Abstract

La présente invention concerne un boîtier de terminal portable comprenant une antenne interne intégrée, ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication de ce boîtier. Ce boîtier de terminal portable (1) comprend : une antenne interne (30) comportant un support (20) et un diagramme d'antenne (10) moulé sur le support (20); ainsi qu'un boîtier de terminal portable (40) qui est relié d'un seul tenant à l'antenne interne (30) lorsque le support (20) est moulé d'un seul tenant sur le boîtier de terminal portable (40). Le procédé de fabrication de ce boîtier de terminal portable à antenne interne intégrée selon l'invention comprend les étapes suivantes : la formation d'un diagramme de rayonnement (11) et d'une unité d'alimentation (12) sous la forme d'un corps monobloc; l'insertion du diagramme d'antenne (10) dans un premier moule; le moulage par injection d'une première résine pour former l'antenne interne (30); l'insertion de l'antenne interne (30) dans un second moule; le moulage par injection d'une seconde résine pour former le boîtier de terminal portable (40), l'antenne interne (30) pourvue d'un diagramme de rayonnement moulé étant moulée sur une surface intérieure (40a) du boîtier de terminal portable (40). L'avantage de la présente invention est une meilleure utilisation de l'espace du boîtier.
