Abstract

Bei einem Vergasungsreaktor zur Herstellung von CO- oder H2-haltigem Rohgas durch Vergasung von aschehaltigem Brennstoff mit sauerstoffhaltigem Gas bei Temperaturen oberhalb der Schmelztemperatur der Asche, wobei innerhalb eines Druckbehälters ein von einer kühlmediumdurchflossenen Membranwand gebildeter Reaktionsraum, anschließend ein Übergangsbereich sowie ein Quenchraum vorgesehen sind mit in Schwerkraftrichtung nachfolgendem Schlacke-/Wasserbad, soll eine Lösung geschaffen werden, mit der insbesondere dem Schlackebehälter eine wirtschaftlich günstige Gestaltung bei gleichzeitiger Vervielfältigung der Funktionsweise gegeben wird. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, dass im Schlacke-/Wasserbad (13) ein trichterförmiger Schlackesammelbehälter (12) vorgesehen ist, der in Einfallrichtung der Schlacke (Pfeil 18) mit einem zweiten trichterförmigen Einsatz (15) als Abscheidekonus ausgerüstet ist, dessen Trichterwand zum Schlackesammelbehälter (12) einen umlaufenden Ringspalt (17) bildet und dessen freie Randkante (16) oberhalb der freien Randkante (14) des Schlackesammelbehälters (12) positioniert ist.
