技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域。
背景技术
目前,造纸行业中使用草浆造纸的企业因受到污染治理困难和国家造纸产业政策的优化、调整的限制,使得许多草浆造纸企业处于进退维谷之地。运用生物制浆技术来解决污染问题成了许多企业争相发展的方向,生物制浆造纸技术可以实现黑液的循环利用,生产质量达到国家B级标准的瓦楞原纸,但是要使纸的质量达到国标GB/T13023—2008优A级标准是很困难的。
与本发明相近的现有技术是本发明人于2005年8月5日申报的名称为“高得浆率造纸新工艺”的发明专利申请(申请号:200510044222.4)。该专利申请所提供造纸新工艺在黑液利用,节约水资源,提高得奖率方面取得了积极的效果,但由于工艺方法中没有搓浆及打浆的技术处理,也没有熬胶工序和施胶工序,所生产瓦楞原纸仅能达到B级标准产品,不能解决产品档次低的问题。且存在黑液处理困难,环境污染依旧,浪费水资源生产成高,浆料得率低等问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种新型高强瓦楞原纸生产工艺,以解决黑液处理困难,减少环境污染,节约水资源,降低生产成本,提高浆料得率,用原生浆生产优A级高强瓦楞原纸。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是提供一种新型高强瓦楞原纸生产工艺,该生产工艺包括:
一、浆料制备工序:对麦草、稻草、棉杆等原料进行蒸煮,蒸煮后得到75%左右得率的粗浆。
二、搓浆工序:浆料经过螺旋输送入浆井中进行洗涤、除去重杂质,然后再经过固液分离机脱水,由螺旋输送进挤浆机进行黑液提取,提取完成的浆料再由螺旋输送机送入搓浆机,在搓浆过程中要保证进搓浆机的浆料浓度≥30%,搓浆机电机电流控制在18A~22A,出搓浆机的浆料叩解度≥18°SR,实现浆料的分丝、帚化,固液分离机脱出的水再泵送入浆井中循环利用,由挤浆机和搓浆机提取的黑液送入生物菌液池处理,实现黑液的重复利用。
三、打浆、抄纸工序:搓浆机出来的浆料经过高浓除渣器、双盘磨浆机、锥型磨浆机、压力筛、圆网浓缩机的处理,生成合格的浆料,泵送入造纸机进行抄造。
四、熬胶工序:首先在熬胶罐中加入一定量的清水和淀粉,并不停地搅拌,加入称量好的熬胶母料,搅拌均匀,其次通入蒸汽,控制在20-25分钟升温到60-70℃,继续升温到到90-100时间控制在5-60分钟,最后在95℃保温10-20分钟后使用。
五、双面施胶工序:抄造出的纸再经过斜列式双面施胶机进行双面施胶,在施胶过程中保证胶液温度≥65℃,控制施胶量在3~6g/㎡,保证生物制浆草浆纸成功施胶,生产出优A级高强瓦楞原纸。施胶后的纸页进行干燥、复卷后,成为成品合格的优A级高强瓦楞原纸。
采用本发明的积极效果是:实现了黑液循环利用,解决了利用麦草、棉杆、稻草等多种原材料无法生产优A级高强瓦楞原纸的难题,节约水资源,减少环境污染,为非木纤维造纸企业提供了可借鉴的生存与可持续发展的成功经验,有极为现实和长远的推广、利用价值。
具体实施方式
以棉杆原料生产优A级高强瓦楞原纸为例,本工艺具体实施工序如下:
1、浆料制备工序:对棉杆原料进行蒸煮,蒸煮后得到75%左右得率的棉杆粗浆。
2.搓浆工序:蒸煮后的粗浆由螺旋输送机送入浆井中进行稀释、搅拌,达到把浆料中的重杂质与浆料彻底分离,以保证搓浆机的正常使用,稀释后的浆料再利用固液分离机进行浓缩,达到进挤浆机的浓度,浓缩下来的水再用泵送入浆井中,做到循环利用。浆料经过固液分离机浓缩后,由螺旋输送机送入双螺旋挤浆机中,进行黑液提取,黑液被用泵送入生物菌液池中进行处理,处理后的黑液再回到蒸煮工序利用。经过黑液提取后的浆料用搓浆机处理,在使用搓浆机过程中,我们针对生物浆的特性,调整了进搓浆机的浆料浓度和进浆量,以保证浆料在搓浆机内的温度控制,从而控制了出搓浆机浆料的叩解度,使得浆料在搓浆过程中得到了分丝、帚化,满足了进一步打浆工艺的要求;并且在此过程中也对浆料中的黑液进一步提取,提取出的黑液也被送入生物菌液池处理,这也为减轻中段水处理负荷打下了基础。
3、打浆、抄纸工序:经过搓浆机处理后的浆料再利用常规打浆设备进行磨浆、筛选、浓缩等处理,就得到了合格的成品浆料。在磨浆过程中我们根据生物浆的特性进行了磨片齿形的改造和配置,使得磨出的浆料完全满足抄纸的需要。成品浆料经过纸机抄造就变成了纸。
4、熬胶工序:首先在熬胶罐中加入一定量的清水和淀粉,并不停地搅拌,加入称量好的熬胶母料,搅拌均匀,其次通入蒸汽,控制在20-25分钟升温到65℃左右,继续升温到到95℃(时间控制在50分钟左右),最后在95℃保温15分钟后使用。
5、双面施胶工序:原生浆实施双面施胶工序和废纸的截然不同,主要区别在挂胶量和施胶温度以及施胶机的线压力方面,抄造出的纸再经过斜列式双面施胶机进行双面施胶,在施胶过程中控制施胶温度≥65℃,施胶量在5g/㎡,保证生物制浆草浆纸成功施胶,生产出优A级高强瓦楞原纸。施胶后的纸页进行干燥、复卷后,成为成品合格的优A级高强瓦楞原纸。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种高强瓦楞原纸生产工艺,其特征是该生产工艺设置搓浆和打浆工序,其生产工艺包括以下工序步骤:
    (1)浆料制备工序:对麦草、稻草、棉杆原料进行蒸煮,蒸煮后得到75%得率的粗浆;
    (2)搓浆工序:浆料经过螺旋输送入浆井中进行洗涤、除去重杂质,然后再经过固液分离机脱水,由螺旋输送进挤浆机进行黑液提取,提取完成的浆料再由螺旋输送机送入搓浆机,搓浆过程中要保证进搓浆机的浆料浓度≥30%,搓浆机电机电流控制在18A~22A,出搓浆机的浆料叩解度≥18°SR,实现浆料的分丝、帚化,固液分离机脱出的水再泵送入浆井中循环利用,由挤浆机和搓浆机提取的黑液送入生物菌液池处理,实现黑液的重复利用;
