Claims (12)
- 足首部分より高さのある上方覆い部を備えると共に、この上方覆い部から足甲部にかけて開口する前方開口部を備え、この前方開口部の甲側開口部と上方側開口部とに夫々独立した緊締手段を設けた靴において、一本の紐材から成る若しくは複数本の紐材を連結して成る靴紐の一端側を前記甲側開口部に左右蛇行状態に通して甲側開口部の前記緊締手段を構成すると共に、前記靴紐の他端側を前記上方側開口部に左右蛇行状態に通して上方側開口部の前記緊締手段を構成し、この甲側開口部の緊締手段と上方側開口部の緊締手段の間に存する前記靴紐の中間部を引動部として、この引動部を引動することにより甲側開口部の緊締手段と上方側開口部の緊締手段とのいずれか一方若しくは双方を緊締し得るように構成し、この引動部を引動状態に保持して甲側開口部と上方側開口部とのいずれか一方若しくは双方を緊締状態に保持する保持・解除可能な緊締保持手段を備えたことを特徴とする靴。
- 足首部分より高さのある上方覆い部を備えると共に、この上方覆い部から足甲部にかけて開口する前方開口部を備え、この前方開口部の甲側開口部と上方側開口部とに夫々独立した緊締手段を設けた靴本体と、この靴本体内に内装するものであって、足首部分より高さのある上方被覆部を備えると共に、少なくともこの上方被覆部に前側開口部を備えたインナー体とから成る靴において、前記インナー体の前記前側開口部の左右両側縁に夫々インナー用紐通し部を設け、一方のインナー用紐通し部に、一本の紐材から成る若しくは複数本の紐材を連結して成る靴紐の一端側を通すと共に、この靴紐の一端側を前記靴本体の前記甲側開口部に左右蛇行状態に通して甲側開口部の前記緊締手段を構成し、他方の前記インナー用紐通し部に前記靴紐の他端側を通すと共に、この靴紐の他端側を前記靴本体の前記上方側開口部に左右蛇行状態に通して上方側開口部の前記緊締手段を構成し、この一方のインナー用紐通し部と他方のインナー用紐通し部の間に存する前記靴紐の中間部を引動部として、この引動部を引動することにより前記インナー体の前側開口部を緊締すると共に、前記靴本体の甲側開口部の緊締手段と上方側開口部の緊締手段とのいずれか一方若しくは双方を緊締し得るように構成し、この引動部を引動状態に保持して前記インナー体の前側開口部を緊締状態に保持すると共に、前記靴本体の甲側開口部と上方側開口部とのいずれか一方若しくは双方を緊締状態に保持する保持・解除可能な緊締保持手段を備えたことを特徴とする靴。
- 前記各緊締手段は、前記甲側開口部と前記上方側開口部の左右のいずれか一側縁に紐固定部を設けてこの各紐固定部に前記靴紐の一端と他端を固定し、この各紐固定部に固定した靴紐の中間部側を支持してUターンさせる第一紐支持部を、甲側開口部と上方側開口部の左右いずれか他側縁に設け、この各第一紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた靴紐の中間部側を、前記各紐固定部と各第一紐支持部との間に存する靴紐の途中部とクロスしないように支持する第二紐支持部を、前記甲側開口部と前記上方側開口部の左右いずれか一側縁に設けて、この各第二紐支持部に支持した靴紐の中間部側を引動することで甲側開口部及び上方側開口部を緊締し得るように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1,2のいずれか1項に記載の靴。
- 前記紐固定部と前記第一紐支持部とは、前記甲側開口部と前記上方側開口部の左右のいずれか一側縁と他側縁とに略水平対向状態にして設け、この甲側開口部と上方側開口部の左右いずれか一側縁の、前記各紐固定部より上方位置若しくは下方位置に前記第二紐支持部を設けて、各第一紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた前記靴紐の中間部側が、前記各紐固定部と各第一紐支持部との間に存する靴紐の途中部とクロスしないように第二紐支持部に支持される構成としたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の靴。
- 前記第一紐支持部と前記第二紐支持部は、滑車を採用したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の靴。
- 前記第一紐支持部と前記第二紐支持部は、滑車を採用したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の靴。
- 前記第一紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた前記靴紐の中間部側を支持してUターンさせる前記第二紐支持部を、前記甲側開口部と前記上方側開口部の左右いずれか一側縁に設け、この各第二紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた靴紐の中間部側を、前記各第一紐支持部と各第二紐支持部との間に存する靴紐の途中部とクロスしないように支持する第三紐支持部を、甲側開口部と上方側開口部の左右いずれか他側縁に設けて、この各第三紐支持部に支持した靴紐の中間部側を引動することで甲側開口部及び上方側開口部を緊締し得るように前記緊締手段を構成したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の靴。
- 前記第一紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた前記靴紐の中間部側を支持してUターンさせる前記第二紐支持部を、前記甲側開口部と前記上方側開口部の左右いずれか一側縁に設け、この各第二紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた靴紐の中間部側を、前記各第一紐支持部と各第二紐支持部との間に存する靴紐の途中部とクロスしないように支持する第三紐支持部を、甲側開口部と上方側開口部の左右いずれか他側縁に設けて、この各第三紐支持部に支持した靴紐の中間部側を引動することで甲側開口部及び上方側開口部を緊締し得るように前記緊締手段を構成したことを特徴とする請求項4記載の靴。
- 前記第一紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた前記靴紐の中間部側を支持してUターンさせる前記第二紐支持部を、前記甲側開口部と前記上方側開口部の左右いずれか一側縁に設け、この各第二紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた靴紐の中間部側を、前記各第一紐支持部と各第二紐支持部との間に存する靴紐の途中部とクロスしないように支持する第三紐支持部を、甲側開口部と上方側開口部の左右いずれか他側縁に設けて、この各第三紐支持部に支持した靴紐の中間部側を引動することで甲側開口部及び上方側開口部を緊締し得るように前記緊締手段を構成したことを特徴とする請求項5記載の靴。
- 前記第一紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた前記靴紐の中間部側を支持してUターンさせる前記第二紐支持部を、前記甲側開口部と前記上方側開口部の左右いずれか一側縁に設け、この各第二紐支持部に支持してUターンさせた靴紐の中間部側を、前記各第一紐支持部と各第二紐支持部との間に存する靴紐の途中部とクロスしないように支持する第三紐支持部を、甲側開口部と上方側開口部の左右いずれか他側縁に設けて、この各第三紐支持部に支持した靴紐の中間部側を引動することで甲側開口部及び上方側開口部を緊締し得るように前記緊締手段を構成したことを特徴とする請求項6記載の靴。
- 前記前方開口部にタン部材を配設し、前記靴紐の中間部をこのタン部材の表側から裏側に通し、この裏側に通した靴紐の中間部を上方へと挿通案内する靴紐案内部を、前記タン部材の上方部に設け、この靴紐案内部を介して上方へと案内された靴紐の中間部に前記緊締保持手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1、2のいずれか1項に記載の靴。
- 前記緊締保持手段は、前記靴紐を挿通する挿通部を備えた紐止め本体に、この挿通部に挿通された靴紐に圧接する圧接・解除可能な圧接体を設けた紐止め具を採用して構成したことを特徴とする請求項1,2のいずれか1項に記載の靴。
