技术领域
本发明涉及喷墨打印机的供墨系统, 具体地说,涉及向喷墨打印机进行供 墨的墨盒。本发明基于申请日为 2009年 03月 18日、申请号为 200920115922. 1 的中国实用新型专利申请,该申请的内容作为与本发明密切相关的参考文献引 入本文。 背景技术
墨盒作为喷墨打印机使用的耗材,在墨盒内的墨水用完后大多被遗弃, 造 成对环境的污染和资源的浪费。现在, 越来越多的人开始注重对墨盒的重复利 用, 例如在用完墨水的空墨盒中再注入墨水后重新利用。有些墨盒的设计是在 储墨腔中放有吸附墨水的海绵, 用以防止墨水不适当地流出, 这类墨盒只有供 墨口处的墨水受到吸力或推出力时,墨盒内的墨水才会克服海绵的吸附力而供 出, 然而, 这种具有海绵的墨盒无法正常供墨时并不表明墨盒内的墨水已经耗 尽, 这是由于海绵的密度较大, 吸附在海绵内的墨水无法彻底排出。作为对这 种状态下墨盒再生利用的一种方式,常用的方式是通过注墨器等从墨盒顶部的 注墨口向墨腔内添加墨水, 同样是由于海绵密度较大的缘故, 从顶部注入的墨 水不能快速有效地渗透到位于墨盒底部的供墨口, 从而导致添加墨水失败, 墨 盒不能重复利用。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种结构简单, 加墨方便, 加注墨水后能马上使 用的带注墨针的可填充墨盒。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供的墨盒包括一个壳体, 壳体内有容纳墨水的 腔体, 腔体内置有海绵, 位于所述壳体的一个壁上设有供墨口, 用于将腔体内 的墨水向外排出, 与供墨口所在壁相对的另一壁上设有注墨口, 用于将墨水向 腔体内注入,在注墨口位于腔体内的一侧连接有一向供墨口所在壁延伸的注墨 管, 位于外表面的一侧则设有与加墨器对接的对接部。
进一歩的方案是壳体由一主体及密封主体开口的盖构成,壳体内由隔板分 隔成三个独立的腔体, 每一腔体有一供墨口及一注墨口, 每一注墨口均设置在 盖上
更进一歩的方案是注墨管与壳体一体成型,对接部为自一凹坑底部向上延 伸的管状接墨嘴, 凹坑内塞有一密封管状接墨嘴的密封塞。 附图说明

以下结合各实施例及其附图对本发明作进一歩说明。 具体实施方式
第一实施例
参见图 1及图 2, 本实施例提供的一个三色墨盒由主体 10与盖构成, 图 1 和图 2给出了不同视角下的主体 10结构, 主体 10具有一个敞口的壳体 11, 盖用于封闭主体 10的敞口, 壳体 11内由隔板 12、 13分隔出三个独立的腔体, 每个腔体内分别置有海绵及不同颜色的墨水(图中略去),每个腔体都有通向设 置在底壁上的供墨口 14的通道, 供墨口 14由多个喷孔组成, 喷孔内置有对墨 液进行瞬间加热并使之喷出的加热元件, 加热元件通过设置在壳体 11外壁上 的多个电触点 15与打印机相应触头一一电连接并接受打印机的喷墨指令。
参见图 3及图 4, 盖 20在对应于三个腔体的部分各设有一个注墨口, 每 一注墨口位于腔体内的一侧连接有一向底壁延伸的注墨管 21, 位于外表面的
一侧设有与加墨器对接的对接部 22, 注墨管 21可以与盖 20—体成型, 也可 以单独制造后固定在盖 20上。对接部 22为自一凹坑底部向上延伸的管状接墨 嘴, 其在墨盒运输、存储及正常使用状态下由密封件密封, 只有在需要注墨的 状态下才打开密封件如图 3所示的状态。
参见图 5,用于密封注墨口对接部 22的密封件 30可以是橡胶件或塑胶件, 以挤压的形式固定在对接部 22的凹坑内。
参见图 6, 对于本图, 供墨口位于壳体 11的底壁, 盖 20位于与底壁相对 的位置, 其上设有由对接部 22和注墨管 21构成的注墨口, 其中注墨管 21 自 盖 20位于腔体内的一侧一直向供墨口所在的底壁延伸, 对接部通常由密封件 30密封, 只有在有注墨需求时开启, 为对本发明说明清楚起见, 图 6中示出 两个对接部 22, 其中一个装有密封件 30, 另一个除去了密封件 30。
第二实施例
第二实施例的结构基本与第一实施例的结构相同,不同处为针对不同的注 墨器具设计了不同的对接部, 以下仅对不同处加以说明, 参见图 7, 为适应于 注射器式加墨器, 本例设计了可与注射器端口密封对接的锥台孔状的对接部 22, 即设计了一个凹坑状的对接部 22, 并由相应形状的密封件 30密封。
以下对二个实施例的注墨过程及优点加以说明, 参见图 8, 对于本发明第 一实施例, 采用具有内凹孔式注墨口的加墨器 40进行注墨, 该加墨器 40的注 墨口内有一环状密封圈, 与本发明第一实施例的对接部 22可以密封地构成对 接注墨通道, 以有效地防止注墨过程中的墨液外溢。 参见图 9, 对于本发明第 二实施例, 采用注射器式加墨器 50, 该加墨器 50具有一锥台状的头部, 可与 本发明第二实施例锥台孔状的对接部 22实现一个密封的注墨通道, 以有效地 防止注墨过程中的墨液外溢。 工业应用性
本发明提供的墨盒在注墨口设置了向供墨口所在壁方向延伸的注墨管,并 在注墨口外侧设置了与加墨器对接的对接部。对腔体内装有海绵的墨盒注墨时 加墨器中的墨水可以很快到达供墨口, 而且, 由于设计了对接部, 加墨器向注 墨口注墨时可以在加压注墨的情形下不会产生墨水外溢。
Claims
1、 墨盒, 包括
壳体, 内有容纳墨水的腔体, 所述腔体内置有海绵;
供墨口, 位于所述壳体的一个壁上, 用于将所述腔体内的墨水向外排出; 注墨口,位于与所述一个壁相对的另一壁上,用于将墨水向所述腔体内注 入;
其特征在于:
所述注墨口位于所述腔体内的一侧连接有一向所述一个壁延伸的注墨管, 位于所述外表面的一侧设有与加墨器对接的对接部。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的墨盒, 其特征在于:
所述壳体由一主体及密封主体开口的盖构成;
所述壳体内由隔板分隔成三个独立的所述腔体,每一腔体有一供墨口及一 注墨口;
所述每一注墨口均设置在所述盖上。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的墨盒, 其特征在于:
所述注墨管与所述壳体一体成型。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的墨盒, 其特征在于:
所述对接部为自一凹坑底部向上延伸的管状接墨嘴。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的墨盒, 其特征在于:
所述凹坑内塞有一密封所述管状接墨嘴的密封塞。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的墨盒, 其特征在于:
所述对接部为一凹坑。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的墨盒, 其特征在于:
所述凹坑内塞有一密封塞。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的墨盒, 其特征在于:
所述供墨口相邻的一个侧壁上设有用于与打印机相应触头一一对应电连 一组电触点。
