Abstract
Description
本願は、2009年7月29日に日本に出願された、特願2009-176656号に基づき優先権主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
例えば、特許文献1~3では、ゼオライト触媒を用いて、LCO等に多く含まれる多環芳香族炭化水素から単環芳香族炭化水素を製造する方法が提案されている。
しかしながら、特許文献1~3に記載の触媒を用いた炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素の製造では、反応初期での炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が充分に高いとは言えなかった。また、定常状態での炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素の収率は低かった。
このような厳しい条件下において、触媒としてゼオライト触媒を用いる場合には、触媒の水熱劣化が進行して定常状態での単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が低くなるため、触媒の水熱安定性の向上が求められる。しかし、特許文献1~3に記載のゼオライト触媒では、水熱安定性を向上させる対策が採られておらず、実用的な利用価値は低いものであった。
これらのうち、リンの添加は、水熱安定性向上だけでなく、流動接触分解における炭素質析出抑制による選択性向上、バインダーの耐摩耗性向上などの効果も知られ、接触分解反応用の触媒に対してはしばしば適用されている。
ゼオライトにリンを添加した接触分解用の触媒については、例えば、特許文献4~6に開示されている。
すなわち、特許文献4には、リン、ガリウム、ゲルマニウム、スズが添加されたZSM-5を含む触媒を用いて、ナフサからオレフィンを製造する方法が開示されている。特許文献4では、リンを添加することにより、メタンや芳香族の生成を抑制してオレフィン生成の選択率を高め、しかも短い接触時間でも高い活性を確保して、オレフィンの収率を高めることを目的としている。
特許文献5には、ジルコニウムと希土類を含有するZSM-5にリンを担持した触媒とUSYゼオライト、REYゼオライト、カオリン、シリカおよびアルミナを含む触媒を用い、重質炭化水素からオレフィンを高い収率で製造する方法が開示されている。
特許文献6には、リンおよび遷移金属を担持したZSM-5を含有する触媒を用いて炭化水素を変換して、エチレン、プロピレンを高い収率で製造する方法が開示されている。
したがって、反応初期だけでなく、定常状態においても、多環芳香族炭化水素を含む原料油から炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素を高い収率で製造できる単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒は知られていないのが実情であった。
結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムおよび/または亜鉛とリンとを含有し、結晶性アルミノリケートのケイ素とアルミニウムとのモル比率(Si/Al比)が100以下、結晶性アルミノシリケートに担持されたリンと結晶性アルミノリケートのアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)が0.01以上、1.0以下、ガリウムおよび/または亜鉛の含有量が結晶性アルミノシリケートに対して1.2質量%以下であることを特徴とする単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒。
[2] リン含有量が触媒全重量に対して0.1~10質量%、触媒に含有されるガリウムおよび/または亜鉛の含有量が触媒全量に対して2質量%以下であることを特徴とする[1]に記載の単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒。

本発明の単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒(以下、「触媒」と略す。)は、多環芳香族炭化水素を含む原料油から炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素(以下、「単環芳香族炭化水素」と略す。)を製造するためのものであり、結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムおよび/または亜鉛とリンとを含有する。
結晶性アルミノシリケートとしては、特に限定されないが、例えば、中孔径ゼオライトであるMFI、MEL、TON、MTT、MRE、FER、AEL、EUOタイプの結晶構造のゼオライトが好ましく、単環芳香族炭化水素の収率がより高くなることから、ペンタシル型ゼオライトがより好ましく、MFI型および/またはMEL型の結晶構造のゼオライトが特に好ましい。
MFI型、MEL型等のゼオライトは、The Structure Commission of the International Zeolite Associationにより公表された種類の公知ゼオライト構造型に属する(Atlas of Zeolite Structure Types,W.M.Meiyer and D.H.Olson (1978).Distributed by Polycrystal Book Service,Pittsburgh,PA,USA)。
触媒における結晶性アルミノシリケートの含有量は、触媒全体を100質量%とした際の10~95質量%が好ましく、20~80質量%がより好ましく、25~70質量%が特に好ましい。結晶性アルミノシリケートの含有量が10質量%以上かつ95質量%以下であれば、充分に高い触媒活性が得られる。
また、結晶性アルミノリケートのSi/Al比は、単環芳香族炭化水素の収率向上の点で、10以上であることが好ましい。
本発明の触媒におけるガリウム含有の形態としては、結晶性アルミノシリケートの格子骨格内にガリウムが組み込まれたもの(結晶性アルミノガロシリケート)、結晶性アルミノシリケートにガリウムが担持されたもの(ガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケート)、その両方を含んだものが挙げられる。
結晶性アルミノガロシリケートは、SiO4、AlO4およびGaO4構造が骨格中において四面体配位をとる構造を有する。また、結晶性アルミノガロシリケートは、例えば、水熱合成によるゲル結晶化、結晶性アルミノシリケートの格子骨格中にガリウムを挿入する方法、または結晶性ガロシリケートの格子骨格中にアルミニウムを挿入する方法により得られる。
ガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケートは、結晶性アルミノシリケートにガリウムをイオン交換法、含浸法等の公知の方法によって担持したものである。その際に用いるガリウム源としては、特に限定されないが、硝酸ガリウム、塩化ガリウム等のガリウム塩、酸化ガリウム等が挙げられる。
また、ガリウムの含有量は、結晶性アルミノシリケートの総質量を100質量%とした場合、0.01質量%以上であることが好ましく、0.1質量%以上であることがより好ましい。ガリウム含有量が0.01質量%未満であると、単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が低くなることがある。
本発明の触媒における亜鉛含有の形態としては、結晶性アルミノシリケートの格子骨格内に亜鉛が組み込まれたもの(結晶性アルミノジンコシリケート)、結晶性アルミノシリケートに亜鉛が担持されたもの(亜鉛担持結晶性アルミノシリケート)、その両方を含んだものが挙げられる。
結晶性アルミノジンコシリケートは、SiO4、AlO4およびZnO4構造が骨格中に存在する構造を有する。また、結晶性アルミノジンコシリケートは、例えば、水熱合成によるゲル結晶化、結晶性アルミノシリケートの格子骨格中に亜鉛を挿入する方法、または結晶性シリケートの格子骨格中にアルミニウムを挿入する方法により得られる。
亜鉛担持結晶性アルミノシリケートは、結晶性アルミノシリケートに亜鉛をイオン交換法、含浸法等の公知の方法によって担持したものである。その際に用いる亜鉛源としては、特に限定されないが、硝酸亜鉛、塩化亜鉛等の亜鉛塩、酸化亜鉛等が挙げられる。
また、亜鉛の含有量は、結晶性アルミノシリケートの総質量を100質量%とした場合、0.01質量%以上であることが好ましく、0.1質量%以上であることがより好ましい。亜鉛含有量が0.01質量%未満であると、単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が低くなることがある。
結晶性アルミノシリケートに担持されたリンと結晶性アルミノリケートに含有されるアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は1.0以下であり、0.5以下であることが好ましい。P/Al比が1.0を超えると、単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が低くなる。
また、P/Al比は0.01以上である。P/Al比が0.01未満の場合、定常状態での単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が低くなることがあり好ましくない。
本発明の触媒は、反応形式に応じて、例えば、粉末状、粒状、ペレット状等にされる。例えば、流動床の場合には粉末状にされ、固定床の場合には粒状またはペレット状にされる。流動床で用いる触媒の平均粒子径は30~180μmが好ましく、50~100μmがより好ましい。また、流動床で用いる触媒のかさ密度は0.4~1.8g/ccが好ましく、0.5~1.0g/ccがより好ましい。
なお、平均粒子径はふるいによる分級によって得た粒径分布において50質量%となる粒径を表し、かさ密度はJIS規格R9301-2-3の方法により測定した値である。
粒状またはペレット状の触媒を得る場合には、必要に応じて、バインダーとして触媒に不活性な酸化物を配合した後、各種成形機を用いて成形すればよい。
また、触媒がバインダー等の無機酸化物を含有する場合、バインダー等と結晶性アルミノシリケートを混合した後に、ガリウムおよび/または亜鉛、リンを添加して触媒を製造しても、バインダー等とガリウムおよび/または亜鉛担持結晶性アルミノシリケートとを混合した後、またはバインダー等と結晶性アルミノガロシリケートおよび/または結晶性アルミノジンコシリケートとを混合した後にリンを添加して触媒を製造してもよい。
触媒がバインダー等の無機酸化物を含有する場合、リン含有量は触媒全重量に対して0.1~10質量%が好ましく、さらには、下限は0.2質量%以上が好ましく、上限は5質量%以下であることがより好ましく、2.0質量%以下がさらに好ましい。触媒全重量に対するリンの含有量が0.1質量%以上であることで、経時的な単環芳香族炭化水素の収率低下を防止でき、10質量%以下であることで、単環芳香族炭化水素の収率を高くできる。
また、触媒がバインダー等の無機酸化物を含有する場合、ガリウムおよび/または亜鉛の含有量は触媒全重量に対して2質量%以下であることが好ましく、1.5質量%以下がより好ましく、1.2質量%以下がさらに好ましい。ガリウムおよび/または亜鉛の含有量が触媒全重量に対して2質量%を超えると、単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が低くなり好ましくない。
本発明の単環芳香族炭化水素の製造方法は、原料油を上記触媒に接触させて、反応させる方法である。
本反応は、飽和炭化水素を水素供与源とし、飽和炭化水素からの水素移行反応によって多環芳香族炭化水素を単環芳香族炭化水素に転換する方法である。
本発明で使用される原料油は、10容量%留出温度が140℃以上かつ終点が400℃以下の油、または10容量%留出温度が140℃以上または90容量%留出温度が360℃以下の油であることが好ましい。10容量%留出温度が140℃未満の油では、軽質のものからBTXを製造することになり、本発明の主旨にそぐわなくなるため、140℃以上が好ましく、150℃以上がより好ましい。また、終点が400℃を超える油を用いた場合には、単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が低い上に、触媒上へのコーク堆積量が増大して、触媒活性の急激な低下を引き起こす傾向にあるため、原料油の終点は400℃以下が好ましく、380℃以下がより好ましい。また、原料油の90容量%留出温度が360℃を超える原料油を用いた場合も、触媒上へのコーク堆積量が増大して、触媒活性の急激な低下を引き起こす傾向にあるため、原料油の90容量%留出温度は360℃以下が好ましく、350℃以下がより好ましい。
なお、ここでいう10容量%留出温度、90容量%留出温度、終点は、JIS K2254「石油製品-蒸留試験方法」に準拠して測定される値である。
10容量%留出温度が140℃以上かつ終点が400℃以下である原料油、または10容量%留出温度が140℃以上または90容量%留出温度が360℃以下の原料油としては、例えば、流動接触分解装置で生成する分解軽油(LCO)、石炭液化油、重質油水素化分解精製油、直留灯油、直留軽油、コーカー灯油、コーカー軽油およびオイルサンド水素化分解精製油などが挙げられる。
また、原料油中に多環芳香族炭化水素が多く含まれると炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素収率が低下するため、原料油中の多環芳香族炭化水素の含有量(多環芳香族分)は50容量%以下が好ましく、30容量%以下であることがより好ましい。
なお、ここでいう多環芳香族分とは、JPI-5S-49「石油製品-炭化水素タイプ試験方法-高速液体クロマトグラフ法」に準拠して測定される2環芳香族炭化水素含有量(2環芳香族分)および、3環以上の芳香族炭化水素含有量(3環以上の芳香族分)の合計値である。
原料油を触媒と接触、反応させる際の反応形式としては、固定床、移動床、流動床等が挙げられる。本発明においては、重質分を原料とするため、触媒に付着したコーク分を連続的に除去可能で、かつ安定的に反応を行うことができる流動床が好ましく、反応器と再生器との間を触媒が循環し、連続的に反応-再生を繰り返すことができる、連続再生式流動床が特に好ましい。触媒と接触する際の原料油は、気相状態であることが好ましい。また、原料は、必要に応じてガスによって希釈してもよい。また、未反応原料が生じた場合は必要に応じてリサイクルしてもよい。
原料油を触媒と接触、反応させる際の反応温度は、特に制限されないが、350~700℃が好ましい。下限は、充分な反応活性が得られることから、450℃以上がより好ましい。一方、上限は、エネルギー的に有利である上に、容易に触媒を再生できるため、650℃以下がより好ましい。
原料油を触媒と接触、反応させる際の反応圧力は、1.0MPaG以下とすることが好ましい。反応圧力が1.0MPaG以下であれば、軽質ガスの副生を防止できる上に、反応装置の耐圧性を低くできる。
原料油と触媒との接触時間は、実質的に所望する反応が進行すれば特に制限はされないが、例えば、触媒上のガス通過時間で1~300秒が好ましく、さらに下限は5秒以上、上限は150秒以下がより好ましい。接触時間が1秒以上であれば、確実に反応させることができ、接触時間が300秒以下であれば、コーキング等による触媒への炭素質の蓄積を抑制できる。または分解による軽質ガスの発生量を抑制できる。
本発明では、反応初期での単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が25質量%以上であることが好ましく、30質量%以上であることがより好ましく、35質量%以上であることがさらに好ましい。
また、定常状態での単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が20質量%以上であることが好ましく、25質量%以上であることがより好ましく、30質量%以上であることがさらに好ましい。
反応初期での単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が25質量%未満、定常状態での単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が20質量%未満であると、生成物中の単環芳香族炭化水素濃度が低く、回収効率が低下するので好ましくない。
(触媒調製例1)
MFI構造でケイ素/アルミニウムのモル比率(Si/Al比)が15のプロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、0.2質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)のガリウムが担持されるように1.15質量%の硝酸ガリウム・8水和物水溶液120gを含浸させ、120℃で乾燥させた。その後、空気流通下、780℃で3時間焼成して、ガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケートを得た。
ついで、得られたガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケート30gに、3.20質量%のリン酸水素二アンモニウム水溶液30gを含浸させ、120℃で乾燥させた。その後、空気流通下、780℃で3時間焼成して、結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムとリンとを含有する触媒を得た。
得られた触媒に39.2MPa(400kgf)の圧力をかけて打錠成型し、粗粉砕して20~28メッシュのサイズに揃えて、粒状体の触媒1(以下、「粒状化触媒1」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒1のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
MFI構造でケイ素/アルミニウムのモル比率(Si/Al比)が35のプロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケートを用いてガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケートを得て、得られたガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケート30gに、1.40質量%のリン酸水素二アンモニウム水溶液30gを含浸させた以外は、触媒調製例1と同様にして、粒状体の触媒2(以下、「粒状化触媒2」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒2のSi/Al比は35、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
MFI構造でケイ素/アルミニウムのモル比率(Si/Al比)が50のプロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケートを用いてガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケートを得て、得られたガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケート30gに、1.00質量%のリン酸水素二アンモニウム水溶液30gを含浸させた以外は、触媒調製例1と同様にして、粒状体の触媒3(以下、「粒状化触媒3」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒3のSi/Al比は50、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
MFI構造でケイ素/アルミニウムのモル比率(Si/Al比)が100のプロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケートを用いてガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケートを得て、得られたガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケート30gに、0.50質量%のリン酸水素二アンモニウム水溶液30gを含浸させた以外は、触媒調製例1と同様にして、粒状体の触媒4(以下、「粒状化触媒4」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒4のSi/Al比は100、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
MFI構造でケイ素/アルミニウムのモル比率(Si/Al比)が200のプロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケートを用いてガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケートを得て、得られたガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケート30gに、0.27質量%のリン酸水素二アンモニウム水溶液30gを含浸させた以外は、触媒調製例1と同様にして、粒状体の触媒5(以下、「粒状化触媒5」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒5のSi/Al比は200、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
プロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、0.4質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)のガリウムが担持されるように2.30質量%の硝酸ガリウム・8水和物水溶液120gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例1と同様にして、粒状体の触媒6(以下、「粒状化触媒6」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒6のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.4質量%であった。
プロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、0.7質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)のガリウムが担持されるように4.03質量%の硝酸ガリウム・8水和物水溶液120gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例1と同様にして、粒状体の触媒7(以下、「粒状化触媒7」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒7のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.7質量%であった。
プロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、1.0質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)のガリウムが担持されるように5.75質量%の硝酸ガリウム・8水和物水溶液120gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例1と同様にして、粒状体の触媒8(以下、「粒状化触媒8」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒8のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は1.0質量%であった。
プロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、1.5質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)のガリウムが担持されるように8.63質量%の硝酸ガリウム・8水和物水溶液120gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例1と同様にして、粒状体の触媒9(以下、「粒状化触媒9」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒9のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は1.5質量%であった。
MFI構造でケイ素/アルミニウムのモル比率(Si/Al比)が35のプロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、0.2質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)のガリウムが担持されるように1.15質量%の硝酸ガリウム・8水和物水溶液120gを含浸させ、120℃で乾燥させた。その後、空気流通下、780℃で3時間焼成して、ガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケートを得た。
得られた触媒に39.2MPa(400kgf)の圧力をかけて打錠成型し、粗粉砕して20~28メッシュのサイズに揃えて、粒状体の触媒10(以下、「粒状化触媒10」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒10のSi/Al比は35、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
MFI構造でケイ素/アルミニウムのモル比率(Si/Al比)が35のプロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、0.2質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)のガリウムが担持されるように1.15質量%の硝酸ガリウム・8水和物水溶液120gを含浸させ、120℃で乾燥させた。その後、空気流通下、780℃で3時間焼成して、ガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケートを得た。
ついで、得られたガリウム担持結晶性アルミノシリケート30gに0.37質量%のリン酸水素二アンモニウム水溶液30gを含浸させ、120℃で乾燥させた。その後、空気流通下、780℃で3時間焼成して、結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムとリンとを含有する触媒を得た。
得られた触媒に39.2MPa(400kgf)の圧力をかけて打錠成型し、粗粉砕して20~28メッシュのサイズに揃えて、粒状体の触媒11(以下、「粒状化触媒11」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒11のSi/Al比は35、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.06、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
5.47質量%のリン酸水素二アンモニウム水溶液30gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例11と同様にして、粒状体の触媒12(以下、「粒状化触媒12」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒13のSi/Al比は35、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.90、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
7.30質量%のリン酸水素二アンモニウム水溶液30gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例11と同様にして、粒状体の触媒13(以下、「粒状化触媒13」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒13のSi/Al比は35、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は1.20、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
希硫酸に硅酸ナトリウム(Jケイ酸ソーダ3号、SiO2:28~30質量%、Na:9~10質量%、残部水、日本化学工業(株)製)106gと純水の混合溶液を滴下し、シリカゾル水溶液(SiO2濃度10.2%)を調製した。一方、触媒調製例6で調製した結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムとリンとを含有する触媒20.4gに蒸留水を加え、ゼオライトスラリーを調製した。上記のゼオライトスラリーとシリカゾル水溶液300gを混合し、調製したスラリーを250℃で噴霧乾燥し、球形触媒を得た。その後、600℃で3時間焼成し、粉末状の触媒1(以下、「粉末状触媒1」という。)を得た。
粉末状触媒1のバインダーを除いた結晶性アルミノシリケートのSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.4質量%であった。
触媒調製例8で合成した結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムとリンを含有する触媒を用いた以外は触媒調製例14と同様にして、粉末状の触媒2(以下、「粉末状触媒2」という。)を得た。
粉末状触媒2のバインダーを除いた結晶性アルミノシリケートのSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は1.0質量%であった。
触媒調製例10で合成した結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムを含有する触媒を用いた以外は触媒調製例14と同様にして、粉末状の触媒3(以下、「粉末状触媒3」という。)を得た。
粉末状触媒3のバインダーを除いた結晶性アルミノシリケートのSi/Al比は35、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.0、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
触媒調製例2で合成した結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムとリンを含有する触媒を用いた以外は触媒調製例14と同様にして、粉末状の触媒4(以下、「粉末状触媒4」という。)を得た。
粉末状触媒4のバインダーを除いた結晶性アルミノシリケートのSi/Al比は35、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
触媒調製例13で合成した結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムとリンを含有する触媒を用いた以外は触媒調製例14と同様にして、粉末状の触媒5(以下、「粉末状触媒5」という。)を得た。
粉末状触媒5のバインダーを除いた結晶性アルミノシリケートのSi/Al比は35、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は1.2、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
MFI構造でケイ素/アルミニウムのモル比率(Si/Al比)が15のプロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、0.2質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)の亜鉛が担持されるように0.91質量%の硝酸亜鉛・6水和物水溶液120gを含浸させた以外は触媒調製例1と同様にして、粒状体の触媒14(以下、「粒状化触媒14」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒14のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、亜鉛含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。
プロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、0.4質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)の亜鉛が担持されるように1.82質量%の硝酸亜鉛・6水和物水溶液120gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例6と同様にして、粒状体の触媒15(以下、「粒状化触媒15」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒15のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、亜鉛含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.4質量%であった。
プロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、0.7質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)の亜鉛が担持されるように3.19質量%の硝酸亜鉛・6水和物水溶液120gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例7と同様にして、粒状体の触媒16(以下、「粒状化触媒16」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒16のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、亜鉛含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.7質量%であった。
プロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、1.0質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)の亜鉛が担持されるように4.55質量%の硝酸亜鉛・6水和物水溶液120gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例8と同様にして、粒状体の触媒17(以下、「粒状化触媒17」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒17のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、亜鉛含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は1.0質量%であった。
プロトン型結晶性アルミノシリケート120gに、1.5質量%(結晶性アルミノシリケート総質量を100質量%とした値)の亜鉛が担持されるように6.83質量%の硝酸亜鉛・6水和物水溶液120gを含浸させたこと以外は触媒調製例9と同様にして、粒状体の触媒18(以下、「粒状化触媒18」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒18のSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、亜鉛含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は1.5質量%であった。
フュームドシリカ18gに、13.4質量%の硝酸ガリウム・8水和物水溶液30gを含浸させ、120℃で乾燥させた。その後、空気流通下、780℃で3時間焼成して、ガリウム担持フュームドシリカを得た。
ガリウム担持フュームドシリカ18gに、30質量%のリン酸水素二アンモニウム水溶液50gを含浸させ、120℃で乾燥させた。その後、空気流通下、780℃で3時間焼成して、ガリウム(3.1質量%)とリン(16.4質量%)を含有するフュームドシリカを得た。
ガリウムとリンを含有するフュームドシリカ18gと触媒調製例1で調製した触媒12g混合し、得られた触媒に39.2MPa(400kgf)の圧力をかけて打錠成型し、粗粉砕して20~28メッシュのサイズに揃えて、粒状体の触媒19(以下、「粒状化触媒19」という。)を得た。粒状化触媒19に含まれる結晶性アルミノシリケートのSi/Al比は15、リンとアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)は0.23、ガリウム含有量(結晶性アルミノシリケート100質量%に対して)は0.2質量%であった。また、触媒中に含まれるガリウム担持量は1.9質量%、リン担持量は、9.8質量%であった。
[反応初期の単環芳香族炭化水素収率の測定:測定1]
得られた粒状化触媒1~9、14~19を用いて反応初期の触媒活性を、以下のように評価した。
粒状化触媒(10ml)を反応器に充填した流通式反応装置を用い、反応温度:550℃、反応圧力:0MPaGの条件で、表1の性状を有する原料油を粒状化触媒と接触、反応させた。その際、原料油と粒状化触媒との接触時間が7秒となるように希釈剤として窒素を導入した。
この条件にて30分反応させて、炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素を製造し、反応装置に直結されたFIDガスクロマトグラフにより生成物の組成分析を行って、反応初期の単環芳香族炭化水素の収率を測定した。粒状化触媒1~9、19を用いた場合の測定結果を表2に示す。粒状化触媒14~18を用いた場合の測定結果を表3に示す。
得られた粉末状触媒1、2を用いて反応初期の触媒活性を、以下のように評価した。
粉末状触媒(400g)を反応器に充填した流通式反応装置を用い、反応温度:550℃、反応圧力:0.1MPaGの条件で、表1の性状を有する原料油を粉末状触媒と接触、反応させた。その際、直径60mmである反応管に粉末状触媒を充填した。原料油と粉末状触媒との接触時間が10秒となるように希釈剤として窒素を導入した。
この条件にて10分反応させて、炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素を製造し、気体生成物、液体生成物、及び触媒上に析出したコークを回収した。気体生成物は反応装置に直結されたマイクロガスクロマトグラフ、FIDガスクロマトグラフにより生成物の組成分析を行った。液体生成物はFIDガスクロマトグラフにより生成物の組成分析を行った。触媒上のコークは、反応装置に直結されたCO2計から生成量を算出した。これらの組成分析により、反応初期の単環芳香族炭化水素の収率を測定した。測定結果を表4に示す。
得られた粒状化触媒2、10~13、19、粉末状触媒3~5を、各々、処理温度650℃、処理時間6時間、水蒸気100質量%の環境下で水熱処理することにより、擬似的に水熱劣化させて、擬似定常状態の粒状化触媒2、10~13、19、擬似劣化粉末状触媒3~5を得た。この水熱劣化させた触媒を用いることにより、擬似的な定常状態での単環芳香族炭化水素の収率を評価することができる。
上記擬似劣化触媒を粒状化触媒の代わりに各々用いた以外は測定1と同様に、原料油を反応させ、得られた生成物の組成分析を行って、単環芳香族炭化水素収率を測定した。測定結果を表5および表7に示す。
また、上記擬似劣化粉末状触媒を粉末状触媒の代わりに各々用いた以外は測定2と同様に、原料油を反応させ、得られた生成物の組成分析を行って、単環芳香族炭化水素収率を測定した。測定結果を表6に示す。
結晶性アルミノリケートのSi/Al比が100以下である粒状化触媒1~4を用いた実施例1~4は、Si/Al比が200である比較例1より単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が優れることが分かる。
また、ガリウム含有量が1.2質量%以下の範囲にある実施例1、実施例5~7はガリウム含有量が1.5質量%である比較例2より単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が優れることが分かる。
亜鉛を含有した触媒の場合でも、亜鉛含有量が1.2質量%以下の範囲にある実施例8~11は、亜鉛含有量が1.5質量%である比較例3より単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が優れることが分かる。
粉末状触媒の場合でも、実施例12、13は比較例2より単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が優れることが分かる。
さらに、P/Al比が0.01~1.0も範囲にある擬似定常状態の粒状化触媒2、11、12(擬似劣化触媒2、11、12)を用いた実施例14~16は、P/Al比0.00である擬似定常状態の粒状化触媒10(擬似劣化触媒10)を用いた比較例4、1.20である擬似定常状態の粒状化触媒13(擬似劣化触媒13)を用いた比較例5と較べると、擬似定常状態における単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が高くなることが分かる。
また、擬似定常状態の粉末状触媒4(擬似劣化粉末状触媒4)の実施例17もP/Al比0.00である擬似定常状態の粉末状触媒3(擬似劣化粉末状触媒3)を用いた比較例6、1.20である擬似定常状態の粉末状触媒5(擬似劣化粉末状触媒5)を用いた比較例7と較べると、擬似定常状態における単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が高くなることが分かる。
触媒中に無機酸化物を含有する粒状化触媒19を用いた実施例18(擬似劣化触媒19)においても、擬似定常状態における単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が高くなることを確認した。
上記の結果から、結晶性アルミノリケートのSi/Al比が100以下、P/Al比が0.01以上1.0以下、ガリウム含有量が1.2質量%以下の粒状化触媒または粉末状触媒を用いれば、反応初期および擬似定常状態のいずれにおいても単環芳香族炭化水素の収率が高くなることが分かった。
Claims (10)
- 10容量%留出温度が140℃以上かつ終点が400℃以下である原料油から炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素を製造するための芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒であって、
結晶性アルミノシリケートとガリウムおよび/または亜鉛とリンとを含有し、結晶性アルミノリケートのケイ素とアルミニウムとのモル比率(Si/Al比)が100以下、結晶性アルミノシリケートに担持されたリンと結晶性アルミノリケートのアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)が0.01以上、1.0以下、ガリウムおよび/または亜鉛の含有量が結晶性アルミノシリケートに対して1.2質量%以下であることを特徴とする単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒。 - リン含有量が触媒全重量に対して0.1~10質量%、触媒に含有されるガリウムおよび/または亜鉛の含有量が触媒全量に対して2質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒。
- 前記結晶性アルミノシリケートが、ペンタシル型ゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒。
- 前記結晶性アルミノシリケートが、MFI型ゼオライトであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒。
- 結晶性アルミノシリケートに担持されたリンと結晶性アルミノリケートのアルミニウムとのモル比率(P/Al比)が0.5以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒。
- ガリウムおよび/または亜鉛の含有量が結晶性アルミノシリケートに対して1.0質量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒。
- 10容量%留出温度が140℃以上かつ終点が400℃以下である原料油を、請求項1に記載の単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒に接触させることを特徴とする炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素の製造方法。
- 10容量%留出温度が140℃以上かつ90容量%留出温度が350℃以下である原料油を、請求項1に記載の単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒に接触させることを特徴とする炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素の製造方法。
- 前記原料油として、流動接触分解装置で生成する分解軽油を用いることを特徴とする請求項7または請求項8に記載の炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素の製造方法。
- 流動床反応装置にて前記原料油を単環芳香族炭化水素製造用触媒に接触させることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の炭素数6~8の単環芳香族炭化水素の製造方法。
