Claims (6)

  1. Ensemble dispositif de remplissage de cuve comprenant :
    - une cuve (1) qui peut être remplie d'un certain niveau de produit versable et est adaptée pour alimenter en dit produit versable un poste de remplissage (3) pour remplir des contenants (2) ; et
    - un dispositif de remplissage (6) pour remplir ladite cuve (1) d'un produit versable en utilisant la gravité ;
    ledit dispositif de remplissage (6) comprenant à son tour :
    - un tube (10) s'étendant le long d'un axe (A) et comprenant à son tour une ouverture de versage (14) qui est disposée en utilisation sous ledit niveau de produit versable ; ladite ouverture de versage (14) pouvant être reliée de manière fluidique à une source de produit versable ; ladite source étant disposée en utilisation au-dessus de ladite ouverture de versage (14) ; et
    - une valve de remplissage (15) comprenant à son tour un obturateur (21) ;
    ledit obturateur (21) étant mobile entre une position fermée, dans laquelle il empêche ledit produit versable de s'écouler par ladite ouverture de versage (14) dudit tube (10), et une position ouverte, dans laquelle il permet audit produit versable de s'écouler au travers de ladite ouverture de versage (14) ;
    ledit obturateur (21) étant disposé en utilisation sous ledit niveau de produit versable, au moins lorsqu'un tel obturateur (21) est disposé dans ladite position fermée ;
    caractérisé en ce que ladite valve de remplissage (15) comprend au moins un appendice (30) faisant saillie dudit obturateur (21) vers ledit tube (10) dans une direction (B) qui est radiale par rapport audit axe (A).
  2. Ensemble dispositif de remplissage de cuve selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit appendice (30) est disposé à une certaine distance dudit tube (10) le long de ladite direction (B).
  3. Ensemble dispositif de remplissage de cuve selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ladite distance est inférieure à 1 mm.
  4. Ensemble dispositif de remplissage de cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite valve de remplissage (15) comprend une tige (16) qui peut glisser dans ledit tube (10) le long dudit axe (A) ;
    ledit obturateur (21) comprenant
    une partie principale (23) reliée à ladite tige (16) et une partie d'extrémité (24) qui peut engager ladite ouverture de versage (14) ; ledit appendice (30) faisant saillie de ladite partie principale (23).
  5. Ensemble dispositif de remplissage de cuve selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pluralité d'appendices disposés à équidistance angulaire (30).
  6. Ensemble dispositif de remplissage de cuve selon la revendication 4 ou 5, lorsqu'elle dépend de la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie d'extrémité (24) se rétrécit sur le côté opposé de ladite partie principale (23).
