针对图 2所示的种情况, 当该共享号码收到起呼请求时会产生分叉, 使该呼叫请求分别发送给不同的终端, 从而使每个终端都收到呼叫请求并 振铃, 当其中一个终端应答后, 另一个终端则停止振铃。 在该场景中, 由 于每个终端可能签约不同的业务, 比如签约不同的彩铃业务, 在这种情况 下, 主叫就会收到多个关于彩铃的早媒体, 对于一些功能比较简单, 只能 处理一路媒体的终端会因为无法处理多个媒体流而产生错误, 对一些可以 处理多个媒体流的终端, 也会因为同时收到多个媒体流而产生混乱, 播放 混合在一起的铃声。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种会话中早媒体的播放方法 及系统, 能为会话中被叫方多个终端共享同一号码且签约了多个早媒体时, 为主叫方提供唯一的早媒体。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种会话中早媒体的播放方法, 包括:
主叫方的 CAT AS判断所接收到的会话的被叫方的 18X响应是否是所 述会话的第一个携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 若是则启动定时器; 所述 CAT AS在所述定时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的其他被叫 方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应时, 在所述定时器超时后拒绝所述 会话的所有早媒体 SDP请求, 为所述主叫方生成携带有所述 CAT AS提供 的早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 并发送给所述主叫方。
优选地, 所述方法还包括:
所述 CAT AS确定在所述定时器的定时周期内未接收到所述会话的其 他被叫方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应时, 在所述定时器超时后向 所述主叫方转发所接收到的第一个携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应。
优选地, 所述在所述定时器超时后拒绝所述会话的所有早媒体 SDP请 求具体为:
所述 CAT AS对向自身发送携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应的其他 CAT AS发送 PRACK消息, 拒绝其他 CAT AS的早媒体 SDP请求。
优选地,所述 CAT AS在所述定时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的其 他被叫方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 属于所述会话的其他呼叫 分支。 优选地, 所述早媒体为彩铃、 彩像、 电子名片或显示文字。
一种会话中早媒体的播放系统, 包括判断单元、 启动单元、 确定单元、 拒绝单元、 生成单元和发送单元; 其中,
判断单元,用于判断主叫方的 CAT AS所接收到的会话的被叫方的 18X 响应是否是所述会话的第一个携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 是时触 发启动单元;
启动单元, 用于启动设定定时器;
确定单元, 用于确定在所述定时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的携 带有早媒体 SDP请求的其他 18X响应时, 触发拒绝单元;
拒绝单元, 用于在所述定时超时后拒绝所述会话的所有早媒体 SDP请 求;
生成单元, 用于为所述主叫方生成携带有所述 CAT AS提供的早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应;
发送单元, 用于将所述生成单元生成的 18X响应发送给所述主叫方。 优选地, 所述系统还包括:
转发单元,用于在所述确定单元进一步确定所述 CAT AS在所述定时器 的定时周期内未接收到所述会话的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的其他 18X响应 时, 在所述定时超时后向所述主叫方转发所接收到的第一个携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应。
优选地,所述发送单元进一步对向所述 CAT AS发送携带有早媒体 SDP 请求的 18X响应的其他 CAT AS发送 PRACK消息 ,拒绝其他 CAT AS的早 媒体 SDP请求。
优选地,所述 CAT AS在所述定时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的其 他被叫方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 属于所述会话的其他呼叫 分支。 优选地, 所述早媒体为彩铃、 彩像、 电子名片或显示文字。
当主叫方呼叫共享同一号码的多个终端时, 由于该多个被叫方终端可 能签约了不同的早媒体业务, 这样, 主叫方可能会接收到多个早媒体业务, 当多个早媒体同时播放时, 可能会导致主叫方接收早媒体的效果相当差。 本发明中, 当主叫方的 CAT AS接收到被叫方发送的携带有早媒体 SDP请 求的 18X响应时, 首先判断当前所接收的 18X响应是否是当前会话的第一 个 18X响应, 是时启动所设置的定时器, 在定时器的定时周期内暂时不发 送所接收到的第一个 18X响应, 而是在该定时器的定时周期内判断是否还 会接收到其他的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 当确定未收到其他的 携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应时, 意味着被叫方当前提供的早媒体仅 为一个, 则直接将所接收到的第一个 18X响应直接转发给主叫方; 而在定 时器周期内还接收到了其他的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应时, 意味 着被叫方当前提供的早媒体不止一个, 如杲全部提供给主叫方, 可能会导 致主叫方早媒体播放的重叠, 从而会影响主叫方早媒体的播放效果, 此时, 本发明将会拒绝被叫方所提供的所有早媒体,而是由主叫方的 CAT AS重新 为主叫方生成携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 并且提供给主叫方, 从 而, 保证在早媒体分叉时也能向主叫方提供唯一的早媒体。 本发明可以为 主叫用户提供了更好的早媒体体验, 同时也可以保证早媒体的正常播放。 附图说明

本发明中, 主要是在主叫方的 CAT AS 中设置主叫方的彩铃播放的策 略, 即在接收到被叫方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应后, 首先确定 是否是当前会话的第一个 18X响应, 是时首先启动预先设置的定时器, 并 在定时器的定时周期内不发送该所接收到的第一个 18X响应, 而是在定时 器超时后, 再判断是否还接收到了携带有早媒体 SDP请求的其他的 18X响 应, 如果还接收到了携带有早媒体 SDP请求的其他的 18X响应, 则拒绝所 接收的所有早媒体, 而是为主叫方在主叫方的 CAT AS 自身重新确定早媒 体, 并重新生成发送给主叫方的 18X响应, 其中携带有主叫方的 CAT AS 的早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应。 本发明中, 主叫方的 CAT AS在为主叫方 重新确定早媒体时,可按主叫用户与主叫方的 CAT AS的签约信息为主叫方 确定待播放的早媒体,或者,在主叫方的 CAT AS自身中为主叫方任意确定 一个待播放的早媒体。
上述的定时器的时长可根据需要而设定,如设置为 0.5s、 200ms或 100ms 等。
上述的早媒体为彩铃、 彩像、 电子名片或显示文字等。
为使本发明的目的、 技术方案和优点更加清楚明白, 以下举实施例并 参照附图, 对本发明进一步详细说明。
图 3为本发明会话中早媒体的播放方法实施例一的流程图, 如图 3所 示, 本示例会话中早媒体的播放方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 301, 主叫用户 UA1通过 IMS网络发起呼叫请求, 根据主叫用户 的签约规则, 将该呼叫请求出发到主叫的 CAT AS1;
步骤 302, CAT AS1再将呼叫请求向被叫网络发送;
步骤 303 , 被叫网络的 S-CSCF收到该起呼请求后, 发现被叫号码被多 个终端共享, 于是将该呼叫请求分别向不同的终端(UA2, UA3 )发送, 此 时, 该消息向 UA2发送;
步骤 304, 根据 UA2的签约规则, 该起呼请求会触发到 UA2的 CAT
AS2;
步骤 305 , S-CSCF根据 UA2的地址信息, 将该呼叫请求发送到 UA2; 步骤 306至步骤 307, 同时 S-CSCF根据 UA3的签约信息, 将该呼叫 请求触发到 UA3的 CAT AS3;
步骤 308, S-CSCF根据 UA3的地址信息, 将该呼叫请求发送到 UA3; 步驟 309至步骤 310, CAT AS2向主叫 UA1发送 18X响应, 该 18X响 应携带有 UA2签约的彩铃媒体信息 , 此时建立 UA1和 CAT AS2间的对话 1;
步骤 311 , 当 CAT AS1收到该 18X响应后, 判断其是不是该呼叫过程 中收到的第一个携带有彩铃早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 如果是, 则启动 一个定时器;
步骤 312至步骤 314, 被叫 UA2向主叫 UA1发送 18X响应, 该 18X 响应携带有正常媒体信息, 此时建立 UA1和 UA2间的对话 2;
步骤 315至步骤 316, CAT AS3向主叫 UA1发送 18X响应, 该 18X响 应携带有 UA3签约的彩铃早媒体 SDP请求信息, 采用对话 3;
步骤 317, 在定时器设定的时间内, 由于 CAT AS 1又收到了一个 18X 响应, 且携带有彩铃早媒体的 SDP请求, CAT AS 1认为被叫发生了早媒体 的分叉;
步骤 318,该 CAT AS1向主叫用户 UE1发送 18X响应,并携带 CAT AS1 提供的彩铃早媒体 SDP请求, 并采用新的对话 5;
步骤 319, 主叫用户向 CAT AS 1发送 PRACK请求, 以确认接收到该 早媒体 SDP请求, 并携带 SDP应答, 包含用户信息;
步骤 320,当 CAT AS1收到 PRACK请求后,为主叫用户播放主叫 CAT AS1提供的统一彩铃音,同时向主叫用户 UE1发送 PRACK的 200 OK响应; 步骤 321至步骤 322, CAT AS1同时向 UE2的 CAT AS2发送 PRACK 拒绝 CAT AS2提供的彩铃, 其中携带有 SDP应答, 并将所有媒体的端口设 置为 0;
步骤 323至步骤 324, CAT AS2 收到 PRACK后,向 CAT AS1返回 200
OK;
步骤 325至步骤 326, CAT AS1同时向 UE3的 CAT AS3发送 PRACK 拒绝 CAT AS3提供的彩铃, 其中携带有 SDP应答, 并将所有媒体的端口设 置为 0;
步骤 327至步骤 328 , CAT AS3收到 PRACK后, 向 CAT AS1返回 200
O ;
步骤 329至步骤 331 ,被叫 UA3向主叫 UA1发送 18X响应,携带有正 常媒体信息, 此时建立 UA1和 UA3间的对话 4;
步骤 332,这里如果 UA2应答,则向主叫 UA1发送 200 OK应答消息; 步驟 333至步骤 335 , S-CSCF会将该 200 OK应答发送给 CAT AS1 , CAT AS1收到该 200 OK应答后, 即停止播放彩铃;
步骤 336, CAT AS 1再将该 200 OK发送到主叫 UA2, 即接通呼叫; 步骤 337至步骤 339,主叫 UA1收到 200 OK后,则向 UA2发送 ACK; 步骤 340至步骤 342, 当 S-CSCF收到 331步的 200 OK应答后, 就向 UA3发送 BYE, 结束向 UA3的呼叫。
图 4为本发明会话中早媒体的播放方法实施例一的流程图, 如图 4所 示, 本示例会话中早媒体的播放方法具体包括以下步骤:
步骤 401, 主叫用户 UA1通过 IMS网络发起呼叫请求, 根据主叫用户 的签约规则, 将该呼叫请求出发到主叫的 CAT AS1;
步骤 402, CAT AS1再将呼叫请求向被叫网络发送; 步驟 403 , 被叫网络的 S-CSCF收到该起呼请求后, 此时被叫号码没有 被多个终端共享, 没有发生分叉, 于是将该呼叫请求向 UA2发送;
步骤 404,根据 UA2的签约规则 ,该起呼请求会触发到 UA2的 CAT AS
2;
步骤 405 , S-CSCF根据 UA2的地址信息, 将该呼叫请求发送到 UA2; 步骤 406至步骤 407, CAT AS 2向主叫 UA1发送 18X响应, 携带有 UA2签约的彩铃媒体信息, 此时产生对话 1;
步驟 408, 当 CAT AS1收到该 18X响应后, 判断其是不是该呼叫过程 中收到的第一个携带有彩铃早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 如果是, 则启动 一个定时器;
步骤 409至步骤 411 ,被叫 UA2向主叫 UA1发送 18X响应,携带有正 常媒体信息, 此时建立 UA1和 UA2间的对话 2;
步骤 412,如果在设定的时间内, CAT AS 1没有收到其他携带彩铃早媒 体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 则认为被叫没有发生早媒体的分叉;
步驟 413 , 该 CAT AS1转发 407步收到的 18X响应;
步骤 414, 主叫用户 UE1收到该 18X响应后, 向被叫发送 PRACK请 求, 并携带 SDP应答包含用户信息;
步骤 415至步骤 416, CAT AS1将该 PRACK转发给 CAT AS2, 此时 CAT AS2就可以向主叫用户 UE1播放彩铃了;
步據 417至步骤 419 , 同时 CAT AS2向主叫用户发送 200 O ;
步骤 420, UA2应答, 则向主叫 UA1发送 200 OK应答消息; 步骤 421 , S-CSCF会将该 200 OK应答发送给 CAT AS2, CAT AS2收 到该 200 OK应答后, 即结束彩铃播放;
步骤 422至步骤 424, S-CSCF再将该 200 OK发送到主叫 UA1, 呼叫 就算接通了; 步驟 425至步骤 427,主叫 UA1收到 200 OK后,则向 UA2发送 ACK。 本发明虽然是以彩铃为例进行说明的, 本领域技术人员应当理解, 上 述彩铃以彩像代替也能实现上述技术方案。 并且, 本发明的早媒体不限于 彩铃彩像, 也可以是如电子名片、 显示文字等其他一些早媒体。
图 5为本发明会话中早媒体的播放系统的组成结构示意图, 如图 5所 示, 本发明的会话中早媒体的播放系统, 包括判断单元 50、 启动单元 51、 确定单元 52、 拒绝单元 53、 生成单元 54和发送单元 55; 其中,
判断单元 50, 用于判断主叫方的 CAT AS所接收到的会话的被叫方的 18X响应是否是所述会话的第一个携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 是 时触发启动单元 51 , 并不向所述呼叫方转发所述 18X响应;
启动单元 51 , 用于启动设定定时器;
确定单元 52, 用于确定在所述定时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的 携带有早媒体 SDP请求的其他 18X响应时, 触发拒绝单元;
拒绝单元 53 , 用于在所述定时超时后拒绝所述会话的所有早媒体 SDP 请求;
生成单元 54, 用于为所述主叫方生成携带有所述 CAT AS提供的早媒 体 SDP请求的 18X响应;
发送单元 55,用于将所述生成单元生成的 18X响应发送给所述主叫方。 在图 5 所示的会话中早媒体的播放系统的基础上, 本发明的会话中早 媒体的播放系统还包括: 转发单元(图 5 中未图示), 用于在确定单元 52 进一步确定所述 CAT AS在所述定时器的定时周期内未接收到所述会话的 携带有早媒体 SDP请求的其他 18X响应时, 在所述定时超时后向所述主叫 方转发所接收到的第一个携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应。
上述发送单元 55进一步对向所述 CAT AS发送携带有早媒体 SDP请求 的 18X响应的其他 CAT AS发送 PRACK消息,拒绝其他 CAT AS的早媒体 SDP请求。
所述 CAT AS在所述定时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的其他被叫 方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 属于所述会话的其他呼叫分支。
上述早媒体为彩铃、 彩像、 电子名片或显示文字等。
本领域技术人员应当理解, 本发明会话中早媒体的播放系统是为实现 前述的本发明会话中早媒体的播放方法而设计的, 上述各处理单元的实现 功能可参照前述的上行反馈的方法的相关描述而理解。 各处理单元的功能 可通过运行于处理器上的程序而实现, 也可通过具体的逻辑电路而实现。
以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非用于限定本发明的保 护范围。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种会话中早媒体的播放方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括: 主叫方的定制彩铃服务器 CAT AS 确定所接收到的会话的被叫方的
18X响应是所述会话的第一个携带有早媒体会话描述协议 SDP请求的 18X 响应时, 启动定时器;
所述 CAT AS在所述定时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的其他被叫 方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应时, 在所述定时器超时后拒绝所述 会话的所有早媒体 SDP请求, 为所述主叫方生成携带有所述 CAT AS提供 的早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 并发送给所述主叫方。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法还包括: 所述 CAT AS确定在所述定时器的定时周期内未接收到所述会话的其 他被叫方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应时, 在所述定时器超时后向 所述主叫方转发所接收到的第一个携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述在所述定时器超时 后拒绝所述会话的所有早媒体 SDP请求, 为:
所述 CAT AS对向自身发送携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应的其他 CAT AS发送 PRACK消息, 拒绝其他 CAT AS的早媒体 SDP请求。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 CAT AS在所述定 时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的其他被叫方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求 的 18X响应, 属于所述会话的其他呼叫分支。
5、 根据权利要求 1至 4任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述早媒体 为彩铃、 彩像、 电子名片或显示文字。
6、 一种会话中早媒体的播放系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括判断单 元、 启动单元、 确定单元、 拒绝单元、 生成单元和发送单元; 其中,
判断单元,用于判断主叫方的 CAT AS所接收到的会话的被叫方的 18X 响应是否是所述会话的第一个携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应, 是时触 发启动单元;
启动单元, 用于启动设定定时器;
确定单元, 用于确定在所述定时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的携 带有早媒体 SDP请求的其他 18X响应时, 触发拒绝单元;
拒绝单元, 用于在所述定时超时后拒绝所述会话的所有早媒体 SDP请 求;
生成单元, 用于为所述主叫方生成携带有所述 CAT AS提供的早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应;
发送单元, 用于将所述生成单元生成的 18X响应发送给所述主叫方。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统还包括: 转发单元,用于在所述确定单元进一步确定所述 CAT AS在所述定时器 的定时周期内未接收到所述会话的携带有早媒体 SDP请求的其他 18X响应 时, 在所述定时超时后向所述主叫方转发所接收到的第一个携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应。
8、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元进一步对 向所述 CAT AS发送携带有早媒体 SDP请求的 18X响应的其他 CAT AS发 送 PRACK消息, 拒绝其他 CAT AS的早媒体 SDP请求。
9、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述 CAT AS在所述定 时器的定时周期内接收到所述会话的其他被叫方的携带有早媒体 SDP请求 的 18X响应, 属于所述会话的其他呼叫分支。
10、 根据权利要求 6至 9任一项所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述早媒 体为彩铃、 彩像、 电子名片或显示文字。
