本发明涉及一种人造猪鬃的制备方法,其制备步骤是,首先按照重量百分比选出70%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和30%的聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)将上述两者混合搅拌形成固体;再将形成的固体通过用塑料挤出机进行拉丝,将拉出的化纤丝的直径控制为0.14m‑0.18mm;同时在拉丝过程中在化纤丝上涂上平滑肌加柔软剂,拉丝完成后在180度的温度下进行高温定型,定型时间为2个小时;为了形状更加接近天然猪鬃,我们使用化学脱皮方法使化纤丝顶部变成尖的形状。使它顶部更加柔软顺滑,制得人造猪鬃。人造猪鬃更耐潮湿,不受冷热影响,能够完全达到和猪鬃一样的刚性和猪鬃的弹性,并且具有降低生产成本、使用效果好、仿真度高、应用范围广等特点。

一种人造猪鬃的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于塑料纺织技术领域,涉及一种人造猪鬃的制备方法。
背景技术
猪鬃是指生长在猪颈部和背脊部的比较长的天然鬃毛。猪鬃的主要用途是制刷,除了制作牙刷、油漆刷、机器刷、衣刷等生活用刷外,三英寸以上的长鬃,一般都用以制作工业用刷,5厘米以上的猪鬃钢毛钢韧富有弹性,不易变形,耐潮湿,不受冷热影响,是工业和军需用刷的主要原料,是中国传统的出口物资,出口量占世界第一位。
以前人们认为猪鬃原料不可能由人工合成,是一种无法人工替代的天然产品,所有天然猪鬃市场因而长盛不衰,成为卖方市场一枝独秀的产品。目前,世界猪鬃总需求量约为65万标准箱,而总产量仅为25万标准箱,缺口较大,中国猪鬃产量占世界总产量的95%以上。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明提供一种人造猪鬃的制备方法,它能够替代猪鬃,并且具有降低生产成本、使用效果好、仿真度高、应用范围广等特点。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种人造猪鬃的制备方法,其制备步骤是:
第一步:按照重量百分比选出70%的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)和30%的聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)将上述两者混合搅拌形成固体;
第二步:再将形成的固体通过用塑料挤出机进行拉丝,将拉出的化纤丝的直径控制为0.14m-0.18mm;同时在拉丝过程中在化纤丝上涂上平滑肌加柔软剂,拉丝完成后在180度的温度下进行高温定型,定型时间为2个小时;
第三步:为了形状更加接近天然猪鬃,我们使用化学脱皮方法使化纤丝顶部变成尖的形状。使它顶部更加柔软顺滑,制得人造猪鬃。
本发明的积极效果是:人造猪鬃更耐潮湿,不受冷热影响,能够完全达到和猪鬃一样的刚性和猪鬃的弹性,并且具有降低生产成本、使用效果好、仿真度高、应用范围广等特点。
