步驟 24: 核心网查询主叫用户和被叫用户的签约信息, 判断 UE_A 订了自服务主叫彩铃业务, UE_B 订了被叫彩铃业务,发起到彩铃业务服 务器的呼叫, 呼叫消息中带有彩铃业务接入码;
步驟 25: 彩铃业务服务器触发被叫彩铃业务, 在其数据库中查询到需 要播放的彩铃媒体文件信息后, 呼叫媒体服务器, 进行媒体协商;
步驟 26: 媒体服务器回应呼叫, 带回媒体服务器的包含被叫彩铃的媒 体信息;
步驟 27: 彩铃业务服务器回应核心网的呼叫, 带回媒体服务器的包含 被叫彩铃的媒体信息;
步驟 28: 核心网回应 UE_A的呼叫, 带回媒体服务器的包含被叫彩铃 的媒体信息, 媒体协商结束, 媒体服务器开始给 UE_A播放被叫彩铃; 步驟 29: UE _A需要收听主叫彩铃, 按键输入主叫彩铃业务请求, 媒 体服务器收到该请求;
步驟 210: 媒体服务器发消息给彩铃业务服务器, 其中带有 1^ _ 的 按键信息;
步驟 211:彩铃业务服务器判断是关于自服务的主叫彩铃业务命令的特 定按键后, 向彩铃业务接口机发送包含主叫用户号码的查询信息, 要求查 询主叫用户的包含用户话费信息和签约业务信息的主叫用户信息;
步驟 212: 彩铃业务接口机向计费签约系统接口机发送查询信息, 以查 询主叫用户信息, 消息中带有主叫号码;
步驟 213: 计费签约系统接口机向计费签约系统服务器发送查询信息, 以查询主叫用户信息, 消息中带有主叫号码;
步驟 214: 计费签约系统服务器执行存储过程, 查询到包含用户话费信 息和签约业务信息的主叫用户信息, 并将该信息发送至计费签约系统接口 机;
步驟 215: 计费签约系统接口机将主叫用户信息发送至彩铃业务接口 机;
步驟 216: 彩铃业务接口机将主叫用户信息发送至彩铃业务服务器; 步驟 217:彩铃业务服务器将包含用户话费信息和签约业务信息发消息 的主叫用户信息发送至媒体服务器, 媒体服务器开始给 UE_A播放自服务 主叫彩铃;
步驟 218: UE_B接听, 发送应答消息给核心网;
步驟 219: 核心网发消息给彩铃业务服务器,要求停止播放自服务主叫 彩铃, 并释放呼叫;
步驟 220: 彩铃业务服务器发消息给媒体服务器,要求停止播放自服务 彩铃并释放呼叫;
步驟 221 : 媒体服务器响应释放呼叫请求,停止播放自服务主叫彩铃并 释放呼叫资源;
步驟 222:彩铃业务服务器响应核心网释放呼叫请求,并释放呼叫资源; 步驟 223: 核心网向 1^_ 发送应答消息,主叫用户和被叫用户开始通 话;
步驟 224: UE_B挂机, UE_B向核心网发送挂机消息;
步驟 225: 核心网向 UE_A发送挂机消息, 双方通话结束。
图 3显示了本发明实施例提供的自服务主叫彩铃业务的实现系统总体 结构示意图, 如图 3 所示, 本实施例以 IP 多媒体子系统( IP Multimedia Subsystem, IMS )彩铃为例进行说明, 实现系统包括彩铃中心和计费签约 系统, 其中:
彩铃中心, 用于根据主叫用户输入的主叫彩铃业务请求, 将包含主叫 用户号码的查询信息发送至计费签约系统, 并将计费签约系统查询的主叫 用户信息播放给主叫用户;
计费签约系统, 用于根据主叫用户号码, 查询主叫用户信息, 并将主 叫用户信息发送至彩铃中心。
彩铃中心包括彩铃业务服务器、 彩铃 WEB服务器、 彩铃接口机、媒体 服务器, 其中:
媒体服务器用于经由彩铃业务服务器向主叫用户播放被叫用户设置的 被叫彩铃, 并将主叫用户的主叫彩铃业务请求发送至彩铃业务服务器; 媒 体服务器还用于向主叫用户播放彩铃业务服务器发送的主叫用户信息。 具 体地说, 媒体服务器用于与彩铃业务服务器进行控制信令交互, 在彩铃服 务器的控制下按照预定模式完成音频 /视频文件的播放。 并且, 其带有的网 络文件服务器(Network File Server, NFS )对上传的多媒体彩铃资源文件 的进行存储。
彩铃业务服务器用于根据主叫彩铃业务请求, 将包含主叫用户号码的 查询信息发送至彩铃业务接口机。 具体地说, 彩铃业务服务器完成彩铃业 务的业务逻辑控制和自服务主叫彩铃的业务逻辑控制, 完成业务数据的保 存和查询, 完成对媒体服务器的控制, 还需要提供与 WEB服务器的接口, 以供运营商或用户终端对彩铃业务服务器的业务数据进行授权的定制修 改。
彩铃接口机用于将查询信息发送至计费签约系统, 并将计费签约系统 查询的主叫用户信息发送至彩铃业务服务器。 彩铃接口机包括彩铃核心接 口机、 彩铃文件上传接口机和短信接口机。 彩铃核心接口机用于与计费签 约系统进行交互, 还用于将用户进行的试听、 定购、 设置等操作发送给彩 铃管理业务进行处理;彩铃文件上传接口机将通过 WEB上传的彩铃文件发 送到彩铃资源服务器; 短信接口机将彩铃系统接入短信中心。
彩铃 WEB服务器用于以 WEB方式提供运营商或用户的接口。 也就是 说, 管理员通过彩铃 WEB服务器对彩铃业务数据进行定制修改、彩铃文件 上传; 彩铃用户通过彩铃 WEB服务器进行预览彩铃、 定购、 设置等操作。
计费签约系统包括计费签约系统服务器和计费签约系统接口机, 其中: 计费签约系统服务器用于根据查询信息中的主叫用户号码, 查询主叫 用户信息, 并经由计费签约系统接口机将主叫用户信息发送至彩铃业务服 务器。 也就是说, 计费签约系统服务器负责计费签约数据的采集和存储, 通过与计费签约系统接口机进行交互, 将查询的主叫用户信息发送至彩铃 中心。
计费签约系统接口机与彩铃业务接口机进行交互, 用于将接收的包含 主叫用户号码的查询信息发送至计费签约系统服务器, 并将主叫用户信息 发送至彩铃中心的彩铃接口机。
UE_A和 UE_B是 IMS用户终端, UE_A为主叫用户终端, UE_B为被 叫用户终端。 核心网包括归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server, HSS ), 补充业 务服务器(Supplemental Service Server, SSS )和呼叫会话控制功能(Call Session Control Function, CSCF )。 其中, HSS用于保存 IMS用户包括基本 标识、 路由信息等数据的签约信息; PSS用于实现 IMS系统的核心控制逻 辑; CSCF用于实现基本会话路由功能。
尽管上文对本发明进行了详细说明, 但是本发明不限于此, 本技术领 域技术人员可以根据本发明的原理进行各种修改。 因此, 凡按照本发明原 理所作的修改, 都应当理解为落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种自服务主叫彩铃业务的实现方法, 包括:
A )彩铃中心在主叫用户呼叫被叫用户后, 与主叫用户建立连接;
B )彩铃中心根据主叫用户输入的主叫彩铃业务请求, 将包含主叫用 户号码的查询信息发送至计费签约系统;
C )计费签约系统根据主叫用户号码, 查询主叫用户信息, 并将所述 主叫用户信息发送至彩铃中心;
D )彩铃中心将所述主叫用户信息播放给所述主叫用户。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述步驟 B具体为: 彩铃中心的媒体服务器经由彩铃业务服务器向主叫用户播放被叫用 户设置的被叫彩铃;
主叫用户在收听所述被叫彩铃期间, 将所述主叫彩铃业务请求发送 给所述媒体服务器;
所述媒体服务器根据所述主叫彩铃业务请求, 经由彩铃业务服务器 和彩铃业务接口机将所述查询信息发送至计费签约系统。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述步驟 B具体为: 主叫用户在收听默认音期间, 将所述主叫彩铃业务请求发送给彩铃 中心的媒体服务器;
所述媒体服务器根据所述主叫彩铃业务请求, 经由彩铃业务服务器 和彩铃业务接口机将所述查询信息发送至计费签约系统。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述步驟 C具体为: 计费签约系统的计费签约系统接口机将收到的所述查询信息发送至 计费签约系统服务器;
计费签约系统服务器根据所述查询信息中的主叫用户号码, 查询主 叫用户信息, 并经由计费签约系统接口机将所述主叫用户信息发送至所 述彩铃业务服务器。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的实现方法, 其中, 所述步驟 D具体为: 所述彩铃业务服务器经由所述媒体服务器向主叫用户播放所述主叫 用户信息。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5任意一项所述的实现方法, 其中, 主叫用户信 息包括用户话费信息和签约业务信息。
7、 一种自服务主叫彩铃业务的实现系统, 包括:
彩铃中心, 设置为根据主叫用户输入的主叫彩铃业务请求, 将包含 主叫用户号码的查询信息发送至计费签约系统, 并将所述计费签约系统 查询的所述主叫用户信息播放给所述主叫用户;
计费签约系统, 设置为根据主叫用户号码, 查询主叫用户信息, 并 将所述主叫用户信息发送至彩铃中心。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的实现系统, 其中, 所述彩铃中心包括: 媒体服务器, 设置为经由彩铃业务服务器向主叫用户播放被叫用户 设置的被叫彩铃, 并将主叫用户的主叫彩铃业务请求发送至彩铃业务服 务器;
彩铃业务服务器, 设置为根据所述主叫彩铃业务请求, 将包含主叫 用户号码的查询信息发送至彩铃业务接口机;
彩铃接口机, 设置为将所述查询信息发送至计费签约系统。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的实现系统, 其中, 所述媒体服务器还设置 为向主叫用户播放所述主叫用户信息。
10、 根据权利要求 7 所述的实现系统, 其中, 所述计费签约系统包 括:
计费签约系统接口机, 设置为将收到的查询信息发送至计费签约系 统服务器; 计费签约系统服务器, 设置为根据所述查询信息中的主叫用户号码, 查询主叫用户信息, 并经由计费签约系统接口机将所述主叫用户信息发 送至所述彩铃业务服务器。
