Abstract

본 발명은 버개스 복합재, 복합재 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 인테리어재에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 버개스로부터 얻으며, 입자크기가 40-120 메쉬이고 길이 대 직경의 비가 3:1 내지 5:1인 섬유질 55-75 중량% 및 열가소성 폴리머 25-45 중량%를 포함함으로써 강도가 우수하고 팽윤현상이 일어나지 않는 복합재를 얻는다. 또한 본 발명의 복합재는 천연목재의 자연질감 및 무늬와 유사하며, 이러한 복합재로 다양한 인테리어재와 외부에 사용되는 방부목을 대체할 수 있는 모든 제품을 제조할 수 있다.
