- the column member 102 and the rail member 103 before the temporary fastening state are separated from each other, but the positional relationship between the column member 102 and the rail member 103 is maintained after the temporary fastening state. For this reason, the worker is released from holding the rail member 103.
- the operator can perform the above series of operations, that is, pressing the rail member 103 against the column member 102 and inserting the fastener 50 from the rail member 103 side.
- the bolt when the column member 102 and the rail member 103 are to be fastened using a general bolt and nut, the bolt must be inserted into the mounting hole 102a and the mounting hole 103b from the column member 102 side. That is, the bolt must be inserted into the mounting hole 102a and the mounting hole 103b from the front side.
- the rail member 103 is pressed against the column member 102 from the rear side. As described above, it is difficult to insert the bolt into the mounting hole 102a and the mounting hole 103b from the front side while pressing the rail member 103 against the column member 102 from the rear side. If the fastener 50 of a present Example is used, the fastener 50 can be easily penetrated to the attachment hole 102a and the attachment hole 103b.
- the screw member 1 After the temporary fastening state as shown in FIG. 6, the screw member 1 is rotated and a final fastening operation is performed.
- the operator does not have to hold the rail member 103. For this reason, the operation
- FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing a state of the fastener 50 when the screw member 1 is finally tightened.
- FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram showing a state of the fastening member holding portion 7 at the time of fastening.
- the second member 3 into which the male screw portion 1b of the screw member 1 is screwed moves to the rail member 103 side. That is, the 2nd surface engaging part 3a is moved to the 1st surface engaging part 2a side, and both are made to approach. Then, the first member 2 and the second member 3 gradually come into close contact with each other in the receiving portion 3c, and the interval 8 is narrowed as shown in FIG. As the interval 8 becomes narrow, the column member 102 and the rail member 103 are sandwiched between the first surface engaging portion 2a and the second surface engaging portion 3a.
- the first surface engaging portion 2a of the first member 2 is engaged with the first surface 102b.
- the extending portion 2c is compressed.
