本发明的核心思想在于: SS 网络通过 MSC接收呼叫, 并将呼叫触发 至彩铃应用服务器(Application Server, AS ); 彩铃 AS向放音设备( USS ) 触发媒体协商, 彩铃 AS、 SS网络、 MSC共同完成与被叫方、 主叫方的媒 体协商; 彩铃 AS通知所述 USS对主叫方播放视频彩铃, 并通过 SS网络通 口主叫方接^:视频彩铃。 其中, SS网络将呼叫触发至彩铃 AS具体为: SS网络通过 MSC接收 呼叫后, 将呼叫转换为邀请消息后发送给彩铃 AS, 所述邀请消息携带视频 呼叫标志。
彩铃 AS、 SS网络、 MSC共同完成与被叫方的媒体协商具体为: 彩铃 AS根据视频呼叫标志向 USS触发媒体协商后, 接收 USS发送的携带 USS 的媒体的确认消息, 并向 SS网络发送携带 USS的媒体的邀请消息; SS网 络将携带 USS 的媒体的邀请消息转换成初始地址消息 (Initial Address Message, I AM )后发送给被叫方进行媒体协商; SS网络通过 MSC接收所 述被叫方的反馈, 将反馈转换成振铃消息并携带上协商后的媒体后发送给 彩铃 AS, 彩铃 AS向 USS发送携带协商后的媒体的确认消息。
彩铃 AS、 SS 网络、 MSC共同完成与主叫方的媒体协商、 及彩铃 AS 通过 SS网络通知主叫方接收视频彩铃, 具体为: 彩铃 AS向 USS发送携带 主叫方的媒体的邀请消息, 并接收携带协商后的媒体的确认消息; 彩铃 AS 向 SS 网络发送携带协商后的媒体的振铃消息; SS 网络将振铃消息转换成 携带协商后的媒体的地址全消息 (Address Complete Message, ACM ), 通 口主叫方接^:视频彩铃。
根据以上描述, 便可以实现 3G通信系统的 MSC下的用户对视频彩铃 的需求, 提供更好的彩铃服务, 有利于业务的发展。
下面结合附图及优选实施方式对本发明的技术方案进行进一步的详细 说明。
本发明实施例提供了一种实现视频彩铃业务的方法, 包括:
当主叫方呼叫被叫方时, SS 网络通过 MSC接收该呼叫, 将该呼叫转 换为邀请消息后发送给彩铃 AS, 该邀请消息携带视频呼叫标志;
彩铃 AS根据视频呼叫标志向 USS触发媒体协商,并向 SS网络发送携 带 USS的媒体的邀请消息; SS网络将携带 USS的媒体的邀请消息转换成 IAM后发送给被叫方进 行媒体协商;
所述 SS网络通过 MSC接收所述被叫方的反馈, 将反馈转换成振铃消 息并携带上协商后的媒体后发送给彩铃 AS;
彩铃 AS向 SS网络发送振铃消息,并通知 USS对主叫方播放视频彩铃; SS网络将振铃消息转换成接收确认消息,并通知主叫方接收视频彩铃。 下面通过一个具体的示例对上述实施例进行详细的描述, 但本示例并 不构成对本发明保护范围的限制。 具体的, 如图 1所示, 包括:
步骤 1 : 主叫方 UE-A向 MSC-A发送建立 (setup ) 消息, 请求与被叫 方 UE-B建立呼叫, 该 setup消息包括被叫方 UE-B的号码。
步骤 2: MSC-A接收 setup消息, 并向归属位置寄存器( Home Location
Register, HLR )发送路由查询信息 ( Send Routing Info , SRI ) 消息, 查询 路由消息。
具体地, MSC-A向 HLR发送路由查询信息消息, 查询被叫方 UE-B所 在 MSC-B , 并查询 UE-B是否签约了视频彩铃业务。
步骤 3: HLR 向 MSC-A返回路由消息, MSC-A根据路由消息请求 MSC-B与被叫方 UE-B建立呼叫。
具体地, HLR接收路由查询信息消息,确定被叫方 UE-B所在 MSC-B, 并确定 UE-B是否签约了视频彩铃业务, 通过向 MSC-A返回的路由消息告 知 MSC-A。
步骤 4: MSC-A向 UE-A发送呼叫继续 ( Call Proceeding ) 消息。
步骤 5: MSC-A根据被叫方 UE-B签约了视频彩铃业务的路由消息, 向 SS网络发送 IAM。
步骤 6: SS网络接收 IAM, 将该 IAM转换为宽带邀请 ( invite ) 消息 发送给彩铃 AS, 该 invite消息中携带视频呼叫标志。 步骤 7:彩铃 AS接收 invite消息,并发送不带媒体的 invite消息给 USS, 该 invite消息中携带视频呼叫标志。
步骤 8: USS接收不带媒体的 invite消息, 并向彩铃 AS发送确认消息 200 OK消息。
具体地, USS根据 invite消息中的视频呼叫标志确定当前业务为视频彩 铃业务, 于是向彩铃 AS发送带 USS的媒体的 200 OK消息, 开始进行媒体 协商。
步骤 9: 彩铃 AS接收 200 OK消息, 并发送带 USS的媒体的 invite消 息给 SS网络。
步骤 10: SS网络将带 USS的媒体的 invite消息转换为 IAM后发送给 被叫方 UE-B。
步骤 11 : UE-B接收 IAM, 进行媒体协商, 并返回带协商后的媒体的 提醒(alert ) 消息给 MSC-B。
步骤 12: MSC-B接收 alert消息, 并发送带协商后的媒体的 ACM给 SS网络。
步骤 13: SS网络将 ACM转化为振铃消息 180消息, 并且带上协商后 的媒体后发送给彩铃 AS。
步骤 14: 彩铃 AS接收 180消息, 并向 USS发送协商后的媒体的确认 消息 ACK消息。
通过以上步骤 8~步骤 14完成了 USS与被叫方 UE-B的媒体协商, 为 后续主叫方 UE-A与被叫方 UE-B进行媒体通话做好了准备。
步骤 15: 彩铃 AS发送带主叫方的媒体的 invite消息给 USS。
步骤 16: USS接收 invite消息, 进行媒体协商, 并向彩铃 AS返回带协 商后的媒体的 200 OK消息。
步骤 17: 彩铃 AS接收 200 OK消息, 向 USS返回 ACK消息; 并回复 带协商后的媒体的 180消息给 SS网络。
步骤 18: 彩铃 AS发送信息 (info ) 消息给 USS, 通知 USS给主叫方 UE-A播放被叫方的视频彩铃。 SS网络将 180消息转化为 ACM, 并且发送 给主叫方 UE-A, 通知主叫方 UE-A接收视频彩铃。 USS与主叫方 UE-A通 过 H.245 协议申请通道建立连接, 以建立连接并且播放视频彩铃音给主叫 方, 建立连接后 USS与 UE-A便可进行通话。
步骤 19: USS在播放完毕后, 发送 200 OK消息给彩铃 AS。
至此, 视频彩铃业务得以实现, 以下是如何实现主叫方和被叫方通话 的过程:
步骤 20: 被叫方 UE-B接听电话, 发送连接 ( connect )消息给 MSC-B, MSC-B向 UE-B返回 ACK消息。
步骤 21: MSC-B发送应答消息( Answer Message, ANM )给 SS网络。 步骤 22: SS网络将 ANM转化为 200 OK消息后发送给彩铃 AS。
步骤 23: 彩铃 AS发送 200 OK消息给 SS网络。
步骤 24: SS网络将 200 OK消息转化为 ANM后发送给 MSC-A, 并且 回 ACK消息给彩铃 AS。
步骤 25: 彩铃 AS接收 ACK消息并发送给 SS网络。
步骤 26: 彩铃 AS发送 info消息给 USS , 通知 USS与被叫方 UE-B申 请通道建立连接, 通过 H.245协议 USS与被叫方 UE-B便可进行通话。
由于本示例中是三方会议方式,主叫方 UE-A和被叫方 UE-B就可以进 行通话了。
需要说明的是, 图 1中的主叫方和被叫方可以属于同一 MSC, 也可以 属于不同的 MSC; SS网络可以是同一 SS网络, 也可以是不同的 SS网络。
本发明实施例还提供了一种 SS网络系统, 如图 2所示, 包括: 接收模 块、 转换模块和通知模块; 其中, 接收模块用于当主叫方呼叫被叫方时, 通过 MSC接收该呼叫; 转换模块用于将呼叫触发至彩铃 AS, 与彩铃 AS、 MSC共同完成与被叫方、 主叫方的媒体协商; 通知模块用于通知主叫方接 收视频彩铃。
具体地, 转换模块将呼叫转换为邀请消息后发送给彩铃 AS , 该邀请消 息携带视频呼叫标志; 接收模块在彩铃 AS根据所述视频呼叫标志向 USS 触发媒体协商后, 接收该彩铃 AS发送的携带 USS的媒体的邀请消息; 转 换模块将该携带 USS的媒体的邀请消息转换成 IAM后发送给被叫方进行媒 体协商; 接收模块通过 MSC接收该被叫方的反馈; 转换模块将该反馈转换 成振铃消息并携带上协商后的媒体后发送给该彩铃 AS; 接收模块接收该彩 铃 AS发送的携带协商后的媒体的振铃消息;通知模块将该振铃消息转换成 携带协商后的媒体的 ACM, 通知主叫方接收视频彩铃。
本发明实施例还提供了一种彩铃 AS, 如图 3所示, 包括: 接收模块、 发送模块、 触发模块和通知模块; 其中, 接收模块用于接收 SS网络触发过 来的呼叫; 触发模块用于向 USS触发媒体协商; 发送模块和接收模块用于 与 SS 网络、 MSC共同完成与被叫方、 主叫方的媒体协商; 通知模块用于 通知 USS对该主叫方播放视频彩铃。
具体地, 接收模块当主叫方呼叫被叫方时, 接收 SS网络发送的邀请消 息, 该邀请消息携带视频呼叫标志, 该邀请消息由该 SS网络将呼叫转换得 到; 触发模块根据所述视频呼叫标志向 USS触发媒体协商; 发送模块在触 发模块触发媒体协商后, 向 SS网络发送携带 USS的媒体的邀请消息; 接 收模块接收 SS网络发送的振铃消息, 该振铃消息携带协商后的媒体, 该振 铃消息由 SS网络将接收的被叫方的反馈转换得到; 发送模块向 SS网络发 送该振铃消息; 通知模块用于在发送模块发送振铃消息后, 通知 USS对主 叫方播放视频彩铃, 以便主叫方能够接收视频彩铃。
更为具体地, 触发模块具体用于向 USS发送不带媒体的邀请消息, 并 接收该 USS发送的带 USS媒体的确认消息。通知模块具体用于通过向 USS 发送信息消息, 通知 USS对主叫方播放视频彩铃。
本发明实施例提供了一种实现视频彩铃业务的系统, 如图 4所示, 包 括: 彩铃 AS、 SS网络和 USS; 其中, SS网络用于通过 MSC接收呼叫, 并将呼叫触发至彩铃 AS, 与彩铃 AS、 MSC共同完成与被叫方、 主叫方的 媒体协商; 彩铃 AS用于向 USS触发媒体协商, 与 SS网络、 MSC共同完 成与被叫方、 主叫方的媒体协商, 并通知 USS对主叫方播放视频彩铃, 通 过 SS网络通知主叫方接收视频彩铃; USS用于向主叫方播放视频彩铃。
具体地, SS 网络当主叫方呼叫被叫方时, 通过 MSC接收该呼叫, 将 该呼叫转换为邀请消息后发送给彩铃 AS , 该邀请消息携带视频呼叫标志; 彩铃 AS根据所述视频呼叫标志向 USS触发媒体协商,并向 SS网络发送携 带 USS的媒体的邀请消息; SS网络将该携带 USS的媒体的邀请消息转换 成 IAM后发送给被叫方进行媒体协商, 并通过 MSC接收该被叫方的反馈, 将该反馈转换成振铃消息并携带上协商后的媒体后发送给彩铃 AS; 彩铃 AS向 SS 网络发送该振铃消息, 并通知 USS对主叫方播放视频彩铃; SS 网络将该振铃消息转换成 ACM, 通知该主叫方接收视频彩铃。
上述实施例提供的技术方案中, SS 网络通过 MSC接收呼叫, 将呼叫 转换为邀请消息后发送给彩铃 AS , 所述邀请消息携带视频呼叫标志; 彩铃 AS向 USS触发媒体协商, 并向 SS网络发送携带 USS的媒体的邀请消息; SS网络将携带 USS的媒体的邀请消息转换成 IAM后发送给被叫方进行媒 体协商; SS 网络通过 MSC接收所述被叫方的反馈, 将反馈转换成振铃消 息并携带上协商后的媒体后发送给彩铃 AS; 彩铃 AS向 SS网络发送振铃 消息, 并通知所述 USS对主叫方播放视频彩铃; SS网络将振铃消息转换成 ACM, 并通知主叫方接收视频彩铃, 可以实现 3G通信系统的 MSC下的用 户对视频彩铃的需求, 提供更好的彩铃服务, 有利于彩铃业务的发展。 上述说明示出并描述了本发明的一个优选实施例, 但如前所述, 应当 理解本发明并非局限于本文所披露的形式, 不应看作是对其他实施例的排 除, 而可用于各种其他组合、 修改和环境, 并能够在本文所述发明构想范 围内, 通过上述教导或相关领域的技术或知识进行改动。 而本领域人员所 进行的改动和变化不脱离本发明的精神和范围, 则都应在本发明所附权利 要求的保护范围内。

权利要求书
1、 一种实现视频彩铃业务的方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
软交换(SS ) 网络通过移动交换中心 (MSC )接收呼叫, 并将呼叫触 发至彩铃应用服务器(AS );
彩铃 AS向放音设备 ( USS )触发媒体协商, 彩铃 AS、 SS网络、 MSC 共同完成与被叫方、 主叫方的媒体协商;
彩铃 AS通知所述 USS对主叫方播放视频彩铃,并通过 SS网络通知主 叫方接收视频彩铃。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 SS网络将呼叫触 发至彩铃 AS , 具体包括: SS网络通过 MSC接收所述呼叫后, 将所述呼叫 转换为邀请消息后发送给彩铃 AS , 所述邀请消息携带视频呼叫标志。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃 AS、 SS网络、 MSC共同完成与被叫方的媒体协商, 具体包括:
彩铃 AS根据所述视频呼叫标志向 USS触发媒体协商后, 接收 USS发 送的携带 USS的媒体的确认消息, 并向 SS网络发送携带 USS的媒体的邀 请消息;
SS网络将所述携带 USS的媒体的邀请消息转换成初始地址消息( IAM ) 后发送给所述被叫方进行媒体协商;
SS 网络通过 MSC接收所述被叫方的反馈, 将所述反馈转换成振铃消 息并携带上协商后的媒体后发送给彩铃 AS;

4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃 AS、 SS网络、 MSC共同完成与主叫方的媒体协商、及彩铃 AS通过 SS网络通知主叫方接 收视频彩铃, 具体包括:
彩铃 AS向 USS发送携带主叫方的媒体的邀请消息, 并接收携带协商 后的媒体的确认消息;
彩铃 AS向 SS网络发送携带协商后的媒体的振铃消息, SS网络将所述 振铃消息转换成携带协商后的媒体的地址全消息(ACM ),通知所述主叫方 接收视频彩铃。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述彩铃 AS通过向所 述 USS发送信息消息, 通知所述 USS对主叫方播放视频彩铃。
6、 一种软交换网络系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收模块, 用于当主叫方呼叫被叫方时, 通过 MSC接收该呼叫; 转换模块, 用于将呼叫触发至彩铃 AS, 与彩铃 AS、 MSC共同完成与 被叫方、 主叫方的媒体协商;
通知模块, 用于通知主叫方接收视频彩铃。
