Definitions
- the invention relates to a mop dehydrator, in particular to a use, which is more labor-saving and convenient
- the main structure is to install a mechanical transmission mechanism in a barrel to collect the transmission from the barrel. The moisture that the mechanism deviates from the mop after it has been rotated.
- the transmission mechanism of the conventional mop dehydrator currently available on the market has a variety of different transmission modes, such as an umbrella gear transmission, a pull rope transmission, or a large gear and a pinion transmission to transmit power to a shaft.
- a turntable On the upper side, a turntable can be rotated by the rotating shaft.
- the above various transmission modes cause the user to step on the pedal to cause the pedal to swing, and simply convert the equivalent of 1:1 into the sum of the rotations of the rotating shaft, and cannot effectively increase the speed, resulting in an increase in speed.
- the user must quickly and continuously step on the pedal to swing back and forth to raise the rotational speed of the turntable, which is a laborious and time consuming problem.
- Even with the combination of speed-increasing mechanisms it also causes a relatively large space for the speed-increasing mechanism, which increases the size of the product and increases the cost of manufacturing and transportation.
- the above-mentioned mop dehydrator mainly uses the rotation of the turntable to enable the mop head placed in the turntable to perform the draining operation, but the mop dehydrator cannot be applied to the general mop, that is, the general mop of the mop (the tightening of the sliver)
- the object has a small outer diameter. When it is placed in the turntable of the dehydrator, it will be shaken due to the excessive gap between the reel and the turntable.
- the mop axis is not located at the rotation axis of the turntable, so the user It is necessary to separately apply force to the mop to keep it on the axis of the turntable, or to purchase a special mop to match the size of the turntable, which is really troublesome for the user. Summary of the invention
- the main object of the present invention is to provide a mop dehydrator in which the transmission mechanism has a speed increasing effect and at the same time its volume is greatly reduced.
- the mop dehydrator provided to achieve the above object includes a tub, a dial, and a transmission.
- the transmission includes a base, a pedal, a planetary gear set and a rotating shaft.
- the base has an accommodating chamber, and the peripheral wall of the accommodating chamber has an annular inner tooth.
- the pedal is pivotally mounted on the base and has a row of teeth.
- the planetary gear set is disposed in the accommodating chamber.
- the sun gear is disposed in the accommodating chamber, the planet gears are meshed between the sun gear and the annular inner teeth, and the transmission gear is pivotally connected to the planets
- the shaft of the gear is engaged with the tooth row of the pedal, and the rotating shaft is inserted at the axial center of the sun gear and is interlocked by the sun gear, and the rotating shaft is fixed to the turntable.
- Another main object of the present invention is to secure the mop disc to the axis of the turntable when using the mop dehydrator to avoid mopping the mop.
- the mop dehydrator provided to achieve the above object includes a barrel, a turntable, a driving device and a handle.
- the turntable is disposed in the barrel body
- the transmission device is also disposed in the barrel body, and is used for the user to step on to drive the turntable to rotate.
- the middle portion of the handle is formed with a groove, and the groove is an axis with the turntable
- the heart corresponds to the recess for the grip of a mop. In this way, the mop disc can be fixed to the axis of the turntable during dehydration to avoid the mop.
