传统的羽毛球均为手工制作, 将天然羽毛植在球头上, 底部注胶烘 干固化, 羽毛杆用两道线打结刷胶烘干固化定位, 这种传统羽毛球存在 以下弊端: 一是制作工序多, 整个过程需 20天, 费时费工,人工成本高; 二是天然羽毛的形状千差万别, 重量不一, 毛杆锥度不一, 粗细度不一, 重心无法重叠, 制作后的羽毛球很难做到弯度及粗细搭配一致; 三是传 统羽毛球的手工制作工序无法形成严格的标准和统一的规范, 难以保证 毛尖的间距相等和编线的平行, 羽毛球的一致性差, 质量难以控制, 影 响羽毛球的技术性能。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是: 解决上述现有技术存在的问题, 而 提供一种机械化、 自动化、 标准化、 规范化、 产业化生产制作的羽毛球, 确保羽毛球的羽杆重量一致, 粗细度一致, 毛杆锥度一致, 同圓度极高, 重心全部重叠在羽毛球中心轴上, 使羽毛球准确性好, 技术性能优良, 质量上乘。
本发明采用的技术方案是: 这种羽毛球, 由球头、 植毛支架、 叶片 三部分连接组成, 植毛支架与球头可以一次整体成型或分别成型后再联 接在一起, 叶片植入植毛支架内。
上述技术方案中, 植毛支架为模具成型, 包括有多根植毛管和连接 筋架。
上述技术方案中, 叶片由天然鹅、 鸭翅膀大毛或人造材料制成, 叶 片上部为羽叶, 下部为根。

2、 主要材料: 传统羽毛球叶片为天然鹅、 鸭翅膀大毛, 长度为 75 - 78mm, 每f艮大毛只能冲 1 片羽毛球叶片, 一只鹅只能生产 0. 8只羽毛 球; 本发明为天然鹅、 鸭翅膀大毛, 长度为 39 - 45mm, 每根大毛可冲 2 片羽毛球叶片, 本发明叶片也可采用人造材料制备。 3、 工艺流程: 传统羽毛球为: 剪切叶片, 植到球头上, 调整叶片 的高度、 角度、 间距, 注底胶, 烘干, 毛杆上再勾两道线, 打结, 调整 线圈位置, 刷线胶, 烘干, 保养, 检测, 包装, 工序复杂;
本发明为剪切叶片或制作人造叶片, 植到模压的植毛支架上, 植毛 支架植入球头内, 定型 3分钟, 包装, 工序简单、 可靠。
4、 时效: 传统羽毛球制备全过程需 20天, 本发明全过程只需 30 分钟。
5、 工效: 按全球羽毛球总产量 4万万打计, 传统羽毛球需生产人 员 50万人, 本发明羽毛球同样按全球 4万万打计算, 采用机械、 自动化 设备只需生产人员 0. 9万人。
6、 生产方式和质量标准: 传统羽毛球以人力为主, 手工制造, 机 械为辅, 无法形成严格的标准和统一的规范, 小规模, 多点生产, 管理 难度大; 本发明为机械化、 自动化、 标准化、 规范化、 产业化生产。
7、 质量控制:
①一致性: 传统羽毛球的每根羽毛片重量不一, 毛杆锥度不一, 重 心无法重叠, 每根羽毛的粗细度, 即最细端与最粗端的比率不统一; 本 发明的每组叶片重量一致, 重心全部重叠在羽毛球中心轴上, 每根叶片 的毛杆粗细一致。
②同圓度: 传统羽毛球的每根羽毛毛尖的同圓度较差; 本发明每才艮 羽毛毛尖的同圆度极高。
③羽毛球口径——对角毛尖距离: 传统羽毛球无法保证对角毛尖的 直径一致, 最高公差为 1. 5画; 本发明对角毛尖的直径公差可控制在 0. 5mm。

⑥飞行速度及落点: 传统羽毛球无法确定, 须经机械或人工击打法 测试飞行速度; 每一批次的速度和落点统一, 无须测试。
综上所述, 本发明制备工艺简单、 可靠, 机械化、 自动化、 标准化、 规范化、 产业化生产, 确保羽毛球的重量一致, 叶片粗细度一致, 叶片 毛杆锥度一致, 同圆度一致, 重心确保重叠在羽毛球中心轴上, 羽毛球 飞行速度和落点一致, 准确性好, 极大地提高了羽毛球的产品质量和技 术性能。
