Definitions
- the present invention relates to an electric motor and an electric device equipped with the electric motor, and more particularly to an electric motor improved to prevent the occurrence of electrolytic corrosion of a bearing and an electric device equipped with the electric motor.
- a power supply circuit of a drive circuit (including a control circuit) that drives an electric motor by an inverter by a PWM method, and a primary circuit of the power supply circuit and a ground to the ground on the primary circuit side are electrically Insulated configuration.
- the bearing lubricant As a specific method of the above (1), it is possible to make the bearing lubricant conductive.
- the conductive lubricant has problems such as deterioration of conductivity with time and lack of sliding reliability.
- electrical_connection state is also considered, this method also has subjects, such as a brush abrasion powder and space being required.
- Patent Document 1 the impedance on the stator side is lowered by short-circuiting the fixed iron core and the bracket, thereby preventing the electrolytic corrosion of the bearing.
- an electric motor that is used around water such as a washing machine or a dishwasher and has a risk of an electric shock has added independent insulation in addition to insulation of the charging part (basic insulation) (hereinafter referred to as additional insulation).
- additional insulation insulation in addition to insulation of the charging part (basic insulation)
- motors used for other air conditioner indoor units, air conditioner outdoor units, hot water heaters, air purifiers, and the like do not need an additional insulation because there is no risk of electric shock. Therefore, since the motor used for the air conditioner indoor unit, the air conditioner outdoor unit, the water heater, the air purifier, etc. does not have an insulating structure, the rotor side (bearing inner ring side) has a low impedance. .
- stator side bearing outer ring side
- the impedance is high.
- a difference in voltage drop due to impedance occurs, and the potential on the bearing inner ring side is high, while the potential on the bearing outer ring side is low, so that an unbalanced state occurs and a high shaft voltage is generated.
- high shaft voltage may cause electric corrosion in the bearing.
- Patent Document 1 discloses that the stator iron core and the bracket are short-circuited to reduce the impedance on the stator side (bearing outer ring side) as described above, and the rotor side (bearing inner ring side). ) Is used to approximate the impedance.
- a mold motor has been proposed in which a fixing member such as a stator core on the stator side is molded with a molding material to improve reliability. Therefore, it is considered to fix the bearing with such an insulating mold material instead of the metal bracket to suppress unnecessary high-frequency voltage generated on the bearing outer ring side and unnecessary high-frequency current flowing between the bearing inner and outer rings. It is done.
- a molding material is a resin and has problems such as insufficient strength to fix the bearing, poor dimensional accuracy due to resin molding, and easy occurrence of a creep failure of the bearing. It was.
- a bearing such as a bearing generally generates a radial force on the shaft due to a transmission load when, for example, there is a gap between the outer ring and the inner peripheral surface of the housing.
- a slip phenomenon is likely to occur due to a relative difference in the radial direction, and such a slip phenomenon is called creep.
- Such creep can be generally suppressed by firmly fixing the outer ring to a housing such as a bracket.
- the bearings are generally received at two locations with respect to the rotating shaft, but for reasons such as the strength and ease of implementation described here, metal brackets are used for the two bearings. It is preferable to fix.
- Patent Document 1 has the following problems. That is, since this conventional method is a method of short-circuiting, the impedance cannot be adjusted, and the shaft voltage may increase depending on the magnet material and structure of the rotor. Another problem is that since the impedance is lowered, the balance between the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring is always maintained with a high potential. In such a state, if the balance of impedance is lost due to the usage environment of the motor or variations in the assembly accuracy of the stator and rotor, the shaft voltage becomes high and electric corrosion tends to occur. There was also a possibility.

- a rotor including a shaft, a bearing that supports the shaft, two conductive brackets that fix the bearing, and a printed board on which a drive circuit that drives the windings is mounted.
- a dielectric layer is provided between the outer periphery of the rotating body and the shaft, the two brackets are electrically connected, and an impedance adjusting member for adjusting impedance is connected between the stator core and the bracket. It is a configuration.
- the dielectric layer provided between the shaft and the outer periphery of the rotor has a configuration in which the capacitance of the dielectric layer is equivalently connected in series in the rotor of low impedance.
- the impedance on the side can be increased.
- the rotor side impedance is increased in this way, it can be approximated to a high impedance stator side impedance.
- a balance can be achieved so that the high-frequency potentials on the bearing inner ring side and the bearing outer ring side are equal.
- the impedance on the stator side and rotor side is high, balance can be achieved with low potentials on the bearing inner ring side and outer ring side, and the shaft voltage is suppressed without being affected by the usage environment. it can.
- the potential difference between the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing can be reduced with respect to the bearing fixed by the conductive bracket, so that the electrolytic corrosion of the bearing caused by high frequency by PWM or the like while ensuring the fixing strength of the bearing. Can be suppressed.
- the impedance on the stator side can be easily fine-tuned, and the impedance on the stator side and the impedance on the rotor side can be more approximated or Appropriate matching can be achieved so that they are identical.
- the impedance By matching the impedance, the potential of the bearing inner ring and the potential of the bearing outer ring can be further equalized or approximated, and the shaft voltage of each bearing can be lowered.
- impedance adjustment is only required for one of the brackets, and the shaft voltage can be lowered for each of the two bearings with a simple configuration.
- the electric device of the present invention is equipped with the above-described electric motor.
- the protection circuit unit can stop supplying the abnormal voltage only to a specific control circuit unit related to safety. For this reason, destruction of a specific control circuit unit due to an abnormal voltage can be prevented. Furthermore, by setting the specific control circuit unit as, for example, a motor drive circuit, abnormal operation of the motor due to abnormal voltage can be prevented, so safety can be ensured.
- the electric motor of the present invention since the shaft voltage can be reduced, it is possible to provide an electric motor that suppresses the occurrence of electrolytic corrosion in the bearing and an electric device equipped with the electric motor.

- the impedance on the bracket side is high. In such a state, the impedance on the bracket side is appropriately lowered by adjusting the impedance of the capacitor 40. In this way, the impedance on the bracket side is further adjusted appropriately so that the impedance of the rotor 14 and the impedance on the bracket side are matched to be more approximate or the same.

- the bearing voltage can be reduced. It is possible to suppress the occurrence of electrolytic corrosion of the bearing caused by the high frequency due to PWM or the like while securing the fixed strength.
- the shaft voltage between the shaft or bearing inner ring side and the bracket or bearing outer ring side becomes negative with respect to the bracket side as a reference. Adjust so that By adjusting in this way, the generated electric corrosion can be more easily generated on the outer ring side than on the bearing inner ring side. - a dielectric layer is provided between the outer periphery of the rotating body and the shaft, the two brackets are electrically connected, and an impedance adjusting member for adjusting impedance is connected between the stator core and the bracket. ing.
- the capacitance of the dielectric layer is equivalently connected in series in the low impedance rotor, and the impedance on the rotor side can be increased.
- the impedance on the rotor side can be approximated to the impedance on the stator side which is high impedance.
- a balance can be achieved so that the high-frequency potentials on the bearing inner ring side and the bearing outer ring side are equal. Since the impedance on the stator side and the rotor side is in a high state, a balance can be achieved in a state where the potentials on the bearing inner ring side and the outer ring side are low. For this reason, it is possible to suppress the shaft voltage without being affected by the use environment or the like.
- the potential difference between one bearing inner ring and outer ring and the potential difference between the other bearing inner ring and outer ring can be approximated or the same.
- the potential difference between the inner ring and the outer ring of the bearing can be reduced while ensuring the fixing strength of the bearing with respect to the bearing fixed by the conductive bracket.
- the impedance on the stator side can be easily fine-tuned by connecting an impedance adjustment member, the impedance on the stator side and the impedance on the rotor side can be appropriately matched to be more approximate or the same. It becomes possible.
- the potential of the bearing inner ring and the potential of the bearing outer ring can be further equalized or approximated, and the shaft voltage of each bearing can be lowered. Since both brackets have the same potential, only one of the brackets needs to be adjusted for impedance, and the shaft voltage can be lowered for each of the two bearings with a simple configuration.
- the stator core is electrically connected to the ground that is the zero potential reference on the printed circuit board.
- the potential of the stator core becomes zero potential, thereby reducing the high-frequency component radiated from the stator core and reducing the axial voltage. Can be prevented.
- the electric motor of the present invention it is possible to appropriately suppress the occurrence of electrolytic corrosion of the bearing caused by high frequency due to PWM or the like while ensuring the fixing strength of the bearing.
- Example 1 In the configuration as shown in FIG. 1, PBT resin having a dielectric constant of 3.6 is used for the dielectric layer 50, the shape thereof is a cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. 2, and the resin thickness is 0.3 mm in the radial direction. did.

- the bearing 15 is made of Minebea 608 (grease having a consistency of 239), the permanent magnet 32 is a ferrite resin magnet, the insulating resin 13 is an unsaturated polyester resin molding material, and the stator core 11 is rotated. A laminated product of electromagnetic steel sheets was used for the core 31 and PBT resin was used for the insulator 21.
- a DC stabilized power supply was used for measuring the shaft voltage
- the power supply voltage Vdc of the winding was 391 V
- the power supply voltage Vcc of the control circuit was 15 V

- FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a measuring method of the shaft voltage of Example 1.
- Axis voltage is measured with a digital oscilloscope 130 (Tektronix DPO7104) and a high-voltage differential probe 120 (Tektronix P5205) to check whether the waveform collapses, and between peak-to-peak The measured voltage was taken as the axial voltage.
- the waveform breakdown of the shaft voltage was classified into three categories: complete waveform collapse, partial waveform collapse, and no waveform collapse.

- the conductive tape 112 is electrically connected to the bracket 19 by making conductive contact.
- the negative direction and positive direction of the shaft voltage are judged from the direction of the shaft voltage waveform. Since the voltage waveforms shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 are upward from the zero voltage line, it can be seen that the potential on the shaft 16 (bearing inner ring) side is higher than that on the bracket 17 or bracket 19 (bearing outer ring) side. . Therefore, it can be determined that the direction of current flows from the bearing inner ring side to the bearing outer ring side, and the shaft voltage is expressed as a positive direction. Conversely, when the voltage waveform is downward from the zero voltage line as shown in FIG. 8, it is determined that the direction of current flows from the bearing outer ring side to the bearing inner ring side, and the shaft voltage is expressed as a negative direction.

- the measured voltage was the voltage between the ground GND and the shaft.
- the positive side 120a of the high-voltage differential probe 120 is in contact with the outer periphery of the shaft 16 through the inner periphery of the shaft 16 through a lead wire 110 having a length of about 30 cm and a conductor of the lead wire having a loop shape of about 15 mm in diameter.
