nach innen geformt bzw. gefaltet ist, und zwar in eine aufwärts gerichtete Schrägstellung zum Coupon 23. Die innenseitige Hakenlasche 25 erfasst eine oder mehrere Zigaretten 17 bei der Aufwärtsbewegung des Coupons 23 im Bereich von freiliegenden Vorsprüngen der Zigarette 17. Vorliegend sind die Zigaretten 17 mit einem besonderen Filter 26 versehen, der aufgrund eines äußeren Filterbelags eine ringsherumlaufende Stützkante 27 am unteren Ende des Filters 26 bildet. Diese Stützkante 27 bzw. der Bereich derselben weist einen größeren Außendurchmesser auf als der anschließende Zigarettenteil. Die Hakenlasche 25 erfasst die Zigaretten 17 bei der Aufwärtsbewegung mit einer Laschenkante 28, die Anlage an der Stützkante 27 des Filters 26 erhält und so eine formschlüssige Verbindung schafft. Die Hakenlasche 25 ist im unteren Bereich des Coupons 23 angeordnet, sodass in der Endphase der Entnahmebewegung des Coupons 23 die (mittleren) Zigaretten 17 der frontseitigen Zigaretten-Reihe 21 erfasst und bei fortgesetzter Bewegung des Coupons 23 nach oben gezogen werden in eine Stellung entsprechend Fig. 2.
Die Besonderheit sind Maßnahmen zur Sicherung einer Verhakung von Coupons 23 und Zigaretten 17 bei der Entnahmebewegung des Coupons 23. Es geht darum, die Hakenlasche 25 mindestens im Bereich der Mitnahme der Zigaretten 17 zuverlässig in der Verhakungsstellung zu sichern, also in einer schräg aufwärtsgerichteten Stellung. Hierzu sind Stütz- bzw. Verriegelungsorgane vorgesehen, die die Hakenlasche 25 beaufschlagen.
Bei einem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 1 bis Fig. 8 ist der Coupon 23 doppellagig ausgebildet. Ein langgestreckter Materialstreifen (Fig. 3) ist (mittig) gefaltet und bildet zwei in der Packung aneinander liegende Coupon-Schenkel 29, 30. Der innenliegende Coupon-Schenkel 30 ist dem Folienblock 16 zugekehrt, während der äußere Coupon-Schenkel 29 an der Innenseite der Kragen-Vorderwand 13 an liegt. Der Coupon-Schenkel 30 weist die bzw. mindestens eine Hakenlasche 25 auf, die in einem unteren Bereich angeordnet ist, hier benachbart zur unteren Faltkante des Coupons 23. Die Hakenlasche 25 ist durch U- bzw. C-förmige Stanzung gebildet, und zwar hier in trapezförmiger Ausbildung mit schräggerichteten Seitenkanten. Eine Schwenk- bzw. Faltachse 31 ist als Schwächungslinie des Materials markiert (Prägung, Stanzung, Perforation oder dergleichen). Aufgrund der konvergierenden Form der Hakenlasche 25 ist die Laschenkante 28 kürzer als die Faltachse 31. In der Arbeits- bzw. Verhakungsstellung ist die Hakenlasche 25 durch ein mit dem Coupon-Schenkel 29 verbundenes Sperr- bzw. Stützorgan gesichert. Es handelt sich dabei vorliegend um eine Sperrlasche 32, die in ausgewählter Relativstellung zur Hakenlasche 25 angeordnet ist. Die Sperrlasche 32 ist so ausgebildet und angeordnet, dass sie - insbesondere gemeinsam mit der Hakenlasche 25 - in Wirkstellung bewegbar ist, in der eine Rückbewegung der Hakenlasche 25 in die Ausgangsstellung - in der Ebene des Coupons 23 - verhindert wird. Die Sperrlasche 42 ist versetzt zur Hakenlasche 25 angeordnet, derart, dass die Sperrlasche 32 mindestens mit einem Randbereich an der Innenseite - dem Folienblock 16 zugekehrt - des Coupons 23 bzw. des Coupon- Schenkels 30 anliegt (Fig. 7). Die Hakenlasche 25 liegt ihrerseits an der - schräggestellten - Sperrlasche 32 an.
Die Sperrlasche 32 hat vorliegend geringfügig andere Abmessungen als die Hakenlasche 25, ist nämlich geringfügig schmaler, sodass die Sperrlasche 32 erleichtert in die Sperrstellung , bewegt werden kann. Des Weiteren ist die Sperrlasche 32 versetzt zur Hakenlasche 25 angeordnet. Im vorliegenden Falle ist insbesondere eine Faltlinie 33 der Sperrlasche 32 versetzt (höher liegend) zur Faltachse 31 der Hakenlasche 25 angeordnet. Auch eine von der Sperrlasche 32 gebildete freie Laschenkante 34 liegt versetzt zur Laschenkante 28. Durch Form- bzw. Relativstellung der Sperrlasche 32 muss diese bei der Bewegung in die Stütz- bzw. Sperrstellung einen vorstehenden Rand überwinden, der durch eine von der Hakenlasche 25 (teilweise) freigegebenen Öffnung im Coupon 23 gebildet ist. Die durch die Hakenlasche 25 gebildete Öffnung im Coupon 23 wird ein Vorsprung für die Sperrlasche 32 gebildet, die bei der Bewegung derselben in die Sperr- bzw. Stützstellung überwunden werden muss. Dies wird eine gewisse Verformbarkeit der Sperrlasche 32 ermöglicht, und zwar durch Schwächungslinien. Vorliegend ist die Sperrlasche 32 mit einer etwa mittig angeordneten, quergerichteten Knicklinie 35 versehen, die als Perforationslinie ausgebildet ist. Der doppellagig ausgebildete Coupon 23 ist mit der mittigen Faltlinie nach unten weisend im Schachtelteil 10 angeordnet, sodass ein oberer Endbereich der beiden Coupon-Schenkel 29, 30 erfasst und der Coupon 23 nach oben herausgezogen werden kann (Fig. 8). Vorzugsweise vor dem Einführen des Coupons 23 in die Packung werden die Laschen 25, 32 in die Arbeitsstellung gebracht. Bei der Aufwärtsbewegung des Coupons 23 kommt mindestens die Laschenkante 28 der Hakenlasche 25, bei entsprechender Ausbildung der Stützkante 27 auch die Laschenkante 31 der Sperrlasche 32 zur Anlage an der Stützkante 27. Dadurch werden die erfassten (drei) Zigaretten 17 angehoben.
Die vorliegende Entnahmehilfe kann auch realisiert werden, wenn die zwei- oder mehrlagige Anordnung des Coupons 23 im Bereich der Entnahmehilfe durch ungleich lange Schenkel des Coupons 23 und/oder durch lediglich örtliche Mehrlagigkeit geschaffen wird, letzteres durch Anbringen eines separaten Zuschnittstücks an dem Coupon 23 zur Bildung der Hakenlasche 25 und/oder der Sperrlasche 32.
Die Positionierung bzw. Fixierung der Mitnahmeorgane des Coupons können auch durch Orgarie bewirkt werden, die nicht am Coupon 23 angebracht sind, sondern an der Packung. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 9 bis Fig. 13 ist beispielsweise der Coupon 23 einlagig ausgebildet, nämlich als rechteckiger, langgestreckter Zuschnitt, vorzugsweise aus starkem Papier bzw. dünnem Karton. Der Coupon 23 weist im unteren Bereich eine Hakenlasche 25 auf, die vorliegend in der im Zusammenhang mit dem vorhergehenden Ausführungsbeispiel beschriebenen Art ausgebildet ist. Die Arbeits- bzw. Mitnahmestellung der Hakenlasche 25 ist in Fig. 12, Fig. 13 gezeigt. Die Lasche ist unter einem spitzen Winkel zur Ebene des Coupons 23 aufwärtsgerichtet, sodass eine Laschenkante 28 in der beschriebenen Weise gegen eine Stützkante 27 der Zigarette 17 bewegt wird, wenn der Coupon 23 aus der Packung herausgezogen wird. Die Hakenlasche 25 wird durch gesonderte Druck- bzw. Stützmittel in die Mitnahmestellung bewegt. Diese Stützmittel sind am Kragen 12, und zwar an der Kragen- Vorderwand 13 angeordnet.
Die Organe zur Verstellung und/oder Stützung der Hakenlasche 25 sind als nach innen gerichtete Verformungen der Kragen-Vorderwand 13 ausgebildet. Vorliegend handelt es sich um vorzugsweise zwei nebeneinander liegende sickenartige Nasen bzw. Vorsprünge 36. Diese sind durch prägende Verformung des Materials gebildet und so angeordnet, dass sie nach innen gerichtet sind. Jeder Vorsprung 36 besteht aus einer durch quergerichtete Stanzlinie 37 gebildeten Oberkante und einer darunter liegenden, nach innen gerichteten Wölbung 38. Diese ist als gerundeter Vorsprung definiert. Der Coupon 23 wird bei der Entnahmebewegung gleitend an den Vorsprüngen 36 bzw. den Wölbungen 38 entlang bewegt. Im Bereich der Hakenlasche 25 wird eine Schwenkbewegung derselben in Richtung zu den freiliegenden Zigaretten 17 bewirkt (Fig. 12). Die Hakenlasche 25 wird durch die Vorsprünge 36 nicht nur in die Mitriahmestellung bewegt, sondern während der Mitnahme der Zigaretten 17 zeitweilig durch die Vorsprünge 36 gestützt. Die Vorsprünge 36 sind im Bereich von Vertiefungen zwischen benachbarten Zigaretten 17 der vorderen Zigaretten- Reihe 21 angeordnet.
Die Stellung der Vorsprünge 36 ist auf die Lage der Hakenlasche 25 abgestimmt, derart, dass die Vorsprünge 36 wirksam werden, bevor die Hakenlasche 25 in den Bereich der Filter 26 bzw. der Stützkante 27 gelangt. Sinnvollerweise ist die Abstimmung so getroffen, dass die Vorsprünge 36 unterhalb einer quergerichteten oberen Randkante, nämlich Schließkante 39 der Schachtel- Vorderwand 24 liegen, sodass die Vorsprünge 36 auch bei offener Packung nicht sichtbar sind.
Eine weitere Besonderheit ist die Verformung der Hakenlaschen 25 in die Mitnahmestellung bei der Herstellung der Packung. Der in Fig. 14 dargestellte Vorschlag geht davon aus, dass der Coupon 23 mit durch Stanzungen angebrachter Hakenlasche 25 vor dem Anbringen an einem Folienblock 16 bearbeitet wird, sodass die Hakenlasche 25 in die Arbeitsstellung bewegt ist, wenn der Coupon 23 auf die nach oben gerichtete Vorderseite eines Folienblocks 16 aufgelegt wird.
Die vorbereiteten Coupons 23 sind in einem Coupon-Magazin 40 angeordnet, nämlich gestapelt. Das Couponmagazin 40 befindet sich oberhalb eines Förderers 41 für die fertig gefalteten Folienblöcke 16 in einer Schrägstellung. Durch einen hin- und herbewegbaren Schieber 42 wird der jeweils untere Coupon 23 entnommen, mittels Saugluft bzw. Saugbohrungen 43 auf dem Schieber 42 fixiert, derart, dass ein in Entnahmerichtung vom liegender (unterer) Bereich des Coupons 23 frei liegt und von nachfolgenden Mitnahmewalze 44 erfasst werden kann.
Die Hakenlasche 25 wird vor Übergabe an den Folienblock 16, vorzugsweise während einer Phase der Entnahmebewegung aus dem Coupon-Magazin 40, in die Arbeitsstellung bewegt. Dies erfolgt vorliegend mittels Druckluft. Ein Luftstrahl wird gezielt auf den freien Teil der Hakenlasche 25 gerichtet, sodass diese aus der Ebene der Coupons 23 herausbewegt wird in die Verhakungsstellung. Zu diesem Zweck ist im Bereich des Coupon-Magazins 40 mindestens eine Druckluftdüse 45 positioniert, die einen oder mehrere Luftströme unter Druck auf die Hakenlasche 25 richtet. Die Arbeitsweise der Druckluftdüse 45, insbesondere der Einschaltvorgang, ist über einen Sensor steuerbar, insbesondere mittels Lichttaster 46.
Das plattenförmige Entnahmeorgan bzw. der Schieber 42 ist im Bereich der Hakenlasche 25 (und Sperrlasche (32) mit einer Vertiefung oder Öffnung 47 versehen, in die mindestens Teile der Hakenlasche 25 bei der Verformung durch den Luftstrahl eintreten können. Der Schieber 42 bzw. die Auflagefläche für den Coupon 23 bildet benachbart zur Öffnung 47 eine schräggerichtete Anlagefläche 48 für den Coupon 23 in der Arbeitsstellung.
Die Faltung der Hakenlasche 25 und/oder der Sperrlasche 32 kann zusätzlich oder alternativ mechanisch erfolgen, z. B. mittels Stößel, der durch ein Fluid (Druckluft) beaufschlagt wird. Die Merkmale der Packung und der Vorrichtung können auch bei anderen Packungsformen eingesetzt werden. Insbesondere ist die Ausführung gemäß Fig. 1 bis Fig. 8 für Packungen des Typs "Shell and Slide" geeignet. Auch sind andere geometrische Formen der Hakenlasche 25 einsetztbar.
Unabhängig von der Ausführung der Packung selbst kann der Coupon 23 innerhalb des Folienblocks 16 angeordnet sein, in der gleichen Relativstellung wie bei den gezeigten Ausführungsbeispielen. Auch bei dieser Alternative wird der Coupon 23 nach dem Entfernen des Flaps bzw. der Abziehlasche 22 aus der Packung bzw. aus dem Folienblocks 16 herausgezogen unter Mitnahme von Zigaretten 17.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Packung für Zigaretten (17), insbesondere Klappschachtel, für eine in einen Innenzuschnitt (18) eingehüllte Gruppe von Zigaretten (17) - Folienblock (16) -, wobei die Innenumhüllung (18) frontseitig eine Abziehlasche (22) aufweist und zwischen Folienblock (16) einerseits und einer Packungsvorderwand bzw. Schachtel-Vorderwand (24) andererseits ein Zuschnitt bzw. Coupon (23) angeordnet ist, der bei offener Packung aus dieser herausziehbar ist und die bei der Entnahmebewegung Zigaretten (17) einer frontseitigen Zigarettenreihe (21 ) mittels durch Stanzung in einem unteren Bereich des Coupons (23) vorstehender Hakenlasche (25) aufgrund Verhakung mit einem durch einen Filter (26) der Zigaretten (17) gebildeten Stützkante (27) aus der Gruppe der Zigaretten (17) herauszieht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hakenlasche (25) mindestens im Bereich der Übernahme der Zigaretten (17), insbesondere im Bereich der Stützkante (27) der Filter (26), durch Stütz- oder Halteorgane in der (schräggerichteten) Verhakungsstellung fixiert ist.
2. Packung nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verhakungslasche (25) durch ein Sperrorgan fixiert ist, insbesondere durch eine Sperrlasche (32), die in der Wirkstellung eine Rückkehr der Hakenlasche (25) in die Ausgangsstellung - in der Ebene des Coupons (23) - verhindert.
3. Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Sperrorgan, insbesondere die Sperrlasche (32), durch eine weitere, zweite Lage bzw. Schicht des Coupons (23) gebildet ist, insbesondere durch einen nach außen gerichteten Coupon-Schenkel (29) der aus zwei Coupon-Schenkel (29, 30) bestehenden Coupons (23), wobei das Sperrorgan bzw. die Sperrlasche (32) aufgrund entsprechender Stanzung gegenüber der Hakenlasche (25) versetzt ist und bei vorzugsweise gemeinsamer Faltbewegung mit der Hakenlasche (25) in eine Klemmstellung unter Anlage an dem der Hakenlasche (25) zugekehrten Coupon-Schenkel (30) gelangt.
4. Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrlasche (32) durch U- bzw. C-förmige Stanzung im Coupon-Schenkel (29) gebildet ist, jedoch mit mindestens teilweise versetzter Kontur zur Stanzung der Haken-Lasche (25), derart, dass bei gemeinsamer Faltbewegung der Hakenlasche (25) und der Sperrlasche (32) entlang von Faltlinien bzw. Faltachsen (31 , 33) die Sperrlasche (32) mit mindestens einem (quergerichteten) Randbereich Anlage an der Innenseite des Coupon-Schenkels (30) erhält, wobei die Hakenlasche (25) an der Sperrlasche (32) an liegt.
5. Packung nach Anspruch 4 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sperrlasche (32) durch Verformung und/oder Stanzung gebildete Faltlinien aufweist, insbesondere eine etwa mittig angeordnete, quergerichtete Schwächungslinie oder Knicklinie (35).
6. Packung nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Hakenlasche (25) durch an der Packung angebrachte Betätigungsorgane in die Hakenstellung bewegbar ist, insbesondere durch nach innen gerichtete Vorsprünge einer Kragen-Vorderwand (13) eines Kragens (12) einer Packung des Typs Klappschachtel.
7. Packung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kragen-Vorderwand (13) vorzugsweise mehrere, nach innen gerichtete Vorsprünge (36) aufweist, an denen der Coupon (23) bei der Entnahme gleitend entlang bewegbar ist, wobei aufgrund der Relativstellung die Hakenlasche (25) durch die Vorsprünge (36) in eine Hakenstellung bzw. Schrägstellung zum Coupon (23) bewegbar ist, bevor die Laschenkante (28) in den Bereich der Stützkante (27) an der Zigarette (17) gelangt, wobei der Coupon (23) vorzugsweise einlagig ausgebildet ist.
8. Packung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (36) durch Prägen der Kragen- Vorderwand (13) gebildet sind, vorzugsweise derart, dass quergerichtete Stanzlinien (37) nebeneinander angeordnet sind und ein darunter liegender Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand (13) unter Bildung einer nach innen gerichteten Wölbung (38) verformt ist.
9. Packung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorsprünge (36) der Kragen-Vorderwand (13) im Bereich einer Schachtel-Vorderwand (24) der Packung des Typs Klappschachtel angeordnet sind, also unterhalb einer Schließkante (39) der Schachtel- Vorderwand (24).
10. Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Packungen nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 bzw. zur Vorbereitung eines Zuschnitts oder Kartons mit Hakenlasche (25), wobei diese in eine schräggerichtete Arbeitsstellung faltbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche bzw. Hakenlasche (25) mechanisch und/oder mittels Druckluft in die Schrägstellung faltbar ist, vorzugsweise mittels Druckluftdüse (45) am Austrittsbereich eines Coupon-Magazins (40) zur Entnahme einzelner Coupons (23) und zur Übertragung auf einen Folienblock (16), wobei eine Unterlage für den Coupon (23) insbesondere ein Schieber (42) für den Transport des Coupons (23) gegenüberliegend zum mechanischen oder pneumatischen Faltorgan eine Vertiefung oder Öffnung (48) aufweist.
