[3] 目前人们使用的书写设备为传统的粉笔板 (黑板&绿板) 或近几十年来逐渐推 广的白板 (marker板) 均釆用硬质基材, 在基材表面塗复或贴膜形成书写笔所需 要的表面特质, 完成书写功能。 由于该类书写板须用较薄厚度和一定高度和宽 度构成产品的形态, 当在使用环境需求吋, 必须要有较大的高度和宽度尺寸以 满足使用要求, 例如: 教室、 会议厅等等。 这种大而薄的产品特征在运输过程 中遇到很大困难, 产品的包装保护性很难得到满足, 即使可以达到也使产品的 附带成本极大提高。 正是这种特征使得需广泛使用的教学、 会议用大中型黑板
、 白板在我国以及在全世界被迫形成了在许多较小范围、 较封闭的区域内制造 和本区域内供应与购买, 以回避长途运输。 这种较小范围区域性供求现象阻碍 了更高性价比、 更先进的产品的推广和普及, 使大多数消费需求失去了择优选 购的条件。
[4] 为了获得较大的书写板面积, 启今最常用的办法就是增加写字板的水平宽度或 垂直高度。 增加水平宽度的办法最简单、 成本最低, 但教室或会议厅的前排边 缘的观众对远端板面上书写内容观看的视角会超出合理的范畴, 不但视线不清 , 且吋间长久会由于视觉疲劳的积累伤害视力。

[7] 另外, 在市场上近些年来还可见到一类水平滚动式的"电子白板"这是早期由日 本发明的一种书写板。 这种板使用柔性白色材料沿水平方向围绕两支保持一定 间距的垂直轴做巡回滚动形成前侧的书写板面, 这种产品的优点是配备了电子 扫描和打印系统。 可随着柔性板面的滚动实现对板面上的书写内容进行考备。 这种板的缺点是: 1、 必须使用电子驱动, 无电不能工作板面不能滚动不能连 续书写。 2、 该板只应用于白板书写笔, 不适于粉笔书写。 3、 其板面沿水平 方向滚动, 适合于少数国家或地区沿用垂直自上而下的书写习惯, 不适合现代 中国、 欧美及全世界绝大多数国家和民族使用"水平方向成行, 自上而下逐行 "书 写的习惯。 4、 由于其水平方式的滚动原理带来结构缺陷, 不能形成大型的书写 表面, 仅适应于小型的办公室, 不适于大的教室或大厅的会议厅, 应用范围受 到限制。 5、 由于其设计原理形成的结构使得其价格至今仍相当于传统书写黑 板、 白板价格几十倍或上百倍, 为贵族产品, 至今不能广泛推广使用。

, 听众观众必须在大范围内, 往复调换着眼点。 主讲人也需在两个不同演示位 置上不断调换, 分散了主讲人和授众的注意力带来不便。
[10] 2、 为了能收拢主讲和授课听众的视线焦点, 另一种方法是将可伸缩式的投影 幕悬挂在黑板或白板的正前方, 当需要演示书写内容吋将前方的投影幕卷起露 出写字板。 这样虽然使得授众需观看的写字板和投影幕都置于了最佳方向位置 , 但必需反复收放投影幕交替轮流使用空间造成不便。
[11] 互动式电子投影书写 "板",是当前最新的书写演示综合技术成果,这一成果将无 笔书写以计算机技术及投影互动方式相结合实现了书写投影一体化。 但目前这 一技术还不够成熟, 主要缺点是:
[12] 1、 应用较为复杂, 需经过专业的培训和练习才能熟练使用, 产品维护与保养 也有较高要求。 2、 价格昂贵推广困难。
3、 该产品为电子产品, 无电不能工作。
[13] 多年以来国内外很多人为创造更好用的大中型书写板做出了努力, 但大中型书 写板的包装小型化及合理化至今没有解决。 前人的许多创造虽不乏闪光点, 但 都因这类产品的不宜运输流通而无法解决市场的需求, 始终没有这一类优秀的 较大型产品在全世界或全中国流通问世。

[15] 本发明目的在于: 为了克服上述的不足, 提供一种模块拼装式滚动型书写板, 它具有包装体积小, 且形态合理、 便于运输、 易于实现包装保护。 安装展开后 又能形成所需足够大的表面积, 完全满足人们在教室、 厅堂、 办公室等任何书 写、 演示环境要求。 操作简单、 成本较低, 使用寿命长, 易于维护和保养, 且 对电力没有必须的要求。 同吋可使书写板与投影幕结合为一体。

Claims

权利要求书
[1] 一种模块拼装式滚动型书写板, 包括: 主体架 (1) 、 书写板柔性板面 (
6) 为圏状包裹在上转动轴 (9) 与下转动轴 (4 ) 之外, 其特征在于: 所述的主体架 (1) 为左、 右立柱, 上转动轴 (9) 与主体架 (1) 铰接 , 所述的下转动轴 (4 ) 通过连接副 (1 0 3) 与主体架 (1) 滚动配合 , 上转动轴 (9) 与下转动轴 (4 ) 之间设置由至少 2块硬质基板组成的拼 装式基板 (3) 与主体架 (1) 插接或螺接; 所述的书写板面 (6) 是由至 少 2块柔性板面 (6 0 1) 绕上下转动轴外侧首尾两端通过连接装置 ( 7 ) 成圏状连接而成, 其整体实现了模块拼装式结构。
[2] 如权利要求 1所述的模块拼装式滚动型书写板, 其特征在于: 所述的连接 副 (1 0 3) 是轴头 (4 0 1) 在凹槽内或长孔内滚动配合。
[3] 如权利要求 1所述的模块拼装式滚动书写板, 其特征在于: 所述的连接装 置 (7) 由两个对称的卡头 (70 1) 分别与相临柔性板面 (6 0 1) 固 接后通过连接副 ( 70 2 ) 将两个对称的卡头 (70 1) 固接。
[4] 如权利要求 3所述的模块拼装式滚动型书写板, 其特征在于: 所述的连接副
( 70 2 ) 为 Ω形连接手柄, 所述的连接手柄 ( 70 2 ) 将两个对称的卡 头 (70 1) 锁定在其 Ω形圏内。
[5] 权利要求 3所述的模块拼装式滚动型书写板, 其特征在于: 所述的连接副 (
70 2 ) 为燕尾形连接手柄, 所述的连接手柄 ( 70 2 ) 将两个对称的卡 头 (70 1) 锁定在其燕尾槽内。
[6] 如权利要求 4或 5所述的模块拼装式滚动型书写板, 其特征在于: 所述的连 接副 ( 70 2 ) 的两端分别插接在端头盖帽 (703) 内, 所述的端头盖帽 ( 703) 与主体架 (1) 左右立柱内侧壁滑动配合。
[7] 如权利要求 1所述的模块拼装式滚动型书写板, 其特征在于: 所述的主体 架 ( 1 ) 设置壁挂式连接副 (1 0 1) , 主体架 ( 1 ) 外插接装饰护板 ( 5) 将屏幕书写板柔性板面 (6) 左右两端包裹其内, 在主体架 (1) 顶 部插接顶装饰护板 (8) 。
[8] 权利要求 1所述的模块拼装式滚动型书写板, 其特征在于: 所述的上转动 轴 (9) 或下转动轴 (4 ) 轴端连接动力传动装置, 所述的动力传动装置 为手动式或电动式。
