背景技术
彩色回铃音(CRBT, Color Ring Back Tone ) , 指在固定或移动主叫用户 ( caller )呼叫被叫用户 ( callee ) 的过程中, 在被叫用户开始振铃且摘机前, 主叫用户听到除传统的 "嘟嘟"音之外的回铃音。 这样的回铃音可以称为彩色 铃音, 简称彩铃, 播放彩铃的设备可以称为 CRBT系统。 用户可以通过 WEB、 交互式语音应答(IVR, Interactive Voice Respond)、 短消息服务(SMS, short Messaging Service )或包括下文将描述的按键复制等方式接入 CRBT系统, 并 指定 CRBT系统为呼叫自己的主叫用户播放特定的彩铃, 这个过程称为下载彩 铃。
彩铃业务不要求主叫用户和被叫用户是同一个运营商的用户,也不要求主 叫用户和被叫用户是同一个运营商不同子网的用户。当主叫用户和被叫用户不 是同一个运营商的用户,或者主叫用户和被叫用户是同一个运营商不同子网的 用户时,被叫用户的 CRBT系统通过运营商的关口局交换机( GMSC , Gateway Mobile Switching Center)之间的连接通路,将彩铃信号由被叫用户所在网络传 递到主叫用户所在网络, 并播放给主叫用户。
按键复制(Press Copy ),指在固定或移动主叫用户在呼叫被叫用户或其他 IVR业务的被叫用户的过程中, 在被叫用户开始振铃且摘机前, 主叫用户听到 彩色回铃音的同时, 可以通过按终端的按键(可以是单个按键, 也可以是按键 的组合)向 CRBT系统发送请求来实现订购彩铃业务和下载彩铃铃音。按键复 制信号一般由 CRBT系统处理, 也可以由独立于 CRBT系统的其他系统处理。 由于按键复制所需按的按键一般设置为一个键(比如 *键), 所以按键复制也可 以被称为一键复制( One Key Copy )或星键复制( Star Copy )。 如果复制成功, 则主叫用户可以将所听到的彩色回铃音下载为自己的彩色回铃音。当其他用户 呼叫该 "主叫" 用户 (此时该 "主叫" 用户成为了被叫用户)时, 其他用户即 可听到该 "主叫" 用户所复制的彩色回铃音。
现有的按键复制业务的实现流程如下:
( 1 )彩铃平台(例如 CRBT系统或 RBT系统)收到主叫用户的按键复制 信息后, 分析主叫用户按键复制信息中的基本参数(例如为主叫信息、 被叫信 息、 播放的回铃音标识 ID、 按键的时间等);
( 2 )彩铃平台分析主叫用户的号码, 根据主叫用户的号码归属情况做不 同的操作:
A. 如果主叫用户与被叫用户属于同一个运营商的同一个子网的用户, 则 将所述按键复制信息中的基本参数记录到有效记录数据库表中;
B. 如果主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同一个运营商的同一个子网的用户, 则由于彩铃平台无法对主叫用户进行业务设置和扣费,所以将此次按键记录作 为无效按键记录而记录到无效按键记录表中, 或者直接删除此次按键记录;
( 3 )彩铃平台釆用实时或准实时的方式对有效记录数据表中的按键记录 进行处理,读取数据库表中的按键记录, 为主叫用户下载彩色回铃音并扣除下 载费。 发明内容

现有的按键复制业务的实现方案限制主叫用户和被动用户只能归属于同 一个电信运营商的同一个子网,当归属于其他运营商或者同一个运营商的其他 子网的主叫用户呼叫被叫用户时,按键复制信息会被彩铃平台忽略, 这样就无 法为主叫用户实现彩铃业务订购和铃音下载的服务, 进而有损用户的业务体 验, 同时也造成了运营商的直接收入流失。 首先对本发明实施例的一种按键复 制业务的实现方法进行说明。 如图 1所示, 包括:
S101 : 第一平台接收主叫用户发起的铃音按键复制业务请求;

第一平台向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息之前,第一平台可以首先确定 主叫用户归属的电信运营商或子网。此时, 第一平台向第二平台发送第一按键 复制信息的一种实现方式为:第一平台判断出主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同一 个电信运营商或者不属于同一个电信运营商的同一个子网;第一平台向第二平 台发送第一按键复制信息。

对应于上述的按键复制业务的实现方法, 本发明实施例提供一种彩铃平 台, 包括: 接收单元 201 , 用于接收主叫用户发起的铃音按键复制业务请求; 发送单元 202 , 用于根据接收单元 201接收的按键复制业务请求向第二平台发 送第一按键复制信息,所述第一按键复制信息用于使得第二平台根据所述第一 按键复制信息、 对主叫用户进行铃音的订购操作。
具体的, 所述第一按键复制信息包括需要复制的铃音信息。 此时, 在接收 单元 201接收按键复制业务请求后,发送单元 202将所述需要复制的铃音信息 对应的铃音文件提供给第二平台。
上述的彩铃平台还可以包括: 确定单元 200, 用于在发送单元 202向第二 平台发送第一按键复制信息之前, 确定主叫用户归属的电信运营商或子网。
发送单元 202可以包括: 判断模块, 用于判断出主叫用户与被叫用户不属 于同一个电信运营商或者不属于同一个电信运营商的同一个子网; 发送模块, 用于在判断模块判断出主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同一个电信运营商或者不 属于同一个电信运营商的同一个子网后, 向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息。
第二平台根据第一按键复制信息、对主叫用户进行铃音的订购操作可以包 括: 第二平台向第三平台发送第二按键复制信息, 所述第二按键复制信息用于 使得第三平台根据所述第二按键复制信息、对主叫用户进行所述第一按键复制 信息对应铃音的订购操作。
如果第二平台存储有所述第一按键复制信息对应铃音的铃音文件,并且第 二平台存储有所述铃音文件在第一平台中的描述信息与所述铃音文件在第三 平台中的描述信息之间的对应关系 ,那么第一按键复制信息可以包括所述铃音 文件在第一平台中的描述信息,第二按键复制信息可以包括所述铃音文件在第 三平台中的描述信息。
第二平台向第三平台发送第二按键复制信息之前,可以根据第一按键复制 信息包括的上述铃音文件在第一平台中的描述信息以及第二平台存储的上述 对应关系, 查找到上述铃音文件在第三平台中的描述信息。
第二平台根据第一按键复制信息、对主叫用户进行铃音的订购操作可以包 括: 如果第三平台没有存储上述铃音文件, 则第二平台可以向第三平台提供上 述铃音文件。

上述的按键复制业务的实现方法具体可以用多种方式来描述。下面介绍几 种描述方式。 首先介绍上述的按键复制业务的实现方法的第一种描述方式。如 图 3所示, 这种方法包括:
S301A: 获得主叫用户的按键复制信息。
S302:如果所述主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同一个电信运营商或者不属于 同一个电信运营商的同一个子网,则对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对 应铃音的订购操作。
按键复制信息可以包括所述主叫用户的信息、所述被叫用户的信息及请求 复制的铃音的信息,请求复制的铃音的信息在这里也可以称为按键复制信息对 应铃音的信息。 主叫用户的信息例如为主叫用户的号码, 同理, 被叫用户的信 息可以为被叫用户的号码。请求复制的铃音的信息可以是请求复制的铃音的标 识(ID )。
S301和 S302的执行主体可以是独立于主叫用户对应的彩铃平台和被叫用 户对应的彩铃平台之外的第三方平台,例如称为跨运营商处理平台或跨子网处 理平台, S301和 S302的执行主体也可以是主叫用户对应的彩铃平台, 这种情 况下,跨运营商处理平台或者主叫用户对应的彩铃平台获得的主叫用户的按键 复制信息可以是由被叫用户对应的彩铃平台提供的按键复制信息。 当然,跨运 营商处理平台与被叫用户对应的彩铃平台之间需要设置有接口,主叫用户对应 的彩铃平台与被叫用户对应的彩铃平台之间需要设置有接口。
另外, S301和 S302的执行主体也可以是被叫用户对应的彩铃平台, 这种 情况下,被叫用户对应的彩铃平台获得的主叫用户的按键复制信息主要包括主 叫用户对按键复制业务触发所产生的信息。
执行 S302之前, 可以根据预先获得的用户归属信息以及所述主叫用户的 信息和所述被叫用户的信息,确定所述主叫用户归属的电信运营商或子网及所 述被叫用户归属的电信运营商或子网。 具体的, 可以预先获得各个彩铃平台提 供的各自所在的电信运营商所属的用户号码表,当获得主叫用户的按键复制信 息中包括的主叫用户的信息和被叫用户的信息时,就可以确定主叫用户和被叫 用户各自归属的电信运营商或子网,从而确定了主叫用户与被叫用户是否属于 同一个电信运营商或者是否属于同一个电信运营商的同一个子网。
对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操作可以有多种 实现方式, 例如, 如果确定所述按键复制信息对应铃音的铃音文件(铃音内容 的载体, 例如是 MP3等格式的文件) 已经存储在所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平 台,则可以将所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台能够识别的所述按键复制信息对应 铃音的信息提供给所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台。 具体的, 获得主叫用户的按 键复制信息前,可以获得所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台和所述被叫用户对应的 彩铃平台分别提供的各自具有的所有铃音的信息,并将相同铃音的信息关联起 来。获得的按键复制信息可以包括请求复制的铃音在所述被叫用户对应的彩铃 平台上的信息,确定所述按键复制信息对应铃音的铃音文件已经存储在所述主 叫用户对应的彩铃平台具体可以为:如果根据请求复制的铃音在所述被叫用户 对应的彩铃平台上的信息能够找到请求复制的铃音在所述主叫用户对应的彩 铃平台上的信息 ,则确定所述按键复制信息对应铃音的铃音文件已经存储在所 述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台。将所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台能够识别的所述 按键复制信息对应铃音的信息提供给所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台具体可以 为:将请求复制的铃音在所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台上的信息提供给所述主 叫用户对应的彩铃平台。 例如,假设主叫用户对应的彩铃平台和被叫用户对应 的彩铃平台都具有同一个铃音,这个铃音在主叫用户对应的彩铃平台上的编号 为 TonelD— A, 在被叫用户对应的彩铃平台上的编号为 TonelD— B, 那么就可以 将 TonelD— A与 TonelD— B关联起来。 如果获得的主叫用户的按键复制信息中 包括 TonelD— B, 那么通过上述的关联关系, 就可以确定请求复制的铃音在主 叫用户对应的彩铃平台上的编号为 TonelD— A, 于是可以将 TonelD— A提供给 主叫用户对应的彩铃平台, 以便主叫用户对应的彩铃平台执行关于编号为 TonelD— A的铃音的订购操作。
对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操作具体也可以 包括:将所述按键复制信息对应铃音的铃音文件提供给所述主叫用户对应的彩 铃平台。
具体的, 获得主叫用户的按键复制信息的同时,还可以获得所述按键复制 信息对应铃音的铃音文件 ,如果 S301和 S302的执行主体是跨运营商处理平台 , 那么获得的铃音文件是由被叫用户对应的彩铃平台提供的,对所述主叫用户执 行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操作时,可以将铃音文件直接提供给主叫 用户对应的彩铃平台,以便主叫用户对应的彩铃平台执行关于这个铃音文件的 订购操作。
另夕卜,还可以在获得主叫用户的按键复制信息之前, 就获得所述主叫用户 对应的彩铃平台和所述被叫用户对应的彩铃平台提供的各自具有的铃音的信 息和铃音文件, 这样, 当获得主叫用户的按键复制信息中的请求复制的铃音的 信息时, 就可以根据请求复制的铃音的信息找到对应的铃音文件,之后再将这 个铃音文件提供给主叫用户对应的彩铃平台。
对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操作具体还可以 包括:将所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购信息提供给所述主叫用户对应的彩 铃平台。 具体的, 获得主叫用户的按键复制信息之前, 可以先获得所述主叫用 户对应的彩铃平台和所述被叫用户对应的彩铃平台提供的各自具有的铃音的 信息、 铃音文件、 所有用户的开户信息和铃音订购信息, 这样, S301和 S302 的执行主体不但获得了所有的铃音,还确定了开户和铃音订购情况,而且 S301 和 S302的执行主体自身就可以执行铃音的订购操作。 主叫用户对应的彩铃平 台获得铃音的订购信息后, 就可以在该主叫用户作为被叫用户时, 为呼叫该主 叫用户的用户播放该主叫用户订购的铃音。
对应于图 3 所示的方法, 本发明实施例提供一种按键复制业务的实现装 置。 如图 4所示, 包括: 获得单元 401 , 用于获得主叫用户的按键复制信息; 操作单元 402, 用于如果所述主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同一个电信运营商或 者不属于同一个电信运营商的同一个子网,则对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复 制信息对应铃音的订购操作。
按键复制信息可以包括所述主叫用户的信息、所述被叫用户的信息及请求 复制的铃音的信息,请求复制的铃音的信息在这里也可以称为按键复制信息对 应铃音的信息。 主叫用户的信息例如为主叫用户的号码, 同理, 被叫用户的信 息可以为被叫用户的号码。请求复制的铃音的信息可以是请求复制的铃音的标 识。
图 4 所示的装置可以是独立于主叫用户对应的彩铃平台和被叫用户对应 的彩铃平台之外的第三方平台, 例如称为跨运营商处理平台,也可以是主叫用 户对应的彩铃平台, 这种情况下, 获得单元 401获得的主叫用户的按键复制信 息可以是由被叫用户对应的彩铃平台提供的按键复制信息。 当然,跨运营商处 理平台与被叫用户对应的彩铃平台之间需要设置有接口,主叫用户对应的彩铃 平台与被叫用户对应的彩铃平台之间需要设置有接口。
另外, 图 4所示的装置也可以是被叫用户对应的彩铃平台, 这种情况下, 获得单元 401 获得的主叫用户的按键复制信息主要包括主叫用户对按键复制 业务触发所产生的信息。
图 4所示的装置可以包括一个确定单元(图中未绘示), 用于在操作单元 402对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操作之前, 根据获 得单元 401 预先获得的用户归属信息以及所述主叫用户的信息和所述被叫用 户的信息,确定所述主叫用户归属的电信运营商或子网及所述被叫用户归属的 电信运营商或子网。具体的, 获得单元 401可以预先获得各个彩铃平台提供的 各自所在的电信运营商所属的用户号码表,当获得单元 401获得主叫用户的按 键复制信息中包括的主叫用户的信息和被叫用户的信息时,确定单元就可以确 定主叫用户和被叫用户各自归属的电信运营商或子网,从而确定了主叫用户与 被叫用户是否属于同一个电信运营商或者是否属于同一个电信运营商的同一 个子网。
操作单元 402 对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操 作可以有多种实现方式, 例如,如果确定单元确定所述按键复制信息对应铃音 的铃音文件已经存储在所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台,则操作单元 402可以将 所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台能够识别的所述按键复制信息对应铃音的信息 提供给所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台。 具体的, 获得单元 401获得主叫用户的 按键复制信息前,可以获得所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台和所述被叫用户对应 的彩铃平台分别提供的各自具有的所有铃音的信息,并将相同铃音的信息关联 起来。获得单元 401获得的按键复制信息可以包括请求复制的铃音在所述被叫 用户对应的彩铃平台上的信息,确定单元确定所述按键复制信息对应铃音的铃 音文件已经存储在所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台具体可以为:如果根据请求复 制的铃音在所述被叫用户对应的彩铃平台上的信息能够找到请求复制的铃音 在所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台上的信息,则确定所述按键复制信息对应铃音 的铃音文件已经存储在所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台。操作单元 402将所述主 叫用户对应的彩铃平台能够识别的所述按键复制信息对应铃音的信息提供给 所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台具体可以为:将请求复制的铃音在所述主叫用户 对应的彩铃平台上的信息提供给所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台。
操作单元 402 对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操 作具体也可以包括:将所述按键复制信息对应铃音的铃音文件提供给所述主叫 用户对应的彩铃平台。
具体的, 获得单元 401获得主叫用户的按键复制信息的同时,还可以获得 所述按键复制信息对应铃音的铃音文件,如果图 4所示的装置是跨运营商处理 平台, 那么获得单元 401 获得的铃音文件是由被叫用户对应的彩铃平台提供 的,操作单元 402对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操作 时, 可以将铃音文件直接提供给主叫用户对应的彩铃平台, 以便主叫用户对应 的彩铃平台执行关于这个铃音文件的订购操作。
另外, 获得单元 401可以在获得主叫用户的按键复制信息之前, 就获得所 述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台和所述被叫用户对应的彩铃平台提供的各自具有 的铃音的信息和铃音文件, 这样, 当获得单元 401获得主叫用户的按键复制信 息中的请求复制的铃音的信息时,确定单元就可以根据请求复制的铃音的信息 找到对应的铃音文件,之后,操作单元 402将这个铃音文件提供给主叫用户对 应的彩铃平台。
操作单元 402 对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操 作具体还可以包括:将所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购信息提供给所述主叫 用户对应的彩铃平台。具体的, 获得单元 401获得主叫用户的按键复制信息之 前,可以先获得所述主叫用户对应的彩铃平台和所述被叫用户对应的彩铃平台 提供的各自具有的铃音的信息、铃音文件、所有用户的开户信息和铃音订购信 息, 这样, 图 4所示的装置不但获得了所有的铃音, 还确定了开户和铃音订购 情况, 而且图 4所示的装置自身就可以执行铃音的订购操作。主叫用户对应的 彩铃平台获得铃音的订购信息后, 就可以在该主叫用户作为被叫用户时, 为呼 叫该主叫用户的用户播放该主叫用户订购的铃音。
需要说明的是, 上面提到过, 图 4所示的装置可以是独立于所述主叫用户 对应的彩铃平台和所述被叫用户对应的彩铃平台的第三方平台 ,也可以是主叫 用户对应的彩铃平台, 还可以是被叫用户对应的彩铃平台。
由于要实现跨运营商或跨子网的按键复制业务,那么现有技术中的彩铃平 台必然要有所改进。对此, 本发明实施例分别从被叫用户对应的彩铃平台和主 叫用户对应的彩铃平台的角度,提供了图 5所示的按键复制业务的处理方法和 图 6所示的按键复制业务的处理装置,以及图 7所示的按键复制业务的处理方 法和图 8所示的按键复制业务的处理装置。其中, 图 5和图 7所示的方法也是 图 1所示的按键复制业务的实现方法的另外两种描述方式。
如图 5所示, 一种按键复制业务的处理方法, 包括:
S501 : 获得主叫用户对按键复制业务的触发;
S502: 将主叫用户的按键复制信息提供给能够实现按键复制业务的平台, 其中,所述平台是当所述主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同一个电信运营商或者不 属于同一个电信运营商的同一个子网时的能够实现按键复制业务的平台。
S501和 S502的执行主体可以是被叫用户对应的彩铃平台。能够实现按键 复制业务的平台可以是指上述的跨运营商处理平台,也可以是指主叫用户对应 的彩铃平台。 相关描述可以参考图 3所示的实施例中的描述, 这里不再赘述。

图 8所示的装置可以是主叫用户对应的彩铃平台。能够实现按键复制业务 的平台可以是指上述的跨运营商处理平台,也可以是指被叫用户对应的彩铃平 台。 相关描述可以参考图 7所示的实施例中的描述, 这里不再赘述, 例如, 有 关获得单元 801的描述可以参考图 7所示的实施例中的有关 S701的描述, 有 关操作单元 802的描述可以参考图 7所示的实施例中的有关 S702的描述。
由于彩铃平台等网络实体可以组成一个系统, 所以, 本发明实施例还提供 一种实现彩铃业务的系统, 包括: 第一平台和第二平台, 分别用于向用户提供 彩铃业务服务;其中,第一平台获取主叫用户发起的铃音按键复制业务请求后, 根据按键复制业务请求向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息,所述第一按键复制 信息用于使得第二平台根据所述第一按键复制信息对主叫用户执行所述第一 按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操作。
上面提到过,本发明实施例既可以在现有网络架构的基础上引入第三方平 台, 也可以改进现有的彩铃平台。 对此, 本发明实施例还提供了实现彩铃业务 的网络架构, 用以对上述的实现彩铃业务的系统进行具体描述。
如图 9所示, 一种网络架构包括:
跨运营商处理平台 ( Inter-Operator Process Platform ): 提供跨运营商的彩 色回铃音用户的信息及彩色回铃音内容的传递、 同步、 映射及分发等功能, 实 现跨运营商按键复制业务。跨运营商处理平台与各个运营商的彩铃平台之间设 置有接口, 通过这个接口可以传递彩色回铃音内容、 铃音信息、 用户信息等数 据。 跨运营商处理平台可以是独立于运营商 A及 B的第三方平台, 也可以由 运营商 A或 B中的某一方提供。
运营商 A的 RBT ( A-RBT ) 系统: 运营商 A的彩色回铃音业务平台, 负 责向归属于运营商 A的用户提供彩色回铃音业务。
运营商 B的 RBT ( B-RBT ) 系统: 运营商 B的彩色回铃音业务平台, 负 责向归属于运营商 B的用户提供彩色回铃音业务。
GMSC: 关口局交换机, 属于基本电信网元。
MSC: 交换机, 属于基本电信网元;
其中, 当被叫用户对应的彩铃平台 (假设为 B-RBT系统)获得主叫用户 (假设归属于运营商 A )对按键复制业务的触发时,被叫用户对应的彩铃平台 向所述跨运营商处理平台提供主叫用户的按键复制信息,所述跨运营商处理平 台对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操作。
上面提到过, 跨运营商处理平台的功能可以设置在彩铃平台中, 对此, 本 发明实施例还提供了一种实现彩铃业务的网络架构, 包括: 多个彩铃平台, 用 于向归属于自身所在的电信运营商的用户提供彩铃业务服务; 其中, 当被叫用 户对应的彩铃平台获得主叫用户对按键复制业务的触发、并且所述主叫用户与 所述被叫用户不属于同一个电信运营商或者不属于同一个电信运营商的同一 个子网时,所述被叫用户对应的彩铃平台对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信 息对应铃音的订购操作, 或者, 当被叫用户对应的彩铃平台获得主叫用户对按 键复制业务的触发时,所述被叫用户对应的彩铃平台向所述主叫用户对应的彩 铃平台提供主叫用户的按键复制信息,如果所述主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同 一个电信运营商或者不属于同一个电信运营商的同一个子网,则所述主叫用户 对应的彩铃平台对所述主叫用户执行所述按键复制信息对应铃音的订购操作。

通过各运营商的 RBT系统向跨运营商处理平台上传铃音信息及跨运行商 或子网用户按键复制信息的方式实现。这种方式可以适用于某一区域存在多个 独立的运营商、彼此因为用户信息保密、音乐版权保护等原因较难进行用户统 一管理及内容统一管理的情形。
本实施例的实现过程分预处理和业务执行两个阶段。
1.预处理阶段
预处理阶段通过匹配各运营商的 RBT系统上的彩铃铃音信息, 建立各运 营商之间相同铃音的映射关系,为后续的用户跨运营商进行按键复制业务的订 购及处理提供基础。 预处理阶段包括以下过程:
( a )各运营商向跨运营商处理平台上传本运营商所属的用户号码数据表, 便于后续的跨运营商处理平台查询发起跨运营商按键复制的主叫用户的归属。
( b )各运营商的 RBT系统向跨运营商处理平台上传各自的所有彩铃铃音 说明文件, 铃音说明文件包括铃音编号、 铃音名称、 铃音类别、 歌手名等相关 信息, 或者说, 铃音说明文件是上面提到的铃音的信息的载体。 表 1是铃音说 明文件的格式的一个示例,不同的运营商可能釆用不同的铃音说明文件定义格 式。

( c )跨运营商处理平台存储来自不同运营商的铃音说明文件。
( d )跨运营商处理平台釆用数据库脚本自动匹配及人工审核的方式对各 运营商的铃音说明文件进行匹配, 得出的匹配关系以数据表形式存储, 表 2 是匹配关系数据表的一个示例: 铃音编 铃音名 歌手名 SongID (A SongID (B SongID (Z 号 称 运营商) 运营商) 运营商) 表 2 铃音匹配关系表字段定义示例
修改各运营商的 RBT系统对按键复制信息的处理方式, 使得当有触发按 键复制业务的主叫用户不是被叫用户所属运营商的子网的用户时, RBT 系统 能够将按键复制信息通过与跨运营商处理平台之间的接口传递给跨运营商处 理平台, 按键复制信息主要包括主叫号码、 被叫号码及播放的彩色回铃音 ID。
2.业务执行阶段
如图 10所示, 包括如下流程:
( 1 )运营商 A的主叫用户 X呼叫运营商 B的被叫用户 y。
( 2 ) B-RBT系统触发彩铃业务, 向主叫用户 X播放彩铃音乐, 这首彩铃 音乐在 B-RBT系统中的标识为 TonelD— B , 此时, 主叫用户 x按键复制所述彩 铃音乐, 交换机(包括运营商 A的 MSC、 GMSC和运行商 B的 GMSC )将主 叫用户 X的按键复制信息传送给 B-RBT系统。
( 3 )B-RBT系统记录按键复制信息,格式为 "X— Num, y Nurn, TonelD B" , 其中, x— Num为主叫用户 x的号码, y Nurn为被叫用户 y的号码。 B-RBT系 统分析按键复制信息, 如果判断出 X— Num不属于运营商 B的用户号码, 则将 此次按键复制信息 "X— Num, y Nurn, TonelD B" 通过与跨运营商处理平台 之间的接口传递给跨运营商处理平台。
( 4 )跨运营商处理平台查询数据库中的用户号码归属表, 判断出 X— Num 属于运营商 A, y Nurn属于运营商 B。 跨运营商处理平台再从上述匹配关系 表中查询 TonelD— B对应的运营商 A的彩色回铃音 ID , 假设得出 TonelD— A。
( 5 )跨运营商处理平台将处理结果 "X— Num, TonelD— A"通过与 A-RBT 系统之间的接口传递给 A-RBT系统。
( 6 ) A-RBT系统记录收到的处理结果 "X— Num, TonelD— A" , 并给主叫 用户 X执行相关铃音的订购操作。 通过各运营商的 RBT系统向跨运营商处理平台上传铃音文件及跨运行商 或子网用户按键复制信息的方式实现。这种方式可以适用于某一区域电信运营 商发展规模不平衡、 存在少数大型电信运营商和较多小型电信运营商的情况。 因为业务发展不平衡,所以如果釆用上一个实施例的方式实现就可能存在较多 的铃音匹配失败的情况。
本实施例的实现过程同样分预处理和业务执行两个阶段。
1.预处理阶段
各运营商向跨运营商处理平台上传本运营商所属的用户号码数据表,便于 后续的跨运营商处理平台查询发起跨运营商按键复制的主叫用户的归属。
2.业务执行阶段
如图 11所示, 包括如下流程:
( 1 )运营商 A的主叫用户 X呼叫运营商 B的被叫用户 y。
( 2 ) B-RBT系统触发彩铃业务, 向主叫用户 X播放彩铃音乐, 这首彩铃 音乐在 B-RBT系统中的标识为 TonelD— B, 此时, 主叫用户 x按键复制所述彩 铃音乐, 交换机(包括运营商 A的 MSC、 GMSC和运行商 B的 GMSC )将主 叫用户 X的按键复制信息传送给 B-RBT系统。
( 3 )B-RBT系统记录按键复制信息,格式为 "X— Num, y Nurn, TonelD B" , 其中, x— Num为主叫用户 x的号码, y Nurn为被叫用户 y的号码。 B-RBT系 统分析按键复制信息, 如果判断出 X— Num不属于运营商 B的用户号码, 则将 此次按键复制信息 "X— Num, y Nurn, TonelD B" 及在 B-RBT系统中的标识 为 TonelD— B的铃音文件通过与跨运营商处理平台之间的接口传递给跨运营商 处理平台。
( 4 )跨运营商处理平台存储上传的所述铃音文件, 查询数据库中的用户 号码归属表, 判断出 X— Num属于 A运营商, y— Num属于 B运营商。
( 5 )跨运营商处理平台将 X— Num和所述铃音文件通过与 A-RBT系统之 间的接口传递给 A-RBT系统。
( 6 ) A-RBT系统存储所述铃音文件, 将所述铃音文件标识为 TonelD— A, 并给主叫用户 X执行标识为 TonelD— A的铃音的订购操作。 通过由跨运营商处理平台向各运营商的 RBT系统下发铃音信息和铃音内 容的方式来实现。 这种方式可以适用于电信运营商存在多个跨区域的电信子 网、 同时想统一发展业务的情况。
本实施例的实现过程同样分预处理和业务执行两个阶段。

通过统一各运营商的 RBT系统上的彩铃铃音, 为后续的跨运营商用户按 键复制时的业务订购及处理提供基础。 预处理阶段包含以下过程:
( a )各运营商向跨运营商处理平台上传本运营商所属的用户号码数据表, 便于后续的跨运营商处理平台查询发起跨运营商按键复制的主叫用户的归属。
( b )各运营商的 RBT系统向跨运营商处理平台上传各自的所有彩铃铃音 说明文件和对应的铃音文件。
( c )跨运营商处理平台存储所有的 RBT系统上传的铃音文件, 通过分析 铃音说明文件找出其中的非重复铃音和重复铃音, 并对铃音重新编号, 具体实 现如下:
1 )对所有非重复铃音进行统一编号, 存储编号后的铃音, 并创建如 表 3所示的非重复铃音匹配关系表。

2 )对所有重复铃音给出唯一编号, 存储编号后的铃音, 并创建如表 4所示的重复铃音匹配关系表。

( d )跨运营商平台将重新编号过的铃音信息同步给各个 RBT系统, 各个 RBT系统根据跨运营商平台同步过来的铃音信息调整数据库, 具体实现如下: 1 )对于非重复铃音: 将表 3中的属于同一个运营商的所有铃音信息 通过与所述运营商的 RBT 系统之间的接口同步到所述运营商的 RBT 系 统, 所述运营商的 RBT系统根据同步过来的铃音信息修改现有的数据库 记录, 例如, 修改铃音编号, 对所有用户的铃音订购信息使用新的铃音编 号记录。
2 )对于重复铃音: 将表 4中的铃音信息通过与运营商的 RBT系统之 间的接口同步到运营商的 RBT系统, RBT系统根据同步过来的铃音信息 修改现有的数据库记录, 例如, 修改铃音编号, 同时, 对所有用户的铃音 订购信息使用新的铃音编号记录。
( e ) 当停止所有内容提供 ( CP, Content Provider )向各个 RBT系统上 传新铃音时, 所有 RBT系统将新的铃音上传到跨运营商处理平台, 并由跨运 营商处理平台对新的铃音编号后, 将新的铃音信息同步到各个 RBT系统。 需 要说明的是, 每个 RBT系统可以定期向跨运营商处理平台上传铃音信息和铃 音文件, 所以, 这里所述的新的铃音是指在当前的这段时间间隔内 RBT系统 获得的铃音。
2.业务执行阶段
如图 12所示, 包括如下流程:
( 1 )运营商 A的主叫用户 X呼叫运营商 B的被叫用户 y。
( 2 ) B-RBT系统触发彩铃业务, 向主叫用户 X播放彩铃音乐, 这首彩铃 音乐在 B-RBT系统中的标识为 TonelD, 此时, 主叫用户 x按键复制所述彩铃 音乐, 交换机(包括运营商 A的 MSC、 GMSC和运行商 B的 GMSC )将主叫 用户 X的按键复制信息传送给 B-RBT系统。
( 3 ) B-RBT系统记录按键复制信息,格式为 "X— Num, y Nurn, TonelD" , 其中, x— Num为主叫用户 x的号码, y Nurn为被叫用户 y的号码。 B-RBT系 统分析按键复制信息, 如果判断出 X— Num不属于运营商 B的用户号码, 则将 此次按键复制信息 "X— Num, y Nurn, TonelD"通过与跨运营商处理平台之间 的接口传递给跨运营商处理平台。
( 4 )跨运营商处理平台查询数据库中的用户号码归属表, 判断出 X— Num 属于运营商 A, y Nurn属于运营商 B。 ( 5 )跨运营商处理平台将处理结果 "X— Num, TonelD"通过与 A-RBT系 统之间的接口传递给 A-RBT系统。
( 6 ) A-RBT系统给主叫用户 X执行相关铃音的订购操作。 通过由跨运营商处理平台统一管理所有运营商的彩铃用户开户信息和铃 音订购关系的方式来实现。这种方式同样适用于电信运营商存在多个跨区域的 电信子网, 同时想统一发展业务的情况。
本实施例的实现过程同样分预处理和业务执行两个阶段。

( b )各运营商的 RBT系统向跨运营商处理平台上传各自的所有彩铃用户 开户信息, 彩铃用户铃音订购信息, 彩铃铃音说明文件和对应的铃音文件。
( c )跨运营商处理平台存储所有的 RBT系统上传的彩铃用户开户信息、 彩铃用户铃音订购信息、 彩铃铃音说明文件和对应的铃音文件。
( d )跨运营商处理平台分析铃音说明文件, 找出其中的非重复铃音和重 复铃音, 并对铃音重新编号, 具体实现如下:
1 )对所有非重复铃音进行统一编号、 存储编号后的铃音, 并创建如 表 3所示的非重复铃音匹配关系表。
2 )对所有重复铃音给出唯一编号, 存储编号后的铃音, 并创建如表 4所示的重复铃音匹配关系表。
( e )跨运营商处理平台根据(d ) 中的两个表对各个 RBT系统上传的彩 铃用户铃音订购信息进行调整, 统一进行彩铃用户铃音订购信息的管理。
( f )当停止所有 CP向各个 RBT系统上传新铃音时, 所有 RBT系统将新 的铃音上传到跨运营商处理平台, 并由跨运营商处理平台对新的铃音编号后, 将新的铃音信息同步到各个 RBT系统。 需要说明的是, 每个 RBT系统可以定 期向跨运营商处理平台上传铃音信息和铃音文件, 所以, 这里所述的新的铃音 是指在当前的这段时间间隔内 RBT系统获得的铃音。 2.业务执行阶段 如图 13所示, 包括如下流程:
( 1 )运营商 A的主叫用户 X呼叫运营商 B的被叫用户 y。
( 2 ) B-RBT系统触发彩铃业务, 向主叫用户 X播放彩铃音乐, 这首彩铃 音乐在 B-RBT系统中的标识为 TonelD, 此时, 主叫用户 x按键复制所述彩铃 音乐, 交换机(包括运营商 A的 MSC、 GMSC和运行商 B的 GMSC )将主叫 用户 X的按键复制信息传送给 B-RBT系统。
( 3 ) B-RBT系统记录按键复制信息,格式为 "X— Num, y Nurn, TonelD" , 其中, x— Num为主叫用户 x的号码, y Nurn为被叫用户 y的号码。 B-RBT系 统分析按键复制信息, 如果判断出 X— Num不属于运营商 B的用户号码, 则将 此次按键复制信息 "X— Num, y Nurn, TonelD"通过与跨运营商处理平台之间 的接口传递给跨运营商处理平台。
( 4 )跨运营商处理平台查询数据库中的用户号码归属表, 判断出 X— Num 属于运营商 A, y Nurn属于运营商 B。
( 5 )跨运营商处理平台执行给主叫用户 X订购铃音 TonelD的操作,之后 通过与 A-RBT系统之间的接口将订购关系数据同步给 A-RBT系统。
( 6 ) A-RBT系统存储新的主叫用户 X的铃音订购关系数据, 并在后续的 主叫用户 X作为被叫时播放对应的新铃音。 综上所述, 在本发明实施例中, 第一平台接收主叫用户发起的铃音按键复 制业务请求后,根据按键复制业务请求向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息。也 就是说,即使主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同一个电信运营商或者不属于同一个 电信运营商的同一个子网,第一平台也不会因为计费等原因忽略主叫用户的按 键复制业务的触发, 第一平台会向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息, 以使第二 平台根据所述第一按键复制信息、 对主叫用户进行铃音的订购操作。 所以, 本 发明实施例实现了为主叫用户实现彩铃业务订购和铃音下载的服务,避免了有 损用户的业务体验, 同时也避免了电信运营商的直接收入流失。
本发明实施例通过增加跨运营商处理平台 (或其功能)来处理运营商间的 按键复制业务, 为用户提供了无缝业务体验, 提升了用户业务认知感, 有效的 起到了增加业务粘度、 激活和挽留彩铃业务用户的效果。
同时,通过对跨网按键复制请求的处理,也有效的为电信运营商增加了收 入。 在一些国家, 按键复制业务占总彩铃开户和订购请求渠道的 40%, 而跨网 按键复制请求占总请求的 27%。所以,本发明实施例为电信运营商增加的利润 是相当可观的。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程 , 是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于一计算 机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。 其中,所述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通 技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明原理的前提下, 还可以作出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1.一种按键复制业务的实现方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一平台接收主叫用户发起的铃音按键复制业务请求;
第一平台根据铃音按键复制业务请求向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息, 所述第一按键复制信息用于使得第二平台根据所述第一按键复制信息、对主叫 用户进行铃音的订购操作。
2.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述第一按键复制信息包括需 要复制的铃音信息, 所述方法还包括: 将所述需要复制的铃音信息对应的铃音 文件提供给第二平台。
3.如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于,
第一平台向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息之前,还包括: 第一平台确定 主叫用户归属的电信运营商或子网;
第一平台向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息具体为:第一平台判断出主叫 用户与被叫用户不属于同一个电信运营商或者不属于同一个电信运营商的同 一个子网;
第一平台向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息。
4.如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于,
第二平台根据第一按键复制信息、 对主叫用户进行铃音的订购操作包括: 第二平台向第三平台发送第二按键复制信息,所述第二按键复制信息用于使得 第三平台根据所述第二按键复制信息、对主叫用户进行所述第一按键复制信息 对应铃音的订购操作。
5.如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 第二平台向第三平台发送第二 按键复制信息之前 ,根据第一按键复制信息包括的所述第一按键复制信息对应 铃音的铃音文件在第一平台中的描述信息以及第二平台存储的所述铃音文件 在第一平台中的描述信息与所述铃音文件在第三平台中的描述信息之间的对 应关系, 查找到所述铃音文件在第三平台中的描述信息。
6.如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 第二平台根据第一按键复制信 息、对主叫用户执行铃音的订购操作包括: 第二平台向第三平台提供所述铃音 文件。
7.如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 第二平台存储有所述第一按键 复制信息对应铃音的铃音文件,并且第二平台存储有所述铃音文件在第一平台 中的描述信息, 第一按键复制信息包括所述铃音文件在第一平台中的描述信 息; 或者
第二平台存储有所述铃音文件,第二平台没有存储所述铃音文件在第一平 台中的描述信息, 第一平台存储有所述铃音文件在第二平台中的描述信息, 第 一按键复制信息包括所述铃音文件在第二平台中的描述信息。
8.—种彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收主叫用户发起的铃音按键复制业务请求;
发送单元,用于根据铃音按键复制业务请求向第二平台发送第一按键复制 信息, 所述第一按键复制信息用于使得第二平台根据所述第一按键复制信息、 对主叫用户进行铃音的订购操作。
9.如权利要求 8所述的彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 所述第一按键复制信息包 括需要复制的铃音信息;
发送单元将所述需要复制的铃音信息对应的铃音文件提供给第二平台。
10.如权利要求 8所述的彩铃平台, 其特征在于, 包括: 确定单元, 用于 在发送单元向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息之前,确定主叫用户归属的电信 运营商或子网;
发送单元包括: 判断模块, 用于判断出主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同一个 电信运营商或者不属于同一个电信运营商的同一个子网; 发送模块, 用于在判 断模块判断出主叫用户与被叫用户不属于同一个电信运营商或者不属于同一 个电信运营商的同一个子网后, 向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息。
11.一种实现彩铃业务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一平台和第二平台, 分别用于向用户提供彩铃业务服务;
其中, 第一平台接收主叫用户发起的铃音按键复制业务请求后,根据铃音 按键复制业务请求向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息,所述第一按键复制信息 用于使得第二平台根据所述第一按键复制信息、对主叫用户进行铃音的订购操 作。
12.—种实现彩铃业务的系统, 其特征在于, 包括: 第一平台、 第二平台和第三平台, 分别用于向用户提供彩铃业务服务; 其中, 第一平台接收主叫用户发起的铃音按键复制业务请求后,根据铃音 按键复制业务请求向第二平台发送第一按键复制信息,所述第一按键复制信息 用于使得第二平台根据所述第一按键复制信息、对主叫用户进行铃音的订购操 作;
第二平台向第三平台发送第二按键复制信息,所述第二按键复制信息用于 使得第三平台根据所述第二按键复制信息、对主叫用户进行所述第一按键复制 信息对应铃音的订购操作。
