Abstract

La présente invention porte sur un système permettant de commander plusieurs groupes de véhicules électriques, chacun desdits groupes étant engagé dans une conduite en groupe respective sur une section de route, comprenant : une unité de communication sous la route servant à fournir à chacun desdits véhicules électriques des informations de localisation permettant d'estimer la position de chacun desdits véhicules électriques ; une unité de communication à la périphérie de la route installée au voisinage de la section de route et servant à fournir à chacun desdits véhicules électriques des informations de conduite en groupe, les informations de conduite en groupe contenant la position de chacun desdits véhicules électriques ainsi que les informations nécessaires au maintien de la conduite en groupe dans laquelle chacun desdits véhicules électriques est engagé ; et une unité de commande automatique, installée dans ou fixée à chacun desdits véhicules électriques et permettant à chacun desdits véhicules électriques de demeurer engagé dans la conduite en groupe, sur la base des informations de conduite en groupe.
