彩铃业务不断地发展, 在目前正迅速发展的 IMS域也有很好的应用, 即 多媒体彩铃业务。 IMS域现已实现了多媒体彩铃业务, 主要包括音频、 视频 彩铃业务, 但是作为多媒体彩铃业务的一种, 图片彩铃业务目前尚未实现。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种 IMS域实现多媒体彩铃业务的方 法、 系统及终端, 能够在主叫呼叫 IMS域被叫用户时享用被叫设置的多媒体 彩铃, 从而提供给用户更好的服务。
为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供了一种 IMS域实现多媒体彩铃业务 的方法, 该方法包括:
A、 IMS 域的核心网收到主叫的呼叫后, 判断被叫是否签订了多媒体彩 铃业务, 在呼叫被叫的同时建立与彩铃业务系统的连接;
B、彩铃业务系统触发彩铃业务,并将被叫设定的多媒体彩铃文件的地址 通过核心网发送给主叫; 以及
C、主叫根据该地址从彩铃业务系统的媒体资源服务器下载多媒体彩铃文 件, 并在被叫终端振铃时从主叫终端上享用该多媒体彩铃文件。 进一步地, 核心网可包括主叫核心网设备 AS— A 和被叫核心网设备 AS— B,

本发明的 IMS域实现图片彩铃业务的方法, 涉及彩铃业务服务器、 媒体 资源服务器、 IMS域主叫终端 /被叫终端以及主叫 /被叫核心网设备 AS; 包括 步骤: 主叫对被叫的呼叫, 被接续到核心网; 核心网判断被叫签订了图片彩 铃业务, 在呼叫被叫的同时建立与彩铃业务系统的连接; 彩铃业务系统触发 业务, 并将被叫设定的彩铃图片的文件地址发给核心网; 主叫通过核心网收 到彩铃图片文件地址, 釆用 HTTP协议从媒体资源服务器下载该图片文件; 在被叫终端振铃时主叫从终端上享用到彩铃图片。
以下结合附图及优选实施例对本发明的上述技术方案进行更详细地解释 和说明。
如图 1所示, 为本发明的 IMS域实现图片彩铃业务的系统, 包括: 彩铃 业务系统、 IMS域的主叫终端 UE— A和被叫终端 UE— B、主叫核心网设备 AS— A 和被叫核心网设备 AS— B。
在彩铃业务系统中又包括彩铃业务服务器、 彩铃 Web服务器、 彩铃接口 机以及媒体资源服务器; 其中:
彩铃业务服务器分别与彩铃 Web服务器、彩铃接口机以及媒体资源服务 器连接, 用于根据业务接入码触发所述图片彩铃业务, 将查询到的彩铃图片 文件的地址发送给核心网, 并控制媒体资源服务器的下传或上传图片彩铃文 件的操作, 同时提供与彩铃 Web服务器的接口, 以允许运营商或终端用户对 彩铃业务服务器上的业务数据进行授权的定制修改。
彩铃 Web服务器, 用于以 Web页方式为运营商或用户提供接口, 该接 口供系统管理员在运营商或终端用户的授权下对彩铃业务数据进行定制修 改, 将彩铃文件上传到媒体资源服务器, 且用于彩铃用户进行预览、 定购及 设置图片彩铃文件等操作。
彩铃接口机, 还与彩铃 Web服务器及媒体资源服务器连接, 用于通过彩 铃核心接口将用户通过 Web页进行的预览、 定购、 设置等操作命令转发给彩 铃业务服务器处理; 通过彩铃文件上传接口将由 Web页上传的图片彩铃文件 发送到媒体资源服务器; 通过短信接口将彩铃业务系统接入短信中心。
媒体资源服务器, 用于在彩铃业务服务器的控制下对上传的图片彩铃资 源文件的存储, 并提供 HTTP方式的下载服务。
主叫 AS— A用于将主叫 UE— A对被叫 UE— B的呼叫接续给被叫 AS— B;被 叫 AS— B则用于在呼叫被叫的同时, 判断被叫签订了图片彩铃业务后建立与 彩铃业务服务器的连接, 以触发图片彩铃业务。
核心网设备 AS中均包括归属用户服务器( HSS, Home Subscriber Server ), IMS核心子系统(PSS, PSTN/ISDN模拟子系统) 、 呼叫服务器控制功能实 体(CSCF, Call Server Control Function ) ; 其中: HSS负责保存 IMS用户的 签约信息, 包括基本标识、 路由信息等数据; PSS负责 IMS系统的核心控制 逻辑; CSCF负责基本会话路由功能。
如图 2所示, 为本发明的实现图片彩铃业务的方法流程图, 包括如下步 骤:
210: 主叫对被叫的呼叫接续到核心网;
220: 核心网判断被叫签订了图片彩铃业务, 在呼叫被叫的同时与彩铃业 务系统建立连接;
即被叫核心网设备 AS— B收到 Invite消息后, 通过 HSS查询到被叫为签 约图片彩铃业务的用户,便通过主叫 AS— A发 Invite消息给被叫; 同时, AS— B 发 Invite消息给彩铃业务系统, 消息中带有彩铃业务接入码。
230: 彩铃业务系统触发业务, 并将被叫设定的图片彩铃的文件地址发给 核心网;
即彩铃业务系统根据彩铃业务接入码触发彩铃业务, 从服务器上查询到 该用户设定的图片彩铃文件的存储地址, 并将该地址用 200 Invite 消息发送 AS— B。
240: 主叫通过核心网收到图片彩铃文件地址, 釆用 HTTP协议从媒体资 源服务器下载该图片彩铃文件;
即主叫终端收到图片彩铃文件的地址后, 通过 HTTP协议将该图片下载 到本地文件夹中。
250: 在被叫终端振铃时主叫从终端上享用到图片彩铃。
如果主叫下载该图片文件失败, 则终端显示本地默认的图片文件。
图 3是对图 2中本发明的方法的一个具体应用实例, 即在主叫 UE— A呼 叫被叫 UE— B时触发彩铃业务的实际流程 , 包括:
步骤 31 : UE A发起对 UE B的呼叫, 发送 Invite消息给主叫核心网设 备 AS— A, 消息中带有 UE— A的媒体 sdpA; 步骤 32: AS— A将 Invite消息转发给被叫核心网设备 AS— B, 消息带有 UE A的媒体 sdpA;
步骤 33: AS— B发送 Invite消息给 UE— B , 消息带有 UE— A的媒体 sdpA; 步骤 34: UE B回复 183消息给 AS— B, 消息带有媒体协商结果 sdpBA; 步骤 35: AS— B查询用户签约信息, 发现用户 B签订了图片彩铃业务, 便发送 Invite消息到彩铃业务服务器, 消息中带有图片彩铃业务接入码; 步骤 36: 彩铃业务服务器根据业务接入码触发图片彩铃业务, 查询到该 用户设定的图片彩铃的文件地址, 回复 200 OK消息 (对应 Invite消息)给 AS— B, 消息中包含以 Call-Info字段封装的图片彩铃文件地址;
步骤 37: AS— B发送 Ack消息给彩铃业务服务器,表示对 200 Invite消息 的确认;
步骤 38: AS— B发送 Bye消息给彩铃业务服务器, 结束对彩铃业务服务 器的呼叫;
步骤 39: 彩铃业务服务器回复 200 OK (对应 Bye消息) 消息给 AS— B; 步骤 310-311 : AS— B发送 183消息给 UE— A, 经过 AS— A, 消息中包含 以 Call-Info字段封装的图片彩铃文件地址以及 sdpBA; UE A收到该消息后, 以 HTTP协议根据图片彩铃地址下载文件;
步骤 312-314: UE A发送 Prack消息给 UE— B , 经过 AS— A和 AS— B; 步骤 315-317: UE— B发送 200 Prack消息给 UE— A,经过 AS— B和 AS— A; 步骤 318-320: UE— A资源预留成功, 发送 Update消息给 UE—B, 经过
AS— A和 AS— B , 消息中带有用来更新的媒体 sdpAB';
步骤 321-323: UE B回复 200 OK (对应 Update消息) 消息给 UE— B, 经过 AS— B和 AS— A, 消息中带有更新媒体 sdpBA';
步骤 324-326: UE B发送 180消息给 UE— A,经过 AS— B和 AS— A; UE B 开始振铃。
步骤 327-329: UE A发送 Prack消息给 UE— B , 经过 AS— A和 AS— B; 步骤 330-332: UE B发送 200 OK (对应 Prack消息) 消息给 UE— A, 经 过 AS— B和 AS— A; AS— A开始显示图片彩铃, 并可播放本地音频文件作为回 铃音;
步骤 333-335: UE B应答,发送 200 OK(对应 Invite消息)消息到 UE— A, 经过 AS— B和 AS— A;
步骤 336-338: UE A回复 Ack消息到 UE— B, 经过 AS— A和 AS— B, 表 示确认; 主、 被叫双方通话;
步骤 339-341 : 主叫挂机, UE— A发送 Bye消息给 UE— B, 经过 AS— A和 AS— B;
步骤 342-344: UE B发送 200 OK (对应 Bye消息 )消息给 UE— A, 经过 AS— B和 AS— A。
综上, 可以看出本发明提供的系统及方法, 能够使主叫用户在呼叫 IMS 域被叫用户时收看被叫设置的彩铃图片, 从而使用户享受到更好的服务, 由 此使得电信增值业务进一步得到拓展。
另外, 容易想到, 被叫用户还可以签订音视频彩铃业务, 此时主叫用户 可通过类似的方法流程下载音视频文件, 在等待被叫应答时播放这些文件。 这样, 主叫用户在对被叫用户进行呼叫时, 随着被叫用户签订的彩铃业务的 不同, 可以在等待过程中享受下载的相应类型的文件。
当然, 本发明还可有其他多种实施例, 在不背离本发明精神及其实质的 但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。
工业实用性
通过本发明提供的系统及方法, 能够满足主叫用户在呼叫 IMS域被叫用 户时收看被叫设置的彩铃图片的需求, 从而为用户提供更好的服务, 由此拓 展了电信增值业务。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种在 IMS域实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法, 所述方法包括:
A、 所述 IMS域的核心网收到主叫的呼叫后, 判断被叫是否签订了多媒 体彩铃业务, 如果是, 则在呼叫被叫的同时建立与彩铃业务系统的连接; B、所述彩铃业务系统触发彩铃业务,并将所述被叫设定的多媒体彩铃文 件的地址通过所述核心网发送给所述主叫; 以及
C、所述主叫根据所述地址从所述彩铃业务系统的媒体资源服务器下载所 述多媒体彩铃文件, 并在所述被叫终端振铃时从所述主叫终端上享用所述多 媒体彩铃文件。
2、 按照权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其中所述核心网包括主叫核心网设备
AS— A和被叫核心网设备 AS— B ,
所述步骤 A包括: 所述 AS— B收到 Invite消息后, 通过归属用户服务器 HSS 查询到所述被叫为签约多媒体彩铃业务的用户, 便通过所述 AS— A发 Invite消息给所述被叫; 同时, 向所述彩铃业务系统发送 Invite消息, 所述消 息中带有彩铃业务接入码;
所述步骤 B包括:所述彩铃业务系统根据所述业务接入码触发所述业务, 从系统服务器上查询到存储所述多媒体彩铃文件的地址, 并将所述地址用 Invite消息通过所述 AS— B发送给所述主叫; 以及
所述步骤 C包括: 所述主叫根据所述地址通过超文本传输协议将所述多 媒体彩铃文件下载到本地文件夹中供享用。
3、按照权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中所述步骤 C还包括: 当所述主 叫下载所述多媒体彩铃文件失败时, 则所述主叫终端享用本地默认的多媒体 文件。
4、按照权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中所述多媒体彩铃文件为音频文 件, 或图片文件, 或视频文件。
5、按照权利要求 1或 2所述的方法, 其中所述多媒体彩铃文件为音频及 图片文件, 或音视频文件。
6、 一种用于在 IMS域实现多媒体彩铃业务的核心网系统, 所述核心网 系统包括主叫核心网设备和被叫核心网设备, 其中:
所述核心网系统设置成在收到主叫的呼叫后, 判断被叫是否签订了多媒 体彩铃业务, 如果是, 则在呼叫所述被叫的同时建立与彩铃业务系统的连接; 在收到所述彩铃业务系统发送的所述被叫设定的多媒体彩铃文件的地址时, 将所述地址转发给所述主叫 , 由此所述主叫根据所述地址从媒体资源服务器 下载所述多媒体彩铃文件, 并在所述被叫终端振铃时享用所述多媒体彩铃文 件。
7、按照权利要求 6所述的核心网系统, 其中所述多媒体彩铃文件为音频 文件, 或图片文件, 或视频文件。
8、按照权利要求 6所述的核心网系统, 其中所述多媒体彩铃文件为音频 及图片文件, 或音视频文件。
9、 一种用于 IMS域实现多媒体彩铃业务的终端, 所述终端设置成: 签订多媒体彩铃业务; 以及
在作为主叫时, 通过权利要求 6所述的核心网系统呼叫被叫, 并从所述 核心网系统接收被叫设定的多媒体彩铃文件的地址, 并根据所述地址从媒体 资源服务器下载所述多媒体彩铃文件, 并在所述被叫终端振铃时享用所述多 媒体彩铃文件。
10、按照权利要求 9所述的终端, 其中所述多媒体彩铃文件为音频文件, 或图片文件, 或视频文件。
11、 按照权利要求 9所述的终端, 其中所述多媒体彩铃文件为音频及图 片文件, 或音视频文件。
12、 一种用于实现 IMS域多媒体彩铃业务系统, 所述系统包括相互连接 的彩铃业务服务器及媒体资源服务器; 其中:
所述彩铃业务服务器设置成根据业务接入码触发所述多媒体彩铃业务, 将查询到的多媒体彩铃文件的地址发送给核心网, 并控制所述媒体资源服务 器下传所述多媒体彩铃文件的操作; 以及
所述媒体资源服务器设置成在彩铃业务服务器的控制下存储签约多媒体 彩铃业务用户上传的多媒体彩铃文件, 并提供对所述多媒体彩铃文件的下载 服务。
13、按照权利要求 12所述的系统, 其中所述彩铃业务系统还包括与所述 彩铃业务服务器连接的 Web服务器, 所述 Web服务器设置成以 Web页方式 提供接口, 以供系统管理员在运营商或所述签约多媒体彩铃业务用户的授权 下: 将所述多媒体彩铃文件上传到所述媒体资源服务器, 并对彩铃业务数据 进行定制修改; 或供所述签约多媒体彩铃业务用户进行预览、 定购及设置多 媒体彩铃文件的操作; 以及 所述媒体资源服务器还设置成提供超文本传输协议方式的所述多媒体彩 铃文件的下载服务。
14、按照权利要求 13所述的系统, 其中所述彩铃业务系统还包括分别与 所述彩铃业务服务器、所述媒体资源服务器以及所述 Web服务器连接的接口 机, 所述接口机设置成:
通过文件上传接口将由所述 Web页上传的所述多媒体彩铃文件传送到所 述媒体资源服务器;
通过彩铃核心接口将所述签约多媒体彩铃业务用户通过所述 Web页进行 的预览、 定购、 设置的操作命令转发给所述彩铃业务服务器处理; 以及
通过短信接口将所述彩铃业务系统接入短信中心。
15、按照权利要求 12 - 14任一项所述的系统, 其中所述多媒体彩铃文件 为音频文件, 或图片文件, 或视频文件。
16、按照权利要求 12 - 14任一项所述的系统, 其中所述多媒体彩铃文件 为音频及图片文件, 或音视频文件。
