本发明的目的在于提供干手机, 能够更加安静的工作。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种干手机,设有机座和外壳,还包括: 马达和扇页组成的风扇马达、 在该风扇马达的吸风口侧设有马达安装座, 上述马达安装座向机座突出相连接, 形成向上述吸风口指定方向的吸气风 路,在上述吸风口和机座之间设有顺着气流方向的复数个凸起。
所述的马达安装座具有向机座延设并与风扇马达的吸风口为同心圆 的第 1壁以及向机座延设并与第 1壁的外侧为同心圆的第 2壁, 在第 1壁 的圆周的一处设有切口部,切口部分的一侧设有与第 2壁相结合的遮挡壁, 由第 1壁和第 2壁以及机座所包围的空间形成风路。
所述的机座上设有向马达安装座突出并与其相连接的卡合突起.该突 起为与上述第 1壁和遮挡壁的形状相配合,从机座向马达安装座侧突出。
所述的卡合突起与马达安装座的端部相重叠卡合。
所述的马达安装座在风扇马达的下方,从所述的外壳上的吸入口处吸 入的空气穿过由马达安装座和机座所构成的通风路,从由遮挡壁而隔离的 上述切口部分的位置被水平方向引导至风扇马达中心部的吸风口。

图 1A、 图 1B是本发明第一实施例示意图。 如图所示, 干手机 100, 设有机座 110和外壳 120, 还包括: 马达(图中未示)和扇页(图中未示)组 成的风扇马达 130, 在该风扇马达 130的吸风口(图中未示)侧设有马达安 装座 140, 该马达安装座 140向机座 110突出相连接, 形成向吸风口(图中 未示)指定方向的吸气风路,在上述吸风口和机座之间设有顺着气流方向 的复数个凸起筋 112。
机座 110正对着吸风口(图中未示), 机座 110和吸风口(图中未示)间 设有空气流经的空间。 马达(图中未示)发出的噪音其中的很大部分在此空 间发散, 并传到机体外。 因此, 通过在吸风口(图中未示)和机座 110之间 的空间像上述那样设置复数个凸起筋 112的降噪音结构, 可以防止噪音的 发散, 降低噪音是有必要的。 而且, 通过加强机座 110和马达安装座 140 之间的密封性也可以降低噪音。
图 2A是图 1B的 A-A线剖视图, 图 2B是马达安装座的结构示意图。 如图 2A所示, 马达安装座 140具有向机座 110延设并与由马达 131和扇 页 132组成的风扇马达 130的吸风口 133为同心圆的第 1壁 141以及向机 座 110延设并与第 1壁 141的外侧为同心圆的第 2壁 142。 如图 2B所示, 在第 1壁 141的圆周的一处设有切口部 143,切口部 143的一侧设有与第 2 壁 142相结合的遮挡壁 144。 而且, 使马达安装座 140向机座 110突出相 连接,由第 1壁 141和第 2壁 142以及机座 110所包围的空间形成略呈 C 形状的通风路 145。
另外, 再如图 2A所示,机座 110上设有向马达安装座 140突出并与其 相连接的卡合突起 111。该卡合突 111为与上述第 1壁 141和遮挡壁 144 的形状相配合,从机座 110向马达安装座侧 140突出。而且,所说的使马达 安装座 140向机座 110突出并与其相连接,是指卡合突起 111与马达安装 座 140的端部 146相重叠卡合。
并且, 如图 2A和 2B所示,马达安装座 140下方设有吸入口 121, 从该 吸入口 121吸入的空气穿过由通风路 145,从由遮挡壁 144而隔离的上述切 口部 143的位置被引导至风扇马达 130中心部的吸风口 133。 SP,从吸入口 121吸入的空气,穿过由第 1壁 141和第 2壁 142所围成的 C形状的通风路 145到达切口部 143,相对风扇马达 130的吸风口 133, 其从横方向 (水平 方向) 被吸入。

图 4A、 图 4B是本发明第二实施例的复数个四角秤锤的示意图。 本发 明第二实施例是用复数个四角秤锤 113取代了第一实施例的复数个凸起筋 112 , 其余结构是相同的。 如图 4A所示, 在干手机 100的机座 110上设有 复数个面向吸风口(图中未示)的四角秤锤 113, 将面向吸风口(图中未示) 的机座 110的表面分割为多个互相交错分布的平面。 马达(图中未示)发出 的噪音的声波传到机座 110上时, 在多个面上产生多次反复反射, 此时, 声波的能量逐渐减弱, 从而噪音降低。
再如图 4B 所示,在本实施例中, 吸风口 133 和机座 110 的间隔为
HJ3- 16讓之间, 四角秤锤 113的高度 为 4-7讓之间, 其四角秤锤 113 顶部和吸风口 133间有一定的间隔, 不接触吸风口 133。 因此, 不会对干 手机 100的风量和风速等性能产生影响, 不会阻碍吸入的气流。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种干手机, 设有机座和外壳, 还包括: 马达和扇页组成的风扇 马达、 在该风扇马达的吸风口侧设有马达安装座, 其特征在于: 上述马达 安装座向机座突出相连接, 形成向上述吸风口指定方向的吸气风路,在上 述吸风口和机座之间设有顺着气流方向的复数个凸起。
2、 根据权利要求 1 所述的一种干手机, 其特征在于: 所述的马达安 装座具有向机座延设并与风扇马达的吸风口为同心圆的第 1壁以及向机座 延设并与第 1壁的外侧为同心圆的第 2壁, 在第 1壁的圆周的一处设有切 口部,切口部分的一侧设有与第 2壁相结合的遮挡壁,由第 1壁和第 2壁以 及机座所包围的空间形成风路。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的干手机, 其特征在于: 所述的机座上设有 向马达安装座突出并与其相连接的卡合突起.该突起为与上述第 1 壁和遮 挡壁的形状相配合,从机座向马达安装座侧突出。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的干手机, 其特征在于: 所述的卡合突起与 马达安装座的端部相重叠卡合。
5、 根据权利要求 2所述的干手机, 其特征在于: 所述的马达安装座 在风扇马达的下方,从所述的外壳上的吸入口处吸入的空气穿过由马达安 装座和机座所构成的通风路,从由遮挡壁而隔离的上述切口部分的位置被 水平方向引导至风扇马达中心部的吸风口。
6、 根裾权利要求 1 所述的干手机, 其特征在于: 所述的复数个凸起 为平行设置于机座上的复数个凸起筋。
7、 根据权利要求 1 所述的干手机, 其特征在于: 所述的复数个凸起 为复数个四角秤锤, 将面向吸风口的机座的表面分割为多个互相交错分布 的平面。
8、 根据权利要求 1 所述的干手机, 其特征在于: 吸风口和机座的间 隔为 13- 16mm, 凸起的高度为 4- 7mm。
