如图 1至图 12所示, 一种电机, 包括定子 1、 转子 2、 前端盖 3 和后端盖 4 , 其中: 转子 2安装在定子 1里面, 定子 1由定子铁芯 11 和定子绕组 12组成,定子绕组 12嵌入到定子铁芯 11的齿槽 31里面, 转子 2上的转轴 22两端分别通过轴承安装在前端盖 3和后端盖 4的 轴承座 51 , 52里面, 前端盖 3和后端盖 4由轴承座 51 , 52、 连接筋 条 6、 环状盖体 7和支撑脚 8组成, 轴 7 座 51 , 52位于环状盖体 7 中央并用连接筋条 6连接起来, 连接筋条 6之间形成第一散热孔 19 , 从环状盖体 7的边缘处轴向伸出四根支撑脚 8 , 支撑脚 8之间形成第 二散热孔 29 , 支撑脚 8往内开出凹槽 9 , 凹槽 9底面开有通孔 10 , 通过凹槽 9里面的螺釘 13、 螺母 14将前端盖 3、 定子铁芯 11和后端 盖 4串联连接起来, 转轴 22尾部从后端盖 4的轴承座 52伸出, 并在 转轴 22的伸出端安装有磁环 15 , 在转轴 22的外面设置有外罩 16, 外罩 16里面安装测速线路板 17,测速线路板 17上设有霍尔元件 18, 霍尔元件 18位于磁环 15旁边, 外罩 16上开有可供信号线引出的开 口 20。
其中伸出前端盖 3的转轴 22端部上安装皮带轮 24;定子铁芯 11 的端部边缘设置四个与支撑脚 8位置对应的凹槽 23, 支撑脚 8的顶 部嵌入到凹槽 23里面, 支撑脚 8顶部内侧设置圓弧面 81和凹槽 23 的内壁圓弧面 231相配合;转子 2的转子铁芯 21两端都设有风扇 30, 转子铁芯 21与风扇 30—体铸造成型;前端盖 3的两侧设置有安装凸 耳 25, 安装凸耳 25表面上设置多个安装孔 26, 安装凸耳 25通过加 强筋 27与其中一个支撑脚 8连接起来;外罩 16顶部开口处设置翻边 28,通过螺釘将外罩 16安装在后端盖 4的轴承座 52里面; 定子铁芯 11的形状为方形, 在四个角进行倒圓角, 它的边长 L长度范围是: 100mm ~ 110mm, 内径 D尺寸范围为: 65mm~ 75mm, 齿槽数为 24, 凹 槽 23的内壁圓弧面 231的直径范围: 110匪〜 112mm, 齿槽 31形状是 平底的 U型槽; 结合图 13、 图 15可知, 在定子铁芯 11的其中两个 相对应的端面上设有凹槽 111, 电机的接线端子 32可以通过其端面 上的槽键 323嵌入到凹槽 111一侧内, 紧固在定子铁芯 11的其中一 端面上; 前端盖 3、 后端盖 4和风扇 30都是由铝或铝合金材料铸造 成型的。
上述实施例为本实用新型的较佳实施方式,但本实用新型的实施 方式不限于此,其他任何未背离本实用新型的精神实质与原理下所作 的改变、 修饰、 替代、 组合、 筒化, 均为等效的置换方式, 都包含在 本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种电机, 包括定子( 1 )、 转子( 2 )、 前端盖( 3 )和后端盖 (4), 其中: 转子(2 )安装在定子(1 )里面, 定子(1 ) 由定子铁 芯( 11 )和定子绕组( 12 )组成,定子绕组( 12 )嵌入到定子铁芯( 11 ) 的齿槽( 31 )里面, 转子( 2 )上的转轴( 22 ) 两端分别通过轴承安 装在前端盖( 3 )和后端盖( 4 )的轴承座(51, 52 )里面, 其特征在 于: 前端盖( 3 )和后端盖( 4 ) 由轴承座(51, 52 )、 连接筋条( 6 )、 环状盖体( 7 )和支撑脚( 8 )组成, 轴承座(51, 52)位于环状盖体
(7) 中央并用连接筋条(6)连接起来, 连接筋条(6)之间形成第 一散热孔( 19 ), 从环状盖体( 7 )的边缘处轴向伸出四根支撑脚( 8 ), 支撑脚(8 )之间形成第二散热孔(29), 支撑脚(8 )往内开出凹槽
(9), 凹槽( 9 )底面开有通孔(10),通过凹槽(9)里面的螺釘(13)、 螺母( I4 )将前端盖( 3 )、 定子铁芯 ( 11 )和后端盖( 4 ) 串联连接 起来, 转轴( 22 )尾部从后端盖( 4 ) 的轴承座( 52 )伸出, 并在转 轴( 22 ) 的伸出端安装有磁环 ( I5 ) , 在转轴( 22 ) 的外面设置有 外罩(16),外罩(16)里面安装有测速线路板(17),测速线路板(17) 上设有霍尔元件( 18 ), 霍尔元件( 18 )位于磁环( 15 ) 旁边, 外罩
( 16)上开有可供信号线引出的开口 (20)。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 伸出前端盖 ( 3 ) 的转轴( 22 )端部上安装皮带轮( 24 )。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 定子铁 芯 ( 11 ) 的端部边缘设置四个与支撑脚( 8 )位置对应的凹槽( 23 ), 支撑脚( 8 )的顶部嵌入到凹槽( 23 )里面, 支撑脚( 8 )顶部内侧设 置圓弧面 (si )和凹槽(23) 的内壁圓弧面 ( I )相配合。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 转子(2)的 转子铁芯( )两端都设有风扇 ( 30 ), 转子铁芯( 21 )与风扇 ( 30 ) 一体铸造成型。
5、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 前端盖(3) 的两侧设置有安装凸耳(25), 安装凸耳(25)表面上设置多个安装 孔( 26 ), 安装凸耳( 25 )通过加强筋 ( 27 )与其中一个支撑脚( 8 ) 连接起来。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 外罩(16) 顶部开口处设置翻边( 28 ),通过螺釘将外罩( 16 )安装在后端盖( 4 ) 的轴7 座(52)里面。
7、 根据权利要求 3所述的一种电机,其特征在于:定子铁芯( 11 ) 的形状为方形, 在四个角进行倒圓角, 它的边长 L长度范围是: 100mm ~ 110mm, 内径 D尺寸范围为: 65mm~75mm, 齿槽数为 24, 凹 槽(23) 的内壁圓弧面 (231 ) 的直径范围: 110mm ~ 112mm, 所述的 齿槽( 31 )形状是平底的 U型槽。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 5所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 在前端 盖( 3 )的其中两个支撑脚( 8 )之间可设一连接板 ( 82 ), 连接板( 82 ) 端面上设有通孔(821 )和中间开有螺孔( 822 )的柱体( 823 ), 电机 的接线端子( 32 )的壳体一端面上开有分别与通孔( 821 )、柱体( 823 ) 相配合的凸台 (321)、 螺釘孔( 322 ), 凸台 (321 )嵌入通孔(821 ) 里面, 可用螺釘穿过螺釘孔( 322 )和螺孔( 822 )将接线端子( 32 ) 锁紧在连接板(82 )上。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 7所述的一种电机, 其特征在于: 在定子 铁芯( 11 )的其中两个相对应的端面上设有凹槽( 111 ), 电机的接线 端子( 32 )也可以通过其端面上的槽键 ( 323 )嵌入到凹槽( 111 )一 侧内, 紧固在定子铁芯 (11 ) 的其中一端面上。
10、 根据权利要求 1所述的一种电机,其特征在于:前端盖( 3 )、 后端盖 (4 )都是由铝或铝合金材料铸造成型的。
