个性化箱包及其真空成型方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种箱包产品及其成型方法, 尤其涉及一种带有个性化图案 的箱包产品及其真空成型方法。 背景技术 说
现有技术中, 真空成型的塑料箱包产品都是在整体模具上造型、 制作图 案, 然后将平展的塑料硬片材加热变软后书, 釆用真空吸附于模具表面, 冷却 后成型。 由于模具制作费用昂贵, 往往模具造型出来后, 只适合批量生产, 才能降低成本, 做到大众化消费, 目前还无法实现个人低成本定制以实现个 性化需求。
发明内容 本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种可根据消费者要求而低成本设 计制作个性化图案的个性化箱包及其真空成型方法。
本发明解决上述技术问题釆用的技术方案是, 一种个性化箱包的真空成 型方法, 所述真空成型方法基于个性化真空成型模具装置, 所述个性化真空 成型模具装置包括模具主体和由消费者指定图案的个性化模具单元,所述箱 包的真空成型方法包括如下步骤:
1 )在待成型的箱包塑料片材被放入所述真空成型模具装置之前, 把 所述个性化模具单元置于所述模具主体上表面合适的位置;
2 ) 把待成型的箱包塑料片材放入所述真空成型模具装置, 加热待成 型的箱包塑料片材使其软化;
3 )所述真空成型模具装置产生的真空负压将所述待成型的箱包塑料 片材吸附于附有所述个性化模具单元的模具主体表面,冷却后即可在已成型 的箱包表面形成个性化图案。 说 明 书 其中, 由消费者指定图案制作个性化模具单元包括如下步骤:
a.在销售点收集消费者要求的个性化图案,形成消费者指定的个性化图 案的数据集;
b.根据销售点收集的所述个性化图案数据集,利用数控切割机切割制作 出与所述个性化图案数据集对应的一批具有不同图案的个性化模具单元。
步骤 2 )所述的待成型箱包塑料片材的加热温度控制在 200 ~ 250 °C的 范围, 步骤 3 )所述真空成型模具装置产生的真空负压控制在 _ 0. 60 ~ - 0. 65 MPa的范围。
为了使个性化图案具有凸出的效果,所述个性化模具单元的形状可以为 整体的个性化图案且具有均匀厚度, 其厚度为 1亳米至 1 0亳米。 所述个性 化模具单元也可以由至少两个不同厚度的部分拼接而成个性化图案的形状, 各部分的厚度在 1亳米至 1 0亳米之间, 由此使所述个性化图案具有层次感。
为了使个性化图案具有内四的效果,所述模具主体表面挖有用于放置所 述个性化模具单元的四块,该个性化模具单元为设有所述个性化图案形状的 位的片材, 其外缘与所述 块的边缘重合。
本发明的个性化箱包, 包括箱体, 所述箱体表面凸设或四设有由消费者 自行设定的个性化图案, 该个性化图案与所述箱体一体成型。
所述个性化图案为体现消费者个性化的文字、 图形、 符号、 或上述三者 的任意组合。 所述个性化图案凸出所述箱体的高度相等; 或者, 所述个性化图案可由 两种或两种以上的图案单元所组成, 同一图案单元凸出所述箱体的高度相 等, 不同图案单元凸出所述箱体的高度不相同, 由此使得所述个性化图案具 有层次感。
所述个性化图案还可以四设于所述箱体表面,该个性化图案各部分四进 的深度可以相同或不相同。
同现有技术相比较,本发明的个性化箱包的真空成型方法使用低成本制 作的个性化模具单元贴附于模具主体表面, 由此形成一个具有个性化图案的 临时组合模具, 再釆用真空成型方法即可制作出具有个性化图案的箱包产 说 明 书 品, 其工艺方法简单、 成本低廉, 能满足现代人不同的个性化需求, 因此更 容易为消费者接受和喜爱, 具有较好的巿场前景。 附图说明

以下结合附图所示之最佳实施例作进一步详述。
如图 1所示, 本发明的个性化箱包包括箱体 5 , 其特别之处在于: 所述 箱体 5的上表面凸设或凹设有由消费者自行设定的个性化图案 3 , 该个性化 图案 3与所述箱体 5—体成型。所述个性化图案 3可以为体现消费者个性化 的文字、 图形、 符号、 或上述三者的任意组合, 如消费者的名字、 喜爱的卡 通人像等。所述个性化图案 3可以是凸出所述箱体 5的高度相等的一个整体 图案, 也可以由两种或两种以上的图案单元所组成, 同一图案单元凸出所述 箱体 5的高度相等, 不同图案单元凸出所述箱体 5的高度不相同, 由此使得 所述个性化图案 3具有层次感。 所述个性化图案 3还可以凹设于所述箱体 5 表面, 该个性化图案 3各部分凹进的深度可以相同或不相同。
上述个性化箱包的真空成型方法, 是基于个性化真空成型模具装置, 如 图 5所示,所述个性化真空成型模具装置包括模具主体 1和由消费者指定图 案的个性化模具单元 2 , 所述箱包的真空成型方法包括如下步骤:
1 )先把所述个性化模具单元 2贴附于所述模具主体 1上表面合适的位 置使两者成为一个整体的临时组合模具;
2 )把待成型的箱包塑料片材 6放入所述真空成型模具装置, 加热待 说 明 书 成型的箱包塑料片材 6使其软化, 加热的温度控制在 200至 250 °C之间; 3 )利用抽吸装置使模具空置区 7 内形成真空, 产生 - 0. 60 〜 - 0. 65
MPa 范围内的真空负压, 由此将所述待成型的箱包塑料片材 6紧紧吸附于 附有所述个性化模具单元 2的模具主体 1表面,冷却后即可在已成型的箱包 表面形成个性化图案。
如果要制作另一款个性化图案的产品, 可将原来的个性化模具单元 2从 模具主体 1上取出, 换上所需的另一款个性化模具单元 2 , 重复上述步骤即 可生产出另一款带个性化图案的产品。最后通过流水线将箱包的各部件组装 起来即可形成最终的个性化箱包产品。
由消费者指定图案制作个性化模具单元 2可以釆用如下步骤:
a.在销售点如商场、 代理商、 代售点、 销售部等处收集由消费者自行设 计的或临时选定储存在电脑里的个性化图案、或按消费者要求设计的个性化 图案, 形成消费者指定的个性化图案的数据集;
b.把销售点收集的所述个性化图案数据集输入数控切割系统(如电脑或 激光切割机)切割制作出与所述个性化图案数据集对应的一批具有不同图案 的个性化模具单元 2。
所述个性化模具单元 2可釆用软性或硬性材料, 如 PVC塑料、 TPU塑料、 皮革、 压克力或硬纸皮等, 所述软性材料的好处是可用于平整的或弯曲的模 具主体表面, 而所述硬性材料通常只能应用于平整的模具主体表面。 所述个 性化模具单元 2厚度为 1亳米至 1 0亳米之间, 通常釆用 1-3亳米之间的厚 度即可。 为了使所述个性化图案 3具有凸出的效果, 所述个性化模具单元 2 的形状可以是整体的个性化图案且具有均匀厚度,所述个性化模具单元 2也 可以由具有不同厚度的至少两个部分拼接而成个性化图案的形状,这样能使 图案更具层次感。而为了使所述个性化图案 3具有内凹的效果,如图 6所示, 所述模具主体 1表面挖有一四块 1 1 ,所述个性化模具单元 2是在较大块的片 材上挖出所述个性化图案的凹位 23 , 该个性化模具单元 2 置于模具主体 1 表面的凹块 1 1内, 且其外缘与所述凹块 1 1的边缘重合, 同样, 所述个性化 图案的凹位 23各部分凹进的深度也可以相同或不相同。 说 明 书 在一个实施例中, 如图 2至 4所示, 所述个性化模具单元 2由厚度为 2 亳米的第一个性化单元 21和厚度为 1亳米的第二个性化单元 22所组成, 两 者分别切割, 然后再将两个单元完整地粘附在 PE膜或胶纸上, 拼接出具有 两个厚度层次的整体的个性化模具单元 2。
本发明的真空成型方法用较低的成本制作出个性化模具单元并临时与 模具主体组合成一个整体, 再用真空成型方法即可生产出带有个性化图案的 产品,仅需增加个性化模具单元的制作成本,因此能实现低成本的个人定制, 可满足不同消费者的个性化需求。

1、 一种个性化箱包的真空成型方法, 其特征在于, 所述真空成型方法 基于个性化真空成型模具装置,所述个性化真空成型模具装置包括模具主体
( 1 )和由消费者指定图案的个性化模具单元 (2 ), 所述箱包的真空成型方 法包括如下步骤:
1 )在待成型的箱包塑料片材被放入所述真空成型模具装置之前, 把 所述个性化模具单元 (2)置于所述模具主体(1 )上表面合适的位置;
2) 把待成型的箱包塑料片材放入所述真空成型模具装置, 加热待成 型的箱包塑料片材使其软化;
3)所述真空成型模具装置产生的真空负压将所述待成型的箱包塑料 片材吸附于附有所述个性化模具单元(2 )的模具主体(1 )表面, 冷却后即 可在已成型的箱包表面形成凸起或内 的个性化图案。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的个性化箱包的真空成型方法, 其特征在于: 由消费者指定图案制作个性化模具单元 (2)包括如下步骤:
a.在销售点收集消费者要求的个性化图案,形成消费者指定的个性化图 案的数据集;
b.根据销售点收集的所述个性化图案数据集,利用数控切割机切割制作 出与所述个性化图案数据集对应的一批具有不同图案的个性化模具单元
(2 )。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的个性化箱包的真空成型方法, 其特征在 于: 步骤 2)所述的待成型箱包塑料片材的加热温度控制在 200 ~ 250°C的 范围, 步骤 3)所述真空成型模具装置产生的真空负压控制在 _ 0.60~ - 0.65 MPa的范围。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的个性化箱包的真空成型方法, 其特征在 于: 所述个性化模具单元(2) 的形状为整体的个性化图案且具有均匀厚度, 其厚度为 1亳米至 10亳米。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的个性化箱包的真空成型方法, 其特征在 权 利 要 求 书 于: 所述个性化模具单元 (2) 由至少两个不同厚度的部分拼接而成个性化 图案的形状, 各部分的厚度在 1亳米至 10亳米之间, 由此使所述个性化图 案具有层次感。
6、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的个性化箱包的真空成型方法, 其特征在 于: 所述模具主体(1)表面挖有用于放置所述个性化模具单元(2) 的凹块

9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的个性化箱包, 其特征在于: 所述个性化 图案 (3) 凸出所述箱体(5) 的高度相等; 或者, 所述个性化图案 (3) 由 两种或两种以上的图案单元所组成, 同一图案单元凸出所述箱体(5) 的高 度相等, 不同图案单元凸出所述箱体(5) 的高度不相同, 由此使得所述个 性化图案 (3)具有层次感。
10、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的个性化箱包, 其特征在于: 所述个性化 图案 (3) 凹设于所述箱体(5)表面, 该个性化图案 (3)各部分凹进的深 度相同或不相同。
