図1は、本発明の真空弁10の制御装置40を適用した真空送水システムの一例である真空式下水道システムを示す。この真空式下水道システムは、汚水を一時的に貯留する貯水枡1を備え、この貯水枡1内の汚水を真空ステーションによる真空吸引作用で下流側の集水タンクに排水するものである。
図7は、第2実施形態の制御装置40を示す。この制御装置40は、調整機構により第2付勢スプリング96の付勢力を調整する代わりに、保持補助機構による保持力を調整するようにした点で、第1実施形態と相違している。
図8乃至図15は、第3実施形態の制御装置40を示す。この制御装置40は、第2アクチュエータ79が閉作動する第2真空度P2の設定を容易にした点、その第2真空度P2を真空弁10が閉作動する第1真空度P1より低く設定できるようにした点、そして、切換用弁体61の弁パッキン63の耐用年数を長期間化できるようにした点で、各実施形態と相違している。なお、本実施形態の制御装置40では、真空弁10には保持補助機構を構成する磁石35,36は不要である。
Claims (12)
- 一端が貯水枡に開口した吸水管の他端と真空吸引される真空送水管との間に介設し、圧力室内の真空度が第1真空度以上になると開弁されるとともに第1真空度を下回ると閉弁される真空弁の制御装置であって、
前記真空送水管に連通される第1変圧室および前記真空弁の圧力室に連通される第2変圧室を形成したケーシングと、前記第1変圧室と第2変圧室を連通させる開位置および前記第1変圧室と第2変圧室の連通を遮断する閉位置の間を直動可能に前記ケーシング内に配設した切換用弁体と、この切換用弁体を開位置および閉位置に予め設定された保持力で保持する第1保持機構とを有する切換弁機構と、
前記貯水枡内に収容されたフロートの水位に応じた昇降に連動して前記切換用弁体の直動方向に沿って直動可能に前記切換弁機構のケーシングに取り付けた開作動部材を有し、この開作動部材は前記フロートが予め設定された第1水位まで上昇すると前記切換用弁体を閉位置から開位置へ前記第1保持機構の保持力に抗して移動させる、第1アクチュエータと、
前記ケーシングに取り付けられて内部に前記真空送水管に連通される検圧室が形成された切換用シリンダと、前記切換用弁体の直動方向に直動可能な閉作動部材とを有し、この閉作動部材は前記検圧室内の真空度が第2真空度以下になると進出して前記切換用弁体を開位置から閉位置へ前記第1保持機構の保持力に抗して移動させる、第2アクチュエータと、
を備えていることを特徴とする真空弁の制御装置。 - 前記切換弁機構のケーシングの第2変圧室は、大気と連通する貫通孔を有するシール部材を備え、
前記切換用弁体は、開位置に移動した状態で前記シール部材の貫通孔を閉塞して前記第2変圧室を大気と遮断し、閉位置に移動した状態で前記シール部材の貫通孔を開放して前記第2変圧室を大気と連通させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の真空弁の制御装置。 - 前記第2アクチュエータの閉作動部材により前記切換用弁体を開位置から閉位置に移動させる力を、前記フロートの浮力より大きくしたことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の真空弁の制御装置。
- 前記第2アクチュエータの切換用シリンダは、
前記検圧室内に配設した切換用ピストンカップと、
前記検圧室内が第2真空度を上回ると前記切換用ピストンカップの移動による押圧力で収縮する一方、前記検圧室内が第2真空度以下になると前記切換用ピストンカップの押圧力に抗して伸張する付勢スプリングとを有し、
前記閉作動部材を前記切換用ピストンカップに連結し、前記付勢スプリングの付勢力により前記切換用弁体を開位置から閉位置に移動させるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の真空弁の制御装置。 - 前記第2アクチュエータは、前記付勢スプリングが切換用ピストンカップを介して収縮した状態をこの付勢スプリングの付勢力より弱い力で保持する保持補助機構を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の真空弁の制御装置。
- 前記真空弁は、
内部が前記圧力室と所定圧に保持した基準圧室に区画され、前記圧力室内に配設した止水用ピストンカップと、前記圧力室内が第1真空度以上になると前記止水用ピストンカップの移動による押圧力で収縮する一方、前記圧力室内が第1真空度を下回ると止水用ピストンカップの押圧力に抗して伸張する付勢スプリングと、を有する止水用シリンダと、
前記止水用ピストンカップに連結され、前記付勢スプリングの収縮により止水用弁体を開位置に移動させる一方、前記付勢スプリングの伸張により前記止水用弁体を閉位置に移動させる開閉作動部材と、
前記付勢スプリングが止水用ピストンカップを介して収縮した状態をこの付勢スプリングの付勢力より弱い力で保持する保持補助機構と、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の真空弁の制御装置。 - 前記第2アクチュエータの切換用シリンダは、前記検圧室と所定圧に保持した基準圧室に区画され、
前記閉作動部材は、前記検圧室内の真空度が基準圧室内の基準圧より低い第2真空度以下になると、前記切換用弁体を開位置から閉位置へ移動させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の真空弁の制御装置。 - 前記第2アクチュエータが進出して前記切換用弁体を閉位置に移動させる第2真空度を、前記真空弁が開閉作動する第1真空度より高く設定したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の真空弁の制御装置。
- 前記第2アクチュエータが進出して前記切換用弁体を閉位置に移動させる第2真空度を、前記真空弁が開閉作動する第1真空度より低く設定し、
前記切換弁機構のケーシングの第1変圧室と前記真空送水管とを接続する接続配管に、前記第1変圧室から前記真空送水管への流体移動を許容し、逆向きの流体移動を阻止する逆止弁を配設したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の真空弁の制御装置。 - 前記第2アクチュエータは、前記閉作動部材を進出位置および後退位置に予め設定された保持力で保持する第2保持機構を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の真空弁の制御装置。
- 前記第2保持機構は、前記閉作動部材を外側より軸芯に向けて付勢するトグルバネを備え、
前記閉作動部材に、前記トグルバネの端部を保持する第1バネ保持部と、この第1バネ保持部より外側で前記トグルバネの端部を保持する第2バネ保持部と、を有する保持部材を配設し、前記第1および第2バネ保持部に前記トグルバネを選択的に保持させることにより、前記閉作動部材の保持力を変更可能としたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の真空弁の制御装置。 - 前記切換弁機構のケーシングの第1変圧室と第2変圧室の連通を遮断する前記切換用弁体の弁パッキンのシール部は、前記切換用弁体の移動方向から見て、その一部に他の部分より剛性が高い高剛性部を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の真空弁の制御装置。
