本地铃音文件标识列表中包含了可用的本地铃音文件的标识(或本地铃 音标识) , 终端可以从该列表中任意选取本地铃音文件(或本地铃音)进行 播放。 此外, 该列表中还可以记录每一被叫号码所对应的铃音文件标识(或 本地铃音标识) , 以便终端根据被叫号码的不同选择不同的铃音文件(即选 择不同的本地铃音)进行播放。 也就是说, 本地铃音文件标识列表可以是号 码与本地铃音标识的对应关系表。
用户接口模块用于向用户提供设置铃音播放策略(即修改铃音播放策略 数据) 的界面。
呼叫控制模块用于在终端作为主叫终端时, 通过彩铃服务器向被叫终端 发送呼叫请求消息以建立与被叫终端之间的会话; 并在接收到被叫终端通过 彩铃服务器返回的振铃消息后, 从存储模块中提取本地铃音数据, 并发送给 音视频播放模块进行本地铃音的播放。
音视频播放模块播放本地铃音时, 如果呼叫控制模块接收到呼叫应答消 息, 则通知音视频播放模块停止播放本地铃音。
主叫终端播放本地铃音时, 如果接收到彩铃服务器发送的进行媒体重协 商的消息, 也应当停止播放本地铃音。
主叫终端在接收到所述振铃消息后, 可以根据本地铃音文件标识列表, 播放与被叫终端的号码对应的本地铃音。
下面将结合本发明的彩铃业务屏蔽方法对上述模块进行更详细的描述。 图 2是本发明实施例彩铃业务的屏蔽方法流程图; 如图 2所示, 该方法 包括如下步骤:
201 : 主叫终端向被叫终端发送呼叫请求消息; 彩铃服务器收到主叫终端 发送的呼叫请求消息后, 将其转发给被叫终端。
上述呼叫请求消息可以是 SIP ( Session Initial Protocol, 初始会话协议 ) 的 INVITE (邀请) 消息。
202: 被叫终端收到呼叫请求消息 (INVITE消息)后, 回应振铃消息; 彩铃服务器收到被叫终端发送的振铃消息后, 将其转发到主叫终端。
上述振铃消息可以是 SIP的 180 Ringing消息 (振铃消息 ) 。
203: 接收到彩铃服务器发送的振铃消息(180 Ringing消息)后, 主叫终 端向彩铃服务器发送预确认消息 ( PRACK消息 ) 。
204: 彩铃服务器接收到主叫终端发送的预确认消息后, 向主叫终端返回 预确认消息的应答消息 ( 200 OK消息) 。
205: 主叫终端收到振铃消息( 180 Ringing消息, 简称 180消息)后, 查 看本地预先设置的铃音播放策略, 当不需要播放彩铃服务器的彩铃音时, 打 开本地铃音文件, 播放本地铃音。
主叫终端可以按照呼叫建立过程中媒体协商 (主叫终端通过在发送给彩 铃服务器的 INVITE消息中携带媒体参数、 彩铃服务器通过在发送给主叫终 端的 180消息中携带媒体参数进行媒体协商) 的结果接收彩铃服务器发送的 彩铃媒体数据报文, 但并不进行播放, 因此, 主叫用户听到的是本地铃音。
步骤 204可以在步骤 203之后立即执行。
206: 被叫终端发送呼叫应答消息; 彩铃服务器接收到被叫终端发送的呼 叫应答消息后, 将其转发给主叫终端。
上述呼叫应答消息可以是对步骤 201的 INVITE消息进行应答的 200 OK 消息。
207: 主叫终端接收到呼叫应答消息后, 发送 ACK (确认) 消息; 彩铃 服务器接收到主叫终端发送的 ACK消息后, 将其转发给被叫终端。
208: 主叫终端接收到呼叫应答消息后, 停止播放本地铃音, 关闭打开的 铃音文件, 准备接收并播放正常的会话媒体报文。
步骤 207和 208的顺序可以调换, 也可以并行执行。
209: 主叫终端与被叫终端正常通话。
上述实施例中的核心网可以是 3GPP ( 3rd Generation Partnership Project, 第三代合作伙伴计划) 的 IMS域、 3GPP2的 MMD ( Multimedia Domain, 多 媒体域) 以及其它支持 SIP/IP的核心网; 无线接入网络可以是 GPRS/EDGE

通用无 线分组业务 /增强型数据速率全球移动通讯系统演进技术) 、 CDMA ( Code Division Multiple Access,码分多址 )、 WCDMA ( Wide Code Division Multiple Access,宽带码分多址)、 LTE( Long Term Evolution,长期演进)、 WiFi( Wireless Fidelity,无线保真 )、 WiMAX( Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access, 微波接入全球互操作性认证)等网络, 终端可以是支持上述一种或几种无线 制式的手机。
上述实施例以被叫终端应答为例, 介绍了主叫终端停止播放本地铃音的 时机, 即接收到被叫终端发送的呼叫应答消息后停止。
在本发明的其它实施例中, 主叫终端接收到以下消息之一时也应当停止 播放本地铃音:
1 ) 486消息: Busy Here (此处忙) 消息 (可以称为 486忙消息) ;
2 ) 487消息: 呼叫中止(挂断) 消息 (可以称为 487呼叫中止消息) ; 3 ) 408消息: 超时无响应消息 (可以称为 408超时无响应消息) 。
此外, 在本发明的其它实施例中, 如果在呼叫建立过程中, 主叫终端接 收到振铃消息(180消息)后, 又接收到彩铃服务器发送的其它消息, 例如, UPDATE (更新) 消息、 relNVITE (重邀请) 消息, 且该消息修改了会话参 数尤其是媒体参数(即主叫终端与彩铃服务器交互进行了媒体重协商) , 则 主叫终端应当停止本地铃音的播放, 并根据媒体重协商的结果修改本地的媒 体参数, 接收并播放彩铃服务器发送的媒体数据报文。 这样做的目的是避免 影响其它电信业务功能。
此外, 在本发明的其它实施例中, 可以由用户通过按下预先设置的功能 键或选择菜单选项来主动关闭本地铃音的播放, 停止播放本地铃音后, 终端 可以开始播放彩铃服务器发送的彩铃媒体数据。
工业实用性
采用本发明的终端和彩铃业务屏蔽方法, 使主叫用户 (主叫终端)可以 根据本地设置屏蔽彩铃业务, 并为不同的被叫号码选择不同的本地铃音进行 播放, 满足了用户的需求, 提高了用户的满意度。 此外, 本发明的彩铃业务 屏蔽方法无需对系统侧 (彩铃服务器)进行任何修改, 成本低, 且不影响其 它电信业务的使用。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种彩铃业务的屏蔽方法, 包括:
主叫终端通过彩铃服务器向被叫终端发送呼叫请求消息, 请求与所述被 叫终端建立会话; 以及
在接收到所述被叫终端通过所述彩铃服务器返回的振铃消息后, 所述主 叫终端播放本地铃音来屏蔽所述彩铃服务器的彩铃业务。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述主叫终端接收到所述振铃消息后, 所述主叫终端播放本地铃音的所 述步骤为: 仅当所述被叫终端的号码被设置为应当屏蔽彩铃业务时, 所述主 叫终端才播放本地铃音来屏蔽所述彩铃服务器的彩铃业务。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中,
所述主叫终端接收到所述振铃消息后, 所述主叫终端播放本地铃音的所 述步骤包括: 根据本地设置的被叫终端的号码与本地铃音标识的对应关系, 播放与所述被叫终端的号码对应的本地铃音。
4、 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 还包括:
所述主叫终端播放本地铃音时, 如果接收到以下消息之一则停止播放本 地铃音: 呼叫应答消息、 忙消息、 呼叫中止消息及超时无响应消息。
5、 如权利要求 1至 3中任一项所述的方法, 还包括:
所述主叫终端播放本地铃音时, 如果接收到所述彩铃服务器发送的进行 媒体重协商的消息, 则停止播放本地铃音。
6、 一种终端, 包含: 呼叫控制模块、 音视频播放模块以及存储模块, 其 中
所述存储模块设置成存储本地铃音数据;
所述音视频播放模块设置成播放铃音数据; 以及
所述呼叫控制模块设置成在所述终端作为主叫终端时, 经过彩铃服务器 向被叫终端发送呼叫请求消息以建立与被叫终端之间的会话; 并在接收到所 述被叫终端通过所述彩铃服务器返回的振铃消息后, 从所述存储模块中提取 本地铃音数据, 并发送给所述音视频播放模块进行本地铃音的播放。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其中,
所述存储模块还设置成还存储有铃音播放策略数据, 所述铃音播放策略 数据中包含: 屏蔽号码列表或非屏蔽号码列表; 以及
所述呼叫控制模块还设置成接收到所述振铃消息后, 从所述存储模块中 提取所述铃音播放策略数据; 仅当所述被叫终端的号码在所述屏蔽号码列表 中、 或不在所述非屏蔽号码列表中时, 才将从所述存储模块中提取的本地铃 音数据发送给所述音视频播放模块进行本地铃音的播放。
8、 如权利要求 6所述的终端, 其中,
所述存储模块还设置成还存储有铃音播放策略数据, 所述铃音播放策略 数据中包含: 号码与本地铃音标识的对应关系表; 以及
所述呼叫控制模块还设置成在接收到所述振铃消息后, 根据所述号码与 本地铃音标识的对应关系表查找所述被叫号码对应的本地铃音标识, 并根据 所述本地铃音标识从所述存储模块中提取对应的本地铃音数据, 并将提取的 本地铃音数据发送给所述音视频播放模块进行本地铃音的播放。
9、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的终端, 其中,
所述音视频播放模块播放本地铃音时, 所述呼叫控制模块还设置成如果 接收到以下消息之一则通知所述音视频播放模块停止播放本地铃音: 呼叫应 答消息、 忙消息、 呼叫中止消息及超时无响应消息。
10、 如权利要求 6至 8中任一项所述的终端, 其中,

11、 一种呼叫控制模块, 其用于终端中, 所述终端包括存储模块和音视 频播放模块, 所述呼叫控制模块设置成在所述终端作为主叫终端时, 经过彩 铃服务器向被叫终端发送呼叫请求消息以建立与被叫终端之间的会话; 并在 接收到所述被叫终端通过所述彩铃服务器返回的振铃消息后, 从所述存储模 块中提取本地铃音数据,并发送给所述音视频播放模块进行本地铃音的播放。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的呼叫控制模块, 其中,
所述呼叫控制模块还设置成接收到所述振铃消息后, 从所述存储模块中 提取铃音播放策略数据; 仅当所述被叫终端的号码在屏蔽号码列表中、 或不 在非屏蔽号码列表中时, 才将从所述存储模块中提取的本地铃音数据发送给 所述音视频播放模块进行本地铃音的播放。
13、 如权利要求 11所述的呼叫控制模块, 其中,
所述呼叫控制模块还设置成在接收到所述振铃消息后, 根据所述号码与 本地铃音标识的对应关系表查找所述被叫号码对应的本地铃音标识, 并根据 所述本地铃音标识从所述存储模块中提取对应的本地铃音数据, 并将提取的 本地铃音数据发送给所述音视频播放模块进行本地铃音的播放。
14、 如权利要求 11至 13中任一项所述的呼叫控制模块, 其中, 所述呼叫控制模块还设置成: 在所述音视频播放模块播放本地铃音时, 如果接收到以下消息之一则通知所述音视频播放模块停止播放本地铃音: 呼叫应答消息、 忙消息、 呼叫中止消息及超时无响应消息。
15、 如权利要求 11至 13中任一项所述的呼叫控制模块, 其中, 所述呼叫控制模块还设置成: 在所述音视频播放模块播放本地铃音时, 如果接收到所述彩铃服务器发送的进行媒体重协商的消息, 则通知所述音视 频播放模块停止播放本地铃音。
