车祸撞击, 容易引发车辆火警事故; 又随油价高涨与温室效应, 电动车、 电 动巴士…等已蔚为主流,但电动车辆存在有使用中、充电中与静止无故着火实例, 更因车祸中, 专用电瓶遭撞击破裂而短路、 着火事故; 中东地区等恐怖攻击或遭 纵火…,车辆有容易着火与迅速蔓延特性,车辆备有自动灭火装置应是基本需求; 车厂对所配用车用电子系统与装置, 力求完整, 如出现线路遭擅改而影响原有功 能, 往往是车主损失与责任问题困扰; 现车用电子, 如配置视讯 (DVD ) 、 卫星 导航 (GPS ) 、 ( 3G) 通讯等配备是时潮趋势, 如能整合这些配备功能, 可创造 出其他功效, 例如整合卫星导航 (GPS ) 、 ( 3G) 通讯等装置, 在车祸中, 可自 动报案, 并由卫星导航 (GPS ) 定位而施予救援, 足见目前车辆在安全防护上, 仍有缺口, 即待填补。
如图 1所示,习知的车辆安全气囊 20作动过程如下:由电门锁 90控制启动、 行驶车辆, 如发生车祸撞击时, 装置于车上的检知元件 11, 如撞击感测器, 检 知撞击讯号后, 经讯号导线 15传至电子控制单元 (ECU) 10 内处理输出讯号, 由讯号导线 15引爆安全气囊 20, 提供安全防护, 如图 1所示; 因实际需求发展, 车辆已配置多颗安全气囊 20, 以符合车祸出现前方撞击或侧边撞击等需求。
又如图 2所示, 如将外加式装置 30, 如自动灭火装置…的电源线 35, 擅接 于安全气囊 20讯号导线 15上, 如藉以撷取电子控制单元 (ECU) 10引爆安全气 囊 20作动的撞击讯号,则无法启动外加式装置 30,并将造成电子控制单元(ECU) 10与安全气囊 20失灵; 而外加式装置 30, 如为自动灭火装置, 如采用电磁阀为 开启灭火装置, 在火警需一段时间灭火工作与电磁阀通电开启、 断电则关闭背景 下, 电子控制单元 (ECU) 10采瞬间电流引爆安全气囊 20设计是无法配合; 又 所述外加式装置 30启动方式亦采前述安全气囊 20点燃底火与充气剂,使高压钢 瓶(亦可为灭火钢瓶)能瞬间充气致动技术, 如欲并联安全气囊 20讯号导线 15, 因由电子控制单元(ECU)输出瞬间启动讯号, 一分为二, 结果造成两者皆异常, 反而无法保证提供安全防护。 发明内容
缘是, 本发明在于解决现有安全气囊车辆, 在车祸中, 当安全气囊爆开, 藉以低成本、 简单的撷取讯号装置, 能同步撷取撞击讯号, 有效启动外加式装置 等, 如用于防止车辆发生火灾的预防装置等, 而能提供更高层次安全防护。
本发明主要藉由下列的技术手段,来具体实现前述的功效与目的,其包括有: 一组电子控制单元(ECU); 于车辆上置有多个可感测车祸撞击的检知元件, 当车祸撞击时, 电子控制单元 (ECU) 能处理检知元件传回撞击讯号, 引爆安全 多个安全气囊; 包含配置于驾驶座、 乘客座、 左、 右侧边帘幕等安全气囊, 藉讯号导线与电子控制单元 (ECU) 连线, 当车辆发生不同部位撞击时, 透过电 子控制单元 (ECU) 处理而能引爆相关部位安全气囊, 提供安全防护;
多个撷取单元; 能与外加式装置与独立电瓶连线, 撷取单元藉安全气囊爆开 时, 以压掣开关或以拉线拉扯开关方式, 或以感测器感测, 如温度、声响等方式, 启动加式装置。 一或多个外加式装置, 其为安全防护装置, 如车辆的方向盘退缩装置、车辆 座椅安全防护装置、 用于防止车辆发生火灾的预防装置等安全防护装置;
经由上述的说明,本发明透过前述技术手段的展现,在车祸发生安全气囊爆 开时,撷取单元可同步取得撞击讯号,启动外加式装置,提供更高层次安全防护。 附图说明

如图 3、 图 13所示, 本发明包含有一电子控制单元 (ECU) 10、 多个安全气 囊 20、一或多个外加式装置 30及多个撷取单元 5及另一独立电瓶 80, 由电源线 35组套而成; 而目前车辆配置安全气囊 20爆开过程如前述说明, 而本发明的详 细构成, 在于安全气囊 20本体外缘上或相邻部位处, 设置有多个撷取单元 5, 撷取单元 5由电源线 35连线独立电瓶 80与一或多个外加式装置 30, 当车祸安 全气囊 20爆开时,同时也启动撷取单元 5与外加式装置 30,藉由外加式装置 30, 如用于防止车辆发生火灾的预防装置等启动, 提供更高层次安全防护。
又外接式装置 30为本发明人针对车辆安全防护上缺口, 即待改善而研发项 目, 计有:
1.专利名称: 车辆的方向盘退缩装置 (中国台湾新型专利 M322352、 中国发 明专利 ZL200710093640. 1 ) , 车祸时, 方向盘能自动溃缩工效;
2.专利名称: 车辆座椅安全防护装置 (中国台湾发明专利 1268234、
CN200610122570. 3 , ZL200610079858. 7、 US7341645B2 ) , 车祸时, 座椅于撞击 方向产生反方向移动与倾斜, 提供乘员在安全带防护下安全防护。
3.专利名称: 用于防止车辆发生火灾的预防装置 (中国台湾新型专利 M323306 ) , 车祸时, 能预先灭火等功效。
依前述所言, 安全气囊 20已是相当成熟、 稳定的车用安全装置, 其是利用 电流点燃底火与充气剂, 而使高压钢瓶能于瞬间 (约 45毫秒) 释放高压气体使 安全气囊 20充气, 同理, 藉此技术, 例如高压钢瓶内充填灭火气体且有一定容 量, 则高压钢瓶成为能自动灭火的灭火器, 藉撷取单元 5作动, 而高压钢瓶同时 开启, 形成自动灭火效果, 其他外接式装置 30配合此技术, 而能发挥原设计功 效。
而撷取单元 5, 设置于安全气囊 20本体外缘上或相邻部位处, 当安全气囊 20爆开时, 可启动撷取单元 5与外接式装置 30 ; 而撷取单元 5有多种型式设计, 详述如下:
请先参阅图 4〜图 6所示, 有一压掣元件 50, 含有一固设于安全气囊 20相 邻部位处壁面的基板 51, 且基板 51两侧搭配一组连杆件 53, 支撑有一压板 52, 压板 52对应未作动的安全气囊 20表面,且基板 51与压板 52间设有一微动压掣 开关 55, 其中压板 52与微动压掣开关 55间保持有一微小间距且使微动压掣开 关 55呈断电状态, 当安全气囊 20爆开充气过程, 必压掣压板 52, 使微动压掣 开关 55经压掣后有一段时间通电;
又如图 7、 图 8所示, 撷取单元 5另一型式设计, 有一拉扯元件 60, 含有一 微动伸出开关 61, 微动伸出开关 61有一可伸缩的作动杆 62, 微动伸出开关 61, 由一压框 65套住于定位卡座 67上, 使作动杆 62内缩而呈现断路状态, 压框 65 由一拉线 66环套安全气囊 20本体外缘上, 拉线 66另一端固设微动伸出开关 61 上, 当安全气囊 20爆开时, 拉扯拉线 66后使压框 65脱离, 微动伸出开关 61的 作动杆 62瞬间伸出, 呈现有一段时间通电状态, 如图 8、 图 9所示。
而前述微动压掣开关 55与微动伸出开关 61,两种型式结合微型电路控制开 关与连组件, 其功能藉取其体积甚小, 有利于装配; 更可以由市面贩售功能相同 的电路控制开关替代, 以求品质可靠度, 并降低成本。 撷取单元 5另一型式设计, 由感测器 70装置于安全气囊 20金属外缘上, 当 安全气囊 20爆开后, 感测器 70感测安全气囊 20爆开时的温度与震爆、 声响达 到设定一定设定范围时, 例如感测温度达设定 85 ° C、 如感测声响达设定 150dB 值, 而感测器 70能启动且呈现有一定时间通电状态, 如图 8、 图 9所示; 如此 设计, 搭配用于防止车辆发生火灾的预防装置, 可解决遭纵火、 无故着火、 恐怖 攻击等车辆着火事故; 而配置多颗安全气囊 20的车辆, 当车辆出现不同部位撞 击时, 引爆相对应部位安全气囊 20, 同时由爆开安全气囊 20的撷取单元 5, 连 线外接式装置 30, 如用于防止车辆发生火灾的预防装置, 对引擎、 油箱、 电动 车的电力发动机、 电瓶处进行灭火, 如图 13所示。 基于外加式装置在使用时可 靠度需求, 可将前述压掣元件 50与拉扯元件 60, 以混合搭配使用, 如图 10及 图 11所示, 能获到确实作动的效果; 由于交通事故发生, 宜于短时间内抢救, 车辆上的卫星导航器材 (GPS ) 与 (3G ) 通讯、 视讯器材 (CCD ) 藉一装置整合三 者器材功能, 设定自动发话、 报案等功能的设计, 当安全气囊 20爆开时, 撷取 单元 5能使前述装置发挥功效而通讯报案外, 并藉卫星导航器材 (GPS ) , 寻找 事故地点, 救援单位能藉视讯器材 (CCD ) 器材, 检视客舱内乘员受困情形。
藉此, 透过撷取单元 5的设计, 当车祸发生安全气囊 20爆开时, 可同撷取 安全气囊 20爆开的讯号, 使外接式装置 30发挥功效, 自可组构成同步且作动确 实的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 适用于现有使用中车辆, 而另外电子控制单元 ( ECU) 10, 针对前述车辆安全防护的缺口, 在现有电子控制单元 (ECU) 10 设 计系统, 将输出讯号电路中, 扩大输出讯号功能, 加植线路, 除连线安全气囊 20外, 并连线外接式装置 30, 纳入重新开发新型式电子控制单元 (ECU) 10系 统中, 期盼不久将来, 能将新型式电子控制单元(ECU ) 10与外加式装置 30, 列 为标准配备,装置于新型式车辆上,除填补前述缺口外,更能符合时代潮流需求。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其包括有:
一组电子控制单元; 当车祸时用于处理设置于车辆上的多个检知元件, 经检 知元件感测车祸撞击讯号后能输出讯号使安全气囊瞬间爆开;
多个安全气囊; 安全气囊与电子控制单元连接并配置于车辆上相关位置, 当 车辆发生不同部位撞击时,其对应相关部位的安全气囊由电子控制单元控制启动 而能瞬间爆开;
多个撷取单元;撷取单元与外加式装置与电瓶连线且设置于安全气囊本体外 缘或相邻位置处, 当安全气囊爆开时能同步撷取安全气囊的爆开作动、温度或声 响讯号, 而使外加式装置启动以发挥功效;
一或多个为车辆安全防护装置的外加式装置;
藉此, 构成同步且作动确实的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统。
2、依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中撷取单元为一 压掣元件,该压掣元件当安全气囊爆开时能同步撷取安全气囊爆开作动讯号而使 外加式装置启动以发挥功效。
3、依据权利要求 2所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中压掣元件具有 一牢固于安全气囊相邻位置处壁面的基板,基板两侧利用多个对应的连杆件支撑 一压板, 压板对应未作动的安全气囊外缘, 基板与压板间设有一微动压掣开关, 其中压板与微动压掣开关间存有一微小间距而使微动压掣开关呈断电状,当安全 气囊爆开时, 瞬间压板压掣微动压掣开关, 能使微动压掣开关达一段时间通电, 由此同步撷取安全气囊爆开的作动讯号而使外加式装置启动以发挥功效。
4、依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中撷取单元为具 有经压掣即卡住且通电的压掣控制开关,该压掣控制开关牢固且对应于安全气囊 外缘的相邻位置壁面上, 当安全气囊爆开时能使外加式装置启动以发挥功效。
5、依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中撷取单元为一 拉扯元件, 当安全气囊爆开时, 该拉扯元件能同步撷取安全气囊爆开作动讯号, 而使外加式装置启动以发挥功效。
6、依据权利要求 5所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中拉扯元件为具 有一经拉动而能导通电流的微型拉动开关, 微型拉动开关具有一可伸缩的作动 杆, 并由一压框卡压作动杆, 形成断路状态, 压框套接一拉线, 拉线环套安全气 囊外缘并固定于微型拉动开关一端, 当安全气囊爆开时能瞬间拉扯拉线, 使压框 脱离微型拉动开关并由作动杆伸出, 形成能达一段时间通电状态, 同步撷取安全 气囊爆开作动讯号, 而使外加式装置启动以发挥功效。
7、依据权利要求 5所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中该拉扯元件为 具有经拉线拉扯即卡住且通电的拉动控制开关,该拉动控制开关环套于安全气囊 外缘, 当安全气囊爆开时, 拉线在遭拉断前启动拉动开关, 使外加式装置启动以 发挥功效。
8、依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中撷取单元为压 掣电路控制开关与拉动电路控制开关,多个压掣电路控制开关与拉动电路控制开 关置于于车辆四周围与客舱处,当车祸撞击时以压掣方式或出现自燃征兆时可手 动启动压掣电路控制开关、 拉动电路控制开关, 使外加式装置启动以发挥功效。
9、 依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中撷取单元为感 测器, 感测器为温度感测器, 牢固于安全气囊本体上, 当安全气囊爆开产生高温 或客舱内温度提升至设定火警范围温度时,温度感测器能由两种状况之一发生时 撷取讯号, 使外加式装置中用于防止车辆发生火灾的预防装置启动自动灭火。
1 0、 依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中撷取单元为 感测器, 感测器为温度感测器, 多个置于于车辆内易于着火处, 当温度感测器感 测温度提升至设定火警范围温度时,使外加式装置中用于防止车辆发生火灾的预 防装置启动自动灭火。
1 1、 依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中撷取单元为 感测器, 感测器为声响感测器, 牢固于安全气囊本体上, 当安全气囊爆开产生声 响或车辆遭由外界爆震声响波及时,声响感测器能由两种状况之一发生时撷取讯 号, 使外加式装置中用于防止车辆发生火灾的预防装置启动自动灭火。
1 2、依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中撷取单元为 一控制装置,连线整合卫星导航与通讯、视讯器材,设定能自动拨话和报案功能, 当安全气囊爆开时, 此控制装置发挥通讯报案功效外, 更能藉卫星导航寻找事故 地点与利用视讯器材使救援单位检视客舱内乘员受困情形。
1 3、依据权利要求 1 2所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中外加式装 置为车辆的方向盘退缩装置、车辆座椅安全防护装置及用于防止车辆发生火灾的 预防装置。
1 4、依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中撷取单元所 连线的电瓶为另一独立电瓶且置于不易遭撞、着火击处, 当车祸撞击后出现电源 中断或车辆停止时出现自燃、 遭纵火、 无故着火的火警, 撷取单元与外加式装置 藉该另一独立电瓶供应电源, 能随时保持正常运作。
1 5、依据权利要求 1所述的车辆安全气囊讯号撷取系统, 其中电子控制单 元将外加式装置启动所需功能、方式与条件纳入电子控制单元系统架构中, 增设 线路, 除连线安全气囊外并连线外加式装置。
