Description
本发明涉及一种金片绣电脑绣花机部件,尤其涉及一种用来剪切双金片的组合式动刀。
本发明基于申请日为2009年9月17日、申请号为200910152572.0的中国发明专利申请,该申请的内容作为参考引入到本文。
金片绣电脑绣花机是采用送片装置将金片输送到设定位置,这时动刀下行,在定刀的配合下完成金片的剪切,同时绣针下行将金片刺绣到绣品上。由于双金片绣品相对于单金片绣品具有更强的视觉效果,因而格外受到市场的青睐,其采用两种不同规格的金片叠加在一起,采用的刺绣工艺不同于单金片。目前采用的刺绣工艺主要有两种:一种是在绣好一种规格的金片后,将另一种规格的金片再绣到已绣的金片上,因而生产效率较低;另一种刺绣方法是同时将两种规格的金片输到设定位置,动刀下行将两金片同时切下,由于不同规格的金片因半径差异导致中心孔产生一定偏差,当偏差大于绣针的直径时,则无法将金片刺到绣品上,而且容易造成断线现象,影响产品质量。因而对于规格尺寸相差太多的金片根本无法适用,使组合金片的适用范围受到一定限制;而且在绣制不同规格的金片组合时,需更换相应的动刀,因而操作也非常麻烦。
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种适用范围广、操作方便的双金片组合式动刀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本发明包括具有刀体和刀头的动刀,刀头上设有刃口,刀体上设有安装孔,动刀包括内动刀和外动刀,内动刀刀头位于外动刀刀头的下侧。
进一步地,内动刀刀体与外动刀刀体之间设有调整垫。
由于本发明的内动刀和外动刀采用分开式设计,并采用调整垫来调整内动刀刃口
与外动刀刃口之间的距离,以使内动刀刃口
与外动刀刃口满足不同规格组合金片的同时切片要求,因而拓宽了组合金片的适用范围,而且只需通过更换调整垫即可满足不同规格组合金片的需要,使操作非常方便。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1、图3和图5所示:实施例一由内动刀1与外动刀2组合而成,内动刀1包括刀体11与刀头12,刀体11上设有安装孔13,刀头12上设有刃口14,外动刀2包括刀体21与刀头22,刀体21上设有安装孔23,刀头22上设有刃口24。内动刀1的刀头12位于外动刀2的刀头22的下侧,这样,内动刀1上的刃口14与外动刀2上的刃口24在垂直方向上形成一定间距,同时有利于定刀的设置。当刃口14、刃口24分别与相应的定刀相配合时,可方便地将金片同时切下。
如图1、图3、图4和图5所示:实施例二的结构与实施例一基本相同,所不同的是在内动刀1与外动刀2之间还设有调整垫3,调整垫3上设有安装孔31,安装孔31的内径尺寸及位置均与内动刀1上的安装孔13及外动刀2上的安装孔23的内径尺寸及位置相适配。当组合金片的规格改变时,可以通过更换不同厚度的调整垫3,使内动刀1上的刃口14与外动刀2上的刃口24
之间的间距发生变化,从而满足不同组合金片的同时切片需要。
如图1至图6所示:本发明在使用时,将其安装于刀杆4上,由于刀杆4上设有安装槽41与螺纹孔42,可将本发明刀体11、21卡在安装槽41内,同时通过内、外动刀1、2上的安装孔13、23及调整垫3上的安装孔31,采用螺丝实现本发明与刀杆4的固定连接。因而当刀杆4摆动时,可使本发明以安装孔为中心进行上下摆动,即使得刀头12、22同时产生上下摆动,从而实现刃口14、24与相应定刀的帖合与分离,完成金片切割过程。
本发明公开的双金片组合式动刀用于金片绣电脑绣花机上,内动刀和外动刀采用分开式设计,并在内动刀与外动刀之间设置调整垫以调整内动刀刃口
与外动刀刃口之间的距离,从而使得内动刀刃口
与外动刀刃口满足不同规格组合金片的同时切片要求,拓宽了组合金片的适用范围,而且只需通过更换调整垫即可满足不同规格组合金片的需要。
Claims (1)
1、一种双金片组合式动刀,包括具有刀体和刀头的动刀,所述刀头上设有刃口,所述刀体上设有安装孔,其特征在于,所述动刀包括内动刀和外动刀,所述内动刀刀头位于所述外动刀刀头的下侧。
2、根据权利要求1所述的双金片组合式动刀,其特征在于,所述内动刀刀体与所述外动刀刀体之间设有调整垫。
3、根据权利要求2所述的双金片组合式动刀,其特征在于,所述刃口位于所述刀头的下边缘。
