Abstract

On décrit un dispositif de distribution de média, configuré pour communiquer avec un dispositif de restitution de média par l'intermédiaire d'une norme gérée par le dispositif de distribution de média et le dispositif de restitution de média. Ledit dispositif de distribution de média comporte également un serveur de média configuré pour automatiquement détecter les nouveaux média, et un contrôleur de média configuré pour commander, en réponse à la détection, le dispositif de restitution de média de façon à ce qu'il télécharge les nouveaux média à partir du dispositif de distribution de média. Le dispositif de restitution de média comprend un écran et un moteur de rendu de média configuré pour recevoir une instruction provenant du dispositif de distribution de média, donnant pour consigne au dispositif de restitution de média de récupérer des média auprès du dispositif de distribution de média, de demander les média au dispositif de distribution de média, de recevoir les média et de restituer les média sur l'écran.
