图 8 为本发明实施例二中的输送装置应用于扫描装置时扫描对象在进 入输入辊之后主摆杆和从摆杆的结构示意图。 具体实施方式 为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂, 下面结合附图 对本发明实施例进行详细描述。 实施例一 以扫描装置为例, 请春阅图 2, 图 2为本发明第一实施例揭示的一种输 送装置的结构示意图。 下面结合输送装置的结构、 连接关系和工作原理来说 明输送装置的功能。 所述输送装置包括主框架(图中未示出)、 安装在主框架 上的输入辊及输出辊、 主摆杆、 从摆杆和弹性部件, 其中, 所述输入辊包括输入主动辊 11和输入从动辊 10, 所述输出辊包括输出 主动 昆 21和输出从动昆 20。 所述主摆杆包括第一摆臂 401、第二摆臂 402以及位于所述第一摆臂 401 与第二摆臂 402之间的第一旋转中心 42 , 所述从摆杆包括第三摆臂 411、 第 四摆臂 412以及位于所述第三摆臂 411与第四摆臂 412之间的第二旋转中心 43 , 所述第二摆臂 402与所述第四摆臂 412连接, 所述第一摆臂 401与所述 输入从动昆 10连接, 所述第三摆臂 411与所述输出从动 昆 20连接, 所述主 摆杆和从摆杆分别通过所述第一旋转中心 42和第二旋转中心 43与主框架铰 接, 当所述主摆杆绕所述第一旋转中心 42 旋转时, 所述从摆杆绕所述第二 旋转中心 43同步反向旋转。 其中, 所述主摆杆的第二摆臂 402设置有一个长孔 40a, 所述从摆杆的 第四摆臂 412设置有一个导向柱 41a , 导向柱 41a插入长孔 40a中, 实现主 摆杆和从摆杆之间的连接。 需要说明的是, 也可以在所述主摆杆的第二摆臂 402 设置有一个导向 柱, 在从摆杆的第四摆臂 412设置有一个长孔, 最终实现主摆杆和从摆杆之 间的连接。 所述主摆杆的第一摆臂 401与所述输入从动辊 10搭接, 所述从摆杆 41 的第三摆臂 411与所述输出从动辊 20搭接, 这样, 当扫描对象插入到输入主 动辊 11和输入从动辊 10之间时, 引起主摆杆绕第一旋转中心 42旋转, 当主 摆才干绕第一旋转中心 42旋转时, 从摆才干 41 同时绕第二旋转中心 43延相反 方向旋转。或者, 当扫描对象插入到输出主动辊 21和输出从动辊 20之间时, 引起从摆杆绕第二旋转中心 43旋转, 当从摆杆绕第二旋转中心 43旋转时, 主摆才干同时绕第一旋转中心 42沿相反方向旋转。 所述弹性元件用于向所述主摆 4干和从摆 4干施加预紧力,并由所述主摆才干 和从摆杆再分别向输入从动辊 10和输出从动辊 20施加预紧力。 所述弹性部 件包括第一弹性元件 51和第二弹性元件 52 ,所述第一弹性元件 51和第二弹 性元件 52的一端分别固定在主框架上, 所述第一弹性元件 51和第二弹性元 件 52 的另一端分别与所述主摆杆和从摆杆连接。 其中, 主摆杆在弹性元件 51的弹力作用下有逆时针旋转趋势,主摆杆中第一摆臂 401的一端紧压在输 入从动昆 10的轴向,使输入从动昆 10有向输入主动 昆 11运动趋势,保证两 个输入辊之间预设一定压力, 同时, 从摆杆在弹性元件 52 的弹力作用下有 顺时针旋转趋势,从摆杆中第三摆臂 411的一端紧压在输出从动辊 20的轴向, 使输出从动辊 20有向输出主动辊 21运动趋势, 保证两个输出辊之间预设一 定压力。 需要说明的是, 所述弹性部件具体为弹簧或者弹片。 才艮据上述输送装置的结构和连接关系,下面详细说明输送装置的工作原 理以及主摆杆和从摆杆的工作原理。 其中, 输送装置的工作原理为: 输入辊 和输出辊将扫描对象在扫描装置中进行传输, 其中, 由输入辊输入, 经过图 像传感器, 再由输出辊输出。 请参阅图 3 , 图 3为本发明第一实施例中的输 送装置应用于扫描装置时扫描对象在进入输入辊之后且进入输出辊之前主摆 杆和从摆杆的结构示意图。 其中, 第一图像传感器 31和第二图像传感器 30 位于输入主动棍和输出主动棍之间, 可以一次性地获取扫描对象正反两面的 图像, 所述第一图像传感器 31和第二图像传感器 30具体可以为接触式图像 传感器 CIS或电荷耦合器件 CCD。 如图 3所示, 当扫描对象, 例如具有一定硬度和厚度的身份证, 克月艮输 入从动棍 10和输入主动棍 11之间的预紧力插入到输入从动棍 10与输入主动 昆 11之间时, 迫使输入从动 昆 10向远离输入主动昆 11方向运动, 此时, 输 入从动辊 10推动主摆杆中第一摆臂 401的一端克月艮弹性元件 51的作用力顺 时针转动, 由于主摆杆与从摆杆之间的联动, 使得主摆杆顺时针转动的同时 带动从摆杆中第三摆臂 411的逆时针转动,克服了弹性元件 52施加在输出从 动辊 20上的预紧力, 进而在输出从动辊 20与输出主动辊 21之间的预紧力 消失, 此时, 输出从动辊 20不受弹性元件 52的作用。 当扫描对象与输入辊脱离并进入输出辊之前时, 从摆杆中第三摆臂 411 的一端与输出从动辊 20 轴端处于分离状态, 此时, 扫描对象只需克服输出 从动棍 20的重力既可轻松插入输出从动棍 20与输出主动棍 21之间, 传送 的阻力大大减小, 避免了扫描对象与输出从动辊因撞击产生的抖动, 使扫描 对象可以平稳进入输入辊, 保证了扫描质量。 请参阅图 4, 图 4为本发明第一实施例中的输送装置应用于扫描装置时 扫描对象在进入输出辊之后主摆杆和从摆杆的结构示意图。 如图 4所示, 当 扫描对象进入输出从动辊 20与输出主动辊 21之间后,由于扫描对象的厚度, 使输出从动辊 20与从摆杆的一端 411重新搭接, 并在弹性元件 52的预紧力 作用下,扫描对象与输出从动辊 20与输出主动辊 21之间具有足够的摩擦力, 保证扫描对象正常输送。 需要说明的是,为了实现所述主摆杆旋转时带动所述从摆杆同步反向旋 转后, 达到既能克服弹性部件的预紧力作用, 减小记录介质在传送通道内的 传输阻力, 保证记录介质在传送通道内平稳运动, 又能够使得记录介质在传 送过程中不出现打滑现象的最优效果, 需要所述从主摆杆的第一摆臂与所述 从摆杆的第三摆臂抬起的高度相同。 一个优选的实施方式为: 使第一旋转中 心 42的中心到导向柱 41a的中心之间的 巨离与第二旋转中心 43的中心到导 向柱 41a的中心之间的 巨离相等, 同时, 还要满足第一旋转中心 42到第一 摆臂与输入从动辊 10轴端连接点的距离等于第二旋转中心 43到第三摆臂与 输出从动辊 20轴端连接点的距离。 请参阅图 5 , 为了表达清晰, 图 5为图 2简化后的几何结构图。 A1是 以第一旋转中心 42为圓心、第一旋转中心 42到导向柱 41a的 3巨离 rl为半径 的圓; A2是以第二旋转中心 43为圓心、 第二旋转中心 43到导向柱 41a的 距离 r2为半径的圓。 输入从动辊垂直向上运动 dl推动主摆杆的第二摆臂旋 转 al度, 驱动从摆杆的第四摆臂同步旋转 a2度, 设 al对应的弧长为 L1 , a2对应的孤长为 L2, 可以近似的看作 L1=L2, 才艮据公式 a=L/R可知, 当 L 相等, 只有 rl等于 r2时, al等于 a2。 另外, 设初始状态时输入从动辊与主 摆杆第一摆臂连接点为 P1 , 输出从动辊与从摆杆第三摆臂连接点为 P2; 当 记录介质插入输入从动辊时, 输入从动辊与主摆杆第一摆臂连接点为 Pl,, 输出从动辊与从摆杆第三摆臂连接点为 P2,。 如图 5所示, 42、 Pl、 PI,三点 构成一个三角形, 43、 P2、 P2,三点构成一个三角形。 已知 al等于 a2, 如果 想满足 dl等于 d2, 根据余弦定理可以推导出, 42到 P1的距离等于 43到 P2 的距离。 即为了实现所述主摆杆旋转时带动所述从摆杆同步反向旋转后, 所 述从主摆杆的第一摆臂与所述从摆杆的第三摆臂抬起的高度相同, 可以使第 一旋转中心 42的中心到导向柱 41a的中心之间的距离与第二旋转中心 43的 中心到导向柱 41a的中心之间的距离相等, 同时, 还要满足第一旋转中心 42 到第一摆臂与输入从动辊 10轴端连接点的距离等于第二旋转中心 43到第三 摆臂与输出从动辊 20轴端连接点的距离。 实施例二 请参阅图 6, 图 6为本发明第二实施例揭示的一种输送装置的结构示意 图。 本实施例与上述实施例区别在于, 在主摆杆的第一摆臂 401上设置有第 二长孔 40b , 输入从动棍 10的棍轴 10a插入所述第二长孔 40b中, 在从摆杆 的第三摆臂 411上设置有第三长孔 41b ,输出从动辊 20的辊轴 20a插入所述 第三长孔 41b中。 其中, 第一图像传感器 31和第二图像传感器 30位于输入 主动辊和输出主动辊之间, 可以一次性地获取扫描对象正反两面的图像, 所 述第一图像传感器 31 和第二图像传感器 30 具体可以为接触式图像传感器 CIS或电荷耦合器件 CCD。 请参阅图 7, 图 7为本发明第二实施例中的输送装置应用于扫描装置时 扫描对象在进入输入辊之后且进入输出辊之前主摆杆和从摆杆的结构示意 图。如图 7所示, 当扫描对象插入到输入主动棍 11和输入从动棍 10之间时, 输入从动辊 10的抬起引起主摆杆绕第一旋转中心 42旋转, 当主摆杆绕第一 旋转中心 42旋转时, 从摆才干 41 同时沿相反方向绕第二旋转中心 43旋转, 这样, 当扫描对象进入输出辊时, 由于输出从动辊 20 已抬起, 使输出从动 辊 20与输出主动辊 21之间的间隙基本等于扫描对象的厚度, 从而扫描对象 进入两辊之间的传送的阻力大大减小, 避免了扫描对象与输出从动辊因撞击 产生的抖动, 使扫描对象可以平稳进入输入辊, 保证了扫描质量。 请参阅图 8, 图 8为本发明第二实施例中的输送装置应用于扫描装置时 扫描对象在进入输出辊之后主摆杆和从摆杆的结构示意图。 如图 8所示, 当 扫描对象进入输出从动辊 20与输出主动辊 21之间后,由于扫描对象的厚度, 使输出从动辊 20与从摆杆的一端 411重新搭接, 并在弹性元件 52的预紧力 作用下,扫描对象与输出从动辊 20与输出主动辊 21之间具有足够的摩擦力, 保证扫描对象正常输送。 由上述本发明的实施例可以看出,通过主摆杆旋转带动从摆杆同步反方 向旋转, 从而当扫描对象插入输入主动辊和输入从动辊之间时, 引起主摆杆 的顺时针运动, 主摆杆的顺时针运动带动从摆放逆时针运动, 从而减小扫描 对象在输送通道内的传输阻力, 防止扫描对象在传输过程中与输出辊碰撞引 起的扫描对象的抖动, 保证扫描对象在通道内平稳运行, 提高了扫描质量。 特别当同时满足第一旋转中心 42的中心到导向柱 41a的中心之间的距 离与第二旋转中心 43 的中心到导向柱 41a的中心之间的距离相等, 第一旋 转中心 42到第一摆臂与输入从动辊 10轴端连接点的距离等于第二旋转中心 43到第三摆臂与输出从动辊 20轴端连接点的距离时, 还能够进一步防止记 录介质在传送过程中出现打滑现象。 需要说明的是,以上只是对本发明所提供的输送装置在扫描装置中的应 用进行了详细介绍, 但很显然, 对于涉及记录介质输送的其他装置, 如打印 装置、 介质收集装置等, 本发明提供的输送装置也是适用的。 本文中应用了 具体实施例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述, 以上实施例的说明只是 用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想; 同时, 对于本领域的一般技术人 员, 依据本发明的思想, 在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处, 综 上所述, 本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种输送装置, 包括主框架及安装在主框架上的输入辊和输出辊, 所述 输入辊包括输入主动辊和输入从动辊, 所述输出辊包括输出主动辊和输 出从动辊, 其特征在于, 还包括主摆杆、 从摆杆和弹性部件, 所述主摆 杆和所述从摆杆分别与所述主框架铰接, 所述主摆杆旋转时带动所述从 摆杆同步反向旋转; 所述弹性部件的一端固定在所述主框架上, 所述弹 性部件的另一端与所述主摆杆和所述从摆杆连接, 通过所述主摆杆和所 述从摆杆分别向所述输入从动辊和所述输出从动辊施加预紧力。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的输送装置, 其特征在于, 所述主摆杆包括第一摆 臂、 第二摆臂以及位于所述第一摆臂与所述第二摆臂之间的第一旋转中 心, 所述从摆臂包括第三摆臂、 第四摆臂以及位于所述第三摆臂与所述 第四摆臂之间的第二旋转中心, 所述第二摆臂与所述第四摆臂连接, 所 述第一摆臂与所述输入从动辊连接, 所述第三摆臂与所述输出从动辊连 接, 所述主摆杆和所述从摆杆分别通过所述第一旋转中心和所述第二旋 转中心与所述主框架铰接, 当所述主摆杆绕所述第一旋转中心旋转时, 所述从摆杆绕所述第二旋转中心同步反向旋转。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的输送装置, 其特征在于, 所述第二摆臂和所述第 四摆臂中的一个设置有第一长孔, 且另一个设置有导向柱, 所述导向柱 插入所述第一长孔中。
4. 根据权利要求 2所述的输送装置, 其特征在于,
所述第一摆臂设置有第二长孔 ,所述输入从动辊的辊轴插入所述第 二长孔中; 所述第三摆臂设置有第三长孔, 所述输出从动辊的辊轴插入 所述第三长孔中。
5. 根据权利要求 2所述的输送装置, 其特征在于,
所述第一摆臂搭接在所述输入从动辊上 ,所述第三摆臂搭接在所述 输出从动辊上。
6. 根据权利要求 2所述的输送装置, 其特征在于, 所述主摆杆旋转以带动 所述从摆杆同步反向旋转后, 所述从主摆杆的第一摆臂与所述从摆杆的 第三摆臂抬起的高度相同。
7. 根据权利要求 1所述的输送装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹性部件为弹簧或 者弹片。
8. —种记录介质处理装置, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1-9任意一项所述 的输送装置。
