图3是根据本发明实施例的彩铃业务的实现装置的结构框图,该装置位于第一运营商的第一彩铃系统,如图3所示,该装置可以包括:接收模块10,设置为接收用户的彩铃业务操作;处理模块20,设置为处理彩铃业务操作;同步模块30,设置为通过彩铃集中管理接口向第二运营同步彩铃业务操作的数据。
在本发明实施例中,彩铃业务操作包括以下至少之一:彩铃业务开户、彩铃业务销户、彩铃购买。
作为一个例子,彩铃业务操作为彩铃业务开户时,处理模块20响应开户请求,进行开户处理;同步模块30通过彩铃集中管理接口向第二运营同步所述开户处理的数据。
作为一个例子,彩铃业务操作为彩铃业务销户时,处理模块20响应销户请求,进行开户处理;同步模块30通过彩铃集中管理接口向第二运营同步所述销户处理的数据。
作为一个例子,彩铃业务操作为彩铃购买时,第一彩铃系统处理彩铃业务操作,处理模块20响应彩铃购买请求,同步模块30通过彩铃集中管理接口向所述第二彩铃系统发送购买请求,其中,第二彩铃系统用于处理彩铃购买请求。
通过本发明实施例,第一运营商通过彩铃集中管理接口向第二运营商同步数据,使得第一运营商能够利用第二运营商的彩铃平台,实现了为第一运营商的用户提供彩铃业务。
下面对本发明实施例的优选实施方式进行描述。
在本发明实施例中,虚拟运营商可以是上述第一运营商,省彩铃平台为上述第二运营商的第二彩铃系统。
在本发明实施例中,虚拟运营商通过自有门户和客户端展现内容和产品,拥有自己的用户号段、总部计费系统、IT系统。彩铃集中管理统一接口平台和转售平台对接,负责将用户信息、订购信息、用户设置管理信息、用户铃音组管理、用户号码组管理等转发至省彩铃平台。省彩铃平台接收彩铃集中管理统一接口平台对转售用户的数据同步和完成用户的放音操作。
进一步地,虚拟运营商拥有自己的转售门户,可以从转售门户上进行用户的彩铃业务的开户、铃音订购、铃音设置等操作,转售平台拥有自己的彩铃转售IT系统,负责用户开户时通过总部boss系统修改用户的归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,简称为HLR)属性,扣费消息对接总部的扣费系统进行计费操作,至此用户的计费、修改属性、用户最终在门户的展现都是由转售平台独立对接总部完成。
进一步地,彩铃集中管理统一接口平台是彩铃综合管理平台,主要负责彩铃业务管理,内容管理,计费管理,彩铃业务、产品、内容绑定关系生成等,并完成与周边 系统、省份彩铃控制节点之间交互,完成彩铃用户开通注销、彩铃产品及内容同步、用户设置数据同步等功能,在本发明中转售平台的曲库管理、用户数据的同步都通过彩铃集中管理统一接口平台接入。
进一步地,省彩铃平台接收彩铃集中管理统一接口平台对转售平台的用户管理、铃音管理,只做同步数据的操作,提供放音功能,不再对用户进行鉴权、计费等操作。
进一步地,转售平台的用户号段只允许从转售平台发起,其他系统无权发起此号段的用户开户操作,如省平台收到来自其他系统的此号段用户开户统一返回失败。
更进一步的,对于省彩铃平台直接和彩铃集中管理统一接口平台对接,转售平台和彩铃集中管理统一接口平台对接。省彩铃平台与彩铃集中管理统一接口平台之间的接口是现网已实现的,节省了开发成本,加速实现速度。
进一步地,转售平台对用户的开户、订购费用,月功能费用自行计费后同总部分成结算,不会影响目前总部和省平台、服务提供商(SP)之间的计费。
图4是根据本发明实施例的彩铃转售业务系统的架构图,如图4所示,该系统主要包括:
彩铃转售门户、彩铃转售IT系统,这两个部分为彩铃转售平台的主要组成部分。彩铃转售门户提供用户信息展示、铃音信息展示及各项彩铃业务功能操作。彩铃转售IT系统是核心部分,和总部boss系统和总部计费系统对接,主要完成和计费交互、与总部boss系统的HLR的属性修改,并且和彩铃集中管理统一接口平台进行数据同步操作。
彩铃集中管理统一接口平台提供了统一的接口供转售平台调用。
省彩铃平台部分主要是对接彩铃集中管理统一接口平台,同步数据到省平台本地数据库,并完成用户的放音操作。
图5是彩铃转售平台的发起的开销户操作的流程图,如图5所示,包括步骤S502至步骤S512。
步骤S502,彩铃转售门户发起开户、销户操作。
步骤S504,彩铃转售门户将操作提交至彩铃转售IT系统,IT系统将开销户消息发送至总部boss系统。
步骤S506,总部boss系统受到IT转发来消息,判断为开销户操作,则进行用户鉴权修改hlr属性。
步骤S508,总部计费系统操作成功后,向彩铃集中管理统一接口平台发起用户开户数据的同步操作。
步骤S510,彩铃集中管理统一接口平台收到总部计费系统的开销户通知,将消息同步给省彩铃平台。
步骤S512,省彩铃平台完成用户开销户数据库同步操作。最终实现用户彩铃业务开户完成操作。
图6是根据本发明实施例的彩铃转售平台发起的订购流程的流程图,如图6所示,包括步骤S602至步骤S610。
步骤S602,彩铃转售门户发起用户的订购铃音操作,并将消息转发至彩铃集中管理统一接口平台。
步骤S604,彩铃集中管理统一接口平台判断这个号段是属于转售平台过来的消息,将消息发送至总部计费系统先进行计费鉴权扣费操作。
步骤S606,总部计费系统判断这个用户号段属于转售平台过来的消息,本地进行操作后通知彩铃转售IT系统进行鉴权计费操作。
步骤S608,彩铃转售IT系统收到总部计费系统的批价鉴权的消息后,完成用户本地数据的录入操作,并返回成功给总部计费系统。
步骤S610,彩铃集中管理统一接口平台收到总部计费系统成功返回后,将数据同步至省彩铃平台。省彩铃平台完成本地数据库订购铃音信息录入操作,至此用户从转售平台的发起的订购操作完成。
图7是根据本发明实施例的彩铃转售平台数据同步流程的流程图,如图7所示,包括步骤S702至步骤S706。
步骤S702,转售平台除了用户开销户、订购、退订操作走上述的特殊流程,其他的用户设置管理、铃音组管理、号码组管理等信息都通过彩铃转售IT系统发起同步操作至彩铃集中管理统一接口平台。
步骤S704,彩铃集中管理统一接口平台收到消息判断用户属于转售号段的,将消息同步至省彩铃平台。
步骤S706,省彩铃平台处理彩铃集中管理统一接口过来的消息,将同步信息在本地数据库做入库处理。至此用户的其他数据同步消息完成。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明实现了如下技术效果:能合理利用目前在网的彩铃系统,结合彩铃系统的基本架构做最少的改动可以达到转售业务的目的,并提供与现网用户相同的产品资费和权益。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
工业实用性
通过上述实施例及优选实施方式,第一运营商通过彩铃集中管理接口向第二运营商同步数据,使得第一运营商能够利用第二运营商的彩铃平台,实现了为第一运营商的用户提供彩铃业务。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种彩铃业务的实现系统,包括:
    第一运营商的第一彩铃系统,设置为为所述第一运营商的用户提高彩铃业务接口;
    彩铃集中管理接口,与所述第一彩铃系统和第二运营商的第二彩铃系统相连接,设置为实现所述第一彩铃系统到所述第二彩铃系统的数据同步。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述第一彩铃系统,包括:
    门户平台,设置为展示彩铃业务信息,为用户提供所述第一运营商的彩铃业务的操作接口;
    彩铃管理系统,与所述门户平台相连接,设置为处理所述门户平台发送的彩铃业务操作。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述第一彩铃系统,还包括:
    总部计费系统,与所述彩铃管理系统相连接,设置为处理所述彩铃管理系统发送的计费操作;
    总部管理系统,与所述彩铃管理系统相连接,设置为管理用户的彩铃业务信息。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的系统,其中,还包括:所述第二彩铃系统,设置为处理所述第一彩铃系统的彩铃业务操作,同步所述第一彩铃系统的数据。
  5. 一种彩铃业务的实现方法,包括:
    第一运营商的第一彩铃系统接收用户的彩铃业务操作;
    所述第一彩铃系统处理所述彩铃业务操作,并通过彩铃集中管理接口向第二运营同步所述彩铃业务操作的数据。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述彩铃业务操作包括以下至少之一:彩铃业务开户、彩铃业务销户、彩铃购买。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述彩铃业务操作为彩铃业务开户,所述第一彩铃系统处理所述彩铃业务操作,包括:
    所述第一彩铃系统响应开户请求,进行开户处理;
    所述第一彩铃系统通过所述彩铃集中管理接口向第二运营同步所述开户处理的数据。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述彩铃业务操作为彩铃业务销户,所述第一彩铃系统处理所述彩铃业务操作,包括:
    所述第一彩铃系统响应销户请求,进行开户处理;
    所述第一彩铃系统通过彩铃集中管理接口向第二运营同步所述销户处理的数据。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述彩铃业务操作为彩铃购买,所述第一彩铃系统处理所述彩铃业务操作,包括:
    所述第一彩铃系统响应彩铃购买请求,通过所述彩铃集中管理接口向所述第二彩铃系统发送所述购买请求,其中,所述第二彩铃系统用于处理所述彩铃购买请求。
  10. 一种彩铃业务的实现装置,位于第一运营商的第一彩铃系统,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收用户的彩铃业务操作;
    处理模块,设置为处理所述彩铃业务操作;
    同步模块,设置为通过彩铃集中管理接口向第二运营同步所述彩铃业务操作的数据。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其中,所述彩铃业务操作包括以下至少之一:彩铃业务开户、彩铃业务销户、彩铃购买。
