综上所述, 上述技术方案通过被叫终端在发送给多媒体彩铃 AS 的应答 消息中携带媒体信息, 使多媒体彩铃 AS无需通过单独的信令向被叫终端获 取媒体信息, 节约了网络资源, 且处理更加简单, 使 IMS网络中的用户充分 享受到功能强大的个性化的多媒体彩铃服务。

本发明的较佳实施方式
下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 需要说明的是, 在 不冲突的情况下, 本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本实施方式提供了一种在 IMS网络中实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法。 播放 的多媒体信息可以是音频数据和 /或视频数据, 例如, 音乐、 视频、 文字及其 结合等具有个性的多媒体信息, 播放策略可以由被叫终端自行设置, 例如, 将播放策略设置为随机播放、 循环播放、 根据主叫终端号码播放、 根据特定 时间段设置播放及其结合等的具有个性的播放策略。
下面将详细描述本实施方式。 如图 1所示, 本实施方式的实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法包括: 步骤 S101 , 主叫终端向注册了多媒体彩铃业务的被叫终端发起呼叫, 呼 叫到达被叫终端的归属网络,被叫终端归属的 S-CSCF触发多媒体彩铃 AS上 的多媒体彩铃业务;
步骤 S102,多媒体彩铃 AS通过 IMS核心网络向被叫终端发送呼叫消息, 多媒体彩铃 AS在该呼叫消息中取消携带主叫终端的媒体信息, 被叫终端接 收到呼叫消息后开始振铃, 被叫终端在返回的振铃消息中取消携带被叫终端 的媒体信息; 步骤 S103 , 多媒体彩铃 AS使用主叫终端的媒体信息与媒体服务器进行 彩铃媒体协商, 并且将媒体协商结果通过振铃消息通知主叫终端, 并根据呼 叫相关信息获得多媒体彩铃铃音地址, 通知媒体服务器向主叫终端播放的多 媒体彩铃信息; 上述呼叫相关信息包括: 主叫终端的号码、 被叫终端的号码、 呼叫发起 的日期和时间以及被叫终端的播放策略。
步骤 S104, 被叫终端应答并通过 IMS网络向多媒体彩铃 AS返回应答消 息, 在应答消息中携带被叫终端的媒体信息, 多媒体彩铃 AS进行主叫终端 与被叫终端的媒体协商, 并指示媒体服务器停止播放彩铃;
另外,在步骤 S104中,被叫终端的应答消息中携带被叫终端的媒体信息, 多媒体彩铃 AS通过 UPDATE消息将被叫终端的媒体信息更新到主叫终端, 主叫终端将媒体协商结果返回到多媒体彩铃 AS, 多媒体彩铃 AS将主叫终端 返回的媒体结果通过 ACK消息通知到被叫终端,主叫终端和被叫终端媒体协 商成功。 多媒体彩铃 AS在主叫终端与被叫终端的媒体协商成功之后, 再通 知媒体服务器停止播放多媒体彩铃。
步骤 S 105 , 主叫终端收到被叫终端的应答消息, 主被叫进行通话。
另外, 多媒体彩铃平台可以通过实时传输协议向主叫终端播放多媒体彩 铃信息。
此外, 多媒体彩铃信息可以为视频信息和 /或音频信息。 另夕卜, 主叫终端和被叫终端都是第三代移动通信系统的 IP多媒体子系统 终端, 并在 IMS核心网络的 HSS上放号, 同时被叫终端还在 HSS上签约了 多媒体彩铃业务并在多媒体彩铃平台也开通被叫多媒体彩铃业务。 优选地, 主叫终端和被叫终端可以是支持会话初始化协议 (SIP ) 的软终端 (Soft Phone ) 。
图 2示出了多媒体彩铃业务系统在 IMS网络中组网框图。 如图 2所示, 该系统包括: 主叫终端、 IMS核心网络、 多媒体彩铃平台以及被叫终端, 其 中, IMS核心网络包含呼叫 /会话控制功能服务器(CSCF ) 以及归属用户服 务器(HSS )等, 多媒体彩铃平台包含应用服务器(Application Server, AS ) 、 媒体服务器(Media Server, MS )和数据库服务器(Database, DB )等。
多媒体彩铃 AS执行多媒体彩铃业务逻辑, 并与 IMS核心网络和 MS使 用 SIP进行交互; DataBase存储了多媒体彩铃业务的系统信息和用户信息; MS存储音频媒体和视频媒体,优选地,主叫终端釆用 SIP协议与多媒体彩铃 AS交互, 而媒体服务器使用实时传输协议(RTP ) 包向主叫终端播放音频或 视频数据。
为了简化描述, 假设主叫终端和被叫终端归属于同一个 HSS 和服务 CSCF。 此时, 包括以下部分: 软终端 Soft Phone、 代理 CSCF ( P-CSCF ) 、 问询 CSCF ( I-CSCF ) 、 服务 CSCF ( S-CSCF ) 、 归属用户服务器、 多媒体 彩铃 AS、 数据库服务器 DB、 MS。 在通讯连接上, 各网元之间通过 TCP/IP 网络相连, Soft Phone与 P-CSCF之间釆用 SIP协议进行交互,P-CSCF、I-CSCF 和 S-CSCF三个网元之间釆用 SIP协议进行交互, I-CSCF、 S-CSCF两个网元 和 HSS之间釆用 Diameter协议进行交互, S-CSCF和多媒体彩铃 AS之间釆 用 SIP协议进行交互, 多媒体彩铃 AS和 MS之间釆用 SIP协议进行交互, 多 媒体彩铃 AS和 DB之间通过内部定义接口进行数据访问和更改, MS和主叫 终端之间釆用 RTP协议交互, 以播放多媒体信息。
多媒体彩铃业务模块装载并运行在多媒体彩铃 AS上, 作为多媒体彩铃 业务实现的核心部分, 实现如下功能: 才艮据主叫终端号码、 被叫终端号码、 当前日期、 当前时间、 以及被叫终端设定的播放策略, 查询出本次呼叫需要 播放的多媒体彩铃; 以及按照图 3所示流程, 完成主叫终端和 MS之间的早 期会话协商, 并控制 MS向主叫终端播放媒体的开始与停止。
图 3是本实施方式的实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法在图 2所示的系统中的 信令流程图, 包括以下步骤:
步骤 301 , 主叫终端 (UE— A )拨打被叫终端 (UE— B ) 的号码, 主叫终 端向 IMS网络发起呼叫被叫终端的 INVITE消息;
步骤 302, IMS 网络检查到被叫终端签约了多媒体彩铃业务后, 向多媒 体彩铃 AS发起 INVITE消息, 在 INVITE消息中携带主叫终端的媒体信息 Al Offer;
步骤 303~304, 多媒体彩铃 AS收到 IMS网络的 INVITE消息后, 经 IMS 核心网向被叫终端发起 INVITE消息, 该消息不携带主叫终端的媒体信息; 步骤 305 , 被叫终端向 IMS网络返回 180响应, 在该 180响应中也不携 带被叫终端的媒体信息, IMS网络将 180响应发送给多媒体彩铃 AS;
步骤 307~309, 多媒体彩铃 AS向 MS发起 INVITE消息, 消息中包含主 叫终端 A的媒体信息 Al Offer, MS在收到该请求后返回 200OK消息, 并且 在该消息中携带媒体服务器根据主叫终端的媒体能力 Al Offer协商的结果 MRBT Answer;
步骤 310~311 , 多媒体彩铃 AS返回 180响应给主叫终端, 响应消息中包 含媒体服务器返回的彩铃媒体 MRBT Answer,主叫终端和媒体服务器的彩铃 播放媒体协商完成;
步骤 312~313 ,多媒体彩铃 AS根据呼叫相关信息获得本次播放的多媒体 彩铃铃音地址,并通过 INFO消息通知 MS播放,主叫终端看到 MS播放的多 媒体彩铃; 步骤 314~315 , 被叫终端摘机, 多媒体彩铃 AS收到被叫终端发送的 200
OK消息, 该消息中携带被叫终端的媒体信息 Bl Offer;
步骤 316-321 , 多媒体彩铃 AS发送 UPDATE消息给主叫终端, 并在消 息中携带 Bl Offer; 主叫终端根据被叫终端的媒体能力 Bl Offer重新进行媒 体协商, 并将媒体协商结果 Al Answer通过 200 OK消息返回给多媒体彩铃 AS, 多媒体彩铃 AS向被叫终端返回 ACK消息, 该消息携带 Al Answer, 主 叫终端和被叫终端的通话媒体协商完成;
步骤 322 323 , 多媒体彩铃 AS向 MS发送 BYE消息, 指示 MS停止播 放彩铃;
步骤 324~326 , 多媒体彩铃 AS向主叫终端发送 200 OK消息, 通知主叫 终端被叫终端摘机, 主叫终端和被叫终端进行通话;
步骤 327~328,当主叫终端或被叫终端中任何一方挂机时,主动发送 BYE 消息, 主被叫通话结束。
本发明还提供了一种终端, 应用于多媒体彩铃业务, 如图 4所示, 所述 终端包括消息接收模块和应答模块, 其中:
所述消息接收模块设置为: 接收多媒体彩铃应用服务器(AS )发送的呼 叫消息;
所述应答模块设置为: 在所述消息接收模块接收到所述呼叫消息后, 向 所述多媒体彩铃 AS返回应答消息, 在该应答消息中携带所述被叫终端的媒 体信息。 优选地, 上述终端中, 还包括振铃模块, 其中,
所述振铃模块设置为: 在接收到所述呼叫消息后进行振铃;
所述返回模块还设置为: 向所述多媒体彩铃 AS返回振铃消息, 在该振 铃消息中取消携带所述终端的媒体信息。
本发明还提供了一种多媒体彩铃应用服务器(AS ) , 包括发送模块、 控 制模块和协商模块, 其中:
所述发送模块设置为: 在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫后, 向所述被叫 终端发送呼叫消息; 所述控制模块设置为:在所述发送模块向所述被叫终端发送呼叫消息时, 控制媒体服务器向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃;
所述协商模块设置为: 在接收到所述被叫终端返回的应答消息后, 釆用 所述应答消息中携带的所述被叫终端的媒体信息进行所述主叫终端与所述被 叫终端的媒体协商, 并完成通话的建立。
优选地, 上述多媒体彩铃 AS中,
所述发送模块还设置为: 在发送给所述被叫终端的呼叫消息中取消携带 所述主叫终端的媒体信息。
综上所述, 本发明的实施方式在不改变现有设备的情况下, 通过在多媒 体彩铃 AS上运行多媒体被叫彩铃业务, 从而能便捷地使 IMS网络中的用户 充分享受到功能强大的个性化的多媒体彩铃 Λ良务。

上述技术方案提供一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法及系统, 解决在多媒 体彩铃业务中被叫终端应答后, 多媒体彩铃 AS 需要向被叫终端获取媒体信 息造成增加信令处理复杂的问题。 上述技术方案通过被叫终端在发送给多媒 体彩铃 AS的应答消息中携带媒体信息,使多媒体彩铃 AS无需通过单独的信 令向被叫终端获取媒体信息, 节约了网络资源, 且处理更加简单, 使 IMS网 络中的用户充分享受到功能强大的个性化的多媒体彩铃 Λ良务。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的方法, 包括:
多媒体彩铃应用服务器 (AS)在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫后, 向被叫 终端发送呼叫消息, 并控制媒体服务器向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃; 所述被叫终端接收到所述呼叫消息后, 向所述多媒体彩铃 AS返回应答 消息, 在该应答消息中携带所述被叫终端的媒体信息;
所述多媒体彩铃 AS釆用所述应答消息中携带的所述被叫终端的媒体信 息进行所述主叫终端与被叫终端的媒体协商, 并完成通话的建立。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述多媒体彩铃 AS在发送给所述 被叫终端的呼叫消息中取消携带所述主叫终端的媒体信息。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法,其还包括: 所述被叫终端接收到所述呼叫 消息后进行振铃, 并向所述多媒体彩铃 AS返回振铃消息, 在该振铃消息中 取消携带所述被叫终端的媒体信息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫后, 在所述多媒体彩铃 AS 向被叫终端发送呼叫消息的步骤之前, 所述方法还包 括:
所述被叫终端归属的 IP多媒体子系统 (IMS)在所述被叫终端已注册多媒 体彩铃业务的情况下, 触发所述多媒体彩铃 AS上的多媒体彩铃业务。
5、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述多媒体彩铃 AS控制媒体服务 器向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃的步骤包括:
所述多媒体彩铃 AS使用所述主叫终端的媒体信息与所述媒体服务器进 行多媒体彩铃播放的媒体协商, 在媒体协商成功后, 将媒体协商结果通知给 所述主叫终端, 并根据呼叫相关信息获取多媒体彩铃的铃音地址, 通知所述 媒体服务器根据所述铃音地址向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃。
6、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其还包括: 所述多媒体彩铃 AS在所述主 叫终端与被叫终端的媒体协商成功后, 还通知所述媒体服务器停止向所述主 叫终端播放多媒体彩铃。
7、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中:
所述多媒体彩铃 AS在发送给所述被叫终端的呼叫消息中取消携带所述 主叫终端的媒体信息的步骤中, 所述多媒体彩铃 AS发送给所述被叫终端的 呼叫消息为邀请 (INVITE)消息, 在该 INVITE 消息中取消携带所述主叫终端 的媒体信息; 所述被叫终端向所述多媒体彩铃 AS返回振铃消息, 在该振铃消息中取 消携带所述被叫终端的媒体信息的步骤中 , 所述被叫终端向所述多媒体彩铃 AS返回的振铃消息为 180响应消息,在该 180响应消息中取消携带所述被叫 终端的媒体信息;
所述被叫终端向所述多媒体彩铃 AS返回应答消息, 在该应答消息中携 带所述被叫终端的媒体信息的步骤中, 所述被叫终端向所述多媒体彩铃 AS 返回的应答消息为 200 OK消息, 在该 200 OK消息中携带所述被叫终端的媒 体信息。
8、 一种实现多媒体彩铃业务的系统, 包括: 主叫终端、被叫终端和多媒 体彩铃应用服务器 (AS), 其中:
所述多媒体彩铃 AS设置为: 在所述主叫终端向所述被叫终端发起呼叫 后, 向所述被叫终端发送呼叫消息, 并控制媒体服务器向所述主叫终端播放 多媒体彩铃; 并在接收到所述被叫终端返回的应答消息后, 釆用所述应答消 息中携带的所述被叫终端的媒体信息进行所述主叫终端与所述被叫终端的媒 体协商, 并完成通话的建立;
所述被叫终端设置为: 在接收到所述呼叫消息后, 向所述多媒体彩铃 AS 返回应答消息, 在该应答消息中携带所述被叫终端的媒体信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的系统, 其中, 所述多媒体彩铃 AS还设置为: 在 发送给所述被叫终端的呼叫消息中取消携带所述主叫终端的媒体信息。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中:
所述被叫终端还其设置为: 在接收到所述呼叫消息后进行振铃, 并向所 述多媒体彩铃 AS返回振铃消息, 在该振铃消息中取消携带所述被叫终端的 媒体信息。
11、 一种终端, 应用于多媒体彩铃业务, 所述终端包括消息接收模块和 应答模块, 其中:
所述消息接收模块设置为: 接收多媒体彩铃应用服务器 ( AS )发送的呼 叫消息;
所述应答模块设置为: 在所述消息接收模块接收到所述呼叫消息后, 向 所述多媒体彩铃 AS返回应答消息, 在该应答消息中携带所述被叫终端的媒 体信息。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的终端, 其还包括振铃模块, 其中,
所述振铃模块设置为: 在接收到所述呼叫消息后进行振铃;
所述返回模块还设置为: 向所述多媒体彩铃 AS返回振铃消息, 在该振 铃消息中取消携带所述终端的媒体信息。
13、 一种多媒体彩铃应用服务器(AS ) , 包括发送模块、 控制模块和协 商模块, 其中:
所述发送模块设置为: 在主叫终端向被叫终端发起呼叫后, 向所述被叫 终端发送呼叫消息;
所述控制模块设置为:在所述发送模块向所述被叫终端发送呼叫消息时, 控制媒体服务器向所述主叫终端播放多媒体彩铃;
所述协商模块设置为: 在接收到所述被叫终端返回的应答消息后, 釆用 所述应答消息中携带的所述被叫终端的媒体信息进行所述主叫终端与所述被 叫终端的媒体协商, 并完成通话的建立。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的多媒体彩铃 AS, 其中,
所述发送模块还设置为: 在发送给所述被叫终端的呼叫消息中取消携带 所述主叫终端的媒体信息。
