Abstract

Selon l'invention, une charnière pour portes comprend: un élément de support (2) allongé qui s'étend le long d'un axe longitudinal (X) et présente des projections transversales (4', 4") décalées longitudinalement et flanquant une patte de fixation (3) conçue pour se fixer à un battant (L) et pivoter par rapport à l'élément de support (2) autour d'un axe de rotation (R), entre une première et une seconde position limites de fermeture du battant et d'ouverture du battant, respectivement; un moyen de fin de course (6) pour la patte de fixation (3) lorsque cette dernière se trouve dans la position limite d'ouverture. Le moyen de fin de course (6) comprend une baguette sensiblement longitudinale (7) qui relie les projections transversales (4', 4") et présente une surface de butée (8) pour la patte de fixation (3), avec un profil qui diminue radialement dans une direction perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal (L). On décrit un élément frein pour charnière.
