Abstract

본 발명은 고병원성 조류독감 바이러스인 H5N1 바이러스의 헤마글루티닌 단백질을 고효율로 발현시키고 항원작용에 필수적인 당화를 위해 식물체에서 발현된 단백질을 소포체로 이동 및 체류시킬 수 있는 식물형질전환용 재조합 벡터를 사용하여 H5N1의 헤마글루티닌을 고효율로 생산할 수 있는 형질전환 식물체의 제조 방법, 상기 형질전환 식물체로부터 항원성 H5N1의 헤마글루티닌을 대량 생산하는 방법 및 상기 형질전환 식물체 또는 상기 식물체로부터 생산된 헤마글루티닌을 포함하는 조류독감 바이러스의 백신조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 형질전환 식물체를 이용한 H5N1의 헤마글루티닌 생산방법은 저렴한 비용으로 대량 생산이 가능한 효과가 있고, 본 발명에서 사용한 식물형질전환용 재조합 벡터에는 셀룰로오스-결합 도메인이 삽입되어 있어 식물체에서 발현된 단백질을 신속하고 용이하게 분리할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 형질전환 식물체는 사료 첨가제 등의 형태로 섭취 가능하기 때문에 식용 백신으로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 나아가 본 발명에서 생산된 항원성 헤마글루티닌은 동물모델에 투여시 면역 반응을 유도함에 따라 H5N1 조류독감 바이러스에 대한 단백질 백신으로 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라 조류독감 바이러스의 감염 진단용 시약으로도 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
