本发明涉及移动通信领域, 尤其涉及一种在多方会话中实现个性化回铃 音的方法及装置, 会话控制服务器和媒体资源服务器。 背景技术
因特网协议多媒体子系统 ( Internet protocol Multimedia Subsystem Network, 以下简称 IMS )是一种全新的多媒体业务形式, 它能够满足现在的 终端客户更新颖、 更多样化多媒体业务的需求。 目前, IMS被认为是下一代 网络的核心技术, 也是解决移动与固网融合, 引入语音、 数据、 视频三重融 合等差异化业务的重要方式。
基于 IMS的多媒体彩铃业务是指在点对点的呼叫中, 被叫用户终端振铃 时, 主叫用户终端接收到的是一段由被叫用户终端预先设置的音频和 /或视频 片断。
在现有技术呼叫业务中, 多媒体彩铃业务的具体实现包括: 通过将呼叫 触发到彩铃服务器, 由彩铃服务器对会话进行处理, 从而在呼叫过程中实现 对主叫播放彩铃。 该技术虽然实现了多媒体彩铃, 但是, 其针对的是一对一 的会话, 对于多方会话, 尤其是一对多的会话, 例如 PoC, 群组 Share等, 并不适用。
如图 1所示, 为现有技术多方会话建立过程流程图, 现有多方会话的建 立过程为: 会话控制服务器将接收到的主叫发送的 " 101" 业务会话请求发送
到主叫所在组的被叫, 当被叫通过会话控制服务器返回第一个 " 180"振铃响 应消息的时候, 主叫终端播放本地的一个声音文件, 以示被叫正在振铃。 当 主叫接收到被叫的第一个 "200OK" 消息后, 主叫终端停止播放本地的声音 文件, 会话控制服务器与该被叫之间建立会话。
在发明人实施本发明的过程中, 发现现有技术至少存在以下问题: 由于 主叫终端收到被叫的响应消息后播放的是本地的声音文件, 本地提供的声音 文件类型和数量有限, 而且一旦选中无法修改, 长时间播放一种声音文件比 较单调, 用户在多方会话的建立过程中, 不能享受丰富多彩的个性化回铃音。 发明内容
本发明实施例第一方面提供一种在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方 法, 以解决现有多方会话中的回铃音单调且无法修改的缺陷, 有效保证用户 在多方会话中能享受到个性化的回铃音。

本发明实施例在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的装置,通过设置第一个 性化回铃音媒体协商模块或第二个性化回铃音媒体协商模块, 向主叫发送携 带有个性化回铃音的会话描述协议的临时响应消息, 并与主叫之间建立网 络侧的个性化回铃音的媒体通道, 使得业务会话服务器在接收到第一个振 铃响应消息时, 在多方会话中给主叫播放个性化的回铃音。 在多方会话的建 立过程中实现了个性化回铃音。
本发明实施例还提供了一种会话控制服务器, 包括: 会话请求模块, 用 于根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 发送会话请求到会话的至少一个被 叫;会话控制模块, 根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 在会话建立过程中 指示进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商; 在接收到第一个振铃响应时指示播放个 性化回铃音。

步骤 010、 主叫向业务会话服务器发送 " 101" 业务会话请求;
本实施例的业务会话服务器, 包括会话控制服务器和媒体资源服务器, 这两者可以是一个实体, 也可以是两个实体。 业务会话服务器可以为 PoC服 务器, 基于蜂窝技术的一键通业务(Push to Talk over Cellular以下简称 PoC ) 是一种全新的移动技术, 可以快速地进行 "一对一" 或者 "一对多" 通话; 也可以为群组共享业务, 实现一方同时向多方共享其多媒体信息, 例如视频 或者音频; 以及类似的多方业务会话服务器。

与现有技术相比, 在本实施例步骤 130 中, 业务会话服务器给主叫的 "183" 临时响应中携带了个性化回铃音的早期会话 SDP请求 (early SDP offer ) , 用于与主叫之间建立个性化回铃音的媒体通道; 由于现有技术多方 会话的建立过程中, 主叫接收到被叫的 "180" 振铃响应消息之后, 主叫终端 会播放本地的一个声音文件, 而本发明要实现个性化的回铃音, 必须在主叫 与网络侧之间建立个性化回铃音的媒体通道, 使得网络侧, 即本实施例中的 业务会话服务器能够将个性化回铃音播放给主叫。

步骤 560、 其他被叫发送 " 180" 振铃响应消息到业务会话服务器; 步骤 570、 业务会话服务器收到被叫的第一个 "200OK"响应后, 停止向 主叫播放个性化回铃音;
步骤 580、 业务会话服务器发送 "200OK" 响应到主叫服务器, 其中携带 会话的 SDP应答。 这个 "200OK" 响应与前面的发送到主叫的 "183" 临时 响应消息拥有不同的标签(to-tag ) , 属于不同的对话。 这个是业务会话服务
器与主叫之间建立的第二个对话。
步骤 590、 主叫收到 "200OK" 消息后, 完成业务会话的媒体协商。 然 后主叫返回 ACK消息, 会话建立。
在本实施例中, 步骤 530-550也可以为:
步骤 530、 业务会话服务器收到被叫的第一个 "180" 振铃响应消息后, 发送 " 183"或者 " 180"临时响应消息到主叫,其中携带个性化回铃音的 SDP; 步骤 540、 主叫收到 "183" 或者 "180"临时响应消息之后, 返回 "183" 或者 " 180" 临时响应消息的可靠性应答(PRACK )给业务会话服务器, 业 务会话服务器返回 "200OK" 消息给主叫;
步骤 550、 业务会话服务器向主叫播放个性化回铃音, 并且发送 " 180" 振铃响应消息到主叫。
在本实施例中, 如果步骤 530中发给主叫的是 "180" 临时响应消息, 则步骤 550不再发送 "180" 临时响应消息。
本实施例为 Forking模式的多方会话,在会话的建立过程中实现了个性化 回铃音的媒体协商和业务会话的媒体协商, 在多方会话中实现了个性化回铃 音, 使得用户在会话的建立过程中能享受到艮好的用户体验。
图 9为本发明实施例提供的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的装置实施 例一结构示意图; 如图 9所示, 本发明实施例包括:
会话请求模块 1 , 用于根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 发送会话 请求到会话的至少一个被叫;
第一个性化回铃音媒体协商模块 2, 用于与主叫进行个性化回铃音的媒 体协商;
第一播放模块 3 , 用于根据接收到的第一个振铃响应, 通过个性化回铃 音的媒体协商建立媒体通道向主叫播放个性化回铃音, 该第一个振铃响应消 息由其中一个被叫发出。
优选地, 在本实施例中第一个性化回铃音媒体协商模块 2还包括:
会话描述协议获取子模块 21 , 用于获取个性化回铃音的会话描述协议; 临时响应发送子模块 22 , 用于向主叫发送携带有个性化回铃音的会话描 述协议的临时响应消息;
可靠性应答发送子模块 23 , 用于主叫返回临时响应消息的可靠性应答。 优选地, 本实施例还包括: 业务会话媒体协商模块 4, 用于在接收到第 一个确认响应消息之前或者之后, 与主叫之间进行业务会话的媒体协商。
本实施例通过设置第一个性化回铃音媒体协商模块, 与主叫之间建立网 络侧的个性化回铃音的媒体通道, 从而实现了用户在多方会话建立的过程中 能享受到丰富多彩的个性化回铃音。
图 10 为本发明实施例提供的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的装置实 施例二结构示意图; 如图 10所示, 本发明实施例包括:
会话请求模块 1 , 用于根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 发送会话 请求到会话的至少一个被叫;
第二个性化回铃音媒体协商模块 5 , 用于在接收到第一个振铃响应消息 时, 与主叫进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商, 第一个振铃响应消息由其中一个 被叫发送;
第二播放模块 6, 用于通过个性化回铃音的媒体协商建立的媒体通道向 主叫播放个性化回铃音。
优选地, 本实施例中的第二个性化回铃音媒体协商模块 5包括: 振铃响应消息接收子模块 51 , 用于接收第一个振铃响应消息, 该第一个 振铃响应消息由其中一个被叫发送;
会话描述协议获取子模块 52, 用于获取个性化回铃音的会话描述协议; 临时响应发送子模块 53 , 用于向主叫发送携带有个性化回铃音的会话描 述协议的临时响应消息;
可靠性应答发送子模块 54, 用于主叫返回临时响应的可靠性应答。 优选地, 本实施例还包括:
业务会话媒体协商模块 4, 用于在接收到第一个确认响应消息之前或者 之后, 与主叫之间进行业务会话的媒体协商。
本实施例通过设置第二个性化回铃音媒体协商模块, 与主叫之间建立网 络侧的个性化回铃音的媒体通道, 从而实现了用户在多方会话建立的过程中 能享受到丰富多彩的个性化回铃音。

会话控制模块 7 , 根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 在会话建立过 程中指示进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商; 在接收到第一个振铃响应时指示播 放个性化回铃音。
进一步地, 在本发明实施例中, 会话控制模块 7包括:
会话描述协议获取子模块 71 , 用于获取个性化回铃音的会话描述协议; 临时响应发送子模块 72, 用于向所述主叫发送携带有所述个性化回铃音 的会话描述协议的临时响应消息;
可靠性应答发送子模块 73 , 用于所述主叫返回所述临时响应消息的可靠 性应答;
播放模块 74, 在接收到第一个振铃响应时指示向所述主叫播放个性化回 铃音。
在本发明实施例中, 有关会话控制服务器的每个具体模块的功能已经在 以上的说明中详细介绍, 因此在这里不再赘述。
图 12为本发明实施例提供的媒体资源服务器实施例一结构示意图;如图 12所示, 本发明实施例包括:
个性化回铃音媒体协商模块 81 , 用于与主叫进行个性化回铃音的媒体协 商;
播放模块 82, 用于接收到第一个振铃响应时, 通过所述个性化回铃音的 媒体协商建立的媒体通道向所述主叫播放个性化回铃音, 所述第一个振铃响 应消息由其中一个被叫发出。
在本发明实施例中, 有关媒体资源服务器的每个具体模块的功能已经在 以上的说明中详细介绍, 因此在这里不再赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解: 实现上述方法实施例的全部或部分步骤 可以通过程序指令相关的硬件来完成, 前述的程序可以存储于一计算机可读 取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 执行包括上述方法实施例的步骤; 而前述 的存储介质包括: ROM, RAM, 磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介 质。

Claims
1、 一种在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方法, 其特征在于包括: 根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 发送会话请求到会话的至少一个 被叫;
与所述主叫进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商;
接收到第一个振铃响应消息, 通过所述个性化回铃音的媒体协商建立的 媒体通道向所述主叫播放个性化回铃音, 所述第一个振铃响应消息由其中一 个所述被叫发送。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方法,其 特征在于, 与所述主叫进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商具体为:
获取个性化回铃音的会话描述协议;
向所述主叫发送携带有所述个性化回铃音的会话描述协议的临时响应消 息;
所述主叫返回所述临时响应消息的可靠性应答。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方法,其 特征在于, 还包括:
根据接收到的第一个确认响应消息,停止向所述主叫播放个性化回铃音, 所述第一个确认响应消息由其中一个所述被叫发送。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方法,其 特征在于还包括:
在接收到第一个确认响应消息之前或者之后, 与所述主叫之间进行业务 会话的媒体协商。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方法,其 特征在于, 所述业务会话请求为基于蜂窝技术的一键通业务请求。
6、 一种在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方法, 其特征在于包括: 根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 发送会话请求到会话的至少一个
被叫;
接收到第一个振铃响应消息,与所述主叫进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商, 所述第一个振铃响应消息由其中一个所述被叫发送;
通过所述个性化回铃音的媒体协商建立的媒体通道向所述主叫播放个性 化回铃音。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方法,其 特征在于与所述主叫进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商具体包括:
获取个性化回铃音的会话描述协议;
向所述主叫发送携带有所述个性化回铃音的会话描述协议的临时响应消 息;
所述主叫返回所述临时响应消息的可靠性应答。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方法,其 特征在于还包括:
根据接收到的第一个确认响应消息,停止向所述主叫播放个性化回铃音, 所述第一个确认响应消息由其中一个所述被叫发送。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的方法,其 特征在于还包括:
在接收到第一个确认响应消息之前或者之后, 与所述主叫之间进行业务 会话的媒体协商。
10、 一种在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 会话请求模块, 用于根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 发送会话请 求到会话的至少一个被叫;
第一个性化回铃音媒体协商模块, 用于与所述主叫进行个性化回铃音的 媒体协商;
第一播放模块, 用于接收到第一个振铃响应时, 通过所述个性化回铃音 的媒体协商建立的媒体通道向所述主叫播放个性化回铃音, 所述第一个振铃
响应消息由其中一个所述被叫发出。

12、 根据权利要求 10所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的装置, 其特征在于还包括: 业务会话媒体协商模块, 用于在接收到第一个确认响应 消息之前或者之后, 与所述主叫之间进行业务会话的媒体协商。
13、 一种在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的装置, 其特征在于, 包括: 会话请求模块, 用于根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 发送会话请 求到会话的至少一个被叫;
第二个性化回铃音媒体协商模块,用于在接收到第一个振铃响应消息时, 与所述主叫进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商, 所述第一个振铃响应消息由其中 一个所述被叫发送;
第二播放模块, 用于通过所述个性化回铃音的媒体协商建立的媒体通道 向所述主叫播放个性化回铃音。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二个性化回铃音媒体协商模块包括:
振铃响应消息接收子模块, 用于接收第一个振铃响应消息, 所述第一个 振铃响应消息由其中一个所述被叫发送;
会话描述协议获取子模块, 用于获取个性化回铃音的会话描述协议; 临时响应发送子模块, 用于向所述主叫发送携带有所述个性化回铃音的 会话描述协议的临时响应消息;
可靠性应答发送子模块, 用于所述主叫返回所述临时响应消息的可靠性 应答。
15、 根据权利要求 13所述的在多方会话中实现个性化回铃音的装置, 其特征在于,
业务会话媒体协商模块, 用于在接收到第一个确认响应消息之前或者之 后, 与所述主叫之间进行业务会话的媒体协商。
16、 一种会话控制服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
会话请求模块, 用于根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 发送会话请 求到会话的至少一个被叫;
会话控制模块, 根据接收的主叫发送的业务会话请求, 在会话建立过程 中指示进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商; 在接收到第一个振铃响应时指示播放 个性化回铃音。
17、 根据权利要求 16所述的会话控制服务器, 其特征在于, 所述会话 控制模块包括:
会话描述协议获取子模块, 用于获取个性化回铃音的会话描述协议; 临时响应发送子模块, 用于向所述主叫发送携带有所述个性化回铃音的 会话描述协议的临时响应消息;
可靠性应答发送子模块, 用于所述主叫返回所述临时响应消息的可靠性 应答;
播放模块, 在接收到第一个振铃响应时指示向所述主叫播放个性化回铃 音。
18、 一种媒体资源服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
个性化回铃音媒体协商模块,用于与主叫进行个性化回铃音的媒体协商; 播放模块, 用于接收到第一个振铃响应时, 通过所述个性化回铃音的媒 体协商建立的媒体通道向所述主叫播放个性化回铃音, 所述第一个振铃响应 消息由其中一个被叫发出。
