Abstract

본 발명은 대량 생산 및 안정화를 구현한 셀 카트리지에 관한 것으로서, 다수의 단위 전지(셀)들을 케이스 내에 직-병렬 복합연결방식으로 조립하여 모듈화시킨 셀 상호간 복합연결망 구성의 카트리지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적은 종래와 같이 유리테이프 등으로 전지들을 묶는 과정 없이 간단히 조립함으로써 조립시간의 단축이 가능하고, 조립성 및 생산성의 향상이 가능해지며, 제작규격의 정확성이 높아지는 셀 상호간 복합연결망 구성의 셀 카트리지를 제공하는데 있다. 또한 본 발명의 목적은 전지들을 일정 간격으로 유지하여 전지 간의 직접 접촉 및 열에 의한 문제점이 해소될 수 있고, 직접 접촉 및 열로 인한 전지 성능 저하 및 배터리 수명 단축 등의 종래 문제점이 해소될 수 있으며, 표준, 규격화된 모듈 단위의 전지 팩 대량 생산이 가능한 셀 상호간 복합연결망 구성의 셀 카트리지를 제공하는데 있다. 또한 본 발명의 목적은 전지 단자와 외부 단자 간의 접촉불량 및 과다한 접촉저항의 문제점이 해소될 수 있고, 니켈판에 용접함으로써 발생되는 종래의 여러 문제점이 해소될 수 있는 셀 상호간 복합연결망 셀 카트리지를 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해, 복수개의 단위 전지들과; 상기 단위 전지들이 수납된 상태에서 조립되어지는 케이스와; 상기 케이스 내에 수납된 단위 전지들 사이에 개재되어 단위 전지들을 일정 간격으로 유지시켜주는 간격유지부재와; 상기 케이스 내측면에 고정 설치되고 각 단위 전지들의 단자에 접속되는 단자들을 구비하여 전지들을 직-병렬로 복합 연결하는 접속판;을 포함하여 구성되는 셀 상호간 복합연결망 구성의 카트리지가 개시된다.
