本发明主要涉及到医药包装设备领域,特指一种大输液软袋生产线上灌装时用的限 位装置。
背景技术
大输液软袋生产线在制袋后需要将药液灌装入软袋中,在灌装时要求灌装嘴对软袋 的接口部位进行密封, 防止在灌装时药液从接口处冒出来。 当灌装嘴对软袋的接口部位 进行密封时, 灌装嘴需要被施加一定的压力以便灌装嘴与软袋接口保持可靠密封。 一般 的大输液软袋生产线, 如专利 200820211167.2所示的磁吸式软袋制袋用翻转机械手、专 利 200620050712.5非 PVC膜软袋大输液自动生产线用的口管固定夹, 其中的软袋接口 夹需要绕一个转销旋转 90°, 保证软袋接口夹在制袋时处于垂直状态, 灌装时处于水平 状态。 由于灌装嘴有一定的压力施予软袋接口上, 而软袋接口被夹持于软袋接口夹上。 灌装时因密封需要灌装嘴施加给软袋接口的压力传递至软袋接口夹上, 而软袋接口夹会 将有很大一部分力传递至转销上。 由于受结构尺寸限制转销的尺寸不能做的很大, 转销 的强度将会比较差, 这样就会存在隐患。 当进行灌装时传递给转销的作用力会对转销造 成损害, 当运行达到一定时间后, 转销就会因过度损耗而不能再使用, 影响到整个大输 液软袋生产线的正常运行, 给用户造成损失。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就在于: 针对现有技术存在的技术问题, 本发明提供一种 结构简单紧凑、 成本低廉、 使用可靠且能有效保护转销、 从而延长销子使用寿命的用于 大输液软袋生产线的灌装定位装置。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明采用以下技术方案。
一种用于大输液软袋生产线的灌装定位装置, 包括驱动缸和定位叉, 所述驱动缸的 伸縮端与定位叉的一端相连,所述定位叉的另一端位于大输液软袋生产线上软袋接口夹 与灌装嘴之间, 其特征在于: 所述定位叉的下方设有受力板, 所述受力板位于软袋接口 夹的下方。
作为本发明的进一步改进:
所述受力板与定位叉连成一体。 所述受力板的底部通过支撑条支撑于大输液软袋生产线的机架上。
所述受力板的上表面与软袋接口夹的下表面贴合。
所述受力板的上表面与软袋接口夹的下表面贴合,所述受力板的下表面与支撑条的 上表面贴合。
与现有技术相比, 本发明的优点就在于:
本发明在定位叉的底部设计一受力板, 在灌装时随驱动缸推出, 受力板的右端部与 软袋接口夹的贴合部分超过了软袋接口的中心线位置,通过受力板将灌装嘴施加给转销 的大部分压力转移至支撑条上, 使得转销在灌装时根本不受力或受力很少, 从而达到保 护转销、 延长转销使用寿命的目的。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步详细说明。
如图 1和图 2所示, 大输液软袋生产线上的灌装嘴 1固定于灌装嘴升降装置 3上, 通过灌装嘴升降装置 3的驱动完成升降运动,软袋接口夹 2固定于软袋接口夹滑座 9上, 软袋接口夹滑座 9滑设于软袋接口夹滑板 10上并可带动软袋接口夹 2完成运动, 软袋 接口夹 2通过转销 7连接于软袋接口夹滑座 9上, 能够绕转销 7旋转 90°, 以保证软袋 接口夹 2在制袋时处于垂直状态, 在灌装时处于水平状态。 本发明用于大输液软袋生产 线的灌装定位装置, 包括驱动缸 4和定位叉 5, 驱动缸 4的伸縮端与定位叉 5的一端相 连, 定位叉 5的另一端位于大输液软袋生产线上软袋接口夹 2与灌装嘴 1之间, 定位叉 5的下方设有受力板 51, 受力板 51位于软袋接口夹 2的下方。 受力板 51的上表面与软 袋接口夹 2的下表面贴合。 本实施例中, 受力板 51与定位叉 5连成一体并可以在驱动 缸 4的驱动下一起运动, 且受力板 51的底部通过支撑条 6支撑于大输液软袋生产线的 机架 12上, 这样受力板 51的上表面就与软袋接口夹 2的下表面贴合, 受力板 51的下 表面就与支撑条 6的上表面贴合。
灌装时驱动缸 4先驱动定位叉 5向右运动, 定位叉 5上的受力板 51被置于软袋接 口夹 2的下方, 受力板 51的最右端超出了软袋接口 11中心线。 然后灌装嘴升降装置 3 带动灌装嘴 1向下运动, 灌装嘴 1与软袋接口 11接触, 灌装嘴 1对软袋接口 11施加一 定压力保证灌装嘴 1与软袋接口 11可靠密封。 由于受力板 51的上表面与软袋接口夹 2 的下表面贴合且受力板 51的最右端超出了软袋接口 11中心线, 因此软袋接口 11施加 到软袋接口夹 2上的压力又被作用到受力板 51上; 又由于受力板 51的下表面与支撑条 6的上表面贴合,受力板 51所受的压力又被传递至支撑条 6上。这样在整个灌装过程中, 转销 7根本不受力或受力很少, 从而达到保护转销 7、 延长转销 7使用寿命的目的。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式, 本发明的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施 例, 凡属于本发明思路下的技术方案均属于本发明的保护范围。 应当指出, 对于本技术 领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理前提下的若干改进和润饰, 比如将受力 板 51与定位叉 5设计成两个分离部件并通过连接件相连、将受力板 51与定位叉 5设计 成独立驱动的方式、在受力板 51与软袋接口夹 2之间以及受力板 51与支撑条 6之间留 有间隙等等, 与这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
