传统的呼叫业务, 用户通过采用通讯终端 (如: 固定电话、 手机等), 直接拨打目的电话号码来实现通话目的。 而对于 CTD呼叫业务, 则是由 CTD AS ( CTD Application Server, 应用服务器)分别发起两路或多路需要 进行通话的电话号码的呼叫, 待通话的两方或多方应答之后, 再将其桥接 起来从而达到通话的目的。

CTD呼叫业务的优点有: 能够提供一种可视化的通话, 此处的可视化 并不是指通常意义中的视频通话, 而是指: 用户可以通过 CTD呼叫业务的 操作界面, 查看到当前通话的状态, 如: 通话双方的电话号码及姓名、 呼 叫状态(如: 被叫振铃、 被叫应答、 被叫挂机、 被叫呼叫保持中等)。 为了 使 CTD呼叫业务的操作界面更加美观,甚至可以在该界面上显示双方使用 的个性头像或真实图像等,另外,对于 CTD呼叫业务可以进一步进行扩展, 实现通话双方的 IM ( Instance Message, 即时消息 ) 业务。 而且随着 3G网 络的崛起, CS ( Circuit Switching, 电路交换)技术与 PS ( Packet Switching, 分组交换)技术的融合,使得 CTD呼叫业务有非常广阔的发展和使用空间。
如图 1所示, 其为 CTD 呼叫业务实现的网元结构示意图, 在该图中, 隐藏了 IMS或 NGN网络拓朴结构, 在实际实现中, CTD AS、 MRS ( Media Resource Server, 媒体服务器)及 UE ( User equipment, 用户终端)均分别 是接入 IMS网络或 NGN网络中的。下面对 CTD呼叫业务实现的各网元的 功能作介绍如下:
1、 在 CTD呼叫业务中, 主、 被叫 UE均使用的通话终端, 为固定电 话、 手机或安装通话能力软件的 PC机等。
2、 CTD AS提供 CTD 呼叫业务能力, 如: 呼叫控制、 状态上报及话 单生成等功能。
3、 MRS提供语音媒体能力, 一般也称作 MS ( Media Server, 媒体服 务器)。
在实际应用中, 所述网元使用协议如下:
1、 CTD AS同 MRS或 UE之间通过媒体协商进行呼叫通话, CTD AS 与 UE通过核心网使用 SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol, 会话初始化协议) 互通, CTD AS同 MRS之间通常使用 SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol, 会话 发起协议 )或 MGCP( Media Gateway Control Protocol,媒体网关控制协议), 具体取决于 MRS支持的协议类型。
2、 UE同 MRS之间根据呼叫时媒体包的编解码格式、 收发端口、 带宽 传输速率等进行媒体协商, 完成媒体流的传送。
如图 2所示, 其描述了使用 SIP协议实现 CTD 呼叫业务的信令时序, 图中的 UE A为主叫用户, 也称逻辑主叫; 图中的 UE B为被叫用户, 也称 逻辑被叫, CTD AS为真实主叫, 时序步驟如下: 步驟 Al , CTD AS向主叫 UE A发送请求消息 Invite, 所述 Invite使用 SIP协议, 所述 Invite携带 SDP ( Session description Protocol, 媒体信息), 所述媒体信息为空媒体或假媒体。 所述媒体信息是指收发数据包所需的参 数, 例如, 收发媒体包使用的 IP地址端口号、媒体包的编解码算法等参数。
步驟 A2 ,收到所述 Invite的 UE A向 CTD AS返回 Invite接收确认消息
100 Trying, 所述 100 Trying表示所述 UE A已成功接收 Invite。
步驟 A3 , 收到所述 Invite的 UE A还向 CTD AS返回用户振铃响应消 息 18x Ringing, 所述 18x Ringing表示 UE A目前振铃中, 所述 18x中的 x 一般为 0或 3, 18x—般为 180或 183。
步驟 A4, 收到所述 18x Ringing 的 CTD AS向 UE A返回振铃响应确 认消息 18x PRACK。
步驟 A5,收到所述 18x PRACK的 UE A向 CTD AS返回振铃响应确认 响应消息 PRACK 200 OK。
步驟 Α6, UE Α应答, 并向 CTD AS发送应答响应消息 200 OK。
步驟 Α7 , 收到 200 ΟΚ的 CTD AS向 UE Α应答响应确认消息 ACK。 步驟 B1 , 收到 ACK的 CTD AS向被叫 UE B发送 Invite, 该 Invite携 带媒体信息, 所述媒体信息为空媒体或假媒体。
步驟 B2, UE B向 CTD AS返回 100 Trying。
步驟 B3 , 收到所述 Invite的 UE B向 CTD AS返回 18x Ringing。
步驟 B4,收到所述 18x Ringing 的 CTD AS向 UE B返回 18x PRACK。 步驟 B5, 收到所述 18x PRACK 的 UE B向 CTD AS返回 PRACK 200
OK。
步驟 B6, UE B应答, 并向 CTD AS发送 200 OK。
步驟 A8, CTD AS向 UE A发送更新媒体信息请求 Re-Invite, 所述 Re-Invite使用 SIP协议, 所述 Re-Invite携带 UE B的媒体信息。 步驟 A9, 收到所述 Re-Invite的 UE A向 CTD AS返回 200OK。
步驟 Α10, 收到所述 200OK 的 CTD AS向 UE A返回 ACK。
步驟 B7, CTD AS向 UE B返回 ACK, 所述 ACK携带 UE A的媒体信 上述步驟 A1到 Α7用来实现 CTD AS呼叫 UE A以及 UE A应答; 上 述步驟 B1到 B7用来实现 CTD AS呼叫 UE B以及 UE B应答; 上述步驟 A8到 A10用来实现 CTD AS向 UE A发送 UE B的媒体信息; 上述步驟 B7 用来实现 CTD AS向 UE B发送 UE A的媒体信息。 UE B和 UE A分别收 到对方的媒体信息, 就意味着 UE A和 UE B能够进行通话了。 在 UE A接 听的情况下, 从 UE B开始振铃到 UE B接听的这段时间, UE A可以收听 UE B的铃声。
所谓彩铃业务, 即主叫用户拨打被叫用户时, 被叫用户在振铃过程中 (即应答之前的一段时间), 主叫用户可以收听到被叫用户中预先设置的一 段语音, 这段语音可以为音乐, 也可以是一段话。 所述语音由用户设置, 主叫用户拨打该被叫号码收听该用户设置的语音的业务, 就称之为彩铃业 务。
如图 3所示, 其描述了使用 SIP协议时主叫用户拨打被叫用户实现彩 铃业务的 SIP信令时序, 详述如下:
步驟 A1 ,主叫 UE Caller向 CRBT AS( Color Ring Back Tone Application Server, 彩铃应用服务器 )发送呼叫被叫 UE Called的请求消息 Invite, 所述 Invite携带 Caller的媒体信息 。
步驟 A2, 收到所述 Invite 的 CRBTAS向 Caller返回 100 Trying, 所述 100 Trying表示所述 CRBTAS已成功接收 Invite。
步驟 B 1 , CRBT AS将收到的所述 invite转发至 Called。
步驟 B2, 收到所述 Invite的 Called向 CRBTAS返回 100 Trying, 所述 100 Trying表示所述 Called已成功接收 Invite请求。
步驟 B3, 收到所述 Invite的 Called还向 CRBT AS返回 18x Ringing, 所述 18x Ringing表示所述 Called处于振铃状态。
步驟 CI , CRBT AS向 MRS发送建立彩铃播放会话请求消息 invite,所 述 invite携带 Caller的媒体信息。
步骤 C2, 收到所述 invite的 MRS向 CRBT AS返回 200 OK, 所述 200
OK携带 MRS的媒体信息。
步驟 C3, 收到 200 OK 的 CRBT AS向 MRS返回 ACK。
步驟 A3, CRBT AS向 Caller发送 183 Color Ring, 所述 183 Color Ring 携带 MRS的媒体信息。
步骤 A4, 收到 183 Color Ring的 Caller向 CRBT AS返回 183 PRACK。 步驟 A5,收到 183 PRACK 的 CRBT AS向 Caller返回 PRACK 200 OK。 步驟 Β4,收到所述 18x Ringing 的 CRBT AS向 Called返回 18x PRACK。 步驟 B5,收到所述 18x PRACK的 Called向 CRBT AS返回 PRACK 200 OK 。
步骤 C4, CRBT AS向 MRS发送播放彩铃请求消息 INFO Coloring Audio Request, 所述 INFO Coloring Audio Request用来请求播放彩铃音。
步驟 C5, 收到所述 INFO Coloring Audio Request的 MRS向 CRBT AS 返回 200 OK。
步驟 C6, MRS还向 CRBT AS发送彩铃请求响应消息 INFO Coloring
Audio Response。
步骤 C7,收到所述 INFO Coloring Audio Response的 CRBT AS向 MRS 返回 200 OK。
步驟 B6, Called向 CRBT AS返回 200 OK, 所述 200 OK携带 Called 的真实媒体信息。 步驟 A6 , CRBT AS将收到的所述 200 OK直接转发给 Caller。
步驟 C8, CRBT AS向 MRS发送结束消息 BYE, 结束彩铃放音会话。 步驟 C9, 收到所述 BYE的 MRS向 CRBT AS返回 200 OK。
步驟 Α7, Caller向 CRBT AS返回 ACK。
步驟 B7 , CRBT AS将收到的所述 ACK直接转发至 Called。
步驟 Al、 A2和 Bl、 B2用来实现通过 CRBS AS将 Caller 的媒体信息 发送给 Called; 步驟 C1至 C3用来实现 CRBS AS将 Caller 的媒体信息发 送给 MRS, MRS将 MRS的媒体信息发送给 CRBS AS; 步驟 A3至 A5用 来实现 CRBS AS向 Caller发送 MRS的媒体信息; 步驟 C4至 C7用来实现 MRS向 CRBS AS提供彩铃音文件信息, 由此实现 Caller听到 Called的彩 铃音;上述 B6的步驟用来实现 Called向 CRBS AS发送 Called的媒体信息; 上述步驟 A6用来实现 CRBS AS向 Caller发送 Called的媒体信息。 Caller 和 Called分别收到对方的媒体信息, 就意味着 Caller和 Called能够进行通 话了。 步驟 C8、 9和 A7实现结束彩铃音的播放。 所述彩铃音文件信息存储 在网络上某个服务器的目录下, 所述彩铃音文件信息的 URL ( Uniform Resource Locator, 统一资源定位符 )表示其在网络上的位置。
基于以上 CTD的业务流程和彩铃业务流程可知, 在 CTD呼叫业务的 呼叫流程下,彩铃业务无法实现彩铃播放的业务功能。从表象来看,在 CTD 呼叫业务流程下, 逻辑被叫 UE B的真实主叫是 CTD AS, 如果按照彩铃业 务流程, 彩铃音会播放给 CTD AS, 而不是逻辑主叫 UE A。 从协议层面来 看, 即使可以通过 CTD AS可以将 MRS的媒体信息发送到逻辑主叫 UE A, 但是 CTD AS却无法得知逻辑主叫 UE A的媒体信息,所以也就无法将逻辑 主叫 UE A的媒体信息发送到 MRS。导致 MRS无法发送彩铃的媒体包到逻 辑主叫 UE A , 即逻辑主叫 UE A无法听到逻辑被叫 UE B的彩铃音。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种 CTD 呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现方法及装 置, 其能够实现在 CTD呼叫业务中逻辑主叫能够收听逻辑被叫的彩铃。
为了达到本发明的目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种 CTD呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现方法, 包括:
点击拨号业务服务器 CTD AS呼叫逻辑主叫及逻辑被叫;
CTD AS获取逻辑被叫的彩铃音统一资源定位符 URL信息;
CTD AS向媒体服务器 MRS发送携带逻辑被叫彩铃音 URL信息的播放 彩铃音请求;
MRS响应收到的所述请求,依据逻辑被叫彩铃音 URL信息发送彩铃音 媒体信息至 CTD AS;
CTD AS将彩铃音媒体信息发送至逻辑主叫。

通过本发明可以将 MRS服务器的彩铃音媒体信息发送至逻辑主叫,从 而可以实现在 CTD呼叫业务中逻辑主叫收听逻辑被叫的彩铃。

Claims

1、 一种 CTD呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现方法, 其中, 所述方法包括: 点击拨号业务服务器 CTD AS呼叫逻辑主叫及逻辑被叫;
CTD AS获取逻辑被叫的彩铃音统一资源定位符 URL信息;
CTD AS向媒体服务器 MRS发送携带逻辑被叫彩铃音 URL信息的播放 彩铃音请求;
MRS响应收到的所述播放彩铃音请求,依据逻辑被叫彩铃音 URL信息 发送彩铃音媒体信息至 CTD AS;
CTD AS将彩铃音媒体信息发送至逻辑主叫。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的 CTD呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现方法, 其中, 所述 CTD AS呼叫逻辑主叫, 包括:
CTD AS发送携带空媒体或假媒体的请求消息 Invite至逻辑主叫; 收到所述 Invite的逻辑主叫返回 Invite接收确认消息 100 Trying至 CTD
AS;
收到所述 Invite的逻辑主叫返回用户振铃响应消息 18x Ringing响应消 息至 CTD AS;
收到所述 18x Ringing的 CTD AS向逻辑主叫发送振铃响应确认消息 18x PRACK;
收到所述 18x PRACK的逻辑主叫向 CTD AS返回振铃响应确认响应消 息 PRACK 200 OK;
逻辑主叫应答, 并向 CTDAS发送应答响应消息 200 OK。
收到 200 ΟΚ 的 CTD AS向逻辑主叫返回 ACK。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的 CTD呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现方法, 其中, 所述 CTD AS呼叫逻辑被叫, 包括:
CTD AS发送携带空媒体或假媒体的 Invite至逻辑被叫; 收到所述 Invite的逻辑被叫返回 100 Trying至 CTD AS;
收到所述 Invite的逻辑被叫返回 18x Ringing的响应消息至 CTD AS。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的 CTD呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现方法, 其中, 所述收到 Invite的逻辑主叫返回 18x Ringing至 CTD AS, 为:
所述收到 Invite的逻辑主叫返回 180或 183至 CTD AS。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的 CTD呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现方法, 其中, 所述 MRS响应收到的所述播放彩铃音请求, 依据逻辑被叫彩铃音 URL信 息发送彩铃音媒体信息至 CTD AS之前, 所述方法还包括:
CTD AS向 MRS发送建立彩铃播放会话请求消息 Invite, 所述 Invite 携带逻辑主叫的媒体信息;
收到所述 Invite的 MRS向 CTD AS返回 200 OK至 CTD AS , 所述 200 OK携带 MRS的媒体信息;
收到所述 200 OK 的 CTD AS向 MRS返回 ACK。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的 CTD呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现方法, 其中, 所述 CTD AS将彩铃音媒体信息发送至逻辑主叫之后, 所述方法还包括: 逻辑被叫应答时, CTD AS停止将彩铃音媒体信息发送至逻辑主叫。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的 CTD呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现方法, 其中, 所述 CTD AS停止将彩铃音媒体信息发送至逻辑主叫, 包括:
CTD AS向 MRS发送 BYE;
收到所述 BYE的 MRS向 CTD AS返回 200 OK。
8、 一种 CTD呼叫业务中彩铃业务实现装置, 其中, 包括逻辑主叫、 逻辑被叫、 CTD AS, 以及 MRS, 其中,
CTD AS, 与逻辑主叫、 逻辑被叫以及 MRS连接, 设置为呼叫逻辑主 叫及逻辑被叫, 获取逻辑被叫的彩铃音 URL信息, 向 MRS发送携带逻辑 被叫彩铃音 URL信息的播放彩铃音请求, 以及从 MRS获取彩铃音媒体信 息并发送至逻辑主叫;
逻辑主叫, 设置为从 CTD AS获取彩铃音媒体信息;
逻辑被叫, 设置为存储彩铃音 URL信息;
MRS, 设置为存储彩铃音媒体信息, 响应收到的所述播放彩铃音请求, 并依据逻辑被叫彩铃音 URL信息发送彩铃音媒体信息至 CTD AS。
