现有的用于制造刷子的毛是天然的动物毛或人工合成的聚脂、 尼龙单丝。 天然的动物毛具有自然弯曲的外观和柔软的质地,制造的刷子使用时含漆量(刷 子使用时的吸粘性指标)高,但在直径、长度和总体质量的一致性上难以与人工 合成的单丝相媲美。 随着社会的进步, 制刷的需毛量越来越大; 同时由于国家 对草原的保护,改散养为圈养,合格的动物毛刷毛的供应在减少;而且动物毛的 大量使用有悖于人与动物和谐共处,保护生态环境的理念。常规的人工合成的单 丝为直丝,缺点是制成品含漆量小; 而机械压辊卷曲的人工合成单丝,其弯曲形 状为有规律的呆板波浪形, 难以充当刷毛使用。 由此可见, 研究设计一种用于 刷子的仿动物毛聚酯单丝及制造方法是必要的。
发明内容
本发明目的是克服现有技术的不足, 设计一种用于刷子的仿动物毛聚酯单 丝及制造方法。
本发明的目的是釆取以下技术方案实现的: 用于刷子的仿动物毛聚酯单丝, 其特征是所述聚酯单丝由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 ( PET)与聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇 酯 ( PBT)复合而成,且沿着长度方向自然弯曲,所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯( PET) 与聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 (PBT)复合重量配比是 1 : 0. 05— 0. 35。
所述的仿动物毛聚酯单丝,其特征是使用成束的所述仿动物毛聚酯单丝与把 子组成仿动物毛聚酯单丝刷子。
所述仿动物毛聚酯单丝沿着长度方向自然弯曲是指:其弯曲拐点、弯曲幅度、 扭曲方向均是随机呈现的, 无规律可以发现。
所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)与聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)优选的复 合重量配比是 1: 0. 10—0. 25。

A、 挤压成丝工序: 选用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)与聚对苯二甲酸丁二 醇酯 (PBT)复合重量配比是 1 : 0. 05—0. 35, 以此称重原料; 进入 100— 170 °C 的烘箱, 干燥 3— 5小时; 将干燥后的原料放入挤出机, 经 220— 300Ό熔融挤 出至 10— 40 °C的水箱中冷却成成束单丝;
B、 牵伸工序: 在 50— 70°C的水箱中, 以 10— 60米 /分的线速度进行第一 次牵伸;再以 10— 180米 /分的线速度进行第二次牵伸,达到牵伸比 1一 3. 5时, 成束单丝就呈现出无规律的, 弯曲拐点、 弯曲幅度、 扭曲方向均是随机产生的 酷似动物毛的形状, 在牵伸工序中实施小于常规的牵伸比;
C、 热定型工序: 将牵伸后的成束单丝在 140— 170°C的烘箱内, 经过 1. 5— 3. 0小时定型, 制成仿动物毛聚酯单丝。
所述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)与聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯 (PBT) 优选的 复合重量配比是 1: 0. 10—0. 25。

2、 与常规的人工合成的表面圆正且长度方向笔直的聚酯单丝组成的刷子 相比, 由于其弯曲拐点、 弯曲幅度、 扭曲方向均是随机呈现的, 无规律可以发 现, 因此显得蓬松, 等重的仿动物毛聚酯单丝所占容积大。 一方面, 制作同样 规格的刷子的用毛量比常规的聚酯直丝减少三分之一; 另一方面, 同样规格的 刷子使用时含漆量却增加三分之一。 因此, 不但使用轻便, 而且提高工效。
3、 开创了替代天然动物毛,保护生态环境的新路。替代资源量日渐减少的 天然动物毛, 满足越来越大的用毛需求量, 必将在商业上取得巨大成功。
具体实施方式
结合实施例, 将本发明的实施细节说明如下:
实施例 1 :
一、 挤压成丝工序: 选定聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯 (PET)与聚对苯二甲酸丁 二醇酯(PBT)的复合比为 1: 0. 1, 以此称重原料; 进入 100— 170 °C的烘箱, 干 燥 3— 5小时; 将干燥后的原料放入挤出机, 经 220— 300Ό熔融挤出至 10— 40 °C的水箱中冷却成 0. 1—0. 45mm丝径的成束单丝。
二、 牵伸工序: 在 50— 70Ό的水箱中, 以 10— 60米 /分的线速度进行第一 次牵伸; 再以 10— 180米 /分的线速度进行第二次牵伸, 达到牵伸比 3. 0时, 成束单丝就呈现出无规律的, 弯曲拐点、 弯曲幅度、 扭曲方向均是随机产生的 酷似动物毛的形状。 牵伸后的成束单丝线径为 0. 03—0. 45醒。
三、 热定型工序: 将牵伸后的成束单丝在 140— 170Ό的烘箱内, 经过 1. 5 —3. 0小时定型。
