Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de remplissage d'une cuve (1) à l'aide d'un produit versable, le procédé faisant appel à : un tube (10) comportant une ouverture de versage (14) et pouvant être en liaison fluidique avec une source de produit versable placé, lors de l'utilisation, au-dessus de l'ouverture de versage (14) ; et une soupape de remplissage (15) comprenant un obturateur (21), qui peut se déplacer entre une position fermée dans laquelle il empêche le produit versable de s'écouler par l'ouverture de versage (14) et une position ouverte dans laquelle il permet au produit versable de s'écouler par l'ouverture de versage (14) ; la cuve (1) est conçue pour alimenter au moins un poste de remplissage (3) destiné à remplir au moins un récipient (2) en produit versable ; le procédé comprend l'étape consistant à placer l'ouverture de versage (14) sous le niveau existant de produit versable à l'intérieur de la cuve (1) ; et à déplacer l'obturateur (21) vers la position d'ouverture, de manière à remplir la cuve (1) par l'action de gravité,- le procédé comprend l'étape consistant à placer l'obturateur (21) sous le niveau et au-dessus de l'ouverture de versage (14), au moins lorsque l'obturateur (21) est placé dans la position de fermeture.
